Chapter 18: Doodlebops' Special Guest Unconscious?!
Date: November 5th, 2023
*The Doodlebops theme song plays* *The view shifts to the Doodlebops' hangout for the start of another episode of the 2000s children's show which has nothing to do with card games or motorcycles* Mr. Moosehead who is hung on the wall says: "Gooo, Doodlebops." Rooney and Deedee open a double door and jump out. Rooney has light blue skin, blue and light blue overalls, a light blue acoustic guitar strap, brown shoes, wild curly short blue hair with a hat on top, and a nicely designed lavender undershirt. Deedee has well brushed pink hair that ends in curly pigtails just above her mouth area, light pink skin, a purple headband, a pink and black piano skirt, lavender with hot pink music notes sleeveless shirt, long pink boots, purple pants, and a purple and hot pink undershirt. Deedee: "Hey everyone." Rooney: "It's time for.." *unison* "The Doodlebops." "I'm Deedee Doodle." "I'm Rooney Doodle." *unison* "And.." "We're missing someone." "Moe.." "Where's Moe?" Riley Akaba in the arms of Reiji Akaba in Maimai City: "Where's Moe?" Deedee: "Come, help us find Moe!" *The Doodles start looking* Moe stares at the camera through a portal to the Devil Artemis Universe with a scowling Cell and chuckling Kermit behind him. "Shhhhhhh..." Rooney and Deedee proceed to look through the entire hangout. Deedee even knocks on a mirror, causing Mudge, a talking purple cat to come out from the other side with a toilet attached to him. What he didn't realize was that that was no ordinary toilet. It was the evil toilet created by Professor Poopypants only to be destroyed thanks to Captain Underpants but shrunk down to the size of a normal toilet. "What is it, I'm using the toilet here!" "Sorry Mudge but do you know where Moe is?"
"No, I don't. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to focus on taking care of my bladder!" 2 seconds later, he left and his screams as well as evil laughter was heard. 10 seconds later, Deedee and Rooney give up. "I give up. Where is Moe?" "I know right, he's never been this hard to find before. I even checked the closet, Deedee!" They both sit down and sigh. But then, Rooney startles and sees the audience: "Oh that's right, you're all here! Do you know where Moe is?" What they didn't know was that the camera that was always moving around throughout the episode as a window between them and the viewers was different this time. That's because the Martian Manhunter from the Justice League had disguised himself as it to keep an eye on things in their universe personally. The hero thinks to himself: "I know precisely where Moe is. He is in the Devil Artemis Universe, among the strangest of universes I've ever encountered in my lifetime." Ai watches the 2 Doodles from within the wall and laughs mischievously: "I wonder how long it will take for these meatbags to find that other meatbag! Playmaker wouldn't approve of me watching this instead of you know, helping save another dimension but oh well! I was getting drained, I needed a break! Even we Ignis need to take a break every once in a while! But now, I'm stuck here! Oh glitch!" *A TV somehow still broadcasting what was going on is blown up by an angry Bakugo.* "WHAT THE HELL KIND OF TV SHOW WAS THAT?! WHICH EXTRA IS BEHIND SOMETHING THIS CHILDISH?!" *The Martian Manhunter guides Rooney and Deedee to Moe by revealing his true form.* "My apologies for deceiving you both. I had no intention of harming you, I'm merely here as an observer."
He directs them to Moe while briefly introducing himself. Moe looks shocked as the sole survivor of the Martians in the DCA Universe opens the portal back up with his own powers. Moe has orange hair that isn't as puffy or wild as Fluffy Afro's afro which used to spontaneously combust hundreds of times, yellow skin, orange pants, a yellow shirt with orange stripes, and a colorful fur like accessory over his shoulders and wraps around the back of his neck as well as extends downward in 2 ways to waist level. "Woah! You found me and this stranger is the reason why?" Cell smirks: "I told you he wouldn't be able to hide here forever, Kermit." "Alright, you win, Cell. You win. But we're still going to see the Doodlebops live later today." "KERMIT!" Rarity appears and pats Cell's shoulder: "Darling, it's alright. I'm sure the Doodlebops' shows are truly awe inspiring and magnificent." "Why did I have to get involved with all you people.." J'onn(Martian Manhunter) speaks: "As fascinating as this exchange of words full of emotions is, I believe it's time for the Doodlebops to continue on with the episode. I shall continue to keep a watch." Moe leaps through the portal and the sounds of Cell yelling and scream are muffled as it closes behind him. J'onn blends in with the floor. The Doodlebops collect themselves. Deedee starts after things have settled: "Let's go! I'm Deedee Doodle!" "I'm Rooney Doodle!" "I'm Moe Doodle." *unison* "And we're the Doodlebops!" Mudge returns through the mirror with Sakura, Tsunade, and Barla fighting the toilet he was on behind him. He ignores the commotion behind him: "The Flooflebops?" Majin Buu in Universe 7: "No, Doodlebops, you clown! Hehehehehe!" "Well, that's just silly." Mudge leaves and the lights go out. As usual, Deedee takes the lead in speaking: "It's time for the Doodlebop Pledge!"
The Doodlebop Pledge is recited and Mr. Moosehead is impressed as always. The lights turn back on.* Rooney says: "Hey, isn't something special for the kids going to happen today?" Moe adds: "Yeah, I feel like we're forgetting about what we were supposed to do today." *In the B Daman universe* I fought with all of my heart against our foes as usual. The B Daman universe faced a full onslaught from One Supreme World. Finally, we're on the verge of victory. And.. done. The last enemy has been defeated. Count Venamous groans and glares at all of us: "Another failure! Curse you, I'll get you yet! Especially you, Supernoobs!" Kaman sighs: "Well, I'm glad that's finally over. We fought for so long." Garuburn adds: "You said it." I huff and puff heavily: "I never expected the Barians to be able to transform even B Daman into Barians. This isn't a good sign. As much as I'd like to stick around, I'm completely exhausted and need to rest desperately. So I'm going to leave this universe. Dominic, have the rebuilding preparations begun?" "Yes. It's a nap causation but it won't be too long until I follow right behind you. It won't be a big deal to complete the rebuilding process." Bray nods: "Indeed, we shall not need much time to take care of the rest of it." Sinon takes a breath: "We won but we can't put our guards down. The enemy may return here now that we've won due to the price we paid for victory." I sigh: "I'll get some reinforcements from Twisted Land to come just in case." *Back to the Doodlebops* A light bulb appears above Deedee's head: "I got it! We have a special guest today! But I can't think of who it is.. I know who it is but I just can't think of their name." Rooney replies: "Well, I do recall them having a musical side.." Moe adds: "And that they're from another universe.."
That's when I showed up. My Quantum Leap band teleported me straight to them right after I returned to Mii World. It came without warning, I didn't even know I was going to be a surprise guest. Talk about putting the surprise in surprise guest. I was disoriented from my exhaustion already so when I was teleported, I already felt like I was going to somehow trip on my own cape and fall. "So.. exhausted.. Mehhhhhhhh.. Tired... Bleh.." Deedee says: "It's our special guest-" I fall to the floor and lose consciousness. With the power of my creativity, I will still write down how things progressed from there even though I was out for a significant stretch of time. "Swiftdrawer?!" "What do we do?! Our special guest's unconscious!" "I would suggest using my guitar but my guitar can't wake someone up!" "I'm pretty sure that we have to do something important. We can't leave Swiftdrawer like this! But I have no idea! I've got nothing.. Just like you, Moe!" "Okay okay, nobody panic. We can do this! I should get my lucky drumsticks. Maybe that will help." *music starts playing* A woman with dark hair and dark brown skin with a pink outfit appears through a hidden sideways elevator like thing with a nice curtain behind her. The thing pushes over a section of the wall. *unison* "It's Mazz!" *Mazz sings as the thing moves more and more slowly. When the music stops, she has just stepped out of it." The Doodles wave at her in a pointing style way as "Yeaaaaah" is heard, signifying the end of the music. "Well, if it isn't Deedee, Rooney, and Moe!" *unison* "Hey Mazz!" Mazz looks down at my unconscious form on the floor: "Well well, this isn't good. It seems like you Doodles got a unconscious special guest problem."
Moe sighs: "Thats right. We have no idea what to do." Deedee adds: "How are we supposed to go on with the show when our special guest is unconscious?" "Well, my dear Doodles. Do you know what you're supposed to do when you see someone who appears unconscious?" Rooney replies: "What are we supposed to do?!" "It's easy. You have to ask if they're alright and check to see if they're breathing and their heart is still beating." Moe asks: "What happens if they aren't breathing or their heart isn't beating or they aren't responding?" "Excellent question! You'll have to do CPR on them and call for help if there's anyone around." Suddenly, a tear in space-time occurs, revealing Nightmare Moon from an alternate Equestria: "Hahahahaha! I have finally traveled to another dimension! This world will soon be eternally covered in darkness as well! All resistance is pointless!" Rainbow Dash appears from the Equestria aligned with BRAINS. "Not so fast, Nightmare Moon!" She gets Nightmare Moon out of the universe and is heard yelling as she vanishes with the villain(J'onn secretly goes with her. Ai continues to watch the Doodlebops): "Don't worry! I'll take care of her!" Mazz sighs: "Well, that was strange. But more importantly, I need to continue explaining. *explains the process of CPR* Remember to do chest compressions at about 120 beats per minute. If they aren't responding, you need to call the paramedics immediately and keep performing CPR until they arrive. When the heart isn't beating, an AED device is optimal for handling that problem. But it's best used by medical professionals. *explains how to use an AED*"
Rooney exclaims: "Oh I get it! But.. Look at Swiftdrawer.. Their back is facing the ceiling. How are we supposed to do any of that stuff?" "You'll have to move their body around in order to flip them. That's going to be the first step. Give it a try. Pick them up and flip them before placing them on that couch over there." "Alright! Let's do this!" "You said it, Deedee!" The Doodles try to lift me up to no avail. Moe groans: "Just how heavy are they?! We can't lift them at all!" Rooney says: "Shouldn't we call the paramedics since we can't lift them ourselves?" Mazz nods: "Absolutely. Even if I tried to help you, I wouldn't be much help to our special guest either." Deedee shouts: "I'll call them!" She then runs to a phone contained within the hangout and dials the number. It rings. And it rings and rings and rings and rings. "*sigh* Why is no one answering?!" The electricity in the hangout goes out. Moe yells: "Hey, who turned out the lights?!" "Oh dear.. It looks like there's a power outage." Rooney sighs as well: "Well, it looks like we have to do things the old fashioned way. Let's head outside to find people who can help us." "Excellent idea! I can't make my exit the usual way with the electricity out so I suppose I'll join you Doodles this time around.." Deedee looks down at me: "But we can't just leave them like this! They were so exhausted when they came here and that's why they collapsed.." "Unfortunately, there's no other choice. Come on, Doodles. Let's head outside!" They all turn to leave the hangout and start making their way out when a rope comes down from the ceiling. Moe turns: "Hold on, there's something I have to do!" The others exclaim: "Don't pull the rope!" Mr. Moosehead yells the same after them.
In Goha City, Seatbastian yells while watching the Doodlebops: "Don't pull the rope!" Neiru comments: "I'm curious to see what happens now that it's likely he will actually pull the rope." Moe pulls the rope, water comes down on him. Usually, it would stop after only a couple of seconds. Not this time. It really comes in this time. Chaos ensues as Mazz and the Doodlebops as well as Mr. Moosehead and the other residents of the hangout yell and react strongly. Moe starts screaming: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! COLD, SO COLD!" A thought materializes as text over his head in Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 style: "I feel like a drowned rat." When the water is finally done, the tentacles of a certain undersea villain appear from where the water came down on Moe. He shakes himself and despite still being completely soaked, exclaims: "Refreshing!" And then the singing starts.. "Oh poor, unfortunate soul, so sweet.." Nagato's Deva Path appears and calmly states: "I will handle this singing individual myself." He creates black metal rods and immobilizes Ursula with them. He then teleports away with her. Ai appears from inside the wall: "Hey meatbags! Pretend you didn't just see that! You gotta go get help for Swiftdrawer after all! Never fear for that villain is being taken care of as we speak! Btw, I'm Ai! That's all you need to know for now! Now get help! I'd get help myself but I'm stuck here for some reason!" A few minutes later, the Doodlebops and Mazz are a couple blocks from the hangout, looking for people to help them. Initially, they asked if anyone had a cell phone they could borrow only to find out that something has knocked the cell towers offline. So now, they're looking for strong people. "Muscleman, when we get out of here, you get to decide how to deal with the fact that us being here is Mordecai and Rigby's fault."
"Sounds good, Benson! They may not work at the park anymore but they're still fellow BRAINS members! Hehe, this is going to be fun!" The 4 approach the two. Deedee says loud enough for them to pay attention: "Hey there! I heard one of you is named Muscleman. Can you help us?" Muscleman shrugs: "Depends on what it is. Hey, aren't 3 of you the most notable individuals inhabiting this universe? The Doodlebops?" "Universe? Nevermind. It's good to have a fan like you here. You see, we have a major problem.. Our special guest for today collapsed and we can't even lift them up." "So what? Can't you call the paramedics or something?" "The phones are down. Swiftdrawer is completely out.." "Swiftdrawer huh? Bros, I can't help you. Swiftdrawer is way too heavy for me. Ask someone else. You know who else Swiftdrawer is way too heavy for? My mom!" Benson facepalms but adds when he recovers: "Go see Skips. He's over there. He might be able to help you out. It's been nice meeting you." Moe replies: "You mean that yeti like guy over there?!" "Yes. Don't worry, he isn't scary. He won't hurt you. Muscleman, we have to find Mordecai and Rigby before they cause anymore incidents despite having more stable lives now." "You know who else need to find Mordecai and Rigby before they cause anymore incidents despite having more stable lives now? My mom!" "Muscleman." "Sorry bro, couldn't help myself." The Doodles and Mazz head over to Skips. They explain what happened to him. "Sorry fellas, I wish I could but I can't. Something is trying to eat this dimension and I cant stop fighting it for even just a second."
Abridged Kaiba is heard yelling: "Explodia! It's impossible! No one's been able to revive him! Oh my god! WHY IS HE HERE?! Mokuba, get me my Blue Eyes White Jet now!" "But Seto! We aren't in our own dimension!" "Shut up, Mokuba!" Explodia/Gozaboro Kaiba is in the sky, devouring it slowly. The Doodles look up: "*unison* What is that?!" Abridged Yami exclaims: "Well, crap in the Nile. It's Explodia! Why the hell is he in this universe? Why are we in this universe? Defeating him sounds like a job for children's card games!" Abridged Jack Atlas appears on his duel runner: "Don't you mean CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES?! CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES!" Melvin shows up grinning: "Oh look, the power of 4Kids has revived Explodia to cancel the Doodlebops! Ahahahahaha! This is the best day ever! Now where's Susan? I'd like to give Susan a hug." Rooney yells: "Let's get out of here! We'll be safe somewhere else!" Moe replies: "What about Swiftdrawer?!" Deedee exclaims: "We can run away and look for help! It's brilliant!" The 4 start running away from Explodia. Melvin laughs: "Where do you fools think you're going?! You're about to be cancelled! Stick around for the show, it will be fun! I promise you! *they keep running* Oh forget it! I'll make you stay with my Millennium Stab Thing! Obey me, mind slaves!" Uganda Knuckles intervenes: "No, you will not control my Buddha. *transforms* EBOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLA!" The Doodles and Mazz don't look back. They just keep running. That's when they see Bulma pounding the Ginyu Force into the ground with her fists and lab coat. Rooney yells: "You there! Can you help us lift our special guest Swiftdrawer?!" Bulma replies: "Not right now, these jerks are at it again! I can't ignore them!"
Captain Ginyu sees Deedee, breaks off from the fight and gleams: "Oh my! What a nice body you have! I'll be taking it now!" He swaps bodies with Deedee. Deedee, now in Ginyu's body screams. Ginyu laughs: "All mine! This beautiful body is mine!" Edyn, riding on Ugger appears: "I don't know why all of us have been drawn to this dimension but I won't allow you to continue your ways, Captain Ginyu!" "Oh my, your body is even-" "I cast Reversal!" Ginyu screams as he and Deedee switch bodies again. But then, the unique sound of a certain horn is heard. The Doodles exclaim: "It's Bus Driver Bob!" They race towards the iconic Doodlebops bus. Bob, who has dark hair, tan skin, and a blue, white, and yellow bus driver uniform exclaims once they hear the bus: "All aboard the Doodlebops Express!" Rooney says: "Come on, let's get on the bus." *the bus song is sung and danced to by the 3 plus Bob. Mazz went off in another direction to go elsewhere via other means.* With the song over, the Doodles sit down at a table in the bus while Bob begins driving them to the venue they are to perform at. Bob says: "Hey guys, it was getting pretty chaotic back there, wasn't it? Where's the special guest?" Deedee sighs: "I don't know why things are so chaotic but Swiftdrawer is unconscious and.. *explains the whole situation so far* Is there anyone strong enough to help us?" "Oh, that's a big problem. But you know something? Not only did the tickets for your concert sell out due to the promise of a real knight as a special guest but I hear there's going to be some big names in the audience. Who knows, you might find the help you need there since the phones still aren't working."
A few minutes later, after some conversing, they arrive to the venue. Bob opens the doors and they get out: "See you guys!" He closes the spots behind them and goes to park nearby before entering the backstage of the venue where Mazz already is. Meanwhile, the Doodles meet a whole bunch of adoring fans. Kermit is seen jumping up and down: "Oh my gosh! They're here! The Doodlebops!" "KERMIT, I SHOULDN'T HAVE LET YOU TALK ME INTO THIS!" There are other notable characters in the crowd. Buu, Mr. Satan, Takius, and Bray are just a few of them. "Yay! Buu excited to see Doodlebops! Buu want music! Buu want fun!" The Doodles greet their fans but can't hide their troubled looks. "Moe, Rooney, what are we supposed to do? Swiftdrawer is still unconscious.." Barla, dressed in a cool outfit that hides the fact she's a gunner and tank very well speaks up: "Did you say Swiftdrawer is still unconscious?" "That's right.. I did.." Barla steps forward and yanks a yawning Dominic along. Dominic stops yawning: "..I have no words for this situation other than it being a nap causation. You can let go of me now, Barla. Anyway, this really is troublesome. Some unknown force is behind Swiftdrawer being a special guest here and possibly is also why Swiftdrawer was unexpectedly teleported here. Whoever did this is malevolent or benevolent. It's hard to tell which." After some talking, the Doodles agree to let Dominic and Barla help them. Dominic sighs: "Since you 3 have never crossed space or time, it's a bad idea to just teleport you all with us to your hangout. Instant matter transportation isn't that fun the first time one experiences it. That in itself is such a pain and nap causation but it can't be helped. I'll just create a portal, no big deal."
He does so and steps through it. Barla notices the hesitation on the faces of the Doodles as she begins to step through it: "Hey, don't worry. This portal is harmless and easy to go through. Just go through and get it over with!" The Doodles look at each other. Moe sighs: "Okay, I'm going through." Barla finishes stepping through and once Moe successfully does so too, Rooney and Deedee hear: "No way! It really is our hangout! Come on!" They stare at each other. Deedee breaks away first: "In that case, I'm going in! Don't get left behind, Rooney! Come on!" The fans watch as all of this happens. It was at this moment that Mazz as the Doodlebops' manager decided to change the scheduling for the show. While the Doodles were at the hangout, Fluffy Afro and The Wacky Clowns would open for them to introduce their strange forms of humor to the Doodlebops universe and stall as it turns out someone told Mazz, the Doodles, and anyone else connected to the Doodlebops about myself, them, and who knows what else. With everyone settled, Dominic speaks: "Okay, Barla. Let's lift our friend. Doodlebops, just watch. You don't want to hurt your muscles before your show after all." Everyone nods. Barla and Dominic effortlessly lift me up. The Doodles sigh of relief. Deedee exclaims: "Thank goodness.. Swiftdrawer is finally being helped." I'm laid onto the couch. Dominic takes a look at me: "No big deal, Swiftdrawer's alright. They're just exhausted. That's all there is to it. Hold on, let me find that fandangled thing that will help wake them up and bring them back to normal. It should be on me somewhere. No, not the hp bananas. Those are useless on them now. No, not the restorative elixir. It won't work either. What a nap causation this all is. Ugh." After a couple minutes, he finally finds it: "Aha! I found it! For now, it has no name so I'm just going to use it now."
The scientist uses the device on me, instantly restoring my energy and accelerating my body's sleep cycle by several hours. I wake up: "Well crap. I have so many questions right now. I collapsed, didn't I?" Rooney nods: "You scared us!" "Okay, why am I here? I get y'all are the Doodlebops. When I was a little kid, I dearly adored you. You are part of my childhood. Thanks for worrying for me. Also, why am I your special guest?" Dominic yawns: "Swiftdrawer, you were teleported here by someone who can affect the Quantum Leap bands. That's all I know." Barla adds: "Yeah, that's all I know too. It's a hell no situation. The rest of the answers are with them. Would love to stay but we have to help stop Explodia now that the power of 4Kids has become far more powerful than children's card games." "What the hell has been happening around here?" The Doodlew explain everything to me as Dominic and Barla leave to take care of Explodia. "So that's what has happened. But that doesn't explain why I'm here or why I'm your special guest." Rooney sighs: "Oh yeah, right.. An old man with red sunglasses got in touch with Mazz.." "Red sunglasses? The ability to mess with my Quantum Leap band.. How does it come together?" "You just got punk'd!" Carlos shows up with Roshi. I facepalm: "Why?" Carlos laughs: "It was all a prank!" "Are you ALSO behind Explodia?! And damn it Roshi!" "Hey! I just wanted some coo-" "Don't say it, Roshi. You're almost as bad as Zarbon." "Okay! Okay! Fine, I won't! Jesus! We are not behind Explodia. Who the hell knows who's behind that?" "Hehehe, best prank ever! Thanks for your help, Roshi!" "Heh. About time I had some fun. Well then, we had better go! Toodles!" Carlos and Roshi teleport away.
"Is this what I get for not liking fame or popularity? Thrust into the spotlight just like that.." Rooney puts a hand on my shoulder, disregarding the fact it's armored. "Hey, it's going to be okay." "I'm aware. Well, since I'm the special guest, It's best if I take the role in stride. I'll preserver." Deedee grins: "That's the spirit! So tell us! Just who is Swiftdrawer?" "It feels like I'm being queued to sing a song. So be it but if I'm going to sing about myself, I refuse to sound arrogant or self centered." I pull out my guitar from my ender pouch: "For one thing, I sometimes make music while in this body." Rooney exclaims: "Hey! We can be guitar buddies!" "I don't see why not. I suppose we better get started playing. You're the Doodlebops and I'm your special guest after all." We play a song made up on the spot where I in fact sing about myself. In my words, I emphasize the people in my life as well as my beliefs, convictions, and duties over my hobbies and interests. I love my hobbies and interests but my dislike of sounding arrogant or self centered is very strong. After the song ends with us finishing our instrument playing, the Doodlebops cheer and clap. Deedee exclaims: "That was amazing! You're so strong and brave! I'm so glad we got to jam with you!" "No need to flatter me. I'm not always strong or brave. But that's life. No matter what happens, you can plan as much as you want but things will still unfold unpredictably." Moe says: "Wow, you're very insightful!" "I can't help it. There's a lot about me I didn't choose but I did choose to accept myself. I didn't choose my genes, personality type, day of birth, place of birth, nationality, skin color, or eye color. And yet, I know myself to be merely one individual, regardless of if I'm dead, undead, or alive. Well then, there really isn't much to do here related to me. We should probably go outside or head to your concert."
Deedee replies: "Why don't you choose? You're our special guest!" "If you insist, sure. We shall go to your concert then. After all, I'm sure the audience would love to see all of us interact and engage with each other before performing some songs together. I don't like the spotlight but having the chance to make people smile.. Now that is a chance worth taking. Let's make this your best concert ever. I gotta say, I've seen and had to do many horrific things. But still, I have no intention of traumatizing or horrifying anyone at the concert. It's just going to be fun. Since Dominic isn't here to create another portal and the one that brought you here has evaporated, I'll just make one myself. Give me a moment. It will take some effort on my part. Please be patient with me." They nod only to gasp when they see my left eye transform and me create a portal. After a minute, I take a deep breath: "That was quite difficult but I pulled it off. *quickly explains Artist's Eye without even being directly asked to first* Okay, now that that's settled, let's get going." And with that, we go through my portal. I go in last. So now, the Doodlebops and I are standing before a bigger crowd of fans than the one before. How is that possible? Fluffy Afro and The Wacky Clowns are performing behind us above the street on the Wacky Clowns' new UFO, replacing the previous one as a serious improvement. We turn around. I say: "That's Fluffy Afro and The Wacky Clowns.. Why are they performing?!" Mazz walks to us. She grins at seeing me: "Fantastic! Swiftdrawer's okay! It's nice to meet you, Swiftdrawer!" "You as well." Moe exclaims: "Mazz, what's going on here?" "Someone told me about those hilarious musicians who are performing right now. While you were back at your hangout, I convinced them to be an opening act for you once I found them! They're a riot!"
The Doodles utter: "Ohhhhh." We turn our attention to my friends who are performing. Fluffy says: "You know, life on a toilet sucks. I'm always screaming out in pain as I do my business. It burns, I scream before singing something funny. Oh no, my antics are being heard by a friend because I buttdialed them." The Doodlebops are frozen with amusement. I chuckle lightly: "I have among the most peculiar collections of personal connections for a human born on Earth." After they perform their last song, Fluffy points us out in the crowd: "Thank you for having us, Doodlebops fans! But don't go anywhere just yet because here they are! And because I'm not wacky right now, I can safely continue! And with them is their special guest and a dear friend of mine: Swiftdrawer! Fun fact: Swiftdrawer is almost never seen without their armor on! It weighs 900 pounds! And they'll even eat pizza at a restaurant in it! Isn't that just silly and over the top?! Anyway, thanks again! We're Fluffy Afro and The Wacky Clowns! We'll probably be seeing you again!" The 5 fly off on the UFO but not before leaving behind all kinds of things by throwing them around: confetti, glitter, rubber chickens, silly string containers, and more. With them gone, all eyes are on us. Mazz leads and the rest of us follow. She shouts: "Are you all ready for the Doodlebops and their special guest?! I sure know I am!" The Doodles start waving and shouting to the fans. "We're so excited to have you!" "Thank you for coming!" "We're going to rock tonight!" I end up joining in.
My very appearance captivates a lot of the audience. I'm much more humble in what I say than the Doodlebops. "Thank you all for coming, I hope to bring some smiles to your faces." "Be prepared to witness an expression of what I use to protect what is most dear to me. My loved ones, the innocent, the marginalized, the workers." "I promise to make an impact on each and every one of you. May your lives change for the better after this concert." I personally end up high fiving a lot of people as it's not often you see a real fully armored knight in a modern environment in most universes. As this continues, I even hear shouts from my comrades such as Goku and Tsunade. When I'm inside, Dominic approaches me: "Hey Swiftdrawer, this is a nap causation but it will be quick. Doors will open in a few minutes but I won't need that time to talk to you about the current situation. Just listen because I need to resume helping find a fix for what's going on. Our Quantum Leap bands aren't able to send any of us back and many of us found ourselves pulled to the universe when Explodia showed up. Someone is working behind the scenes to keep us here for some reason." That's when myself, the Doodlebops, Bob, Mazz, and my comrades all find ourselves suddenly transported to the location where Explodia was. A certain froggy green villain with a mustache is staring down at us with a smile on his face. Kermit yells: "Oh my god! It's Cermit with a C!" Cell replies: "What the hell?! Cermit with a C?! God damn it!" Cermit laughs: "That's right! Welcome to the moment where all of you will be cancelled! Now that I have inherited the power of 4Kids, there's absolutely no one who can stop me!"
Nya replies: "Oh yeah?! We'll see about that!" She and the other ninja form the Tornado of Creation. But that's only the start. The Cloths of the Gold Saints as well as Seiya and friends transform into God Cloths. The baby ducks shout: "It's time!" They form a mech with Death, Skips, Benson, Mordecai, Rigby, Pops, Muscleman, High Five Ghost, and others from their universe. Steven fuses with Garnet, Pearl, and Amethyst. But it isn't any of them who stops Cermit with a C. It's someone else. All we hear is the word: "Scram." as a giant finger crushes Cermit with a C before disappearing. Cermit with a C dies instantly. Cell blinks: "Who the hell was that?" I reply: "Someone we don't want to piss off. Someone I've been managing to get into the good graces of in order to get a limited amount of help from. Fang Xingjing. His life story is told in the story Paradise of Demonic Gods which was originally written in Chinese by a writer in my universe. It was published in English on Wattpad by the person who translated it from Chinese. Fang Xingjing's power level is truly terrifying." Before anyone else could say anything, we find ourselves return from whence we came. Dominic and I stare at each other. He says: "I'll be keeping watch over you through some of my metal clones for now on whenever you meet with that person. Just tell me what more you learn about him by reading more of Paradise of Demonic Gods." "Aye, I shall do so. Now then. You should sit down somewhere, right?" "Meh. I'll just stand for the concert. No big deal." He waves me off and I catch up with the Doodlebops. 35 minutes later, the concert begins. The Doodlebops introduce themselves to the audience before introducing me. "Thank you so much for having me today. Let's have some fun."
Deedee speaks after cheering happens: "So Swiftdrawer. As a knight, you can do a lot of cool things, right? Why don't you show us some of your moves?!" "Why not? Audience, do not try this at home. I'll start with the basic techniques and go from there." I perform a slash, jump slash, thrust, and uppercut before demonstrating more advanced moves. When I'm done, I place Graceful Protector back into its scabbard. "Remember kids, metal swords aren't toys. Handling swords that are sharp should be done by responsible adults. You should have adult supervision when using swords and should not use metal swords until you get older. When you know your sword and are careful with it, only then can be become a knight like me as that is one of the fundamentals of swordsmanship." I end up hanging out more on stage with the Doodlebops. We make jokes, play around, and have more educational moments. When we're about to transition to performing music, I say to the audience: "It's time for what you've all been waiting for. But don't forget what we taught you all today. And most certainly don't forget what I said about knights like me. True knights are warriors willing to put their lives on the line to protect others. They are experienced and well protected so that they may live to fight another day. To be a true knight, one must be willing to take risks and be kind, brave, loyal, intelligent, fast, strong, crafty, determined, and more. A modern knight must be able to use not just the sword, spear, or shield but modern equipment as well. Besides the other traits, they should be tolerant of marginalized people, creative, willing to go against norms, be themselves, and willing to change the world."
The first song we sung was my song from earlier. And for the rest of the songs, I didn't go anywhere. I just sang along and moved around on stage while doing things with my sword and shield when appropriate. After the concert was over, the Doodlebops came to me. Deedee says: "You were awesome up there!" Moe adds: "Yeah! You rocked so hard! We should do this again!" Rooney further adds: "Yeah! Even though you becoming our special guest was part of someone's else pranks, you're welcome to come back anytime! It was so much fun to hang out with you today and encounter some of your friends as well." I reply: "Thank you for your kind words. I'm going to return to Mii World. But before I do, I have my own invitation. But I can't give it alone. Let's wait for Dominic and Barla." With the help of those two, I succeed in inviting the Doodlebops and their friends to BRAINS. Why? One Supreme World will invade their universe someday. It's better to get them involved now before that happens. That and we could use more musicians in the collective. After returning to Mii World, I go to the BRAINS space station as I've been called to help get certain people on board with a little project to fully combine technology such as the Soul Translator, Augma, SAO Cardinal system, DHI, Link VRAINS/Duel Links network, and ARC V dueling system together into one to allow for the easy switch between physical and virtual body as well as the ability to go "All Clear" while virtual. All Clear currently allows for DHIs from the Kingdom Keepers universe to become complete holograms as opposed to half flesh half hologram. That's right, we had a battle to save the Kingdom Keepers universe. How else would we have come into contact with the DHIs? I'll be writing about that in due time.
The reason I was chosen to help convince them is because I read the Kingdom Keepers series last month. That and I just ended up being a good fit for pulling it off since I'm a stoic and like to make logical deductions or statements even in casual conversation. I enter the laboratory where the conversation is going on. Wayne, the oldest living Disney Imagineer from the Kingdom Keepers universe is unconvinced about integrating the DHI technology. It's only been a few days since he and others involved or in the Kingdom Keepers joined BRAINS so that's understandable. Rakshata of the Black Knights speaks. She has really long yellow hair, light brown skin, gray? eyes, a smoking pipe, a white lab coat, revealing hot pink tank top, and brown pants. "I understand how apprehensive you must feel, Wayne. But do you imagine what we could accomplish with the integration of the DHI system? My precious Guren would be able to go from solid to holographic at the press of a button, avoiding enemy attacks with even greater ease than before. Earl of pudding, don't you believe the good that would come from integrating that system?" Lloyd sighs: "Must you always call me that? Actually, I don't really care if you do. I'm only in BRAINS for my scientific pursuits. That being said, I must agree with what you're saying." Wayne frowns: "But what if the DHIs fall into the hands of the enemy? Are your systems even compatible with it? We had enough trouble with the Overtakers using the DHIs against the Kingdom Keepers." I speak up: "That isn't like you. I should know. I read the Kingdom Keepers books. You are willing to take risks and devised many long and complicated plans. You managed to get the Kingdom Keepers to bring you back to life through time travel and technological predecessors to the DHIs after all."
Reiji adjusts his glasses: "All of us here have taken great risks in the past." Wayne looks worried: "After everything I've seen the past few days, my world has expanded for better and for worse." Yui appears: "Don't worry, Mr. Wayne. We'll make sure this works out." Ghost Gal adds: "We realize how unwilling your world's Disney is to share its secrets but for the sake of the multiverse, we need to integrate the DHI system." Kayaba further adds: "When I designed Sword Art Online, I created a system far more complicated than the DHI system. Therefore, I don't see why we can't integrate it." Reiji speaks again: "The Leo Corporation is willing to grant you compensation for use of the DHI system. Money is meaningless in the collective but that isn't always true outside of it." Biara speaks as well: "With the DHI system, it would be possible to have action and speed duels that can become holographic when needed. This would help ensure the safety of duelists in the event of an attack by the enemy. Additionally, a person could experience Link VRAINS and real life at the same time." I add: "The possibilities are endless. You don't have to worry. With the level of encryption and security within BRAINS technology, it isn't easy to hack into anything tied to BRAINS. The DHI system was created to fight against the Overtakers, saving your world in the process. It must be used for more fights now that your universe has been attacked and forced into the war. If you agree to allow BRAINS to use the DHI technology as a representative of the Imagineers, we can promise to train the Kingdom Keepers and allies as well as give you new technologies even Imagineers like you can only dream of." In the end, we managed to convince Wayne that night.
And so, the integration of the DHI system into our database and more began. Thanks to an insight from Artist's Eye, I also wrote to a certain teacher who drives a magical vehicle about coming to her class as a special guest. Why? Her universe is in danger too. It's estimated that it will be invaded within the coming days. And she and her class would make for great additions to BRAINS. Her class for their potential and curiosity. Herself for her knowledge and personality. Not to mention the magical vehicle and the experience all of them have dealing with shrinking, space travel, and time travel.
