Chapter Thirty
So Simple It Just Might Work
"Wake up, Mrs. Mills," Regina teased as she lightly ran her fingers over Emma's bare skin. They were currently on day five of their honeymoon in Spain. The children were safely with their Godmothers and her parents. In a different town enjoying Spain. They on the other hand were on an island and hadn't left their suite and she was pretty sure the neighbors were exhausted from how often they kept them awake. Sadly, it wasn't as remote as the resort in Thailand.
"I love it when you call me that," Emma murmured as she yawned.
"Should I use it when I want you to come as well?" Regina asked as she lazily grazed her thumb over one of Emma's nipples making her body arch, her nipple harden in the cool air of the morning, and a small gasp escaped her pink lips.
"No, you most definitely still better be calling me Ms. Swan," Emma growled as she glared at her wife. She couldn't believe she could finally call Regina her wife. After they'd come back, Emma had been unfairly upset at Regina and thinking that she was incapable of raising her children without Regina. They'd determined that it would help Emma if they finally set a date. Emma had been very insistent it was not this quick thing, and Regina had wanted a small thing, but with Cora it had become a huge thing that had taken them until after Darien's third birthday to plan. They had wanted to be upset and annoyed, but it turned out Cora did know what Regina actually liked and not what she said she should like. To say the wedding had been absolutely gorgeous would have been an understatement although if Regina had ever looked like the Queen she was to Emma, it had been their wedding day.
Snow of course had been absolutely furious, not that she had an invite, but she had publicly refused to attend. At the very least she was back to simply objecting to their relationship and demanding her children back from Regina. Once again Emma was the one under the spell of Regina, and she wasn't wrong, Emma was utterly and totally under the spell of love. Cora had been so offended she'd flaunted her relationship with Rowan in front of Snow and she was outraged.
David had opted out of coming as well after they had filed for custody of Rowan and put in to officially change her name to Mills. So, Rowan had walked her big sister down the aisle wearing a matching suit in a feminine cut after they showed her that Regina wore suits too and that it didn't change the fact, she was a girl. They were also working on her enjoying boy things as she called it. Henry had also come up with the idea that their more recent family photo prior to the wedding be two in one, where everyone wore suits and dresses, and the images were mirroring each other in the pond at the park. Seeing Henry in a dress had really done wonders for Rowan. Plus, it helped that she had a beautiful dress for the reception.
"Oh, but Mrs. Mills you know that if you like it, I have to stop on principal," Regina chided as she lazily drew circles on her nipple making Emma growl and moan at the same time.
"I thought you already called me that because I did like it," Emma whined.
"I don't like brats, Mrs. Mills, stop your whining," Regina ordered as she rolled the nipple between her thumb and index finger. Emma moaned more as Regina's mouth dipped down and claimed the other nipple.
"Fuck you are insatiable Mrs…."
"What?" Regina asked pausing.
"My Queen!" Emma declared her eyes pleading with Regina not to stop. She let out a breath and sucked it back in just as quickly as Regina's mouth turned back to what they were doing. At this rate she was sure she was going to need Regina's nipple cream. Regina smirked as Emma whimpered as she removed her hand again, but before she could protest.
"Hmm…I don't believe we've played with your favorite toy yet," Regina commented as if she were simply at home noticing something they had forgotten.
"My favorite toy?" Emma asked before she could prop herself up on her elbows to look better at Regina, she found herself facing away from her wife with a new hardness poking into her back. She gulped. "Well look at that, I think you did find my new favorite toy." Regina kissed the back of her neck and ran her hands all over Emma's body. She didn't know when she had fit so perfectly with Emma, but she was glad it did.
"Hello?" Regina answered two hours later. She cleared the sleep from her voice and tried to pretend like she hadn't fucked her wife to absolute exhaustion just that morning alone.
"Regina, how dare you do not call my grandchildren and wish them a good morning, they are nearly in tears over such treatment!" Cora yelled. Regina grimaced and pulled the phone away as she rolled her eyes and glanced at the clock. She'd woken Emma up pretty early, so it was now only nine thirty in the morning. Of course, they were up at the crack of dawn seeing as they didn't have to go to daycare, so by her estimate it was late for them.
"I'm sorry, Mother, please give me a few moments to get some place private and we will video call, yes?" Cora scoffed.
"Stop acting like you've left your room Regina, every time I come over you are always about to act scandalous why would now be any different." Cora still hung up in her face to her relief, so she rolled her eyes and took her chance to put some clothes on. Well, who was she kidding, she threw on shorts and tried to remember if yesterday's shirt was blue or green to keep up some pretense that she'd been trying to get dressed. The hotel phone rang, and she answered it.
"Mrs. Mills, this is the front desk with your reminder that you and your wife are schedule for snorkeling in an hour and a half."
"Oh of course thank you so much," Regina said. She hung up and grabbed her bikini instead with her wrap before going to gently wake Emma. "Wake up love, we have snorkeling in an hour and a half plus we need to call the kids before we go, Mother's called to complain they're beside themselves." Emma chuckled as she yawned. She was partial to staying in bed and skipping snorkeling especially when she saw the bikini her wife was wearing. It was one she most definitely couldn't wear in storybrooke because of Sidney and the fact that Emma was sure she'd be in a jealous rage guarding her.
"Of course, she is, I honestly can't with how they've all got her wrapped around their little fingers and she still doesn't even fully have her heart."
"Amazing how much you can bond when you aren't constantly trying to conqueror or groom others to conqueror," Regina muttered. "Well, that and she knows if she ever wants this to end, she better start by loving my babies as they are, because she will not do to them what she did to me. She knows I can and will rip her heart right back out."
"Damn straight, and I will crush it," Emma said. Regina nodded. They both brushed their teeth and brushed the wild look of sex out of their hair before they called their children who were ecstatic to hear from them and tell them how they had terrorized their caretakers. Eventually they did keep their schedule, they only had ten days, so they agreed that after five days they'd also get some activities in together and make some new fun memories to look back on fondly. They did have the rest of their lives to make love, but with all the magic in Storybrooke you couldn't be sure when the next crisis would arrive.
"Something is not right," Regina frowned as she paused in getting in the water to snorkel. Emma who was a little ahead of her with a go pro didn't hear her. Regina bit her lip and went back onto the beach. She went to her bag and searched for her cell. She found it and called Belle, who reassured her the girls and Henry were just fine. Regina put her phone away and huffed, despite hearing her children were okay she still couldn't shake the feeling.
"Babe!" Emma fell on her and grabbed her in a bear hug. "Why are you not in the water, I just saw a freaking turtle!" Regina smiled at her, and half returned the hug as her hand went up to Emma's around her chest.
"Sorry, I just had a weird feeling that something isn't right, so I just called to check on the girls and Henry." Emma paused and waited for Regina to tell her if something was wrong. "Oh sorry, they're fine, having the time of their life on the beach too." Emma nodded as the fullness of her smile returned. "I still can't shake the feeling though."
"Were you afraid of the water?" Emma asked, thinking maybe Regina just got nervous about snorkeling. Regina shook her head no.
"No, I mean…well I don't know, I just had this feeling that something is about to happen is all, it's fine, maybe if you hold my hand, it will get better." They smiled at one another, and Emma dutifully took Regina's hand and led her into the water to snorkel as well. Eventually Regina saw some turtles too and they got some amazing underwater shots. They were enjoying a bonfire dinner on the beach two days later when Mulan and Granny called.
"Please tell me new people didn't arrive again," Regina told them.
"New so to speak no, an entirely new Storybrooke complete with Dark One and Neal, yes," Granny said. "I'm sorry to say this, but that version of Snow is demanding your head, and if it weren't for the protection spell, your house would be burned to the ground, so you need to be on alert when you come back."
"I knew it, I knew something was off," Regina said. "Are our citizens safe?"
"Barely, it's war, several people are in the hospital, and the new Storybrooke isn't even nearly as nice as ours. I'm not sure they've got the supplies to treat their injured."
"Fuck, and is there a duplicate us as well?" Emma asked, wondering if she'd have to fight herself.
"No, well maybe, Snow's pregnant, I don't know, things are drastically different over there. One thing you can be assured of is that the Dark One from their Storybrooke is having a grand time with his son with our Storybrooke, and his Belle as well. They bear no ill will for Belle's lock up as Regina you built into the curse that Belle remembered and loved him."
"Yes, she wasn't as affected by the curse, they needed a few people to keep them out of poverty, it certainly wouldn't have been Snow," Regina murmured.
"Yeah, they won't listen to Belle or Kathryn in the other Storybrooke, they have at least crossed the lines, but everyone else is desperate. Most of the fights are around points of food and water."
"All right, uh I'd ask you to get the fairies to put up a barrier, but my guess is both Blues will be after me."
"You would be correct, I'll keep a tight lid on when you will be back, I don't want them ambushing you at the town line," Mulan commented.
"Our plane isn't for another five days, so just try to protect individuals who are vulnerable until we get there."
"Understood, I'll gather vulnerable women and children at the inn and have the water company shut off access to some homes. I'll take care of them here," Granny replied.
"Good we gotta game plan, protect everyone from the hospital if necessary." They spoke for a few more minutes before they gathered their things and ate the last of their food. They checked out that night while Emma got them on the next plane. Regina was grateful that Darien was content with her father or Ruby since Xavieré and Lincoln were nightmares.
"Hmph, I can't believe she managed to find her way to us," Cora commented. "Perhaps, I gave her too much knowledge, or did the Dark One help her?"
"It's possible, he helped, from what we gathered that Storybrooke was trash without me, the people are hungry and desperate not even realizing that Snow's incompetence is why they didn't flourish under the curse." Cora rolled his eyes.
"I knew from the moment her birth was announced that she was never going to be ruler material. My mother did a better job running the mill with no education when my father died."
"Wait you're the Miller's daughter," Emma said.
"Yes, dear, this is not news I was told." Emma frowned as the others snickered. Emma let out a breath.
"Yes, what I meant is that, as the one marrying into the royal family, didn't Mills come from Henry Senor?"
"Southern Kingdom women do not take the name of men; we are our own person and therefore our daughters as well. We are matrilineal as it should be."
"Oh, so I should have stayed Swan?" Emma asked.
"No, you are a Mills just as we all agreed," Regina put in. "Right Rowan."
"Right, we mills!" She said sternly to Emma, who held her hands up with a laugh and nodded.
"I hope my counterpart has her wolf under control. I mean I'm sure Granny's got as much sense as ours at least."
"Granny didn't mention seeing you or herself, so let's hope so." They all nodded.
"Our counterparts will surely know," Kathryn said. "They might stay behind out of loyalty but will be the first to help us mediate." They discussed possible actions upon their return, and Cora was very pleased that they were expecting them in five days and not in eight hours. Regina wasn't using her powers for evil, no, but at least she saw that her teachings had taken root, she had not raised a stupid girl like Snow White had become.
"Ugh the smell," Henry said wrinkling his nose. They were about two miles out from the town line.
"Eww, how," Emma grumbled. "Did they put a dumpsite out here?"
"No, that is a distinctive Enchanted Forest stink of bad hygiene," Regina said. It didn't take long for a new Storybrooke to come into view through the treetops once they were over the town line. There was no clock tower, but a tower like a castle made of wood. The roofs were made of sticks, and it looked as if it would leak in the rain. They had to use magic to protect themselves as they drove through, and people ran terrified off the dirt road not seeming to recognize cars. Regina noted that the original infrastructure she had built had fallen into disrepair, they had used what they knew using wood to rebuild, but not well. They were just crossing over into their own Storybrooke when they spotted Snow.
"It's the EVIL QUEEN!" Snow yelled. "GET HER!" They ran after them, but Cora sent a blast from the second car that subdued them, and their Storybrooke residents were now opening a barrier to allow them through.
"What the fuck," Emma said as they parked and got out of the car. Regina was just keeping the girls in their seats to their frustration when their mothers got out.
"Glad you made it back safely and sooner than five days," Mulan said. "We had just established a main border, and the dark one blocked any other roads after someone broke into his shop and I quote stunk up the place."
"GET HER!" They were screaming.
"Daddy, I'm sending you and the kids to my vault, Henry knows how to get in so you're safe." Henry Sr. nodded and braced himself. Once they were away and the cars moved, Regina erected a proper barrier, for now it was one sided, but now it was like a bubble. They threw themselves against it. The citizens who were out and trying hard to defend looked relieved. Her former black guard marched up to her.
"Should we try to get out our members from the poor Storybrooke?" They asked. Regina shook her head.
"They never became black guards, Mother completely changed the timeline, if they are there, they aren't automatically on our side." They nodded.
"What about us?" The Captain of the White Kingdom guard.
"I want you prepared to capture and hold yourselves; they won't understand your loyalty right now." They nodded.
"We'll give you a hand, I know we didn't become black guards, but we were always sympathetic to the Queen.
"I knew something wasn't right," Regina murmured to herself as they trampled each other. She shook her head when she realized that while the citizens had patched clothing and were thin from lack of food mostly. Snow had a full face and a silk dress on, which could only be fairy magic. Whatever food there was she was hoarding it.
"I think I may have just the plan," Regina said to those around her.
"Uh oh that's your evil queen smirk, is it so simple it's genius and just might work?" Emma asked. Regina nodded.
"Too simple, to quell the masses first at least."
"So, what is your simple plan dear?" Cora asked. "Burn them all to death."
"No, where's the fun in that if I can't break Snow White in the process?" Regina asked her seriously. Cora looked thoughtful.
"Well, I'm all ears, I'm sure it won't be my brand of torture with your bleeding heart."
"No, but it will damage her all the same, we are going to feed them."
"Huh?" They all asked.
"Snow White is hoarding food, and the blue fairy is keeping her in silks. Right now, they are mostly attacking to get food or water, they think I'm responsible. So, we are going to show them that we're not. Get out, the festival tables, and Granny you come with me to the kitchen. I want the town to donate ingredients, and get the dwarves to build a big spit, we'll roast a few pigs and sheep. Is the royal cook here?"
"Here!" He cried as he put down his bat. He would rather cook than fight any day.
"I'll go to the bakery and bring back loaves of bread, and get my workers started on fresh ones." The baker declared. He ran off with some workers.
"Huh it really is just so simple, it just might work," Cora said. "And that bitch will be the one not tempted." Cora started to cackle.
"Mother come on don't evil cackle before they see food, they'll think we poisoned them. We'll evil cackle at home tonight."
"Sorry, I'm gaining bad habits from Emma." Emma looked at her open mouthed and offended.
"I would never inappropriately evil cackle, you take that back, I would wait."
"What's that my grandson always says..." Cora hummed as she put a finger on her chin. "Ah that's right, sure Jan." She walked away as Regina snorted.
"How the fuck did she walk in and bond with Henry over memes and learn sign language in a week to communicate with our children?"
"Mother has a lot to teach, so she will make sure she gets her point across. She used horse jumping to teach me geometry in the most fast and efficient way, so I could spend more time in study and less on learning the how to."
"Family of evil geniuses I swear," Emma said. "I'm gonna go find my Snow, last thing I need is her shacking up with new Snow."
"I'll be here doing what I do best." Emma nodded and took Ruby with her since Mulan had everything under control. She nodded to Graham who saluted her and told her to be careful. He approached Regina.
"My Queen…I mean madam mayor," Graham corrected. "I'm afraid we've got a huge problem."
"What, what's wrong was someone behind the barrier causing problems?" Regina asked.
"I trapped an old wolf in the mines, I'll assume my world's Granny, and this morning I found signs of a younger wolf. The thing is they aren't changing back or if they are not very long."
"So, their Ruby is out there and probably trying to free her Granny, I presume." Graham nodded. "And she's probably starving."
"I believe injured as well, Granny was pretty vicious and thin, so I take it she's the same. Those people probably ran them ragged."
"Gather some volunteers and try to trap Ruby safely and see if you can move their Granny in safely."
"I'll go," Granny volunteered, you have full use of the kitchen. "I'll get myself calmed down enough she can change back. Perhaps we can safely approach Ruby without anyone getting hurt." Regina nodded.
"Regina, I'll help you in the kitchen," Kathryn told her from her place in Fred's arms. He had been taking care of the other realm's Kathryn, who said that her Fred was lost somewhere in the forest as a statue.
"I will help as well," Belle told her. They all started in on their jobs and the people just watched them put out item after item thinking they were about to feast in front of them. At least that's what Snow was yelling behind her.
"Emma go put this on the table," Regina said handing her a fresh vegetable platter. She glanced at Snow and David but didn't say much. The people on the other side of the barrier gasped, they hadn't expected to see their King and Queen.
"It's just an illusion," their realm's Blue cried.
"Why are they here?" Regina asked. "I'm sure Snow's just going to run over to herself."
"Why would I do that, I love you so much," Snow asked her teary eyed.
"You didn't fix this yet," Regina accused David. He huffed.
"I'm doing the best I can, but mental breaks take time to heal," he snapped. "Besides Snow knows she'll live in poverty, and we like our loft and toilet, that over there is not the Enchanted Forest we want to go back too."
"Thank God for small mercies," Emma said. "What else can we do, I've got Snow magically chained to me, she's not going anywhere near that other Snow." Regina nodded.
"Just go in and start grabbing finished dishes off the counters." Emma nodded. Cakes and Pies were trotted out. Whole pigs and sheep were roasted and spiced to perfection. Potatoes, noodles, and rice were laid out in various ways.
"Oh man, I'm starving, can we eat this good too?" Emma asked salivating.
"I'm not stupid, the girls will be crazy, I sent some dinner home," Regina whispered.
"Oh, you're the smartest woman in the world." They also put out plenty of water and juice even. Regina made everyone back up before she magically pushed back the adults and pulled the children to the front. They were so scared as they watched her feed the children until they had eaten their fill. Babies were given bottles as they finally settled down with full stomachs.
"She's poisoning them!" Snow cried, but every child freely walked back to them with happy faces. Once the babies were in a safe and sheltered space. They all backed away and allowed the adults to the tables where some looked torn and others were desperate and fighting. She saw some mothers look over, but as long as the babies were safe, they didn't take them into the fray thankfully. Only when they had eaten all they could and carried what they could back across did the mothers take their babies and go too. The crowd died away and Snow wasn't able to call them back. They cleaned everything up, and Regina made plans for them to make another feast at lunch the next day. When they entered the house, they evil cackled until Henry Sr. arrived with the girls outside with Rowan having transported with him and Henry. They had dinner where Emma reminded Regina that her real magic was in her cooking.
"All right, thanks Ruby, be careful even if she is you, you need us you howl so loud we wake up or you call," Emma said before she hung up.
"Everything, all right?" Regina asked from the girls' bathroom, where she was pottying them in turn before depositing them in the bathtub. Emma stepped back into the bathroom and sat down on the side of the tub.
"Let me through, I promised Darien we'd have a bath together," Henry said coming in naked. He shoved Emma out of the way bringing some extra toys to Darien and Rowan's delight. Henry looked at Regina expectantly.
"What?" Regina asked. "I didn't say a word."
"Yeah, but you're not making this tub bigger either like in your bathroom, are you?" Henry asked. He cocked his head to the side giving her a look that he could only have learned from Cora.
"I swear," Regina grumbled and increased the size of the bathroom. Henry settled down more comfortably, while Lincoln tried to get in before she had gone to the bathroom, but Emma pushed her back down on the little potty they used just in case someone was already on the toilet.
"No, Mamá!" Xavieré yelled. "Heny, Heny!"
"Henry isn't going anywhere mi'ja, you need to pee first," Regina told her sternly. Xavieré pouted and wiggled as Regina made the sound. "Shhh." Lincoln managed not to pee in the pot, but on the floor and Regina's knees, when Emma was trying to get her to sit down.
"Eww Linc," Rowan cried. Lincoln looked down and cried.
"Oh, my poor baby, Mami is sorry she didn't mean to make the sound, she didn't see you were getting up," Emma said. "It was mean of her, but it was an accident." Regina huffed at her wife, and then had to smile at the thought of Emma as her wife. This wasn't how she imagined returning from her honeymoon, but the sounds of her family loving one another warmed her heart.
"Say sorry to Linc, mom, that was mean," Henry said. Regina realized that they were all looking at her unexpectedly, including Lincoln.
"Lo siento, mi cielo, I should have made sure you were sitting still." Regina gave her a kiss when Emma leaned over.
"Good, now sit back down, you need to poop too," Emma told her. Lincoln sat down, and Emma made the proper sound, and Lincoln went as well as Xav. Once everyone was in the bath they cleaned up and Regina was glad she had worn a skirt and didn't have to go change just yet. She could sit with her legs in the water and play as well as Emma just threw her jeans off. Regina got a photo of all her babies in the bath covered in bubbles.
"Regina, are you done yet, I want to tell my grandchildren a story about their homeland."
"No, Henry is currently taking all their attention," Regina said as she washed Darien's hair as she stood between her legs holding on while Henry was doing the storytelling with some animals. Cora came in and looked at her grandson, nodding approvingly that he was an attentive big brother.
"Why don't you magic the tangles out like I did to you and then straighten it by magic?" Cora asked her.
"Because I want her to love her curls and know how to care for them. It took me forever to learn how to care for them, this way she will learn. Then it won't matter if she straightens or not, it's always a beautiful hair day. Also have you seen my baby' curls, they're gorgeous." Darien beamed up at her and puckered her lips. Regina smiled back and gave her a kiss.
"Regina, our family is known for their gorgeous curls, that's not the issue, it's just she doesn't like when you pull on her hair, you are hurting my grandbaby." Emma laughed at the look on Regina's face as she was exasperated with her mother.
"Grandmamá," Darien called and offered her a kiss too. Cora of course gave it to her, never the one to deny them.
"And you don't laugh at my daughter," Cora snapped. "Look what you did to the other three." Emma's laughter paused as she looked at Henry, Xavieré, and Lincoln's hair."
"How is this my fault?" Emma asked. "You don't have curls, maybe it was Regina?"
"Regina isn't the common denominator in Henry, you are," Cora reminded. "And my curls fell out after I was pregnant, and never came back. Besides look at these curls." She dumped water on Regina's head by magic.
"Mother!" Regina cried as the kids laughed so hard at Regina as she shivered. "You couldn't warm that up?"
"You're fine, stop crying, laugh like Darien, she's tougher than you." Regina pouted. "Fix your face dear, what's that you always say, I don't like brats, Ms. Swan?" Emma had the good sense to look really interested in the wall as Regina blushed super hard, so her mother had definitely heard them that time when they were in the kitchen. They hadn't started fully, but they also were riling each other up.
"Eww," Henry said even as he laughed at his mothers. Regina remained silent as she dried her body off with magic and her curls started to appear now that her hair was wet.
"I'm sorry, I failed to deliver at least waves to the children," Emma said to Cora as she continued to look away and went back to doing Rowan's hair.
"Hurry up, at this rate they will be too tired to listen." Regina released Darien to Henry when she had conditioner in, and her hair braided. Lincoln came to her next and got her hair washed and braided. It had filled out and was turning more reddish brown by the day now that they were closer to three, and she could do more intricate braids like Darien. Eventually they were all done, and she sat in the rocking chair nursing the girls while Darien was cuddled up with Henry and Rowan with Emma, while Cora told them some folklore from the Southern Kingdom, and Henry Sr. was charged with some story about some high achieving Prince from the royal line. Then she was forcibly kicked out by her parents as they put her kids to bed.
"Can I get my goodnight kiss and cuddles in first?" Regina asked them.
"Hurry up, they're tired," Henry Sr. scolded her. Regina looked hurt as he rarely scolded her, except when it came to them, especially Darien, who was her spitting image. Emma chuckled but got her own hugs and cuddles. They spent some time with Henry, checked in, before they went up to bed. Regina had to smile at the rose petals Emma had spread over the bed in a heart shape.
"Ooh what's this?" Regina asked, seeing there was a box as Emma pushed their bags into the closet. She gasped and ran to stop Regina, but Regina had the top off and was staring at the small thin piece of plastic with copper wire around it. Regina's eyes went wide as she looked up at Emma.
"Is this your IUD?" Regina asked in a whisper. Emma blushed and looked away. "Emma…do you…. are you…." Regina couldn't finish her words as Emma shrugged. "Oh my God, we true loved kissed before we left, are you pregnant now!" Regina was panicking now because she had no time to prepare. And there was secondary Storybrooke spreading disease and trying to kill her. She was going to have to kill a lot of people to protect her baby.
"No, no remember I left you for a bit before we left?" Emma asked. Regina nodded as she relaxed inwardly. "I had the doctor do it then really quick."
"Oh, so we can plan this?" Regina asked. "I was about to go raze that other Storybrooke to the ground, you don't even know how close they came to losing their lives." Regina let out a breath. Emma had to chuckle to relieve the tension.
"I'm glad you're not going on a killing spree as much as your mother would tell you what a beautiful evil queen you are."
"I couldn't have them hurting my wife and baby with disease or violence," Regina justified.
"Regi, you know you can't burn it all down," Emma reminded. Regina huffed.
"You're no fun," Regina told her. Emma patted her head, and she stuck her tongue out at her in return. Emma chuckled.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you panic, but us coming home from our honeymoon was supposed to be nicer, and we were supposed to be having sex as wife and wife in our home."
"Well, we can at least still do that," Regina smirked. Emma smirked back. "But we need to talk about this." She held up the IUD.
"I thought more about what you said, and it's not fair for me to try to push being pregnant on you. I've been pregnant before and I know what it's like and it's not easy, and it is a sacrifice, and how can I expect you to continue to make that sacrifice when I don't even want to make it."
"Wait, wait so you're still doing something you don't want to get me to do it?" Regina asked. Emma shook her head.
"No, I thought further than two seconds unlike my idiot parents, I took a whole month before concluding that I was honestly just trying to take the easy way out. I'm not vehemently against being pregnant, just lazy. I'm used to being the protector, and I knew with the way shit goes around here some shit would go down whether I was pregnant for five minutes or nine months. I'm your battery, and I didn't know if I would have anything to give you."
"Thank you for taking a month to think on it, and also for not just true love kissing me as soon as we were back, or it was out."
"No, see I was serious about that boy that's a little bit of me and you, so I wanted you to give yourself a magical dick and get me pregnant." Regina silly grinned.
"That mean I finally get compensation for giving you head with a concussion?" Regina asked.
"Regina be serious," Emma pouted. Regina kissed her hand and pulled her toward the couch.
"I am dead serious, if we're going to make a planned baby the traditional way, we have to have maximum fun."
"So, it's a, yes?" Emma asked, her eyes going wide. "I had an appointment for a new IUD just in case."
"Yes, baby, I want all the babies with you, I told you," Regina told her. "I thought you wanted to adopt first, so I actually had the application completed before we left." Emma grinned so big.
"I don't deserve you woman," Emma told her kissing her well she ended up kissing Regina's hands. She pouted.
"What you just said not to true love kiss you pregnant, we have no protection," Regina reminded. Emma huffed.
"I guess, I'll have to keep that stupid appointment because of Snow." Regina frowned.
"No, no, she's not ruining my life again," Regina said firmly.
"Regina, those people are confused and angry, how are you going to win them over that fast?"
"With my cooking skills dear, I won you over." Emma snickered, and this time she kissed her deeply.
"Well, we had better practice, I know how I want to make this baby, so my magic isn't going to be sneaky."
"Better not, Ms. Swan, I want my blow job." Emma pulled away as she laughed super hard.
"I can't with you," Emma laughed. "Come on let's shower together." Regina led the way, stripping as she went. Emma didn't hesitate to follow her.
Leave a review, I look forward to hearing from you.
