This is the last Dipper's guide episode. I will now try to make up a couple now, like I will also do with Mabel.

Dipper and Lincoln's Guide 5: The Hide-Behind

The camera turned on, and it showed Dipper was in his room and was writing on a sign. While Lincoln was putting stuff in his backpack.

"We're on." Mabel loudly whispered to get her brothers attention.

Both brothers stopped what they were doing and looked at the camera.

Lucas cleared his throat and said," Hello. And welcome back to Dipper & Lincoln's Guide to the Unexplained."

Mabel then held up a UFO keychain, pressed a button and it made a weird sound. And then took it out of view.

"Pretty sure Zach would get a kick out of that. But thanks Mabes. Today we investigate Gravity Falls anomaly #132: The Hide Behind." Lincoln further explained as he held the title card.

The camera then went to Dipper and he held up an entry in Journal 3 and said," Local lumberjacks tell of a mysterious creature, always just out of sight." He then showed a photo of weird footprints. "But these photos suggest it might actually be real!"

Lincoln then realized something, and said," Now that I think about it, it reminds me of Lucy. You can never know where she is and when she'll appear."

Dipper agreed and said," Huh, you're right. But that's besides the point, we're gonna find that Hide-Behind."

"Hey guys" Lucy said, as she appeared next to her brothers.

Both boys yelped in fright, and turned around to see the sister they were talking about. Both brothers glared at her and then at Leia, who was laughing behind the camera.

The video then went to Manly Dan, he was in the woods, while his sons were in the background. They were in the middle of cutting a tree down.

"Hide Behind? Oh, he's real alright. REAL AS MY BEARD! He was behind me once; made this sound: tchktchktchktchk. Mighty spooky." Manly Dan explained.

The tree that Dan's sons were cutting down started to fall and his sons tried to get his attention.

Dan didn't pay attention and instead said," DADDY'S DOIN' A MOVIE! He's doin' a movie now."

The tree ended up falling on a shack. The video then went the diner and Lazy Susan was pouring and overflowing a cup of coffee.

"Oh, the Hide Behind is definitely real. He might even be behind me right now! Let me see... Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa-" Susan said, as she spun around.

The video then went to Stan, who was being interviewed on the porch.

"Don't believe every legend you hear, kids. The people in this town are literally the dumbest people in the world. Literally. Huh, sounded like Lori there for a second. Where was I? Oh right. The Hide Behind's just a rumor. You want a mystery? How about the mystery of why—

Before Stan could continue, something sped past in the background, it let out a hissing sound and knocked over some trash cans.

"I think that was it! Let's go!" Dipper said and Lincoln ran with them, while the others were calling out for them.

The video then went to a small clearing in the woods. And right in the middle of it was a tiny tree.

"Alright. After hours of searching, we've narrowed it down to this tree."

"I mean it has to be, Dipper and I watched each other's backs and we didn't see anything. Also, we got Mabel helping, we asked our other sisters, but they weren't interested. Except for Lisa, but she wanted to find it on her own." Lincoln explained.

"That and I also have a fool proof plan. How does one catch a creature who's always right behind you?" The camera zoomed out to show Dipper wearing various mirrors. "A mirror suit! Nothing's going to sneak up on old Dipper Loud."

"Good plan, bro. But are you sure you got every angle?"

Before Dipper could answer, Mabel appeared from above, and poked her twin's head with a stick.

"Blind spot!" She said.

Dipper screamed and he ended up falling down. "I'm down! Dipper down!"

The video went to static for a moment, and then went back to normal to show the three of them ready to go.

"This is it. Get ready to finally be seen, Hide Behind! In 3... 2... 1..."

Him, Lincoln and Mabel ran behind the tree at various angles. But instead of the Hide-Behind, they find an owl with a maraca in its mouth.

"What the?" Lucas said in confusion.

"Wow! Cool! Maraca owl! Luna and Lana will love this!" Mabel happily said.

[Static.]

Dipper then took off mirror suit and dumped it on the ground in frustration. Lincoln huffed, looking equally frustrated. While their sister was happily hanging out with the Maraca Ow, which was currently perched on her shoulder, and they took off somewhere off-screen.

"Well, based on lack of evidence, I have to conclude, anomaly # 132, the Hide Behind, just a legend." Dipper sadly said.

Lincoln shrugged and said," That may be bro, but we still have other anomalies to find and solve. Remember the motto 'Loud's never quit.'"

Dipper's spirits seemed to go up and said," Yeah, your right Linc. We got more anomalies and mysteries to solve. So let's go find some."

With their newfound confidence, both brothers walked away, ready to find a new mystery or adventure. What they didn't know, that the Hide Behind was real, it appeared from behind the tree they thought was behind. It then started to follow them, but then hides behind another tree, when both boys turned around.

They shrugged it off, and continued on, all the while the Hide Behind followed or hid from them.
