A/N: I am a disgraced SpongeBob SquarePants fanfiction writer who personally failed miserably on creating a good OC that would fit in that fandom, i failed. This isn't a quite big change, since, at the time I've written the first paragraphs, I realized it is KINDA almost the same as "The Loud House Revamped", by you know, adding yourself to the story and meeting the entire cast. But by writing this, I didn't want to make it a X-over with thousands of fandoms like that guy, but still, I am unoriginal in that, I hope that, if you read this to the end, enjoy it, because I don't see no future in it, it brings a lot of complex plots and such (Like football), but I still don't see it can flourish.

Needless to say and ignoring all of above, I wanna see if I can make myself a competent TLH writer, so if you think I should continue this… let me know!

Enjoy!

By the way, I do not own ANYTHING of The Loud House, that belongs to Chris Savino, if that could be said. I only own my OC..

Friends from Loud places – A Loud House/Casagrandes fanfiction.

CHAPTER 1: He came from down under, NOT THAT down under.

It was certainly a beautiful day in Royal Wood. Lincoln Loud, on his first months on the Royal Woods Middle School, was still barely adjusting himself to these new changes. Sure, 6th grade for the first time for everyone was a big change, but that at particular day, he was gonna meet someone he didn't expected.

Lincoln was placing his books on his locker with his other hand grasping onto his backpack. The ambience was family friendly at the school, not much to divagate about. As he was gonna close his locker door, he took a glance at the inner side of the door, a photo he took himself with Ronnie Anne at the park with Ronnie Anne doing Bunny Ears to him, which he didn't mind at all. That was a special day, despite the fact that it was one of the few days he could be with her, noticing the 200-mile distance from each other, barely being able to see each other if his mom and Vanzilla "agree with it", but 7 out of 10 times he asks his mom for a ride to Great Lakes City, she agrees. Mothers always know about their children, as she knows how much special is Ronnie Anne as a friend for him. Disregarding the fact of why they aren't THAT close, considering that they once kissed, Lincoln ignored it, as they yell 'WE AREN'T!' while sweating each time someone mentions they are involved romantically, a big denial.

As Lincoln finally closed his locker door, he was approached by Clyde, his MAIN best friend. Well, besides certain and already mentioned Mexican girl. He was sporting his usual clothes and glasses, and with his backpack.

"Sup Linc?"

"Hi Clyde" Lincoln smiled.

"Videogames after school?"

"You know it" Lincoln pointed his fingers at him with a smirk.

"Hey, know the news?"

"Huh?" Lincoln rose an eyebrow.

"It looks like we have a guy from the student exchange program" Clyde replied while adjusting his glasses.

"Huh, never heard there is such thing in places like that" Lincoln got into a thinking pose.

"Me neither, but the interesting thing is that it happens ANYWHERE in the world" Clyde nodded, then got a sly smirk "Looks like we might have another Ronnie Anne Santiago, eh?"

"Clyde!" Lincoln chuckled "What's with that?"

"Nothing, nothing" Clyde shrugged "I am just stating a fact"

"Fact?"

"You will have to figure that out, Linc!" Clyde shrugged again as he started to walk away "See ya in class!"

Lincoln just stood there, confused. 'What's with him?' he thought. He wouldn't be suggesting that he and Ronnie Anne…? Nah, they are just friends. And if the student in exchange turned to be another Latino, he wouldn't mind at all. It wouldn't be PC, at these current times to think that just because it would be a Latino, he may go after Ronnie Anne upon meeting her. Maybe that was what Clyde had in mind with that smirk.

Lincoln just shook his head "Nah!" he brushed off that idea as the bell rang, ready for class.

In class, everyone was chattering around and waiting for the teacher's arrival as, classically in every school, some paper planes flew and the ambience was as kid-friendly as ever.

"… So the other day, I tried this new sushi joint, and it was amazing!" Stella was talking.

"Sushi? Isn't that raw fish?" Rusty asked.

"Not quite so, it is actually boiled rice in a roll covered by an algae layer" Clyde corrected him "But yeah, it may have salmon, philadelphia cheese, and some other ingredients. Heck, you can even be creative when preparing them"

"Yuck" Rusty frowned.

"It's not as good as eating a good old turkey my mama makes each Sunday" Liam chuckled "As good as a rattlesnake in May"

"Rattlesnake in May?" Zach chuckled "You just popped another micro-dot, dude!"

Lincoln was the only silent of the group, he kept thinking on what his bestie t old him earlier.

"Linc, you okay, bro?"

Lincoln then snapped out of his mind to look at Clyde, who was with a puzzled expression on his face "Oh, y-yeah dude, I am fine!" he smiled as he slightly started to sweat.

As the teacher, Mrs. Salter arrived, everyone got into silence.

"Good morning class" the teacher smiled as she placed her books on her desk, then stood up and grasped her hands together as she looked at her class, with an eager smile "I have special news for today" she announced "As some of you may already know, this school is in this year's student exchange program time, which means one of our beloved classmates will study in another country while someone from THAT country will have the privilege to study here" she explained.

As Lincoln was hearing the explanation, he was suddenly hit on the back of his head of something, a spit paper ball, to be precise. As he flinched, he furrowed his eyebrows and looked at his back, seeing Chandler whistling innocently while concealing a blowgun behind his back.

"Good shot" a whispering could be heard next to Chandler as Lincoln gave Chandler a last glare before looking back forward, hearing but disregarding a loud high five Chandler had with his friend.

"… and now, let me introduce you that student" Mrs. Salter smiled as she then walked towards the door and opened "Come in!" she told someone inside.

As everyone leaned their heads forward in curiosity, the new kid walked forward. He had a nearly pale white skin with a wide forehead, with a short black hair except with a small pompadour-ish crest pointing upwards, and a large widow peak. He had small bags under his eyes, a large nose and fleshy, scarlet-ish lips, and was wearing a long-sleeved white shirt, black dress pants and also black dress shoes. Having a neutral expression on his faces, eyes mid-closed with nearly dropped superior eyelids and with a red backpack on his back. He entered as he looked around.

"Talk about nosy business" Chandler whispered to his friend/goon next to him which he previously had a high-five with.

"Hahaha, good one" Chandler's friend chuckled with a smirk as he fist-bumped with him.

"What's with his mouth, is he wearing make-up? And what's with the Cyrano nose?" Girl Jordan eyed the new kid with an awkward expression on her face "He looks as Ew as Rusty!"

"Hey!" Rusty, hearing that, looked at Jordan with a disbelief frown.

"Sorry Rusty" she shrugged.

Mrs. Salter then smiled proudly as the new kid was walking further into the classroom, and then walked next to him, facing the class "Okay class, this is… uhhhh" she then looked at the new kid curiously "What was your name again?" she whispered on his ear.

The new kid briefly gave a sigh before responding "My name is Rodrigo, but you can call me Rod" he replied. Something particularly curious of these words were the accent with them. Unlike Ronnie Anne, who is Mexican at birth but American by living in the US for so many times, this kid had surely a Latino accent, pronouncing the word 'but' with difficulty, as Latino people who didn't lived in American place obviously also struggle with it.

"Right" Mrs. Salter looked at him awkwardly for a moment before smiling back at the class "Class, this is…" she then cleared her throat "Rodrigo" she said, trying to mimic the new kid Rodrigo's tone, complete with her eyes mid-closed and that slight frown. She then got into her smile once again "But you can call him Rod!" she cheered.

Rodrigo then looked at the teacher with a glare "That is what… I just said!" he complained, once again having problems adjusting to an American accent, pronouncing 'said' with difficulty.

"Right" Mrs. Salter once again stared at him awkwardly before smiling once again "And… where are you from?"

"Down Under" he replied.

"Oh, I didn't have any idea Australia gave us the privilege of sending one of their stu…"

"My mistake" Rodrigo rose a hand, then laughed "I actually meant… that I am from Argentina, not Australia, but… that is because currently, Argentina… is the most… southern… country in the world"

The class looked amazed as how Rodrigo pronounced these words, noticing the small pauses he does, as English wasn't certainly his mother tongue.

"Oh, Argentina, eh?" she laughed "It must be a… very interesting place" she smiled, while inside having no idea of what that country is, a nod to some placed in the USA where they do not know or simply disregard Third-world countries like Argentina or Bolivia.

"It… sure is" Rodrigo nodded "We have football"

"Oh right, my favorite team are the Denver Broncos!"

There was a long pause after that.

Rodrigo faced his new teacher with a glare "Excuse me?!"

"Well, nevermind" Mrs. Salter laughed "Take your new sit, Rodolfo, next to Lincoln"

"It's Rodri… oh, just call me Rod!" Rodrigo suddenly growled, making Mrs. Salter's eyes open widen with a gasp.

"What did you say?!"

After that sudden outburst, everyone gasped at the fact that he actually yelled at his teacher. Upon realizing that, Rodrigo, now called Rod, turned his glare into a shocked expression on his face, with a gulp, then took a deep breath "Excuse me, Mrs. Salter, i… will be on my way, thank you"

As Rod was walking, everyone didn't move their eyes from him, still shocked as Rod took his seat next to Lincoln.

"Well, ahem…" Mrs. Salter cleared her throat "Let's continue with the class, shall we?" she then walked towards the chalkboard, grabbed a chalk and started writing on it "Today we would be talking about the Boston Tea Party, one major event on the American Revolutionary War…" (A/N: Also tell me if this is the correct class and teacher. As I said, I barely became a fan after some years, I am not kinda used to this show).

"Yelling at the teacher like that, eh?" Chandler smirked as he talked to his friend next to him "This guy has some nerve; he'd probably be one of my turf"

"I dunno, Chandler" Chandler's friend/goon told him, pointing forward.

Upon looking, he noticed Lincoln was talking to him "Oh, crud" he groaned.

"… name's Lincoln" Lincoln whispered at him, then pointed at his friends "These are Rusty, Stella, Zach, Liam and Clyde"

"Hey there!" Stella smiled.

"Sup" Rusty kept his chill expression even after Girl Jordan insulted him.

"Howdy!" Liam grinned.

"Wossup dude?" Zach followed suit

"I'm Rod" Rod nodded "Pleasure to meet you" he extended his hand to shake it, which Lincoln indeed did.

"Eh, English is not your forté as I see, right?" Lincoln asked awkwardly, noticing that he pronounced 'pleasure' with extreme difficulty.

"No, but I am a real capo at Spanish"

Capo, that word wasn't neither in Lincoln's nor English dictionary, not even a slang.

"Uh… capo?"

Rod suddenly realized it, he was American not Argentine, he didn't acknowledge that word "Sorry, what I mean… is that I am really really good at Spanish, as it is my mother language" this had to be Rod's first English sentence on his first day at school, pretty fair for a Latino.

"Oh" Lincoln chuckled as he finally resolved to shake his hand "So… you like football?"

"Not… American football" he mentioned "Soccer, like you call here"

"Oh, so you got angry because…?"

"Yeah, I am kinda… sick of people here confusing football with soccer, as football is football, FOOT-BALL!"

That last word, accidentally in loud voice, caught the attention of Mrs. Salter, who stopped writing on the chalkboard to face Rod with a glare "Have got anything to share with us… Rod?"

Suddenly realizing what he did, Rod looked back again forward "Eh… no!"

"Well, if you're that talkative, then would you mind telling me the date of the Boston Tea Party?"

Rod then sighed "Listen, señorita, I come… from a country where you study different country history, not American history, so if you are actually asking an Argentinian about something American, then…"

"Is that a yes or a no?" Mrs. Salter interrupted Rod's probably longest English sentence, still glaring at him.

Rod replied by smashing his fist on his desk "No" he muttered almost inaudibly while shaking his head.

"Well then, you probably need to pay attention instead of talking to others, that's for recess, you know that?"

Rod then sighed "Yes señorita"

"And one more thing: Don't call me señorita or whatever it is, if we're in here, try to accommodate to our languages, that kind of slangs aren't admitted here"

"I thought this… was the land of freedom" Rod muttered, this time really inaudibly.

"What's that?"

"Nothing, nothing, sorry"

"Okay" Mrs. Salter then looked back at the chalkboard.

"… señorita" he muttered more inaudibly.

That made the entire class break into laughter.

Mrs. Salter stomped with her foot as she glared at her class. "SILENCE!" she yelled, which made the class effectively stop laughing "Look Rodolfo, i…"

"Rodrigo"

"Right… Rodraigo… I am trying to have a class here, so if you have any complaints about it, then I'd suggest you keep them for yourself and tell them to the school counselor" she warned at him "Meanwhile, I'd suggest you stay silent and listen to the class, because if not, then I can gladly send you to Mrs. Ramirez office, got it?" she growled.

"Another Latina?"

"Got it?!"

"I mean… yes ma'am!" Rod gulped.

"Okay" Mrs. Salter took a deep breath to calm down, then proceeded with the class "As I was gonna explain, the Boston Tea Party took in December 16, 1773, and…"

As Rod was trying to focus his mind on listening the teacher and keeping up with her English while taking notes on a paper with his pen he previously took off his handbag, he felt as something hit his back. Turning around, he looked at Chandler, with the blowgun on his hand "Nice job mate, never seen someone stand up to Mrs. Salter like that, wanna be friends?"

"Psch" could be heard from Rod's mouth as he shook his head in denial before looking forward again.

"Meh, loser" Chandler rolled his eyes as he loaded another spitball into his blowgun and shot at Rod again, this time hitting the back of his neck, just like he did with Lincoln before.

"Nice shot" his friend chuckled as he made another fist-bump with Chandler.

Rod then looked again at Lincoln "Hey Abe"

"Huh?" Lincoln was taking notes before turning his attention to the Argentine boy "You talkin' to me?"

"Yeah"

"Name's Lincoln" Lincoln furrowed one eyebrow at him

"Whatever" Rod sighed "Do you have to cope with this moron always?" he whispered, slightly moving his head towards Chandler to point it at him with it.

"Everyday" Lincoln sighed.

"Then I'd better be good trying to socialize with you and…" Rod then looked around and noticed Clyde, who was also taking notes on his desk of what the teacher was saying "Necrou…" he muttered as he looked back at Lincoln.

"Necrou…?" Lincoln then realized he was talking about Clyde as he looked at him, then looked back at Rod "Oh, his name is actually Clyde"

"Nice" Rod nodded.

"What's with that 'Necrou' word?" Lincoln whispered.

"I will… explain it to you later, but it is totally non-PC"

"What do computers have to do with this?"

Rod gave a brief chuckle before shaking his head and looking back at Mrs. Salter, once again trying to keep with with both listening and taking notes, as to a Latino person (Rod most precisely), trying to listen to English (Not to mention, understand it at the same time) and try to take notes at the same time is a titanic task.

Lincoln looked at him curiously, as, while taking notes, was muttering something inaudibly. Maybe being English or Spanish, but Lincoln still eyed him curiously. He was the first Latino he'd met with problems adjusting to language or other cultures. Ronnie Anne wasn't like that the first day they've met, which, disregarding the fact she was a bully and slowly opened to him as the day passed, he never heard her speaking in broken English or anything like that just as he heard Rod. Who knows? He'd probably be a good guy at all.

After a long class, it was finally recess time, Rod was walking around with his bag in hand, looking at his sides.

"Finding somethin', Rod?"

Rod turned around to look at Lincoln on his locker, placing some books before closing it "My locker" he replied "I was given the combination from principal Ramirez, but I dunno which"

"Oh, you haven't been assigned one yet?"

"Nope"

"Oh, how could I forget?"

Both boys turned around to look that the principal, Mrs. Ramirez, was next to them "Rodrigo, I do believe you haven't been assigned a locker, am I right?"

"Right, and as I said, you only gave me the combination"

"Oh, silly me" Mrs. Ramirez chuckled "Let me tell you that yours is nearby Lincoln's one, right here!" and with that said, Mrs. Ramirez took a step away to show him the locker that was in front of Lincoln's.

"Great" it was ambiguous if Rod said that with either excitement or sarcasm, given that his tone of voice was the same for everything, at least on English.

"You sure you'd cope with the combination?" Mrs. Ramirez asked.

"I seriously doubt it, I have a pretty good memory" Rod's English accent was becoming inaccurate at each word.

"Right…" the school principal felt uncomfortable with the moment "I'll just… go, if you need me, I'll be at my office" and with that said, she left.

"Great! I suppose we're locker bros now!" Lincoln cheered.

"Uh huh"

Upon drifting off the awkwardness of the moment, Rod turned around to face his locker, and, after reading his paper for a second and putting it on his pocket, he started to put the combination on the lock, finally doing it and opening his locker and looking inside, noticing the size. Rod then looked at Lincoln "Are these… so small?"

"Yeah, why?"

"I couldn't… fit my entire head in there, if not my books or anything!"

"Weird, I can do that with no problem"

"Your head or your books?"

"The latter"

"Meh" Rod sighed as he then started to place his books on it.

Suddenly, as Rod was crouching down to rummage on his backpack, Chandler, who was walking by, looked at his side and slammed Rod's locker door closed and laughed evilly while walking away.

Rod, realizing this, growled before grabbing the locker door and tried to pull it open, struggling while growling "What the…?"

"Eh, you're supposed to put the combination once again every time you close it and want to open it again" Lincoln explained while raising a finger "This new technology pays for itself, top of the line!"

"Great, just great!" Rod softly smashed his head against the locker door before resolving to put the combination once again and open his locker door.

"Ah, that's classic Chandler, the bully" Lincoln shrugged "I hate him, well, kinda, he's not that bad once you know him deeply!" he smiled "Hey, so you say you come from Argentina, right?"

"Yup"

"How's there? I am really curious to know people from other countries" Lincoln smiled, ignoring the fact he already knows someone with that special perk, someone REALLY special, by the way.

"Well, if you wanna know…" Rod sighed "It doesn't have… what these kinds of schools here have" he explained "No lockers, no lunch, no PE class sophisticated equipment" he told him as he finished with his books and closed the door "And also, like medicine, it is entirely free"

"Oh, you mean…?"

"Yeah, my country is practically poor, but that doesn't really matter… for now"

"For now?" Lincoln asked curiously.

"Yeah well, the guy I am in exchange with isn't a quite sharp guy, first time I've… met him, he was crazy, and he plus Argentina equals that I am soon… gonna be back there because he won't even last a second there"

"Hey, don't underestimate him, I am sure he's be probably fine" Lincoln chuckled.

MEANWHILE, IN ARGENTINA…

"THIS PLACE ROCKS!"

The guy who was in exchange for Rod, who was casually wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and dress shoes and had a red head, was on an Argentine burger join called 'Mostaza' in front of a cashier.

"Too bad about no supersize"

"Disculpe señor, no lo entiendo" the Argentine female cashier told him. (A/N: Mostaza's cashiers actually understand English in here. Heck, they even accept dollars!).

"Figures" he rolled his eyes "And also, I like that mini-Washington Memorial they have!"

A passerby looked at him, then shook his head and walked away "'stos gringos" he muttered.

"What?"

(A/N: I am so sorry if I offended anyone, personal experiences of seeing tourists on my country)

BACK AT ROYAL WOODS…

There was soon lunch time and Rod was waiting on line to get his meal, behind Chandler, Rusty, Clyde and Lincoln. Stella, Liam and Zach were on their 'selected friends official table' eating some pizza, kind of waiting for the rest of the gang to join in "So what is it gonna be? Caesar salad? Cole Slaw? Spaghettis with Bolognese sauce?" Rod asked to himself "Yummy yummy"

"Ha!" Rusty heard him "You're so funny I cannot understand you!"

"Say, Rod…" Clyde chuckled "You happen to kinda remind me of a friend of Lincoln's"

"Really?"

"Yeah, but she's Mexican instead of Argentine" Clyde nodded "And she and Lincoln are a couple"

"Clyde, stop it! We're friends!" Lincoln quickly stopped him.

"Oh really, then what was that ki…"

Lincoln quickly covered his mouth "Ki… ah… kick on the butt she gave to me time ago… yeah, that!" he started to sweat nervously

Rod then shook his head "You two are certainly weird"

"Yeah, we sure are, we're besties after all" Lincoln laughed as he put his hand off Clyde's mouth "Clincoln McLoud!"

"And so are Ronnie Anne and Lincoln" Clyde laughed "Only that…"

But Lincoln then quickly elbowed Clyde's chest to stop him, giving him a warning glare that meant 'Don't. You. Dare', which made Clyde stop on his track.

"Only that…?" Rod rose an eyebrow.

"Only that… uh… she lives on a city 200 miles away, yeah" Lincoln kept sweating.

'Metric has stopped working' Rod thought, then noticed Lincoln was sweating "Are you alright? I don't think it is hot in here"

"Uh, you have no idea" Lincoln chuckled nervously "It's more than 84°F even if you disagree"

'Celsius also stopped working' Rod also thought.

"Oh… uh… look!" Lincoln pointed forward, seeing that neither Chandler nor Rusty were in the line, Clyde was next "Clyde, it is your turn, go to get your food!"

"Oh, nice!" Clyde then ran towards the line to get his lunch.

"So… you've mentioned some other Latina girl before, am i… right?"

'Oh no, here we go again, can't he just leave it be?' Lincoln thought as he kept sweating nervously, he didn't want to talk too much about her… special friend "Ah, yes, Ronnie Anne, she's… just a friend, yeah, only that, yeah!"

Rod blinked twice before smiling "Calm down, I didn't say otherwise" he chuckled "It just piqued my curiosity that there's other person like me in here" he added, surprisingly pronouncing 'piqued my curiosity' pretty accurately "Mexico is also a kinda poor country, y'know?"

"Oh really?" Lincoln stopped sweating, as he felt relief they weren't into that.

"Yeah, and I would be happy to meet her" Rod nodded "I mean, if you're okay with it"

"As I said" Lincoln sighed "She's on Great Lakes City, a place far away from here, I rarely go there because my mother has sometimes a job there and I go with her to visit Ronalda… I mean… Ronnie Anne" he quickly got nervous after mistakenly calling her Ronalda.

"Ronalda's her real name, eh?" Rod laughed.

"Yeah, why?" Lincoln nodded "Something funny about that?"

"Not particularly" Rod smiled 'Ronalda the female of Ronaldo' he thought.

"Loud, it's your turn, don't delay the line!" the voice of Pat, the school chef, could be heard.

"Huh?" Lincoln snapped out of it, then realized he was next "Oh, sorry Pat!" then rushed towards her to get his lunch.

"Ronalda" Rod chuckled as he shook his head and faced forward once again.

Sometime later, there was PE class at the gym, with Coach Keck.

Rod, with his clothes changed and wearing the regulatory PE class, looked around his body "You have to wear… a special attire on PE class?" he asked to himself "This is rad" he muttered. Yet again, not knowing if it was sarcasm or enjoyment. The group was standing on a formation on the dodgeball pitch.

"Yeah, but unlike Argentina, as you've mentioned, this must be paid" Lincoln told him as he was doing warming up exercises.

"Alright guys…" Coach Keck announced "Today's dodgeball day, so pick your teams and let's get it on!"

Suddenly, Stella's stomach grumbled as he placed her hands on her belly while groaning "Ehh… coach Keck, can we miss it at least just for today?" she asked "I don't feel so good, I guess it must be the pizza I ate at lunch" she rubbed her belly.

"Me too!" Liam called out.

"Ditto!" Zach followed in.

"Oh, you gotta be…" Coach Keck facepalmed "Okay Zhau, Hunnicut and Gurdle, you're free JUST FOR THIS ONE!" she growled "The rest of you, GET IN POSITION!" she pointed at Rod, Lincoln, Clyde and Rusty "Oh, one more thing: For this day only, there will be a new rule, if you catch the ball that someone from the other team tosses at you, that person will be eliminated!"

"Sounds good to me" Girl Jordan shrugged, to which her teammates nodded.

As Stella, Zach and Liam got into the benches, Chandler, Girl Jordan, Trent and Tyler formed a group while Lincoln, Rod, Clyde and Rusty formed another one, both teams then got into position of each side of the pitch.

"Dodgeball…?" Rod asked to himself "Crud" he grumbled in disbelief.

"I know how it'll be" Chandler smirked "The pros against the nerds!" he chuckled as he pointed at Lincoln, Clyde, Rusty and Rod "4v4, lez do this!"

"Count me in, Chandie boy-o!" Girl Jordan cheered with a devious smirk.

"Hold on a sec, I didn't sign up to play dodgeball!" Rod protested loudly.

"Got a problem with it, sport?" Coach Keck walked towards him "You're playing what the rest is gonna play, this is not Nicaragua, understand?"

'Again with the mistaken countries…' Rod thought before sighing "Yes ma'am"

"Okay, let the match begin!" and with that said, Coach Keck blew her whistle.

"FIRST SHOT!"

Unexpectedly, Rod was then hit by a dodgeball and fell to the ground. The ball was tossed by Chandler on a cheating manner "I thought you were the man of quick action, South America!" he mocked at him as he high-fived his friends.

"Oh, it's on!" Clyde smirked "Since Scorpion Formation is off, it is time for the good old Snake Formation!"

"Ugh…" Rod grumbled as he slowly started to stand up.

"You okay?" Lincoln asked him as he approached him and helped him up.

"Yeah, nothing like a good dodgeball to start the day" Rod commented sarcastically "Let me show these bozos how to REALLY play, will you?"

"That's the spirit!" Lincoln smiled "LOOK OUT!" he suddenly yelled with his eyes widened as he looked at the opponent team's side.

As another dodgeball unexpectedly was tossed at Lincoln, Rod quickly jumped on the way, and, with good reflexes, caught it before landing on the ground with a roll.

"Wooooooow!" Rusty gaped in awe as he just witnessed what happened "That was pretty hardcore!" he cheered, but was soon interrupted by a ball hitting him and knocking him to the ground too, courtesy of Girl Jordan "Aww!" he groaned as he walked towards the benches in defeat

Coach Keck blew her whistle "Foul! You've been eliminated already; you cannot catch balls! Loud must've been eliminated!"

"How the hell do you play this game then?!" Rod groaned as he tossed the ball away and walked off the pitch towards the benches "Go team go" he said to himself sarcastically as he sighed.

"It's okay"

While sitting, Rod turned his head to look at Stella, who was smiling at him "You're good at this"

"Well, thanks" Rod rubbed the back of his head sheepishly.

"So how is it, coach, 4 against one?" Chandler asked Coach Keck.

"Technically" the coach nodded "McBride, you're the only left on your team"

"Oh darn…" Clyde sweated nervously.

"You can do it, Clyde!" Lincoln yelled as he walked towards the bench along with Rusty.

"Yeah, you're saying that because you aren't the one left on the team and also the one whose arse is gonna be…"

But Clyde soon was interrupted by being hit with a ball on the head and fell to the ground "Owww! Hey, watch it with the glasses!"

Coach Keck blew her whistle "That's 1 to 0 in favor of McCann's team, round two is up!"

"What?!" Rod growled.

"This is about two out of three" Lincoln explained as he and Rusty stepped out of the bench "Come on, we need to do this twice more"

"Nice" Rod sighed as he also stood up "I wonder if twice more is ever a word!"

Once everyone was back at their position, Coach Keck blew her whistle "Commence!"

Rod opened his legs wider and got into position "COME AT ME!" he growled.

"If you insist…" Chandler shrugged with a chuckle "HEADS UP!" he yelled as he tossed the ball at Rod, but the angle was different, he tossed it at the ground some inches away from the field separating line in front of him, which made it bounce and go against Rod's face.

"Oh shoo-" Rod's eyed widened in a moment of panic, but quickly moved his hand to his face and, as it hit it, he surprisingly caught the ball with his hand "He, I got it!"

"Wha?!" Chandler was shocked.

Coach Keck blew her whistle "McCann, you're out!"

"Oh, you are so dead on the next round!"

"Sport, your turn!" the coach announced as he pointed at Rod.

"I gotta tell you, coach, that my last name is…"

But Rod was quickly interrupted by Tyler, who quickly took advantage of the moment and tossed a ball against Clyde, which hit him hard on the face, knocking him to the ground.

"Owww!" Clyde grunted as his glasses fell to the ground "No! My glasses!" he gasped as he knelt down to check them, they were broken "Nooo!" he screamed with with tears on his eyes.

"Okay, that was SO uncalled for!" Rod growled.

"And what are you gonna do about it, Puerto Rico?" Tyler smirked, then burst out laughing.

Rod growled as he got enough with discriminative comments, then tossed the ball against him. The ball, besides hitting his opponent, surprisingly hit Trent also, and both got knocked to the ground.

"WHAT?!" Chandler growled as he stood up from his bench "Is that fair?"

"I can't say it is not on the rulebook, so…" Coach Keck shrugged "Game on!"

"Woooow dude!" Rusty gaped in awe "That was SO ra-"

But he was quickly interrupted by the last member of Chandler's team, Girl Jordan, who caught him in surprise and knocked him off with a ball.

"Don't you ever focus?!" Rod growled.

"Owww…"

"You're gonna pay for that!" Lincoln glared against his opponent as he pointed his finger at her, then tossed his ball at him.

Girl Jordan, hastily and with reflexes, caught the ball, making the coach blow her whistle once more.

"Loud, you're out!"

"Aw, biscuits!" Lincoln groaned as he and Rusty, who recently got up, walked towards the benches with Clyde, who was still whimpering about his glasses "It's all up to you, Rod!"

"No pressure" Rod sighed to himself.

"Okay gumshot, this one is specially for you!" Girl Jordan growled as she fetched a ball, then tossed it at him.

"Oh no you won't…" Rod grumbled as he quickly jumped at his side, then managed to grasp onto the ball, then fall to the ground "Heh" he smirked as he openly showed the ball while standing up.

"Nice one, Rod!" Lincoln cheered from the bench as he, Rusty and Clyde, who was still with his broken glasses, got up.

"What?!" Girl Jordan gasped.

Coach Keck blew her whistle once again "1 to 1, final round!"

As Girl Jordan prepared herself, everyone got into their position, Rod started eyeing Chandler around.

"Commence!"

Chandler started by tossing a ball against Lincoln, but Lincoln narrowly dodged it "AH COME ON!" Chandler groaned "I could get that one if it wer…"

But Chandler was quickly interrupted and silenced by a dodgeball on his mouth, this time courtesy of Rod "Heads up" he deadpanned.

"Let me try something!" Rusty smiled as he tried to emulate Chandler's move in the second round, and tossed it to the ground a few inches in front of him, but the ball instead of bouncing forward, it bounced back into Rusty's face, knocking him to the ground.

"Ha ha! Dumbass!" Tyler chuckled.

"Is that fair?" Rod asked the coach.

"Self-elimination is valid on this sport" Keck shrugged as she blew her whistle.

"DAMMIT!" Rod growled.

"Language, sport!" Coach Keck warned.

Lincoln tossed a ball against Trent and it hit him on the chest "Ah, man!"

"You won't be on my book for the next three days, Trent!" Chandler growled as he watched his friend walk and sit next to him.

"Sorry boss"

"My turn…" Tyler muttered as he tossed his ball at Clyde.

Rod quickly reacted by jumping in front of Clyde, grabbing the ball with both hands and rolling into the ground with the ball on him, then standing up, to which the coach blew her whistle.

"Darn!" Tyler muttered as he walked towards the bench, earning a glare from Chandler.

"Oh, come on, you gotta be kidding me!" Girl Jordan groaned.

Rod quickly reacted by tossing the ball at the last remaining opponent, but she quickly caught it.

"WHAT?!" Rod groaned as the coach blew her whistle "Dumb sport…" Rod sighed as he walked towards the bench, next to Rusty.

"Here goes nothing!" Girl Jordan muttered to herself as she then tossed the ball at Clyde, who, still distracted about his glasses, got hit.

"SERIOUSLY, KNOW YOUR ROLE!" Rod screamed from the bench as Clyde, defeated, walked towards the bench as much as he could, he was still without his glasses.

"Okay Lincoln, it is up to you, no goof ups this time…" Lincoln muttered to himself as he fetched a ball.

"Ha, you're so done, Linky!" Girl Jordan laughed "You cannot hit a pigeon even if it is in fro…" but he was suddenly cut off as she was suddenly hit on the chest by a dodgeball from Lincoln.

"2 to 1, Loud's team wins!" the coach announced as Rusty and Rod, but not Clyde, cheered and ran towards him, then both rose him up to the air in celebration.

"Really dude, that was balls to the ground!" Rod chuckled.

"Good one!" Lincoln chuckled.

An hour later, both Lincoln and Rod were on the lockers packing their last stuff before finishing this school day and going to their respective houses "Say… Rod"

"Yeah?" Rod looked at Lincoln

"Two things" he rose up two fingers on his hand "One… you previously gonna say your last name… which is…?"

Rod chuckled "Damiani"

"Da… what?" Lincoln asked confusedly.

Rod chuckled again "Da-mia-ni" he spelled "I am of Italian ethnicity actually"

"Really?"

"Yeah, an Italian grandpa, father of my dad"

"Wow" Lincoln looked at him in awe, remembering he himself was also of an European descent.

Snapping back to reality "Oh, and the other one: Wanna come to my house to eat pizza and play videogames with me and Clyde?"

"The crybaby whose glasses had been broken?"

"Don't be so rough on him, he really needs them" Lincoln nagged him.

"I know, I was just kidding, sorry" Rod chuckled "I had to wear glasses since 4 and until I was 10 years old"

"Huh?" Lincoln rose an eyebrow "How old are you?"

"14" Rod closed his locker door.

"14?!" Lincoln gasped as his eyes widened "But I am 12, how could…?"

"I am a middle school dropout" Rod sighed "Spent two years on leisure just… because of a depression" he frowned "Long story"

"It's okay, you can tell me later, have a lot of time to spare" Lincoln chuckled "I cannot wait to introduce you to my sisters"

"Sisters?"

"Yeah, I am on a big family" Lincoln smiled proudly "You?"

"Nah, I am the youngest one of four" Rod sighed "Sibling bullying and such"

"Oh, so sorry to hear that" Lincoln frowned, then smiled "But let's forget about that"

"If you say so…" Rod sighed, then managed to smile as he and Lincoln started to walk out towards the exit to the bell ringing.

This had been certainly an interesting day for Rod, but who knows how much would be for him?

"Hey wait!"

"Huh?" both Lincoln and Rod turned around confusedly to find the source of that voice. It was Clyde, who was wearing his glasses.

"Weren't… your glasses broken?"

"Got a spare" Clyde smiled as he walked towards the two "But seriously, next time, I gotta consider playing with no glasses" he sighed.

"You should" Rod pointed out.

"So… are we going?" Lincoln asked.

"You bet!"

The trio were soon walking through the sidewalk, chatting.

"So… Rod"

"Yeah?" Rod turned around to look at Clyde while still walking.

"How are you finding America so far?"

"With a map" Rod chuckled.

This made both Lincoln and Clyde chortle in laughter.

"Another good one!" Lincoln kept laughing.

"But seriously, how…"

"Not as pretty as I expected" Rod interrupted him with a sigh "I mean, yeah, it is good they… care about your feeding and the sophisticated gym class… but I hate it when people just discriminate you just because you're from a poor country, I mean… it is not my fault Argentina is poor and such!"

"Yeah, I feel you, I got discriminated the first days also" Clyde pointed out.

Rod looked at him for a second before responding "I have no idea why" he commented sarcastically.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Clyde rose an eyebrow inquisitively.

"Nothing, nothing" he quickly said as they kept walking.

"So, Rod, tell me…" Lincoln was the next one to speak "Why did you dropped out of school exactly?"

Rod then sighed "It was like this, I've met this girl, and…"

"She broke your heart!"

"Clyde!" Lincoln nudged his best friend's chest with his elbow.

"You are not… far from being wrong" Rod chuckled, then got back into his frown "But… I'd rather keep it to myself" he sighed "All I can say is that I love this country's sportsmanship"

"Well, you came to the right place" Clyde nodded "You can join the Denver Broncos and…"

"STOP…" Rod quickly stopped walking as he growled this, before taking a deep breath "With the misunderstanding" he sighed "American football isn't football entirely, you know that?"

Both Lincoln and Clyde got perplexed at Rod's reaction "You okay?" Lincoln asked.

"Yeah, everything is alright" Rod's hands were trembling.

"Okay then" Lincoln smiled "So… you wanna be a socc… I mean, football star, how is that going so far?"

"Well" Rod then smiled "Not gonna lie, I have talent for it, practiced a lot since I was 6, and I am in pretty good shape, and during my two-year hiatus from school, practiced keep-ups, but in my original country, I still didn't get any manager's call for a club" he explained "My mother always told me that was a no-good profession" he added "She instead… said I should be a programmer or computer science teacher, since I also got a knack for fixing computers"

"Wait" Clyde suddenly stopped "Are you telling me you studied both English and computer science AND you're also good at football… since you were 7?!"

"Yes"

"Dude!" Clyde chuckled "When did you got the time to study all those three things?!"

"I got a… really good knack at learning" Rod shrugged "I may be considered a savant"

"Sa… what?" Lincoln and Clyde asked in unison.

"Nevermind" Rod chuckled.

After half an hour of walking, they finally arrived at Lincoln's household, or better said… The Loud House!

"Aaaand, we're here!"

"Boy, cannot wait to beat you in that new game!" Clyde smirked, then started to run inside "Last one pays the pizza!"

"Oh, you're on!" Lincoln smirked as he ran after him.

Rod just stood there, confused. That kind of friendship was really strong, but he really doubted he'd fit with them, they didn't know not even the half of him. Sure, he can tell them everything about himself, but he kept some… secrets. He felt he did commit a mistake about telling them he was medicated, but he was sure they wouldn't mind.

"Rod, you coming?"

Rod then snapped out of his mind as he shook his head and got back in the real world "Uh, wha?"

"Pizza is my treat, guest!" Lincoln smiled as he stopped at the house's porch to look at him.

"Oh, yeah… coming" Rod nodded as he walked towards the house.

As the trio walked inside, Clyde left his backpack on the ground and quickly dashed towards the living room couch "I call shotgun on the couch!"

"No fair, you just entered!" Lincoln chuckled as he also let go of his backpack and walked towards the couch.

"Who said anything about shooting?" Rod chuckled, to which both friends stared at him confusedly "Oh, you meant…" he then sighed "Nevermind"

Rod also placed his backpack on the ground and joined the two friends as they were already setting up the console.

"You said you had too many sisters, right?" Rod laughed

"10 to be exact"

"Madre Cristo!" Rod screamed in Spanish "So many?!"

"Yeah, kinda annoying in some way, don't you think?" Lincoln grinned.

"If I were to have 10 sisters, I'd be the heck out of my house!" Rod's eyes still were widened "How can you stand it?"

"Eh, once you get used to it, it'll be alright" Lincoln shrugged as he grabbed his gamepad.

"Dayum!"

"So… are we playing or not?" Clyde protested as he turned on the console.

"I… am just gonna watch, I am not good at videogames at all" Rod scratched the back of his head.

"Suit yourself" Clyde shrugged as he and his best friend started to play.

'10 sisters, that is something really weird!' Rod thought as he started watching Lincoln and Clyde play.

Suddenly, Lincoln's phone rang, to which he let go of his gamepad and rummaged through his pocket to finally grab it, and see that the caller was actually Ronnie Anne. Lincoln kept her with a caller id, complete with a pic of her winking at him and all "Eep! Got a call from Ronnie Anne!" he cheered, then looked at Rod "Care to cover me for a while, Rod?"

"Ah?" Rod, distracted, suddenly looked at him.

"Gotta answer, can you?"

"But I don't know not-"

"That's great, thank you, be sure to win!" and with that said, Lincoln stood up from the couch and walked away towards the other room.

"Heh, he'd be sure to answer, as if I don't know him" Clyde chuckled as he looked at Rod sit next to him and grab the gamepad.

"How do you handle this thing?" Rod asked as he, holding the gamepad with an incorrect position, examined it around.

"No no no, you need to grasp the handles with both hands, like this" Clyde showed Rod how he was holding his gamepad.

"You sure this is fun?"

"Totally!" Clyde smiled as he saw Rod hold it correctly "The thumbs move the analog sticks and also press the four buttons in each side"

"Buh, I'd rather PC games"

"I dunno what does Politically Correct stuff has to do with anything" Clyde asked as Rod rolled his eyes.

Meanwhile, at the kitchen…

Lincoln then answered the phone "Hello Ronnie Anne, que pasa?"

From the other side, Ronnie Anne was at the bodega "Hi Linc" she smiled "How you've been?"

"Oh, perfect!" Lincoln smiled "Things happened, and oh, you won't believe what happened today!"

"Do tell"

"We've got a student exchange program with an Argentine school, and the guy they sent to us is really cool, I thought that maybe you'll like to know him, he's from Argentina"

"Funny you say that" Ronnie Anne chuckled "Cause Bobby arranged to travel to Royal Woods for a while so he can visit your sister, and do believe me he's dying to meet her when they aren't in Fairaway University" she explained "And I curiously asked him if I can tag along with her, and he said yes!"

"You're kidding me!" Lincoln's eyes widened "You're coming? AWESOME!"

"Yep, better prepare yourself, because I'm gonna be there!"

"Nice!" Lincoln smiled 'This is some sort of beautiful dream' he thought to himself.

"What's that kid's name you've mentioned to me?"

"Oh, he's called Rodrigo, but he rather goes by Rod" Lincoln chuckled "He's kinda weird, but he's a good person"

"Ha! Argentine? Never knew about that place, where is it?"

"No idea, but by the way he told me how is it, he says it is like where YOU come from"

"What do you mean by that?" Ronnie Anne's voice sounded angrier as she, on the other side, furrowed her eyebrows.

"Oh, no, don't get offended or anything, I didn't mean that Mexico is like Argentina or something, Mexico is not poor, ah… I MEAN…!"

"Yeah, I get you, Lincoln" Lincoln couldn't guess which reaction Ronnie Anne had upon saying that, nor does wanna know.

"S-Sorry Ronnie Anne, I am pretty sure you two would get along very well" Lincoln chuckled while sweating as he rubbed the back of his head nervously with his free hand.

"Meh, I am gonna give it a try" Ronnie Anne said with a snicker "I mean, I don't bite, but I hope he doesn't either"

"He doesn't, trust me, you're gonna like him"

"Sure, we'll see" Ronnie Anne laughed.

"Mija!" a female voice could be heard on the other end as Lincoln rose an eyebrow.

"Oof, gotta go for now, mom needs me, see ya Linc!"

"See ya" Lincoln smiled as he hung up, then took a breath. He never expected to see her by HER coming instead of having to wait for his mom to have work business on Great Lakes City and having the chance of seeing her. He was surely eager to see her once again after a long time, but he still felt unsure about his feelings about her.

"YOU SUCKER!"

Lincoln's mind snapped upon hearing Rod scream that way, then quickly dashed towards the living room.

"How can you ever do that move?!" Rod growled as Clyde was laughing, on the TV screen it showed that he lost.

"Years of practice, dude, years of practice"

"Hey guys, guess what?"

"There's pizza?" Clyde joked.

"No, Ronnie Anne and her family are coming tomorrow, they are gonna stay for a week!"

"Awesome!" Clyde grinned as Rod looked at Lincoln confusedly.

"Aren't you happy, Rod?" Lincoln smiled "You're finally going to meet her"

"I dunno what to say" Rod shrugged "It is not like we're gonna go on a date upon meeting, right?"

There was a big silence after that sentence being pronounced.

"Yeah sure" Clyde chuckled "You and her? Fat chance" he commented sarcastically.

"Meh, I'd bet she's not my kind nor I am her kind" Rod muttered as he dropped his gamepad on the couch.

"Oh, and by the way Rod, I didn't present you to my family" Lincoln, sharp-witted, quickly changed the subject "Wanna meet them?"

"Sure, why not? I'd really love to meet your sisters" Rod commented sarcastically.

"Great, they are upstairs, let me present you to them!" Lincoln then quickly grabbed Rod by his arm and pulled him as they dashed upstairs.

'Guess this guy has no perception on sarcasm' Rod thought to himself in Spanish as they were running upstairs.

As they got up, Rod took a glance of the house's first floor, eyeing the hallways "Hmmm, nice place"

"Thanks" Lincoln smiled, but his smile was soon erased by a quick reaction "LOOK OUT!" he yelled as he crouched down.

"Wha-?"

Rod was quickly interrupted as a sudden impact of a cream pie hit his face, making him back off a few steps before regaining his stance and narrowly opening his eyes despite the cream splattered all over his face.

"Gotcha!"

"Luan, we already talked about the pie rules!" Lincoln complained as he quickly got up and turned to glare at his sister, Luan, who was smiling confidently, next to Rod.

"Sorry Linc, couldn't resist" Luan chuckled, then realized Rod was there "Who's that cutie?" she asked with an inquisitive expression on his face as he pointed at Lincoln's pranked classmate.

"Oh, Luan, this is Rod" Lincoln presented Rod to his sister, then looked at Rod, who was taking off the pie off his face, all with cream "Rod, this is…"

"A darned… girl who's gonna get herself into trouble if she keeps up with this old joke" Rod interrupted him as he cleaned himself the last remnants of cream off his face.

"You didn't like it?" Luan frowned "But… everyone loves pies!"

"Yer lucky I am not allergic to vanilla" Rod grumbled, still mad, as he sucked the fingers of the hand he used to clean the cream off his face "Huh, never thought vanilla tasted good"

"Sorry about it, I am just used to give so SWEET greetings, get it?" Luan giggled "Welp, see ya! Date with Benny" were her last words as she then turned at the stairs and left the hallways.

"What's her problem?" Rod asked as he looked at Lincoln and pointed at the direction Luan left.

"She's just a comedian on training" Lincoln replied with a huff.

"With those tricks she's not gonna get through pretty well" Rod commented.

"You're telling me" Lincoln sighed "And you haven't ever seen the half of it yet"

"I say…"

"DANG IT!"

"Huh?"

As Rod stared confusedly at the source of that voice, he noticed that Luna came out of her room with a notepad and a pencil in hand, she was also with her electric guitar on her back "Wha…?"

"That's just Luna, my other sister and die-hard fan of music" Lincoln sighed.

As Lincoln finished his sentence, Luna came down near them "I cannot finish those lyrics!" she growled.

"Oh…" Rod nodded.

Luna then noticed the two "Oh, hey dude, how's everything?" she chuckled at Lincoln.

"Hey Luna!""

Luna then noticed Rod "Who's that guy?"

"Luna, this is Rod" Lincoln did the same as with Luan "Rod, this is…"

"A new candidate for a rockstar" Rod muttered "You surely must be loud with that guitar" he pointed out at the guitar she had on her back.

Suddenly, and out of nowhere (And sense), Luan's head perked from the stairways "Heh, we aren't called the LOUD family just for nothing" she chuckled "Get it?" she smiled.

"Err…" Rod gave a slight smile "One, yes, and two… weren't you supposed to be on your date already?"

"Oh, right!" Luan then left once again.

"Hey new dude, wanna listen to my new hit?" Luna approached Rod

"Eh… no" Rod sighed "Sorry, not a fan of loud music" he muttered "I mean, not loud because of the surname, just… loud"

"Riiiiight" Luna, after a brief pause, then looked at Lincoln "Is he Mexican or something?"

"What an offense!" Rod growled "I gotta let you know, I am from Argentina, not everyone who doesn't speaks proper English accent is technically from Mexico, that's racist!"

"Sorry dude" Luna chuckled nervously "Welp, gotta go, Sam is waiting for me to rehearsal, see ya, dudes!" and with that said, Luna also left.

"What does music have gotten into teenagers nowadays?" Rod told to himself as he shook his head in negation and sort of disgust.

"Ah, you'll get used to it, she's a fan of Mick Swagger" Lincoln replied, not acknowledging Rod was actually talking to himself. No one ever does, in fact.

"Well, I am not a fan of that guy, I'd prefer Cherati" Rod crossed his arms.

"Who?" Lincoln rose an eyebrow.

"Nevermind"

"Ah!"

Certain voice echoed as the two suddenly turned at the opposite side of Luna and Luan's room, they saw Leni, wearing her classic clothes, sunglasses and shoes, exiting the room with an opened laptop on her arms, pressing the same key on the keyboard over and over again.

'COMPOOTER!' Rod's thoughts echoed as his eyes widened.

"What's wrong with this thing?" Leni groaned "Wi fi doesn't work!"

"Hi Leni!" Lincoln smiled as he and Rod, who was still looking at the computer with eyes widened, walked towards her.

"Oh, hi Linky!" Leni perked up her head to look at the two "Who's the cutie?"

'Cero… y van dos' Rod thought as he finally snapped from being pseudo-hypnotized by the presence of a computer.

"Oh Leni, this is…"

"AGH!" Leni groaned as she kept pressing a key on her laptop's keyboard.

"Something wrong?" Lincoln frowned.

"I bought this computer yesterday and I cannot seem to make Wi Fi work!" Leni sighed "I suppose I gotta use the warranty and get a new one"

"Nope!" Rod stood between the t wo "No warranty, I think I know what's the problem"

Leni then rose an eyebrow as she stopped with the key "And who are you?"

"I'm…"

"No matter!" Leni interrupted him "If you have a fix, please do tell!"

"Alrighty then!" Rod nodded as he then got close to Leni and examined the laptop's keyboard for a bit "Got it!"

"Got what?" Leni asked, confused "A fly? Are there flies here again?"

'What kind of cereal this girl does has for breakfast, Dumb-o's?' Rod rolled his eyes "What I actually said is that I know what to do"

"Do tell" Leni then smiled.

"While holding the Fn key, you gotta press F7" Rod explained.

"Oh!" Leni nodded "Gotcha!" she then proceed to do that, but instead held two keys, then pressed the first key she held 7 times "Nope!"

"What did… you exactly do?" Rod asked as he obliviously ignored what she did.

"I held F, then N, and then pressed F seven times like you told me"

'You… gotta be kidding me' Rod tried to resist the urge to facepalm "No no no no… no" he sighed "See, the Fn key that is at the right of the spaceba…" then remembered who she was "The big wide key that is at the bottom, is called the Function key, or FN for short, you gotta hold it, and NOT press F seven times, but to press the F7 key that it is here, above"

"Uh… yeah, totes!" she obviously didn't get it.

"You didn't understand me, right?"

"Who do you take me for?" Leni furrowed her eyebrows with an akimbo with her free arm.

"If I tell you, how many chances there are you'd get me?"

"Nevermind!" Leni sighed "Just… please do it yourself, all this tech thingy is getting me angry, buttons and keys and keyholes and stuff!"

Rod then rolled his eyes "Okay" he sighed, then turned at the computer and pressed the key combination he explained (or rather TRIED to explain) to Leni "There!"

"What?" Leni gasped as she looked at her computer "It… works!" she cried "IT WORKS!"

"Classic laptop problem: Wi Fi deactivated by that darn key combination and…"

But before Rod could finish his sentence, he suddenly got overblown by a surprise hug by the second eldest sister "Thank you so much, my hero!"

"Hey, it's just a computer!" Rod chuckled as he tried to break away from the hug.

"By the way… who are you?" she asked again.

"Rod" Lincoln finally intersected between the two "His name is Rodrigo, but he goes by Rod" Lincoln presented him "Rod, this is…"

"Leni" Rod nodded "Dang, I swear, you have a lot of sisters with the L!"

"Dotcha' think we're so EL-egant?"

Rod then turned around to look at Luan back again, at the stairway "Get it?" she chuckled.

"Didn't you have a date or something?" Rod groaned.

"Oh, right!" she then left and Leni followed.

Rod then grumbled curse words in Spanish inaudibly.

"CHUTE!"

But while the Argentine guy was on his thoughts, the first thing after snapping out of it was an incoming soccer ball flying towards his head. Instinctively, Rod dodged it, but instead of doing it away from the ball, he pressed his chest forward, suddenly stopping it. He completed it by, after letting fall it down to his feet, do a few keep ups before kicking it at the height of his arms and grab it, all at Lincoln's shocked presence.

"Whoah, that was… amazing!" Lincoln gasped "Where did you learned those moves?"

"When you come from a country where soccer… or rather… football, is the most popular sport, you tend to just come out of your mother's womb kicking a ball" Rod explained.

"Soccer is popular in Argentina?"

"You can say that again" Rod grinned.

"Hey, no hand-ball!"

Rod suddenly turned around to catch a glimpse at Lynn, who was there with a glare "You may have good reflexes, but you cannot use your hands on soccer!" she pointed her finger at him.

"Unless I might be the goalkeeper!"

"You…" Lynn then stopped, then scoffed "Ah, you are right" she then snatched the ball away from him "Gimme!"

"Hey, the ball is the ball!"

"Heh" Lynn gave out a chuckle "You have some good moves, through" she smirked at him "But no one is better than me at soccer!"

"Except an Argentinian" Rod mumbled.

"What was that?" Lynn then turned back at Rod with a growl "Who are you anyways!"

"Oh, right!" Lincoln snapped out of it as he got lost in watching the 'argument' "Lynn, this is Rodrigo, or Rod"

"Pleasure to meet someone who loves sports" Rod smiled as he lend out a hand at her.

After a brief hesitation, Lynn grasped onto Rod's hand and shook it "Lynn Loud Jr." he introduced herself.

"Lynn Jr.?" Rod rose an eyebrow "By your mother?"

"No" Lincoln shook his head "Our father's name is Lynn too"

"Buh…" Rod's eyes widened "Lynn is a girl's name!"

This triggered Lynn, who suddenly dropped her soccer ball and grabbed Rod by the neck of his shirt "Don't you dare say that again, got it?!" she growled.

"I'm sorry I am just stating a fact!"

"That does it!" Lynn growled as she then rose a fist, prepared to punch the Latino.

"Lynn, no!" Lincoln suddenly grabbed his sister's hand and stopped it "He's not one of these guys!"

"How can we know it, Stinkin?" Lynn growled as she shook her hand to try to free it.

"Because I am not" Rod grumbled.

After some seconds of thinking, Lynn finally gave in and lowered her arm with a huff "Okay, I'll let you go with this one, but if you EVER dare to taint our last name again, I'll…"

"Gotcha, gotcha" Rod backed away from Lynn.

"Hmph!" Lynn turned away from him "Now if you excuse me, I gotta go to an important game practice" she muttered as she was about to leave "BOO-YAH!" she yelled as she rose her fist to the air, then slightly crouched down and let out a fart before chuckling and leaving.

"P U!" Rod covered his nose and waved his palm back and forth as a sign of shooing the bad smell away "That surely IS what was Gone With The Wind!" he chuckled.

"DON'T!" Lincoln yelled in a futile effort to stop him, but it was too late.

"HA HA HA!" the two turned around to the stairway to look at Luan… once more "And here I thought you had no humor!"

"You lost… your date" Rod muttered with a frown.

"Oh, right!" and Luan left once again, hopefully for the last time.

"Trust me, you don't wanna trigger Luan, she's into jokes 100% of her time" Lincoln suggested.

"Two plus two equals-"

"Hello"

"AYLAPUTAMDRE!" Rod jumped in shock as he then turned around to look at Lucy, who was honoring her classic sudden appearance by standing there the whole time, with a paper on her hand. As Rod realized he said a profanity… even in his home language, he covered his mouth.

"What does that ever mean?" Lincoln questioned him.

"You… don't wanna know" Rod then looked at Lucy "Who's she?" he asked as he looked at the white-haired Loud while pointing at her sister at the same time.

"My sister Lucy, she's into gothic and poems" Lincoln introduced her "Lucy, this is Rod"

"Interesting" Lucy deadpanned "Hello… Rod"

"Uh… nice to meet you?" Rod chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Lincoln…" Lucy turned to his brother "I need you to check on my new poem, though I still gotta think about the rest, but…"

"Sorry Luces, but right now I am not kinda… er… inspired to help you" Lincoln, the Man with the Plan, wasn't good at lying, if only his sisters were gullible enough to fall.

"I can help you!"

Both siblings turned at Rod "You?" Lincoln was the first to speak, pointing at him.

"I have a knack for arts myself" Rod grinned "Shoot out, muse!"

Lucy then turned at her paper "My saving grace, meet face to face, there is so much fear, wish you were here…" she then looked at Rod "That's all"

"Hmmm, how about… A big desire, as big as fire?"

"Gasp" Lucy 'gasped' "That is perfect, thank you" she then drew out a pencil and started writing as she left.

"Heh, poetry is one of the two things that can save this world" Rod chuckled, then turned at Lincoln, who had his mouth opened in awe.

"Dude, never knew you were also poetic!"

"I am a little bit of everything, I sometimes wanna consider myself a polymath…" Rod took a proud stance "But… I am not" hee sighed in defeat.

"GET OFF!"

"Y ahora qué?" Rod groaned.

"Come on Lols, say hi to our new guest!"

As soon as the pair heard that, they immediately saw Lana and Lola's rooms door open, with Lola bolting out as fast as a hare chasing a carrot, dashing and hiding behind Rod, not caring it was a stranger.

"Whoah, easy, fella" Rod chuckled as he looked at the Loud twin hiding behind him.

"Lincoln, tell Lana to keep that thing away from me!" Lola cowered in disgust as he looked at Rod while pointing at her room's doorway.

"Uhhhh…" Rod was confused.

"Ahem…"

Lola finally snapped out of it after hearing Lincoln clear his throat and looking at her. She then realized she was holding onto Rod and quickly backed away "GAH! COOTIES!" she wailed as she started to 'sweep away the dirtiness' from her clothes.

"Excuse me?!" Rod put an akimbo.

"You should clean yourself, you don't have a pretty good smell, mister" Lola replied to his akimbo with an akimbo and a disgusted look on her face.

"But I Axe'd this morning!" Rod protested.

"Yeah sure" Lola rolled her eyes.

"C'mon, Lola, say hi to him, he doesn't mean any bad at all!"

The trio then looked at Lana exiting the room and accompany them, holding a white rat with a red nose on her arms "Rhett won't bite" she smiled "Don't ya, Rhett, li'l cutie fella?" she cooed at him, making the rat squeak in happiness.

"GROSS!" Lola gagged in repulsion.

"Hey, what a little cute fella" Rod smiled as he walked towards Lana, crouched down to her level, and caressed the rat's head "Little one wants cheese, huh? Who's a good boy, eh? Who's a good boy?" he cooed along as the rat, now known as Rhett, squeak again.

"Lincoln, who is this strange guy?" Lola groaned as she looked at his brother while pointing at the Argentine young man.

"Oh, my apologies" Lincoln once again snapped out of it "Lola, Lana, this is Rod" he presented them repetitively once again (Pleonasm intended).

"Well then, good to see a fellow animal lover" Lana smiled as she placed Rhett on her left hand and lend her free hand to shake it with Rod's, which he complied.

"Rodrigo Damiani at your service" Rod nodded "I go by Rod on these lands"

"Latino, eh?" Lana smirked "Just like Ronnie Anne"

"Yeah yeah" Rod laughed "Lincoln's…"

"NOPE!" Lincoln quickly interrupted her "We are not!"

"Okay, okay" Rod laughed.

"These two are my twin sisters Lana and Lola, they are only minutes older than the other"

"Don't wanna guess who's ahead" Rod laughed.

"Oh, gotta present you to Charles!" Lana chirped as she looked at her new pet, then walked towards the stairway "But not Cliff, tho" was the last thing before finally leaving the scene.

"Ugh, she's gonna annoy me with that monstrosity for weeks!" Lola was still with her disgusted expression on her face, then regained her stance and looked at the two "Ta-ta you two, got things to do, Hmph!" was the last thing before she left.

Rod then cackled "The beauty and the beas-"

"NO!" Lincoln squealed as he covered his mouth.

"Sorry" Rod said, muffled, to which Lincoln gets his hand off his mouth.

The two then suddenly heard a baby wailing.

"What the… a baby?!"

"Darn those twins…" certain voice muttered.

As Rod wondered what could come next, Lisa and Lily's room opened and the smartest Loud came out with a notepad in her hands "They know Lily's time of day rest is at right now's Post Meridiem, they violated our treaty, they are gonna pay for that!" she cursed " I swear one day I'll put an end to these calamities!"

"First time of the day I've heard some eloquence EVER" Rod chuckled.

"Thank you, mister…?" Lisa looked at Rod, then with a puzzled expression on her face.

"Rodrigo, but… you can call me Rod" Rod smiled "And you?"

"Lisa L. Loud, PHD" she replied while adjusting her glasses.

"How OLD are you?" Rod's mouth gaped in amazement.

"About 4 and some months"

"And you already have a PHD?"

"Magna Cum Laude, if I may"

"This day keeps getting interesting" Rod mused to himself.

Lisa then realized his brother was there "Oh, here you are, fraternal unit number six, I need an opinion about my closing statement on my next science conference this week"

"Well, I guess I can…"

Lisa then cleared her throat as she turned at her notepad "And in conclusion, H equals the Hamiltonian Operator" she read "How was it? I know it may be brief, but it is understandable"

"That is perfect" surprisingly, that came from the Argentine young man "It is really true, quantum mechanics!"

"Ah, a man that recognizes science when he hears it, I see" Lisa nodded at Rod.

"Only a little" Rod chuckled with a shrug.

All this conversation while they were still hearing a baby crying, now hearing it even louder.

"Ah! Youngest sibling's cries are really annoying as each minute passes!"

Rod's eyes widened "You're telling me… you have a baby sister?" he gaped as he pointed at Lisa and Lily's room.

"That's correct, Mr. Damiani" Lisa nodded "Even through, she's 2 currently, so she's technically a toddler" but Lily's cries were resonating in their ears like if they were dogs and a dog whistle was blown "AGH!"

"Let me… can i… try to calm her down?" Rod offered himself.

"You think you can?" Lisa then looked at Rod.

"Well, I am good with children myself, so I might as well be the best bet" Rod smiled proudly, pointing at himself.

"Suit yourself" Lisa shrugged "There's no trial and error, through"

"Let me… go with you" Lincoln insisted

"Okay" Rod nodded as he and Lincoln walked towards the room. As they entered, they caught a glimpse of Lisa's visible inventions "Son of a…" Rod was gonna say, but quickly covered his mouth after realizing he was in a baby's room, so no profanity. After turning around to see the source of the sound, he looked at Lily's crib. She was indeed there, crying "Awwwww, what's the matter, chiquita?"

Lily slightly stopped wailing, and with tears on her eyes, she peered up inquisitively at the Latino boy.

"She's always like that, maybe some nightmare or something" Lincoln commented as they looked at the crib

"You okay pochita?" he cooed.

"Wightmare, wightmare!" she wailed.

"Bingo"

'So it wasn't the twins' doing' Rod thought, then smiled at the toddler "Nightmare, little one?"

Lily looked at Rod for a moment with tears on her eyes, recognizing him as a stranger, then started to cry once again.

"She's not onto strangers"

"Awwwww, c'mere!" Rod then proceeded to gently hold Lily on his arms, and, with her still wailing, started to rock her. Lily was getting confused as she stopped crying again.

"Rock a bye-baby, littlest child, nothing to fear, have a good nap" he sang at the tune of 'Rock-a-bye baby', and after those lyrics, he started to hum the tune, as Lincoln looked at him, kinda shocked.

Surprisingly, that worked, making Lily not only smile and giggle for a bit, but also made her yawn while stretching herself, slowly close her eyes and finally drift onto sleep. Rod then gave her a quick kiss on her cheek and placed her back on the crib, then covered her with the mantle.

'I love babies' he thought to himself as he then saw that Lisa was at the doorstep.

"Gota give it to you, Mr. Damiani, you seem to be fit for a baby sitter job" she commented.

"My sister has two 2-years olds, the jewels of my life, the closest thing I have as children, and I wanna keep it that way" Rod replied to the young scientist as he then left the room with Lincoln.

"Glad you finally met my ten sisters" Lincoln smiled.

"Ten?" Rod asked, puzzled "I counted nine"

"That is because the eldest sister, Lori, is at college right now"

"Glad to know someone on this house is already at the university" Rod commented "Besides..." he then looked at Lisa.

"Well, that's that" Lincoln smiled.

Suddenly, there was heard a ringing tone from a smartphone, coming out from his pocket. He drew out his already mentioned smartphone from his pocket, an iPhone, and looked at it, his eyes then widened as he saw a message that says "Time to take your night pill!" he then gave out a sigh of frustration 'Curfew' he thought.

"What's the matter?"

"Oh, uh, I gotta go back to my apartment, the policy of my student exchange deal says I must be at my residence by a specific time"

"Really?"

"My landlord is a jerk" Rod sighed "Sorry, gotta go" he then walked downstairs with Lincoln following him. They reached the living room once again, where they saw Clyde with some pizzas playing Total Trash Takedown, Lincoln's favorite game. Upon seeing him, he paused the game

"Rodster! There you are! Pizza is here!" he asked as he showed him a slice "Wanna play a few matches?"

"Sorry, gotta go early today, maybe one of these days, we've got plenty of time anyways"

"Oh, okay then" then continued playing.

"Such a shame you can't stay" Lincoln sighed as he accompanied towards the door "Well, see you tomorrow at school I guess?" he offered as he opened the door for him.

"Right-o!" Rod smiled as he walked out "See ya Clyde!" he called out before walking out of the house "Smell ya later, gator!" he smiled at Lincoln, then turned around and he finally left.

"Heh, smell ya later" Lincoln chuckled as he closed the door "Last time I heard it, it was from…"

"Ronnie Anne?" Clyde interjected.

"Yeah!" Lincoln nodded as he then walked towards the couch and sat next to his best friend in the whole world and grabbed a piece of pizza "Man, can't believe I am gonna see her again after so long"

"Me too, she's cool!" Clyde nodded "Could it be that…?"

"No" Lincoln quickly interrupted him "Skip it"

Meanwhile, outside…

Rod found himself walking at a slow pace through the streets of Royal Woods, then stopped for a moment, thinking about the whole day he had. School, dodgeball, socializing and meeting an enormous family, one that he never thought could exist. As he was walking, he forgot the fact that he coulda had pulled at least three more jokes about it, including one involving Steve Martin. He then kept walking through the streets once again "I've met some good people today" he mused to himself "Maybe this country isn't as bad as my mother thinks it is"

It was surely gonna be a whole mis-adventure for him.
