Alien Threat in Drake City!
"Whoa!" Mikey said staring at the oozing filled container.
"What do you think this is?" Piper wondered as she picks up the container and look at it.
"Hey, hey, hey, be careful with the mutation ooze, that stuff is dangerous!" Snake warned.
"Wait, did he just say mutation?" Donnie shocked.
"He also said dangerous too." Zarya smirked.
"Maybe that has some connection with the weird men who took April and her dad." Donnie theorized.
"Hold on, let check if this guy is not a robot in disguise." Mikey said as he grabs Snake's face trying to see if it's really a mask or not. A few more tries and nothing came off.
"Okay, he's clear." Mikey pushed Snake to Emerald and Zarya to hold him down.
"Alright, buddy, what's going on here and who were those bosses of yours?" Raph asked.
"I ain't saying anything to you stupid heroes." Snake refused to talk.
"Sir, thou should warn you that Mysticon Fire Ninja has ways of making you talk." Emerald warned as Snake felt a tiny fear in him when looking as the red Mysticon smirking and holding the ooze contain Piper handed him.
"Okay buster, things have just gotten harder for you." Raph opened the container.
"Wh-What are you doing?" Snake asked becoming scared.
"Playing a little game to see what kind of mutation you'll end up as. Now, you could end up being something handsome like, or something ugly like Mikey." Raph threatened.
"Hey!" Mikey snapped.
"So, you feeling lucky today?" Zarya asked sarcastically.
Raph leans the container slideway letting the ooze drool down slowly going toward Snake's face as his fear is raising majorly and his eyes shaking, there was one thing he can do.
"Okay, okay! I'll talk!" Snake gave up and begged to keep the ooze away.
"They call themselves the Kraang, I've been working for them a couple of years now grabbing scientists from all over the city and from others too. A-And that mutation ooze you're holding, and the ones in my van, they're the one who made those." Snake explained.
"Guys, I'm picking up some weird readings from the ooze and from what I can tell these things were made by science than magic." Donnie informed after doing some scanner on the ooze.
"Tell us exactly what do these oozes do." Piper asked, holding her hand out to grab the jar.
"It just as the name says, that stuff mutates anyone they come into contact with like humans turning into hybrid forms of animals or other things and other creatures Centaurs or fairies into something else." Snake explained scared trying to keep himself away from the ooze as Emerald and Zarya are still holding him.
"That must be this "breakthrough" he mentioned earlier to Mr. O'Neil." Arkyana pointed out.
"But what would small, squishy, pink guys want with mutation ooze for the realm?" Mikey asked.
"My instincts are telling me that Mr. O'Neil wasn't the only scientist they took, is he?" Zarya asked glaring at Snake.
"Y-yeah, the Kraang have been taking scientist from all over the city, including some from the T-Hope Industries. And they are taking them out of the city tonight, but I don't know where. Honest!" Snake answered.
"That means we got to work fast." Leo said.
"As if you guys can take out those alien freaks." Snake blurted out, and shock of realizing what he just said.
All eight Mysticons stare at him eyes widen and silent for thirty seconds until the Forest Ninja spoke.
"Did you just say… aliens?"
"As in… real aliens from outer space like the sci-fi comics and moves?" Piper asked shock.
"…No." Snake hesitated to answer.
"We'll worry about that later, right now we need to know where are April and the scientists are right now before they flew off." Leo stated.
After demanding Snake to tell them the location, they scout the area seeing in the middle of the place is a highly tech helicopter and a bunch of the same guys they fought holding guns. While Piper and Mikey are on guard duty to keep watch over Snake who is tied up by Zarya's magic.
"There seems to be twenty of them." Leo said.
"And that's just the ones we can see." Donnie added.
"So, they're eight of us and we can take them all down." Zarya prepared her magic arrow to fire.
"Oh yeah, an all-you-can-kick-butt-buffet." Raph excited getting his claws out.
"Not so fast you two. We have to plan this carefully or else the lives of everyone will be at risk if we screw up." Arkyana pointed out.
"So, we don't' screw up." Raph shrugged.
"I agree with Dragon Mage on this one, we go back to the lair and gear ourselves up to make our attack then rescue the captives." Leo said.
"Not to mention hungry, I could sure go for some snortballs right about now." Piper suggested.
"Yeah, and maybe some classic pepperoni pizza!" Mikey smiled.
The other Mysticons look at the two youngest members shock making them confuse.
"What? We can't be the only ones hungry." Mikey said.
"Guys, where's Snake?" Emerald asked.
This time Piper and Mikey's eye widen, looking at where Snake is but found he is not there anymore and ran down the fire escape stairs.
"We got to go after him!" Mikey screamed.
"No, wait!" Arkyana stopped Mikey from jumping off the roof.
"Are you crazy? He's gonna alert his bosses!" Zarya said.
"Which is why we should let him; they'll be expecting all of us to come through the front door using that to our advantage." Arkyana pointed out.
"Yeah, I think I might have an idea for that. Let's head back and get ourselves ready." Leo said and the heroes all went back to get the preparation they need.
(Mysticons Hideout)
Donnie and Emerald are in their lab working on a few things like making some new gears for the mission checking how they're coming along and hopes to finish them fast as they don't have enough time left before the scientists are taken away to who knows where.
Meanwhile, everyone else is doing their own thing getting ready.
"I know you're a little worried about me. Look, I'm not gonna lie to you." Raph said looking a little worry in the kitchen.
"We've never gone into a fight like this, and I don't know what's gonna happen. But you don't have to worry, I will make it back. I love you, man." Raph said.
That whole conversation Raph has been talking to this entire time is with his little pet turtle, Spike eating a leaf.
"Oh my goblin." Mikey said, jumping Raph that he was being watch by him, Zarya, and Piper.
"That is the most adorable and sweet moment I have ever seen." Piper commented sweetly.
"Were you seriously talking to your pet turtle?" Zarya asked teasing.
"No, shut up!" Raph yelled and the three laughs making Raph angry and chase them around.
Arkyana and Leo had just finish making their rescue plan.
"Okay, I think this plan will work." Leo believed.
"No plan ever survives contact with the enemy. It is how you react to the unexpected that will determine if you and your siblings-in-arm succeed." Splinter advised as he walks up to them.
"We'll do our best Sensei; I'm just still surprise about facing aliens of all things." Arkyana admitted.
"Leonardo, Arkyana, the Dragon Disk made you both leaders for a reason. And that reason is for you to discover on your own." Splinter said, placing his hands on their shoulders.
"I'm worry that we might fail." Leo said looking down a little.
"Failure is a possibility every leader must face. It is something I had to face in my ninja village during my final battle with my enemy, the Shredder." Splinter started his little story.
"Years ago, back when he was once called Oroku Saki, had been my friend but the love of a woman came between us. He could not accept it, and his jealousy turned outward in a vengeful attack. And while he could not defeat me that day, my world fell and crumbled around me as the battle took the life of my beloved Tang Shen, and I lost my baby daughter, Miwa." Splinter remembered that day as it still burns in his memory.
"I… I had no idea you went through so much pain." Arkyana said feeling sad on hearing the story.
"I lost many things. My family, my home, my former name. But I have also gained many things, like my friend Nova and you eight as well." Splinter said.
"I promise we'll get back safe." Arkyana bowed.
"And we totally got this." Leo said before a screaming Mikey and Piper ran for life from Raph while Zarya tried to stop him.
(With Snake)
Snake and the Kraang men are standing watch looking around to see where the Mysticons are as this is the only entrance though nothing so far.
"Any sign of them yet?" Snake asked.
"Kraang see a vehicle coming to the place of the Kraang that may contain the ones known as the Mysticons the one known as Snake warned about Kraang about." One Kraang men pointed up ahead.
Snake and the Kraang see the van coming at them fast, they try blasting the floating vehicle but they did nothing and move out of the way as the van crashes into the door causing an explosion that force it open.
Snake jump on the ground seeing the fire at the front entrance and then the ooze spilled all over him and causing his body to change rapidly.
Meanwhile, the Kraang men look inside the van to see if there are any survivors then suddenly one of them got kicked away by Emerald and they jump out of the burning van.
"Oh, I'm sorry, were you expecting company?" Emerald asked sarcastically.
"The ones known as the Mysticons which were in the van that have brought them to this place." One Kraang said.
"Now we will destroy the ones known as the Mysticons in the place the van has brough them in." Another Kraang said as they aim their guns at the girls.
"Okay, remember girls: we distract them long enough for our brothers to get free everyone here." Arkyana whispered them the plan.
"Meanwhile, we get as many alien butts as we can." Zarya smirked.
"Let's get this party started!" Piper shouted as the girls start battling the Kraang.
(With the Turtles)
The turtle Mysticons have successfully infiltered the base crawling through the vent system, they got out knocking a couple of Kraangs down with Mikey bending them backwards with his mini-scythes and Donnie slams on them making the pink creatures inside unconscious. Though Donnie was excited about seeing metal alloy that he doesn't recognizes and almost got into an argument with Raph, but Leo quickly reminds them of the mission. They carefully sneak around the base and beating up some Kraangs along the way until Donnie spotted April and Kirby in the cell.
"We found them." Donnie alerted.
"Do-I mean, Mysticon Mountain Ninja! I'm so glad to see you!" April relieved.
"Me too, and don't worry. I'll get you and your dad out of there." Donnie looked at the lock, hoping he can get them out.
"And don't worry, our sisters are outside taking care of the other Kraang as we speak." Mikey informed and then a few more Kraang came.
The others try to hold them off, though it isn't for Donnie to get it unlock until Raph decides to stab his claws into the lock making it short circuit to unlock the door, but unfortunately, April and Kirby were already taken away from some Kraang.
"Oh, come on!" Donnie shouted as the four turtles chase after them outside.
They ran outside shutting the door, but one Kraang barely came through and Raph ripped one robot arm kicking the Kraang back and using the arm to hold the door. He turns to see his fellow male Mysticons looking at him weirdly.
"What?" Raph asked.
"You are really twisted." Leo commented.
"Thanks." Raph smirked.
"Guys!" April called out as she runs to them.
"April! You're okay!" Donnie smiled.
"Yeah, but the Kraang still has my dad and the girls were going to help me but we ran into Snake who is not what he used to be." April explained.
"What do you mean?" Leo asked then they heard the girls' screaming as they came in flying landing on the ground groaning in pain a little.
And then a big plant monster came in angry glaring at the Mysticons.
"Oh, my Goblin! Is that Snake?" Donnie asked shock.
Snake is now entirely green, has multiple venomous vines with thorns, a praying mantis-like head, 2 stem-like legs with large toes on his feet and seems to have exposed bone-like shapes, with his hands and arms replaced with tendrils the resemble Venus flytrap and his exposed heart partly wrapped.
"Yeah, apparently the van with the ooze spilled some on Snake and he is that!" Arkyana explained shortly.
"And now we call him Snakeweed." Piper added.
"Oh, clever." Mikey complimented.
"Donnie, you and April go rescue her dad, we'll handle Snakeweed." Then more Kraang came after bursting through the door. "And deal with them." Leo sighed.
Donnie and April ran up to the helicopter taking off, Donnie use his staff-axe to launch himself up to the helicopter grabbing onto the leg but one Kraang slide the door open blasting him with his gun.
"Donnie!" April worried and pulls out a small gun-looking device that fires a little lightning bolt zapping the Kraang making it fall of the helicopter.
"Thanks!" Donnie said.
Then two Kraangs came out and sliced the leg off before Donnie could react and he fell, he holds out his hand to the ground making a large rocky spike to raise for him to slide down.
"I'm sorry, April, I couldn't save your dad." Donnie apologized.
"I know…" April said, looking up see the helicopter with her dad on it flying away.
Meanwhile, the seven Mysticons held off the Kraang and Snakeweed but they need a plan until Leo has an idea.
"Guys!" Leo called out and use hand signs to tell them the plan, they seem to understand and got the Kraang to shoot at them more while Leo and Arkyana led Snakeweed to the power generation.
The plan is working getting Snakeweed very close to the generation.
"What's wrong, feeling weak this season?" Arkyana insulted.
Snakeweed roars in anger slamming his vine arms to them which they got out of the way, the others made funny faces for the Kraang to shot them as they move letting the blasts hitting Snakeweed and the generation causing it to exploded shattering him into pieces and the Mysticons disappear.
"Kraang, the ones known as the Mysticons are dangerous threats to this place and other places." Kraang said.
"I knowledge this threat. The Mysticons must be destroyed at all cost!" Kraang said.
(Mysticon Hideout)
"I'm sorry we couldn't save your dad." Donnie apologized.
"It's okay, we'll get them next time. And it's not like they're gonna kill my dad, they definitely need him for something." April pointed out.
"April's right, whatever these Kraangs are up to can't be good." Arkyana agreed.
"As if the Dreadbane and the Foot clan weren't enough to deal with." Emerald sighed.
"Yes, it is only a matter of time before the Shredder comes here as well." Splinter feared, looking up at the ceiling knowing he will come for them.
(Unknown Location)
"So, my old friend is hiding somewhere in Drake City teaching the new Mysticons the ways of Ninjutsu." A man said after getting a message Rahzar.
"Now, I can finally settle score once and for all." He glared at the Mysticons in an online article with deep darkness in his eyes.

The Mysticons have managed to save their friend April but her dad still got taken away by the Kraang as they now view the heroes as a major threat to their plan, not only that but it looks like an old enemy from Splinter's past will come back to hunt him and the kids. The Mysticons will have to train harder to be ready for more fights on the way.
