New threats
Opening the door as slow as possible, the morning sun shown throughout the Garage of one Minami Rika and Marikawa Shizuka.
The one opening the door was none other than Takashi who held his augmented hammer in preparations to the lone being inside the garage, his eyes however widened in alarm at what he found in a corner, with blood scattered everywhere.
Looking around to see the Humvee only sporting a splatter of blood, one mangled hand clung to the bumper guard with what looked to be teeth marks ripping into it.
The main problem, was the Corner, a corner with human skin torn from flesh on the ground with clothes strewn about.
And the gaping hole dug out leading to the side walk between the houses.
"Oh shit"
Staring at the sight, Takashi spun and rushed back to the house.
Sitting within the Living room with an extremely satisfied smile to herself, Saya leaned back on the couch beside Futaba who had a cup of coffee in hand, courtesy of Sojiro, Oda was making breakfast for the group alongside a fellow chef, Majima was cradling a coffee like Shizuka was cradling a sleepy Alice, Saeko was speaking to a brightly smiling Xian Mei.
Rei and Hizashi hadn't come down from they're room yet, Ryuji was sitting beside Miku who had a sweater on along with short shorts while Ryuji had his Jacket beside him, the two were looking over an assortment of melee weapons in order to add an edge to the normal strikes, Yuki made a claw motion to a pair of Brass Knuckles from Majima, getting an excited nod from Ryuji before they all flinched at a distressed Takashi burst through the door.
"Shido Mutated!" getting alarmed looks, Xian Mei sighed with a knowing groan.
"Goro-kun, you should have killed him when he was human" getting a nervous laugh from the ex-yakuza, he stood up quickly to follow Takashi with Ryuji.
Kneeling down to the hole showing the alleyway, Majima spotted one Zombie shuffling by without noticing his head peak through the opening, rubbing his fingers along the hole, Majima noticed the smoothness to the tunnelling before he stood up, blocking the hole with a crate, he spoke after the three returned to the living room.
"We'll need to get some supplies to keep those things out, any hard wear stores nearby?" turning to Shizuka as she stared at the sight, she spoke.
"There's a small store a drive down towards the city, Rika and I would always go there to get some supplies whenever something breaks down" giving a nod, the immune were sooner in front of a map of the city, marking it down with marker to lay down routes.
Looking over the map, Shizuka pointed to a small area where a circle for "Homefront" was beside it.
"It's a simple stroll if you jog, be quicker too if you use the bus or Humvee" seeing Takashi, Ryuji and Majima share a glance before Takashi spoke with Majima and Ryuji nodding in agreement.
"We'll go on foot, save Fuel if we need to relocate everyone" getting a nod, the three began to move out before the voice of Sakura spoke form the Kitchen.
"I know this may be a bad time, but we'll need to head out and scavenge for food, with all of us under one roof" giving the man a look, the three immune shared a look before Majima brought out a notebook and pencil before writing down.
"Add Food onto the list of things to get" looking up to the bathroom and Sauna, he quickly scribbled another note before pocketing his notebook.
"Anyone have any essentials, we'll be going blind unless we find Radio's and walkie talkies" getting silence, Miku Yukki spoke sheepishly with her cheeks reddening beside Ryuji.
"Condoms?" getting a blush from Takashi and Ryuji, Majima gave a snort while Xian Mei hid a knowing smile.
"We'll keep an eye out" was all Ryuji said as he and Takashi made to leave.
"Wait, hold on!" turning around to a student from the academy, it was the student who Shido had left to die, and seeing him holding a… holy shit!
"What is that!?" seeing what looked like a RIFLE that was fashioned into a fire-axe, the blade of the axe was put together to mimic the Stock of the rifle, seeing the teen hold it to him, he smiled.
"I had to do a lot of remodeling to keep it functioning reinforced it to stay sturdy after swinging, we found two boxes of ammo for it so, here, a thanks for saving my ass" taking the rifle with care, Takashi pulled back the ballpen, and seeing a round in the chamber, he turned to the teen with surprise before Kohta spoke.
"Does this beauty have a name?" turning to the teen as he approached, Saya stared at the weapon with the teen smiling.
"I was gonna leave that up to Komuro-san" gesturing to the rifle, Takashi gave a thoughtful look before smirking.
"I'll call this, The Remedy" getting an excited smile form Koha, Saya approached.
"Be safe ok, I know you're immune but you can still be bitten and eaten…" placing her head against his own, the two shared a gentle gaze.
"I'll bring you back you're favourite Ice-cream" getting a smile, Saya spoke quietly.
'I would rather have a creampie" winking at her boyfriend, Takashi turned away with a massive blush due to being reminded of the two's last night fun, Takashi, Majim and Ryuji stepped out onto the street, seeing it with but a few shambling corpses, Majima brought out a map as some of the zombies that still retained their sight noticed them.
Checking over the Remedy, Takashi and Ryuji limbered up while Majima grinned with a wide eye of excitement.
"We'll need another set of wheels!" rubbing his hands together, Majima spoke with a mad cackle.
"And I know just where to find one"
