Avalon le Fae Part I is out and I got me Bageko, Baohban Sith, and Our Queen Morgan!
To any who got all three: Yorokobe Masters, your wishes have come true.
I was in a mental slump as of late, but I have been given some positive news in life to enjoy. Persona 3 Reload is official, and I intend to make a Lunar Witch/Persona 3 Xover arc because of how giddy I am for the game's remake.
King Arthur (Prototype) is now Level 120! My bro, my King is now truly the Grand Saber!
Question: Should I add Evilus into the formula or leave that to the Loki Familia?
I'm considering creating a forum in the future for discussions on The Lunar Witch's story. This fic alone is officially Volume I of my "Witch of Orario" series. And while I have ideas, some suggestions could add some new flavor to the story.
"Angel, you've turned this mongrel into a fish." Gilgamesh frowned with minor disapproval as Helel merely had a small elegant smile on his immaculate face. The Templar was restrained to a chain with ordinary chains, yet he was slumped, mouth open and his eyes glazed over as if fainted with eyes open.
"Humans are rather fragile beings in mind. They've still not awakened more than ten percent of their brain's potential compared to your Queen whose brain power is more than thirty." the angel mused quietly to himself. "This monkey only had two percent since he was reduced to nothing more than a disposable machine of war. Stripped of all human dignity and pride that Father and Mother loved." There was a hint of anger while the angel said this and even Gilgamesh found himself agreeing to the distaste of the Empire's methods.
Genocide was one thing for sure, but stripping a fellow human of their own sense of self and dignity to turn them into machines of war was crossing a line against their own kind. It was these kinds of traits that birthed the greatest threats to life itself on Earth. Gilgamesh glanced at the sky with an unamused expression, seeing something only the King of Heroes could see. "Arrogant human founder of this world, do you think you can look down upon me mongrel?" Gilgamesh growled in a low, threatening tone. The air distorted and a man appeared with snowy white hair, gray eyes and a sheepish smile. It reminded Gilgamesh of Bell.
"I'm sorry Your Majesty, it's a first for me to see Pan-History's first and greatest hero in the flesh! So to speak." The man apologized with genuine politeness and a bow of his head.
"...Adam." Helel noted with an unamused snort that was off putting to the image of a perfect angel. "What does humanity's oldest sexist want with us?" he asked and even Adam winced at that title. Clearly some things never changed even in this Lostworld it seemed.
This issue of gender inequality is quite biblical in fact, since Helel witnessed his Father create Adam and Lilith. Adam wanted to be on top as the dominant one in the relationship while Lilith wanted equality. This was why Lilith had a hasty divorce with her ex-husband and became the Mother of Demons in Pan-History. Even in this Lostworld although they're still married on paper (so to speak), the Empire was split into night and day. Adam ruled a coexistence faction while Lilith led that genocidal faction his current Contractor was fighting. It also reflected on how relationships worked in their respective sides and Helel couldn't be more disappointed with these two biggest idiots.
At least they're more civil than Zeus and Hera's relationship back in Greece during the Age of Gods, that is the positive side of things here.
"I'm just here to let you guys know that I'm going to lend a hand here in stopping my wife's antics. A civil war is about to break out in a week, enough time to stall Lilith's army and get you the time to put a swift end to this witch hunt and acts of genocide Lilith is committing." the world's first human explained himself while Gilgamesh and Helel shared a look and scoffed at Adam's reason for being here.
"That's all, mongrel?" Gilgamesh deadpanned, already bored of the man's obvious reason for why he's helping Hakuno's fight.
"You don't want the other races extinct so you won't lament over not having any other exotic beautiful women to bed besides ordinary humans." Helel stated the obvious so flatly the Earth could become flat from it.
All Adam could do was laugh and scratch his head sheepishly as he was that easy to read. It was like dealing with Bell with how honest they were. You can't really fault them for that. "So be it." Gilgamesh turned, already bored. "Go and lay with your collection of women, but…"
"-If I ever dare lay a finger on your queen then I'll face a wrath like no other. I understand that quite well Your Majesty!" Adam hastily held his hands up to meekly protect himself before teleporting out of there.
"...He's much stronger in this world than Pan History's version. Most likely since he and Lilith were merely driven out compared to being expelled from Paradise, he still retains his 'gifts'." Helel mused with a quirk of his lips compared to a small impressed smile. "He'll be useful in stalling Lilith and ensuring she's occupied until we join the civil war."
"Hah, my queen will make short work once she fights that snake woman." Gilgamesh boasted with uttermost confidence no one else could pull off. "Once they're in an isolated location, my queen can finally go all-out.'' Then out came that egocentric laughter straight from the soul that irritated Helel's ears to no end. Even with his time as Lucifer, he wasn't that loud and egoistic like this two-third demigod was.
*Empire-Chamber of Prophecies*
Adam appeared in his favorite place to work on his works. His Clairvoyance was powerful to see past-present-future and sideways in the branches of time. He loved and admired Proper History's humans for their efforts of creating objects to make life comfier than the normal pleasures of the current furnishings of this medieval era with minor steampunk elements to its less than adequate technology. He drew and painted visions of the possible futures, burning those that didn't come to pass and lamenting when a prophecy he foresaw and didn't like came to pass.
He's constantly trying to make a tomorrow for everyone. Despite his estranged relationship with Lilith who is still head over heels for the deceased angel Samuel, Adam viewed her as more of a close friend than spouse. Sure they got along fine and got into arguments over things, but they did respect each other over the years as they built this empire from a single rock.
But drifters of Pan History had caused problems, those of the Holy Church's dark side had gained influence and spread their teachings to the citizens.
Adam's visions warned of their danger and had made sure to severely limit their influence on the Empire. He saw what they did in Pan History, of destroying anything magical not related to their faith. Whether it was a simple fairy to other races that were created by other gods, it was all heretical to their eyes. And worse yet, Lilith had joined forces with them and created a division in the Empire.
The Holy Church had gained a private army with Lilith's backing, and Adam made specific laws while using his Authority as Father of Humanity to ensure that the divided Empire would not be destroyed in bloodshed. He forbade the killing of others in the Empire's domain, other races are permitted to live in the Empire and are not to be targeted for genocidal purposes or racial hate, to follow the teachings of their God's universal love of the people and the world.
It had worked with the civilians and soldiers of the Empire as they lived in harmony with others, but the faction Lilith made with the Holy Church drifters had made both sides hostile. His vision showed the Empire in ruins, people killing people, families torn apart, and even himself dying at God's tomb in an attempt to prevent its desecration. No matter what he did, that future was supposedly inevitable.
But then a few months ago when a lone light descended from the Moon to the Earth, did that prophecy change. The Holy Witch Hakuno Kishinami appeared in Orario. She was not included in any of his visions, and any attempts to read her futures were obscured by the fact she is not bound to any fate. A living paradox stood in Orario, and revealed lost truths of the past only he and Lilith remembered. The future was changing and Adam laughed and welcomed it. To him, Hakuno was anointed by Father as savior of this world from self-destruction the gods had made with their sins. The girl needed the scepter now, the one that appeared in the Lake of Tears a while back. That scepter resonated with the girl's powers, that his clairvoyance told him and believed to be an important key for things to come.
Once the Holy Church and Lilith are handled, the Empire will hail Hakuno a Saint for her truths, rescuing Mother, and reviving Father in a lesser state. Then he'll lend his resources to the Hestia Familia to prepare for the Chaldeans. The pruning of this world was something even he agreed shouldn't happen.
That and he'll open a fanclub in the Empire for Hakuno, just to mess with her. He'll go by the pen name "Boyzilla" and create "The Church of Hakuno" as the official fanclub name. His clairvoyance showed that she'd both be annoyed and embarrassed as her husband Gilgamesh laughed. Who said he couldn't have some fun messing with others, eh?
For now, he'll be her first fan as he used a mirror to catch glimpses of the battlefront and cheer Hakuno on as she led her Familia members into battle. He even had glow sticks and began performing what the Japanese in Pan History called a Wotagei.
Yes, that's right. Adam the First Human and Father of Humanity, is rooting and cheering for Hakuno like a fanboy to an idol. Let's just hope she doesn't get stabbed in the abdomen again alright?
...wut?
