Chapter – 1: Prophecy…
Location: Hogwarts…
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Situated in Scottish Highlands, the school is surrounded by an enchanted forest and a sparkling lake on its sides.
The school is built in gothic architecture with tunnels, towers and spires. The building is created like a castle.
The buildings were made from a dark stone which gave them a grand and imposing appearance.
The interior of the school is very grandeur in nature as it is filled with a library where vast and ancient books.
The school had a great hall. It is the central gathering place for meals and important events. It features four long tables for the houses, a staff table, and a high, enchanted ceiling that mirrors the weather outside.
The school had four very important houses named Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. Each of the four houses has its own common room. These areas are cozy and decorated according to the house's colours and symbols.
Various classrooms are spread throughout the castle, including those for Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, and more. Each has its own distinct layout and magical features relevant to the subject taught.
The dungeons inside the castle include the Potions classroom and the Slytherin common room, located beneath the castle. The dungeons are dimly lit and somewhat eerie.

March, 1980…
The Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry's headmaster is a very old and the most powerful wizard of the century known as Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore or commonly known as Albus Dumbledore.
He is around 100 years old and he defeated a dark wizard in his prime known as Gellert Grindelwald.
Albus dumbledore is currently sitting in his office as he waited for someone.
He is currently conducting an interview for divinations position in the school as he waited for someone named Sybill Trelawney.
As he was petting his pet phoenix named Fawkes, he heard the knocking sound on his door.
Albus: Enter!
His voice was heard by the person who knocked on the door as the door was opened seconds later and a woman in her mid 40's peeked in.
Woman: Professor Dumbledore, sir?
Albus: (without turning back) Please come in, Miss Trelawney.
The woman, Sybill Trelawney, walked inside the room as she was instantly mesmerised by the office of the headmaster.
The room is filled with an assortment of magical objects, including a large desk, comfortable chairs, and various curiosities collected over Dumbledore's long life. The room has large windows that provide a panoramic view of the castle grounds.
The office is decorated with various artifacts, including portraits of previous headmasters and headmistresses, magical instruments, and a large, ornate, silver instrument known as the Pensieve.
Trelawney then saw the majestic phoenix that was in the room where albus dumbledore is currently standing before. He wore a deep purple robes as his beard and hair were white in colour.
Albus then walked towards his chair and sat in it.
He asked for Trelawney to sit in the chair opposite to him as she walked towards it and she then sat in it.
Dumbledore then observed the woman completely as she has a round face and wore a large pair of glasses with thick, round lenses. Her hair is described as long and untidy.
Albus: It's good to meet you, Miss Trelawney.
Trelawney: Me too sir.
Albus: Shall we begin the interview, then?
He had a soft gaze as Trelawney nodded her head quickly as she tried not to test the man's patience.
Albus began to ask her questions about her previous experiences and how she works. As their interview is going on, dumbledore noticed that Trelawney is spacing out.
Albus: Miss Trelawney?
He got no reply as Trelawney suddenly looks at him with big eyes. She had a look on her face that had no emotions.
He narrowed his eyes as she began to speak.
Trelawney: (in a deep voice) The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... born to those who have thrice defied him, born as the seventh month dies... and the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not... and either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives... the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies... When the blue raven calls, the red lion and the green snake will answer… Only together they both will vanquish the dark lord… The chosen one will defy the odds… The heir will-
Her words got cut in the middle as she shook her head strongly as she became weak and she fell on the table before her. Dumbledore rushed towards her side as he tries to wake the woman up. He noticed the drops of blood dripping from her nose. He then looks at fawkes.
Albus: Take me to the medical wing!
The phoenix landed on his shoulder as in an instant they three of them disappeared and appeared in the medical wing.
Dumbledore placed the woman on the bed as the examiner, Madam Pomfrey arrived.
Pomfrey: What happened?
For the first time in his life, the great Albus dumbledore is at a loss of words.
Albus: I… I don't know… I don't know.
He began to space out as pomfrey began her work on the woman. He walked towards the window as he looked outside the castle. He began to think about her prophecy and tried to figure out who the chosen one might be.

July, 1981…
A year has passed since the supposed prophecy of Professor Trelawney, who is now the divinations professor in Hogwarts.
Dumbledore is pacing around in his office as he heard about the rise of the dark lord Voldemort. Voldemort began to gather his army as albus is torn between on what he needs to do.
He knew that Voldemort will focus on the one who was born in July. He learned that there are two kids who were born in July 1980.
The heir of House Longbottom was born on July 30, 1980. The couple Frank Longbottom and Alice Longbottom gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Neville Francis Longbottom.
He thought Neville is the chosen one but then he learned that the heir of house potter was born the next day too.
The heir of house potter was born on July 31, 1980. The couple James Potter and Lily Potter gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Harry James Potter.
Dumbledore was surprised to learn that there are two kids who share the same fate as the prophecy mentioned.
Soon his fears became real as he heard that the dark lord has killed James and Lily potter by his own hands and left the boy harry potter alive.

One day after…
Harry's parents were killed by Voldemort and he was the only one left alive in the aftermath. As soon as this news came out, the whole wizarding world set their sights on the heir of the house potter.
Albus Dumbledore arrived in the muggle world as he is currently walking in a street named Privet Drive.
Albus walked in the street which is currently empty as he took out a device named Deluminator, from his robes and pointed it towards a street lamp that was illuminating the street. He opened device as the light inside the lamp magically entered the device and dumbledore did the same with the remaining lights. The street now became dark as dumbledore began to walk.
But then he heard the sound of a cat meowing and he turned to look at a cat which is currently sitting on the porch of a house.
Dumbledore smiled at the cat.
Dumbledore: I should have known that you would be here… Professor McGonagall.
Soon, the cat walked forward and suddenly it changed its shape into a grown woman in dark green robes. She had a hat on her head. She looked like she is in her 60's. Her name is Professor Minerva McGonagall.
The dark green eyed woman walked forward as she greeted him.
McGonagall: Good evening, Professor Dumbledore!
Albus motioned for them to walk forward as she was by his side.
McGonagall: Are the rumors true, albus?
Albus: I'm afraid so, professor. The good and the bad.
McGonagall: And the boy?
Albus: Hagrid is bringing him.
McGonagall: Do you think it wise to trust Hagrid with something as important as this?
Albus: Ah, professor, I would trust Hagrid with my life.
As they both were walking, they heard the sounds of an engine coming from the sky and they looked at the hulking figure of a man driving a bike in the air. The bike landed on the ground before him as they saw a man in a dark costume with glasses over his eyes. He removed the glasses as he greeted them both.
Hagrid: Professor Dumbledore, sir. Professor McGonagall.
He then got off the bike as dumbledore spoke.
Albus: No problems I trust, hagrid?
Hagrid: No, sir. Little tyke fell asleep just as we were driving over Bristol.
As he was talking, he walked towards the duo with a bundle in his arms.
Hagrid: Heh. Try not to wake him. There you go.
He handed the bundle to the duo as McGonagall is the first to take the bundle into her hands as dumbledore looked at her and the bundle in her arms. McGonagall's eyes became wet as she saw the baby boy inside the bundle. She cooed at the boy as she looks at albus.
McGonagall: Albus, do you really think it's safe, leaving him with these people? I've watched them all day. They're the worst sort of muggles imaginable. They're really are-
Albus: (cuts in between) The only family he has.
Minerva sighs as she looks at him again.
McGonagall: Then I'll raise him. His father is my godson after all. I can take care of him as my own. I can train him. Every wizard in our world will know of him.
Albus: Exactly. He's far better off growing up away from all of that.
McGonagall: Because of some prophecy, are you willing to keep harry in the hands of someone who hates wizarding world so much? They will treat him very badly, albus.
Albus: (sighs) Minerva, I understand your concerns, truly I do. But the decision to leave Harry with the Dursleys is not made lightly. It's not merely about their suitability but about the protections that must be in place for Harry. The Dursleys are not ideal, but they are necessary for the enchantments that will keep him safe.
McGonagall: But Albus, you're letting him to grow up in a place where he will be mistreated, where he will never know love or understanding of his true nature. Is this really the best we can offer him? I can cast powerful spells to keep him safe under my care. I can give him the comfortable life he deserves.
Albus: It is not about what's best in the sense of comfort or happiness, Minerva. It's about what is necessary for his safety. The blood protection placed on him by his mother's sacrifice is the strongest form of protection he can have. As long as he is in their care, that protection remains intact. This will shield him from Voldemort and his followers.
McGonagall: And you believe that this protection outweighs the emotional damage he will suffer?
Albus: The physical and magical protection provided by the Dursleys' home is crucial. We must balance the needs of safety with the reality of our situation. Harry will be safe there until he is old enough to understand his past and his place in our world. When he's ready, he will learn of his true heritage and of the love that surrounds him.
She looked away as she knew that she couldn't get an upper hand over the wizard. She reluctantly handed him over to albus as he took the boy from her gently. But when he tried to take him, he noticed that harry held McGonagall's little finger in his small hand unknowingly. McGonagall's heart ached as she saw the scene before her. She removed the hand from her finger with a heavy heart as tears formed in her eyes. She looked away from the man before her as she began to wipe her eyes. Hagrid too has the same look on his face.
McGonagall: Albus.
She called for the headmaster in a very low voice that could send shivers down the spine. She looked at albus with a threatening look on her face.
McGonagall: If anything happens to the boy in their care… You will answer my wrath.
She breathed heavily as she walked towards the house which had the number 4 etched onto the gate.
Albus looked at the woman as he felt fear since he hasn't heard her voice in such a dark tone. He quickly regained his posture and he walked towards the door of the house which is currently closed.
He placed the kid near the door as he heard the sounds of someone clearing their throat. He turned around to see hagrid with tears in his eyes looking away from the scene before him.
Albus: There, there, Hagrid. It's not really good – bye after all.
He and Minerva looked back at the kid as albus kneeled down and placed a letter on the boy. It displayed "Mr and Mrs V Dursley, 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey".
Albus: Good luck… Harry Potter.
As he said that name, Minerva looked at the kid who was going to be living his life with the worst humans imaginable in the world. The trio was about to leave as she took one last look at him and saw the lightning shaped scar on his forehead.
Then they all left for Hogwarts as harry was left behind at the doorstep of his aunt and uncle.

To be continued…
A/N: That's a wrap on the first chapter.
On the account of Harry Potter's birthday in the books which was 31 July, 1981, I began to write this story. I hope I'm doing well here.
This is just the beginning of the story as I used the final scene of the chapter from the first harry potter movie.
I wanted to include the prophecy scene that Trelawney told to albus when she first met him in this chapter.
Ignore grammatical mistakes.
More chapter are yet to come.
