Minato's POV:
Our protagonists have reached the Hunter Exam. There's a lot of people already, waiting for it to start.
Leorio: "Wow... The air is so tense here"
Minato: "Yeah, but what would you expect from a test that only the best of the best can beat..."
Gon: "True. We should stay together, there are some people that look very strong."
Suddenly a small guy jumps in front of them.
Stranger: "Hello! My name is Tonpa! You could say I'm a veteran to the Hunter exam. You are new here, right?"
Gon: "Yes, but how did you know?"
Tonpa: "Well, as i said, I'm a veteran. This is my 34th exam!"
'I don't think that's something to brag with...'
Gon: "Wow, cool! Are there other veterans like you?"
Tonpa: "Well, noone like me. But some people aren't here for the first time aswell. Look: "

Suddenly a man screams at the top of his voice. Everyone looks towards him and sees, how his arms transform into thousands of little blossoms.
Weird clown with a smile: "You should excuse yourself if you run against other people."
Tonpa: "So that guy is here again aswell..."
Leorio: "Aswell?"
Tonpa: "Number #44 Hisoka. Last year, he would've easily passed the exam, but got disqualified for nearly killing an examiner. He's dangerous..."
Kurapika: "We should keep away from him then."
Minato: "Yeah, agreed."
Tonpa: "What do you think about a sign for our friendship! Here, take this lemonade!"
He gives each of them a can of lemonade. They all take a sip, but before they can swallow, Gon says:
"Uagh, Tonpa, I believe your lemonade is expired... I live in nature so my smelling ability is pretty advanced"
They all spit it out directly.
Tonpa: "Oh, I'm so sorry!"
Minato: "It's fine!"
'I can literally feel how he plans something bad behind his back...'
-Ring-
"Hello and welcome to the Hunter exam. Before we begin i want to warn you: If your skills aren't enough for this exam you might get hurt badly or die. If you want to leave the exam, then please take the elevator up."
Noone leaves.
"Okay, so everyone partipates. Then the first test is to follow me. The Hunter exam begins now."
Suddenly the examiner begins walking along a tunnel at a fast pace. The crowd starts following him.
Crowd: "How does he walk like that? Who is he?"
Examiner: "Oh yes, i forgot to introduce myself. I'm Satotz, and I'm your examiner for the first phase."
Minato is running besides Gon and Leorio is also there. A few minutes after the start of the exam Leorio notices a silver-haired boy on a skateboard.
Leorio: "Hey kid, thats against the rules!"
Boy: "What?"
Leorio: "Your skateboard! This is a test about stamina!"
Gon: "No, it's not!"
Minato: "This is an exam that tests how much you can adapt to situations and how well you handle them. traits like stamina, strength and other factors of course play a role, but are not the main focus."
Leorio: "Hey Gon, Minato, you're supposed to be on my side!"
Then the boy slows down to go to Gon and Minato.
Boy: "What's your names?"
Gon: "I'm Gon!" *smiles*
Minato: "Minato."
Boy: "Mine's Killua."
Killua then does a small stunt, jumping off of his skateboard.
Gon: "Wow, cool!"
'Show-off...'
Gon: "Wanna do a race who's first? The loser buys the other two a meal!"
Killua: "Alright!"
Minato: "Fine..."
After a while, they reach the end.
Gon, Killua and Minato: "I'm first!"
silence*
Gon: "Mr. Satotz, who was first?"
Satotz: "I guess you reached the end at the same time..."
Gon: "Okay, then we just buy each other a meal!"
Minato and Killua: "Ok!"
'This Killua is different to the others... I guess he's interesting. Maybe useful later. I should keep an eye on him.'
