Prompt : (modern) Sonic, Tails, and Amy are stuck on an island, and they heard from a villager that Knuckles spent his time there when he's not protecting the master emerald or hanging out with them, and that he knows the island well. As they're on their way, Amy says something cute to Sonic, cute enough to make him blush, Tails notices him and confronts Sonic by teasing him! (I'm evil :D) GO!

The Sonic gang wash up on an island after an epic duel with Eggman! Knuckles seems separated from the gang… as we come to find out that he's known the island pretty well, and that it holds ancient relics of the Echidna people. Lost in home-sick sorrow (his people are all gone/wiped-out) Sonic, Tails, and Amy attempt to find their friend and bring him home, where he'll be loved and cared for. During this 'hide and go seek' mission to find Knuckles, the gang have an interesting turn as they get pretty 'up-close' with one another…
"I won't say it again!" Sonic spits out, walking through the muddy river with Tails in front and Amy behind him, "I hate going the slow route!"
"It's not 'the slow route', we can't go anywhere else! There's poison ivy all along the trail route, we have to go this way!" Tails explained, not wanting to fly up because even more deadly plants, animal eating ones, lay above them. (Parana plant like things XP)
"Hmph…" Sonic frowned, not liking this one bit!
"Well…" Amy chimed, looking away as a thought crossed her mind. "Not all of us can choose another option besides the slow route. Especially when they have the need for speed~" Amy reached out and took her index finger, tracing it up his back and through his quills, making his whole body shiver a moment like he was just electrified or something nasty just slithered over his leg.
Not sure which type of reaction it was, Amy peeked over to see his face, and only was able to notice his muzzle holding a faint pink on it, before Sonic dashed up and away from her.
"On second thought… sometimes slow and steady wins the race."
Tails was surprised to hear that, coming from Sonic The Hedgehog, the fastest thing alive, and turned around. Seeing a blush and Sonic's disgruntled expression of trying to keep his composure, he realized Amy must of done something to upset him.
"Heh-heh! Something or someone moving a little to fast for you, Sonic?" he teased.
"Not now, Tails!" Sonic barked back, after passing him and finally finding a way out of the muddy river they were treading in.
The rest of the episode has Sonic avoiding Amy a bit, as she keeps trying to figure out if he liked her advance or not, still seeing the blush but also seeing his upset face, and not knowing which one to rely on for an 'absolute' answer as they finally reunite with Knuckles and teach him that his true 'home' isn't destroyed, and is right here with them! :D
