Chapter 7 - NESTS Reunion
Three female shadows are seen approaching the station
"There you are! Where had you been all this time?" - Asked Kyo being seen alongside Terry, Mai and Galford
"Kyo, well is a large story... Chizuru and I felt the surge of a powerful chi in the distance, some kilometers from here. And we decided to investigate." - Athena
"Well the important thing is that you three are fine, but you should have told us about it. The situation out there is dangerous." - Kyo
"You tell me about it, we found that we were not the only ones pursuing after this source." - Athena
"Leona meet with Shermie in the cave, I was attacked by that woman Botan and Chizuru fought against that demon Mizuki." - Athena
"See what I told you, this was a risky decision from you and Kagura." - Kyo
"..." - "Kagura" stares at Kyo with two calm eyes despite being blamed by Kyo for risking the lifes of Athena and Leona
"I admit it, it was my fault. I put on risk the lifes of Leona and Athena, probably I should had called you all regarding this situation. But if I hadn't acted at the moment, I felt that whatever was this source of power, it could had ended up falling in their hands." - "Chizuru"
"At least you found the source of this chi?" - Kyo
"We did... And it wasn't a object, it was two persons, a woman of short purple hair and a man of large black hair and pale skin." - Athena
"The woman know as Botan took advantage of the distraction to get her strings on them, now I understand how her powers work, she can take control of anyone with just a mere touch of these strings that come out of her body. Whatever she did to Chizuru in the past, she probably used those strings to control her." - Athena
"*Sigh* So you're telling me those guys have now other two allies on their group?" - Kyo
"Yes, I'm sorry Kyo. The cave was about to collapse and I couldn't follow them, we ended up leaving the cave before it collapsed on top of us." - Athena
"Is alright, we will see what are we going to do now, by the way, you girls aren't the only ones doing these sneaky escapades." - Kyo
"What do you mean?" - Athena
"Remember K' and his group? They left without saying nothing, nobody saw them but they took one of those vehicles from the hangar of this base." - Kyo
"Why would they leave?" - Athena
"I don't know, but they probably weren't comfortable around us." - Kyo
"Who needs them anyway! These artifical freaks didn't wanted to cooperate with us anyway. Whatever they do out there isn't our problem." - Said "Chizuru" acting angry at hearing about the K' team deserting
"(Seirah...)" - Leona
Kyo and Athena see Chizuru walking inside
"If you need me, I'll be resting on my room. I need to consult with the elder spirits." - "Chizuru" walks inside the base
"Is something wrong with her?" - Kyo
"She is probably angry about this, the situation at the moment isn't favourable for us, but we will get out of here. I have faith in that, Kyo. This last fight might had ended in a victory for them, but they haven't won the war." - Athena
Meanwhile
"I can't believe that woman? Did she really was defeated by them?" - Says Botan as she and Shermie approach their base with the now controlled man and woman that were in the cave
"I don't know. She either was crushed by the cave or ended up being captured, assuming that her opponent was Kagura, then she must had loss against her." - Shermie
"Kagura beat her? Argh! You have to be kidding! Kagura is just a joke nowadays, she can't be strong enough to have taken her... Unless she had luck." - Botan
"So what about them?" - Shermie
"These two are more interesting than I thought at first, the woman's name is Shiki, the man for what I managed to dig from the blurry mess that is his memories is named Asura." - Botan
"Everything I see in their memories is just death and destruction! A sea of blood and nothing more than the orders from this strange being telling them what to do... This strange voice full of echo commanding them to spread chaos and terror in the world." - Botan
"Huh... Interesting." - Shermie and Botan are closer to their base
"Ah-ha! Yes... Yes! Now I understand it!" - Says "Chizuru" sitting on her bed using the mirror of Yata to look at the past of herself?
"My, my. What a interesting creature you ended up being, Chizuru." - "Chizuru"
"All this pressure and insegurity deep inside you. Holding this power all for yourself... And here I thought you were nothing but a weak rat but I was wrong... RAKIKIKIKI." - Chizuru
"I was so wrong! Isn't that you're weak, is just that this big insegurity holds you back, you fear to not be good enough to represent your clan, to honor your sister's memory. You fear to disappoint everyone who trust in you." - Chizuru
"All that repressed pain and emotions are nothing but a big burden for you. Being in charge on your own business, your responsability as the guardian of the seal, always needing to know what is happening, extreme guilt related to the traumatic memories from having failed your sister in the past, an unrequited love, feeling that everything you do for your city isn't enough.. So many pressures." - Chizuru
"Is wonderful! I just hit the jackpot with you, Chizuru! Not even Bizuki's mind was this much of a mess. Don't worry, dear friend. I assure you that with me on the lead. Life will change to be better for both of us..." - Chizuru passes her hand in front of her face as her facial features slowly morph to show the face of Mizuki
"RAKIKIKIKI! Now I just need to destroy your friends from inside and the victory will be mine." - Mizuki
"Hmph! So these two were the big sources of power Mizuki was talking about." - Rugal looks at both Shiki and Asura standing standing still
"Yes, shame that she didn't returned with us. But at least now that they are on our side, our numbers has increased. And let me tell you this two have a pretty good combat prowess." - Botan
Shiki stares at window of the room with her sitting there still sporting the same blank stare looking at the group, with her leg crossed as the conversation continues
"Hmph! They will be useful assets for the allies that we have loss." - Ron
"They will be, what did you found about them?" - Rugal
"Not much, they were apparently the servants of another entity, one that I can't manage to see in their memories but this entity was commanding them to kill everything in their path." - Botan
"I have to confess, she is pretty." - Says Yashiro looking at the silent Shiki
"Hmph!" - Setsuna
Meanwhile
"Ah." - Nakoruru moans as she and Krizalid continue kissing each other
"Wait! This isn't right." - Nakoruru
"What's wrong? I thought we were starting to understand each other?" - Krizalid
"I can't do this, there's someone else..." - Says Nakoruru looking down not being able to accept Krizalid's appreciation
"..." - Krizalid stares at Nakoruru silently with him holding his anger
"You're a interesting person. I see." - Krizalid grabs the cheek of Nakoruru with him managing to hold his anger
"This is probably the first time I felt like this... This strange feeling." - Krizalid is confused
"Is called love, you have never felt something like that before?" - Nakoruru
"Not this type of feeling. I don't know what these so called bonds are, the only bond I once had was with Seirah and she betrayed me to join with that rotten clone!" - Krizalid becomes angry remembering about Seirah
"Listen, whatever you had done in the past, you need to make this hatred aside, we need to return to the base and join forces with the rest." - Nakoruru
"You think is simple as that?! Don't make me laugh." - Krizalid
"I refuse to work with Kusanagi and these worms, what I was offering you was to join forces to beat Rugal's group and then Kusanagi's." - Krizalid
"I couldn't betray my friends." - Nakoruru
"Friends? You barely know them, besides if they cared about you, they would had come for you already." - Krizalid's comment makes Nakoruru look down, she felt certain true coming from his words with her feeling like Kyo and the rest have forgotten about her
"No! I don't believe you!" - Nakoruru
*Swossh* - Suddenly both Nakoruru and Krizalid hear a strange sound making them seeing a vehicle arriving at the base.
"They have come!" - Nakoruru
"Could it be that you were right? Hmph! I have a good welcome for Kusanagi and his friends, think about my offer, Nakoruru. There won't be time for regrets once you had made a choice." - Krizalid
"I'm sorry, but there's no wa-" - Nakoruru
"Krizalid!" - Seirah appears entering in the room alongside K', Maxima and Kula
"So is you Seirah and you brought the rest of the traitorous scum!" - Krizalid
"We didn't came here to fight with you, Krizalid." - Says Seirah pulling out her gun away with her approaching walking alongside the rest towards the confused Krizalid
"What is the meaning of this, Seirah. Is this some kind of trick?" - Krizalid
"No, I want to call a truce with you. Listen, you must know this feeling of not fiting in with the rest of them. If we want to return back to earth, we better need to win this. We need to take out Rugal's team on our own." - Whip
"But what about your team?" - Krizalid.
"They will listen to us once the main threat is dealed with." - Says Seirah offering her hand to Krizalid for this one's surprise as Nakoruru watches in the background.
"..." - Krizalid is seen loss in his thoughts with hesitation.
Seirah looks at him with some concern as she pulls her other hand towards where her gun is just in case
"Alright, I'll trust in your words Seirah. But don't think this changes things regarding our business back on earth." - Krizalid
"I'm aware of that." - Seirah
Meanwhile
"I always feel like somebody is watching me... And I get no privacy!" - Sings "Chizuru" entering in the cells where the trapped Silber, Mr. Big, Freeman, Grant and Zeus are
"(Ah, Dr. Brown you shouldn't had shared the key numbers of this cells to someone like this silly Kagura.)" - Chizuru presses the button sequences from each cell to activate them, making them light up as the unconscious bodies of the trapped opponents are seen.
Each chamber opens one by one as Chizuru passes by with her pressing the buttons with the configurations in a quick manner.
"Rakikikiki... Get up, you sleepy heads!" - Chizuru sees slowly the group waking up confused as she stares at her nails surprised by the speed in which she managed to free them
"Ah... What happened?" - Mr. Big
"Where are we?" - Zeus
"Chizuru Kagura? You did this?" - Freeman calls out the woman of the smug look on her face, with Kagura putting her hand behind her hair posing
"Oh me? Yeah. I thought you had enough sleep already and needed to get out..." - Chizuru
"Something is wrong with her, she has the aura of a demon." - Silber
"Shhh... Don't be spreading my little secret like that, Silber. But I must give it to you, you hit the nail." - Chizuru passes her hand in front of her face showing the terrific smile of Mizuki Rashoujin
"Mizuki!" - Grant
"How is this possible? You killed Kagura?" - Mr. Big
"No, don't be silly. I will resume it easy, Kagura made the terrible mistake of killing my old hostess, so I made her repay me the favour by becoming my new hostess. And I must admit this body is fantastic, I feel so happy! I feel so alive! This is the greatness high!" - Mizuki stabs the right side of her head with her pointy nail with a big smile, making blood come out of her head as she smiles moving her finger stabbing her head but keeping the big smile for the surprise of Mr. Big and Zeus, and the indiference of Freeman, Silber and Grant
"So your hostess is..." - Silber
"Dead, my dear poor Bizuki is now with the demons in hell. I'm gonna miss her, alot of years together only to be throwed away in a mere second." - Mizuki
"But enough wasting time, gentlemen. You all need to get out of here before they realized I have freed you all. Go to the hangar and get a vehicle to escape out of here, tell Rugal I send my regards." - Mizuki
"Wait, aren't you coming with us?" - Mr. Big
"No, you see James. My job here isn't done." - Says Mizuki showcasing a sinister smirk as she puts her hand on Mr. Big's shoulder
"Are you crazy, are you planning on taking them on your own?" - Zeus
"Yes, I actually plan to do that." - Mizuki
"You sound confident." - Freeman
"Let's just say I have a little trick in my sleeve. When you see me again, I'll return with the severed head of that Kusanagi brat." - Says Mizuki as she starts walking away
"Now go! I have important things to do. Trust me! You won't want to stay here any longer in some moments." - Mizuki
"Things are about to get a little slimy." - With a cryptic tone Mizuki leaves the room
"Take the right route towards the hangar, nobody is watching it at the moment." - Mizuki
Without saying more, Mr. Big and the rest take this path towards the hangar
"He is still there isn't it?" - Says Kyo entering in the lab as he sees Dr. Brown watching over Rootmars floating above a mountain thanks to his drone
"Yes, he is still there, I wonder what is he planning." - Dr. Brown
"Whatever it is, we need to return to think what we are going to do with Rugal and his group." - Says Kyo as unaware of it, both are being spied by Chizuru
