This is just a Fanfic and I only made a part of the anime that I changed maybe 75% of the storyline. And maybe it will reach the Light Novel if I've finished reading it.
In this story, Rimuru is a Real Woman and Naoto is an ordinary Man with a body like a woman at the beginning. That's all, no 18 scenes shown! and also this is only a Fanfic

Tokyo, April 12, 2018
Amid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, the morning sun shone upon a company in the heart of the city. Tatsumaki Naoto, a 37-year-old man with a relaxed gait, strolled along the sidewalk. For 37 years, he had lived his days as an office worker, often lulled by routine and memories of his past as an otaku—one who spent money on events and unique collectibles.
Even though he was alone and had never been approached by a woman, a mysterious shadow always enveloped his life. As if fate had etched a secret into his existence, every breath he took hinted at exhaustion and a yearning for something beyond an ordinary life.
"Haaah..." he sighed softly, glancing upward as if seeking answers from the shadows of a past that relentlessly haunted him. Behind that silence, something unexpected began to emerge—a strange vibration that would soon change everything and transport him to a realm beyond reason, much like the epic tales he once dreamed of.
Suddenly, his steps came to an abrupt halt. In the midst of the crowded sidewalk, Tatsumaki accidentally collided with two women. Both, with hair seemingly woven from glints of blue and white, radiated an unusual aura. Their faces, though appearing unfamiliar, bore warm smiles that seemed to understand both Naoto's suffering and his hidden hopes.
Without hesitation, Naoto bowed his head and apologized in a tone that grew even more bitter with the weight of past fatigue. Instead of anger, the two girls greeted him with an inexplicable enthusiasm.
"I am..." they spoke in unison, yet before he could catch the rest of their words, as if carried away by the wind, both girls vanished—leaving behind a faint, shimmering light in the air. Naoto fell silent, as if the world he had always known had opened a door to something far greater and more mysterious.
"Oi, be careful...!" a panicked shout rang out from the crowd, which suddenly exploded into chaos. Amid the commotion, Naoto remained still, as if time itself were frozen in the final moments of his life.
The shouts grew louder: "Oi! Hey, you over there! Watch out...!" they echoed in the air.
Naoto turned to the side, his eyes fixed on an ancient, rusted piece of iron that had detached from the sky. In an instant that stretched into eternity, the corroded metal hurtled straight toward him. Without any time to react, it pierced his mouth with horrifying brutality—slicing through flesh and shattering bone, sending splatters of blood flying in every direction.
That moment transformed into a grim spectacle: muffled screams, the crack of bones barely audible, and a torrent of blood merging into a chilling silence, etching an unforgettable image of cruelty.
Naoto lay in that oppressive stillness, watching his body now severed by the iron—a sign marking the end of a cruel fate, yet simultaneously opening a door to an even deeper mystery.
"What was that?!" I murmured in a strange silence. Even though thick metal had pierced my body, I felt no pain. My vision remained sharp, yet my body seemed locked in place. The surrounding clamor? There was none—only a suffocating silence, with my ears buzzing like echoes in an empty void.
["Report, Skill Noise Reduction Successfully Acquired"]
What did that mean? I truly couldn't move, yet somehow, I felt as if a desire for change had been deeply embedded within me. All this time, I had been patient, waiting for a moment to connect with others and grasp a better life.
["Skill Patience Successfully Acquired ..."]
The pain began to emerge—sharp and excruciating. Yet, strangely, I no longer experienced it as before. I saw it merely as a sign that my long-held suffering was coming to an end. No more disruptive sensations, as if that agony had been wiped clean.
["Understood, Skill Pain Eraser Successfully Acquired ..."]
The surrounding clamor faded into a vague murmur. I recalled that I had been alone for 37 years—no one cared, no one sympathized. Who would grieve for me? But if a second chance truly existed, I had once joked about becoming a great sorcerer. How could that ever be?
["Understood, Unique Skill Great Sage Successfully Acquired ... Patience has merged with the Unique Skill Great Sage, successfully ..."]
Is this really the end? Blood began to flow, burning with a fierce heat, as if my body rejected this reality. Yet, as my final pulse throbbed, another notification appeared.
["Confirmed, Skill Thermal Fluctuation Resistance Successfully Acquired ..."]
I yearned for silence, but then a gentle voice emerged amid the chaos. Could I be allowed to close my eyes and end it all? This reality felt unbearably painful. Perhaps dreams were preferable to the bitter reality I had come to accept.
"[Sure... I'm waiting for you... My dear...]" whispered a girl, her voice warm even amidst the surrounding destruction.
Before my eyes, dazzling light broke through the darkness of my suffering. I reached out to grasp it—only to find, where was my hand? The light grew even more blinding, enclosing me in a new world I no longer recognized.
"Ugh, where am I...? Where is this...? It's pitch black, and... can it be that I can see something in this darkness? What exactly am I seeing when I gaze into the dark...?" I murmured, startled by the silence that seemed to swallow every sound. Soon after, a loud female voice struck my ears, making my heart race even faster.
["Report, you have acquired the ability to see your surroundings ..."]
I was utterly shocked, trying to locate the source of the voice. "Whaa! Who... who are you...!?" I shouted, my voice echoing in the unfamiliar space.
["I am your Skill, Great Sage. With my presence, the analysis of everything will proceed faster and deeper ..."]
I attempted to ignore the voice that blended with my new reality. As I rolled over, I suddenly bumped into something. It felt soft and cold, turning my surprise into an unexpected sense of wonder.
"Whah!" I cried out, as the mysterious object and I appeared equally startled. At that moment, it felt as if the world around me began unveiling its secrets, reminiscent of the moments when I once met a shy girl.
Yes, I could see her. That figure was blue, bald, and... she looked strikingly similar to me. Was what I was seeing truly my own sensation, or was it perhaps my new senses sending me a signal?
["Report, you are indeed seeing. No need to worry ..."]
Indeed, she was round and very shiny. I followed her seemingly random movements—it was as if she was more sensitive, aware of my presence through hidden heat sensors. A bitter smile tugged at my lips: did this mean I had been reincarnated as a slime? I was already weary of the painful memories from my previous life.
Not long after, she began moving actively, consuming the grass that grew at the bottom of the dark cave. With little choice, I mimicked her movements. Occasionally, I would pose questions through Great Sage to analyze my surroundings.
["Hippokte Grass ... an herbal plant used for brewing healing potions ..."]
Oh, so it turned out that I was inadvertently carrying a healing herb within my body. I glanced around and noticed a stone beneath my foot, but the cave's darkness made me uncertain of its true form.
["Magical Stone, this stone is very valuable for crafting weapons and similar items ..."]
Yosh! I then decided to 'consume' that stone. Somehow, after enduring so much suffering, I felt grateful to be alive again. Yet, as I ate it, I wondered: does the ingested object get immediately digested, or is it simply excreted?
["Explanation! Skill Absorb and Dissolve enables you to absorb and analyze objects you consume ... Skill Predator enables you to absorb abilities and mimic the form of the prey—object or creature—after the digestion process is complete ..."]
So...?
["In short ... you can prey on objects, whether material or living, to absorb, analyze, and even mimic their abilities after digestion is complete."]
Wow, an extraordinary power, isn't it? I was still in awe, recalling that I was destined to live as a slime after 37 years of solitude. Eh! Suddenly, the creature had already moved away.
"Wait ...!" I shouted, though my voice was swallowed by the silence.
The slime and I strolled leisurely along the edge of a small lake. "Hey, I'm sinking, man! I thought this lake was small and shallow," I mused, confused. But perhaps for the slime, this was a deep lake filled with wonders. I then wondered, "Am I still breathing here?" Pausing for a moment, I added, "Hey, am I really breathing...?"
Yosh! An idea struck me. "Why not just absorb the water?" I opened what I called my 'mouth'—not exactly a mouth, but somehow it had become my absorption channel. With an almost instinctive motion, I began to absorb the water. To my surprise, the slime mimicked my actions.
Then, suddenly, the sound of an explosion resounded as my body was propelled: ["Skill: Water Propulsion Successfully Acquired ..."]
Whoa! I was utterly fascinated—acquiring a new skill so quickly. But, "But, eh, is this speed or... wahhhaaaa!" I shouted as I was flung far into a deeper part of the cave. Was this a steep slope? Eventually, I crashed into a wall, my head striking it forcefully.
Before long, another notification appeared: ["Species Regeneration ... and Pain Alleviation have enabled you to regenerate and not feel the pain caused by inflicted damage ..."]
I stood frozen—half in fear, half in awe. In this absurd new world, everything seemed possible—even healing from severe injuries while simultaneously turning such healing into a weapon for survival.
"Oi, little creature ...!" I was startled by a call suddenly coming from behind.
"Eh?! Who did you mean ...?!" I exclaimed in confusion.
I turned around, assuming the voice came from the cave wall. As my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I saw a large figure approaching. Though the shadow was still vague, its intimidating aura was unmistakable.
"Oi! Are you all ignoring me ...!" a voice thundered from behind the shadows.
I opened my mouth—or rather, what remained of my new 'mouth'—to retort, but only a half-annoyed murmur emerged, "What's your problem? I can't even speak properly because I lack proper sensory organs ..."
The tension in the air grew thicker until the voice erupted again, "Oi!"
Unable to tolerate it any longer, I snapped, "Noisy, Bald!" in a sarcastic tone.
"Oh, hoho! You call me bald, huh ...? Are you just tired of life...?" he replied with a light laugh, tinged with sarcasm—as if he could hear the innermost thoughts of my heart.
My astonishment deepened, "Eh? You heard? Can you hear my inner voice?" "S-sorry, I couldn't see clearly, so I assumed ..." I stammered, trying to explain in a mix of confusion and awkwardness.
"Oh, I see. So you can't see clearly ... Then, would you like me to tell you how?" he asked gently yet inquisitively.
"Of course I would, but how...?" I replied, my voice filled with hopeful anticipation.
"It's quite simple ... There's a skill called Magic Sense. With that skill, you can sense the magic around you, and it will restore your vision," he explained with a smile, as if offering a glimmer of hope amid the bleakness of this new world.
Eh, spreading magic all around...? I then attempted to activate that ability. Soon, my surroundings began to brighten and come into focus, and a notification appeared stating: ["Extra Skill: Magic Sense Successfully Acquired ..."]
"That easy!?"
Whoa, Extra! It was even more astonishing than I had imagined. With this new skill, I wanted to see what I looked like in this unfamiliar realm. I dashed toward a clear water pond, hoping that its reflection would reveal my true identity.
When I reached the pond's edge, all I saw was the reflection of a small slime—bald, just as it had always been. But when I shifted my gaze to the side, gradually that reflection transformed into a figure growing clearer.
"How...?" I murmured in disbelief, unable to tear my eyes away.
"Y-yes, it worked... t-thank you so much..." I turned around, and there I was, utterly stunned. The figure before me was none other than a colossal dragon, radiating an aura of majesty and mystical power.
"D-Dragon...!" I shouted, my heart pounding furiously.
