I wanted to give you a prompt, so I tried my best! Prompt: Amy wants to learn guitar and remembers that Sonic is actually a good Singer and can play guitar. She asks him to teach her. In the cutest way you can think of ! ^•^ Sonic being able to sing and play guitar isn't used much in stories, I think. Thank you 3

Summary: -listed above.-
Couple: Sonamy
Prompt:
Plucking at some strings, Amy sighed and realized it was pointless. She hunches over and leans into her sigh, even more dramatic than the last one, and leans all the way back on her couch.
She decides to get some air and sits on her porch, moving her brand new guitar to her side and putting her hands under her chin, looking down and out for the count until an idea pops into her head.
Remembering something about Sonic singing and playing guitar in his younger years, she pulls out her phone and calls Tails.
"Hey! Yeah, I know… No, no, I get it! It's about Sonic, yes… Tails… TAILS! Un momento per favore! Sheesh. I just wanted you to tell Sonic, IF HE IS THERE, that I just bought a guitar and remembered he knew something about stringing chords, so if he could help me out, I'm at my house and would be very appreciative."
The other line grew silent before Tails admitted that a strong gust of wind just came up, and that maybe Sonic would like to help with that.
In a few moments, Sonic was at Amy's porch, looking over her guitar.
"It's not a bad brand." He commented, having put the guitar straps over his shoulder and started to fiddle with some notes.
"Ah!" Amy excitedly scooted closer, seeing his hands move as if an old memory was being replayed.
Sonic stopped, and she looked up at him, seeing his face, she realized she needed to move back just a bit.
"Heheh… Sorry." she nodded her head down and moved her dress under her again, keeping it tight around her legs as he smiled, seeing she understood he wanted some space, and started to play again.
She saw him getting into it, and smiled, nodding her head to the beat as he tapped his foot and his head moved a bit, was he going to..?
Some say life is full of strife
I say life is better with trouble
And, there's no better trouble than you.
So why waste time trying to play it safe?
Go the long road, and see where it takes-
You!
Oh, you~
Gotta find!
Someone
Anyone
That'll get me into trouble, like-!
Youuu~! Oh, oh, you…
Amy held her hands up to her mouth, amazed at how well he could play and sing at the same time.
Sonic's eyes were closed, jamming out to his tune, before he ended the song with a strum and peeked an eye open, laughing at Amy's excited clapping.
"Oh Sonic! You were great!"
Her praises went on, and Sonic took off the straps, shaking his quills out and running a shy, but modest hand through his hair.
"It was like I was teleported to a concert hall! And no one was there but the sound of your music and voice! Ah! I loved it! You've gotta teach me how to play that, Sonic! Was that a song you wrote? Composed? Orchestrated?!"
"Well, I'm glad you liked it. Orcha-what-a?" He saw her place both hands down in front of herself towards him, turning her body with a huge grin on her face.
He smiled, huffing at how eager she was and how amusing it looked.
"Alright, alright. Shimmy over." he teased, moving onto a higher step as she quickly obeyed, moving in front of him and staying on the lower step.
He put the guitar over her and took her hands, making her smile and her heart beat a little faster as he positioned them on the chords.
"Let's get you a basic chord first. Follow a beat. One, two…One, two, three… and-"
Sonic showed her where to place her hands, and after some teaching and instructing, Amy picked it up fast, and Sonic showed her the way he played the song.
Tapping his feet, he nodded, and moved away from above her and to the side.
"Now, let the music carry you where ever it so chooses." he placed a hand up and motioned it, showing her to literally ride with it, as Amy nodded her head and closed her eyes, repeating the same chords Sonic had just taught her.
Emmm!
Trouble can come, and trouble can go
But, darling, I'll-! Never let chu go
Cause, what's life without strife?
(Sonic) Life without strife!
I've never felt the way I have!
Strumming this guitar
Singing from the heart
I don't know what crazy spell this is~
But i'm lov-ov… loving! It!
She finished with a final strum and rocked back on her seat a little, as Sonic clapped and laughed, saying- "There ya go! There ya go."
The two laughed a moment before Sonic got up, and Amy's smile suddenly shifted.
"You leaving? Already?"
"You can play can't ya?" He grinned, and hopped down to dodge the rest of the steps, stretching for his run.
"B-but!" She abruptly got up, holding her guitar closer to her, tightly… "You can't go just yet! I only know one song!"
"And by fiddling with that, you should be able to make another. And in time, another. And another, and another… until you finally show me a song worth staying to listen for." He looked back over his shoulder, and smiled, giving her the challenge before darting off, only leaving the wind as a cold reminder of his departure.
She huffed, sitting down and whining a little, before looking down at her guitar again.
Fiddling, just like he told her too, with the notes she had learned, she strummed again and lifted a leg up to try to play another version again.
Sticks and stones can break my bones
but your tune will never get o-o-old…
This wind blowing feels so cold
but when you come back- I'll be sure! To bring you trouble aaaa-pause-gain!
She stood up and started slamming down on the guitar, really trying to put some feeling into it, before her fingers started to hurt and she moved them, looking at them in front of her face and frowning.
"Oww…" she put two of them in her mouth, and looked at the clouds.
She smiled, taking them out.
"Just you wait, Sonic The Hedgehog! I'll serenade you with a song that's bound to make you fall in love with me! No… Marry me!"
