The clones and the rescue Lincoln group and Lincoln looked at Albert with sympathy Lincoln didn't mean for his grand father to be reminded of those memories of the Vietnam war let alone losing his best friend.

" Pop Pop" Lincoln said breaking the silence " I'm sorry I didn't know" Lincoln said to his grandfather " Dad" Rita said to her father why didn't you ever tell me about this?" Rita asked her father.

Albert let out a sigh and looked at his daughter " Because I didn't want you know what that war was like and what I went through" Albert said then looked at the group " You heard what I went through and Lincoln knows what I mean because he's going through it right know" Albert said to the others then tunrs to his grand son and then the others.

" I don't want anyone of you holding this over Lincoln let alone guilt tripping him into making him feel bad about having me to bring up my time in Vietnam." Albert tells everyone " Now if you excuse me I need to be alone" Albert says as he exits the bridge of the Venator. Lincoln looks back at his family and then he to exits the bridge leaving the group alone with there thought's

one hour later

Lincoln is in his quarters meditating trying to clear his mind then there was a knock on the door " come in" Lincoln said as the doors opened to reveal Ronnie Anne standing in the doorway looking at him nervously " Hey" she said to him " Hey" he said back to her " Can I come in?" Ronnie Anne asked him with a nervous look on her face " Sure and you can tell the others to come in as well" Lincoln said to her.

Ronnie Anne was startled because the loud sisters and the others were waiting on next to the doors but made sure that he couldn't see them but when Lincoln said that the others to come in as well they were surprised.

Everyone popped from around the corner to see Lincoln " How the heck did you even know that we were here?" Lola asked with a raised eyebrow " Since I've been training I can fell things through the force such as emotions so sensing you guys on the other side of the walls was pretty easy" Lincoln said to them " Huh well since you can lift Lilly by using your mind we should have seen that coming " Lisa said to her older brother.

Rita looked at her husband and he nodded his head " Lincoln sweetie We have been discussing about your choice to stay here and-" Rita was cut off when the sound of Lincoln's comm link went off " Hold on mom" Lincoln said as he pressed on the comm " this is commander loud go ahead" Lincoln said into the comm " Commander we are approaching Datooine" A clone told Lincoln " Copy that I'm heading to the bridge " Lincoln said to the clone.

He looks at the group and sighs " Look we can talk about this when we land on the planet " Lincoln said as he walked past them and made his way to the bridge of the ship.

Ten minutes later

Lincoln was standing on the bridge of the Venator as the blue light of hyper space came to an end " Sir we have arrived" A clone naval officer said to Lincoln " Okay contact General Windu tell him we will be landing soon" Lincoln said then the sensor alarms went off " What's happening!?" Lincoln asked loudly " SIR enemy fleet coming out of hyper space" A clone officer shouted as he pointed out the bridge window showing droid ships drop out of hyper space the size of the fleet was larger than Lincoln's

" Scramble the fighter and bombers protect the transports at all cost!" Lincoln ordered " Yes sir!" A clone responded.

On board the Separatist command ship

General Greivous watches as republic and droid ships fire at one another " Uh General" A battle droid " What is it?" Greivous asked the battle droid are fleet has begun there assault and are waiting further orders " the droid said to the General " Prepare are force to board the command ship I will capture Kenobi's apprentice myself as well as his family " The general ordered.

" Yes sir" a battle droid said and saluted

On board the Venator

The group was running through the halls as the ship shook a door and they saw clones running past them with there guns in there hands " Hey what's going on?" Bobby asked a clone that ran up towards the group " Separatist fleet ambushed commander loud ordered me to escort you to the escape pods" the clone said and the ship shook again.

" All troopers to the main hanger Repeat all troopers to the main hanger!" A voice said over the intercom " uh what does that mean?" Luan asked fearfully " It means the droids have boarded the ship" We have to move quickly" the clone trooper said as the group began to walk towards the escape pods the group spots Lincoln running along side some other clones heading towards the Hanger " Lincoln Wait!" Lori shouted as she and Luna, Leni Lily,Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Lisa, Stella Sam and girl Jordan ran after him " No Kids!" Rita shouted as she was about to run after them the doors closed shut.

Rita, Lynn Sr, Arturo and the clone trooper try to pry open the door to avail " It's no use the the closed shut " The clone trooper told them " But what about are kids there in danger!" Rita told the clone.

" Look right know I need to get all of you to the escape pods If the commander sees them then he'll have some others escort them" the clone said to the loud parents and Ronnie Anne's dad. The three parents looked at each other in concern Arturo Looked back to see Maria with fear and worry in her eyes.

Clones where taking positions behind crates and fighters as droid drop ships entered " Get ready Here they come!" A clone shouted as the hanger was filled with blue and red blaster bolts Lincoln rushes into the hanger as he activates his light saber and orange blade was revealed as Lincoln cuts through the battle droids.

Unaware that ten members of the group had followed him in to the hanger " AAAHHHH!" the screamed as they took cover behind some crates " This is CARZY!" Sam shouted as blaster flew over there heads then a clone took cover behind the same crates and notice " What are you kids Doing!?" The clone questioned them " We followed Lincoln trying to help him but know it was like totes a bad idea!" Leni said loudly over the sound of blaster fire " YOU THINK!?" the clone said to them.

Ronnie Anne peeked over the crates making sure that she didn't get hit as she did she saw him. Lincoln Acting without fear using his weapon to cut through the battle droids one at a time then she head laughter evil laughter she turned a robotic being slamming a clone to the ground and the using it's claw like foot to kill the clone.

Then the robotic being turned his attention to Lincoln.
