Satine places her hand under her chin and begins to ponder about what to do next and then looks at the prime minister " Almec" Satine said to the prime minister " Yes Duchess?" He asks her " Pleas escort these people to a temporary living quarters within the city and have guards stationed at the hospital to guard there brother I will notify the republic about this Development" Satine said

This surprised Almec usually she would keep the Republic out of Mandalore's affairs but something told him that this was different but choose not to question the duchess " Right away Duchess " Almec said as he turned to the group.

" If you would please follow me" Almec said as he walked towards the group " Wait" Ronnie Anne said getting everyone's attention " Is something the matter?" Duchess Satine asks her. " I thought we were gonna go back to the hospital and see Lincoln?" She asks the Duchess.

Satine looks at Ronnie Anne. She wanted to be with a Jedi Pawdawan and soon memories began to flood her mind of when she was young and meet Obi Wan Kenobi from a past that seemed like a life time ago. " Very well then I'll have some guards escort you back to the hospital Almec please escort the others to there temporary residence" Satine ordered.

Almec nodded his head and the then turns to the others " If you please follow me" Almec said as he lead the group out of the throne room with Ronnie Anne following the palace guards back to the hospital. Satine turns to her aid " Please contact the republic and let inform them of these turns of events" Satine instructed her aid " right away duchess " the aid said to Satine.

Dantooine

The republic supply fleet that survived the attack from the droid fleet were unloading supplies to reinforce the clones stationed on the planet. Master Windu was with Ajax in the command center. " you believe that Grievous's attack was to capture padawan Loud and his sisters to find the location of his planet?" Master Windu asked the clone he wasn't the only Jedi in the room Holograms of Obi Wan Kenobi, Anakin, Ahsoka, Luminara, Mundi and Plo koon and Yoda were present.

" Thank you Ajax your dismissed" Obi Wan said The clone nodded his head and walked out of the command center leaving the Jedi alone to discuss this information " Do you believe what Ajax said is true about Lincoln's home world?" Anakin asked the others " I'm afraid so Lincoln told me that there are multiple governments across his world many with that believe in Democracy while others have there own views of government" Obi wan said.

The Jedi where discussing about this when " Excuse me General" A clone said to Windu "We have in incoming transmission from Mandalore" The clone said this caught everyone's attention " Mandalore ?" Ahoska said turning to Anakin who shrugged his shoulders.

" It's from Duchess Satine she say's it's important" The clone said to Windu " Very well put her through then. Let's see what the Duchess has to tell us" Obi Wan said knowing Satine she wouldn't have contacted them unless it was important.

Soon the hologram of Duchess Satine appeared in the room " Greetings master Jedi" Duchess Satine said bowing her head in respect " Greeting duchess surprise it is to hear from you " Yoda said with a smile.

" Yes well there has been an unexpected development involving one your Padawans" Satine said to the Jedi catching them off guard " A padawan?" Kenobi asked wanting to make sure that he heard correctly.

" Yes Lincoln Loud" Duchess Satine said. This caught everyone off guard "Wait Lincoln's on Mandalore?" Anakin asked the Duchess " Yes he and his siblings and friends were able to escape but I'm afraid not all of them escaped unscaved" Satine said as she looked down a little " What do you mean?" Master Windu asked.

" It appears General Greivous tortured Lincoln in front of the others in order to obtain the coordinates of there home world but they refused so he paid the price" Satine said.

The Jedi were shocked to hear this " what's his condition?" Obi Wan asked Satine. " He's stable for now are doctors are taking care of him and I have guards stationed at the hospital to watch over him" Satine said to the Jedi " I see and his sisters and friends?" Obi Wan asked

" They are alright I'm having the prime minister escort them to temporary housing until you can arrive to pick them up all except for the one known as Ronnie Anne she insisted on returning to the hospital" Satine said to the Jedi Obi Wan smirked a little as he remembered how Ronnie Anne ran to hug Lincoln on Geonosis only for her to knock him and her on to the ground after running towards him in excitement.

" Thank you Duchess Satine for this in formation we'll send a cruiser to pick them up right away" Mace windu said to the Duchess of Mandalore who nodded and soon the transmission ends.

The Jedi in the room look at each other processing this information " Well at least now we know were they are" Anakin said trying to sound positive " Yes but know we have to deal with Greivous and the theory that Ajax told us" Obi wan said to his former student.

" It would be wise to notify Lincoln's family and the others about this development " Plo Koon said Ankain nodded his head an agreement and then turns to Ahoska and smiles.

Near the Tanks a certain tomboy is seen under neath a Tank working on an AT-TE that was damaged " Okay try it now" Lana said the clone who press some of the buttons on the control panel and then the tanks then turns on.

The clone then gives Lana a thumbs up much to her delight Rex and a few others where watching her " not bad for a kid your age" Rex said as he was impressed seeing someone as young as Lana work on a tank. " I'll say kids a natural" Another clone said to Rex.

" thanks but this tank was a piece of cake " Lana said with a smile as she but her tools back " Is that so?" Rex asked with a small smirk " well then if you think fixing this tank was easy well then how about fixing" Rex stopped thinking of a challenge for Lana until something came to mind " Follow me kid " he said to Lana as he led Lana away from the tank and towards the airfield where there was a row of twenty Y-wings stationed.

" These bombers are having problems with there engines think you can all of them?" Rex asked the tomboy Loud. Lana looks to see all of the bombers and then back at the clone captain and smiles " Give me an hour" Lana says to him with a confident smirk excepting the Captain's challenge.

Else where

The Loud's and there friends were in the mess hall helping Rosa pass out her cooking to the clone's and the reinforcements who had arrived with them when they were attacked.

The clones were eating and talking among them selves but there was a conversation that was going around in the mess that had came from the command ship that was destroyed in the ambush.

" Your kidding me all of those men fighting and dying for lies?" A clone asked " Yeah and from what he said it sounded like the war was lost at the start" Another clone said " Medivac in a fire fight not the best way to get the injured out" Another said.

" From what I heard Commander Loud's grandfather was as old as his oldest grand daughter and the guys he fought along side was about that age or younger" a clone said to his brother. As the clone were talking each other the Loud's Casagrande's and the others helping clean the plates that had been used to serve the food. All of them except for Maria.

Maria was in a medical bay helping with some of the injured clones both those who were wounded from the assault on the ship and the base before they arrived. " Are you alright nurse Santiago?" a medical droid asked Maria noticing that she was struggling to stand " I'm fine just a little tired " she said to the droid with a weak smile.

"My sensors are indicating that you have eaten in some time" the medical droid said to her " I would advise that you rest and gather strength for the rest of the day I can handle the injured from here" the droid said to Maria.

Maria hadn't eaten ever since they arrived on the planet she was focused on the injured clones and at the same time stressing out over that fact that her daughter was taken prisoner by some war crazed cyborg who leads the opposing army. But the medical droid was right she needed to eat something and regain her strength.

" Maybe your right I do need to eat something are you going to be okay looking after the men by yourself?" Maria asked the battle droid " I will be fine ma'am" the droid said to her.

With that Maria exited the medical bay and began to walk away but the problem was she didn't know where exactly where the mess hall was located she kept walking until she bumped into some one she saw that it was a clone with blue paint on the his armor bark blue grey shoulder pads and a helmet that was different from the others he had a blue arrow on his chest.

" Oh I'm sorry " Maria said to the clone not sure how he would react " It's okay I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking" the clone said as he got a good look at her. To him it was almost as if he saw an angel.

Maria looked at him with a raised eyebrow " are you okay?" she asked him. Snapping out of it he answered her " Uh yes ma'am I was just thinking about something was all" the clone said to her.

Maria looked at him with a raised eyebrow but notice that he had what looked like the number Five on the side of his fore head. but choose not to ask about it " Well I' am sorry I was just looking for the mess hall knowing my mom she saved me a plate" Maria.

" Well it just so happens that I was heading towards the mess hall myself" the clone said as he dusted off his helmet " If you would like I can show you the way" the clone offered. " Well I don't see why not I have exactly figured this place out" Maria said laughing nervously.

" Thank you solider" Maria said not knowing what else to call the clone. " oh Please call me Fives" Fives said to her.
