Captain Falcon came back after defeating Master Hand and prepare to race at the Grand Prix. He watched the news about some Mad Racer is causing all the problems while he was away.
The Next Day,He enters the race along with the other racers,including Samurai Goroh & Black Shadow. The race begins. As Captain Falcon was about to take the league,Black Shadow causes the 6 racers to crash,killing the 3 & injuring the other 3. Samurai Goroh was trying to kill John Tanaka,but was stopped by Captain Falcon.
While preparing for the Second Race,Black Shadow confronts Captain Falcon,who learns that he is the Mad Racer,before John intervenes,explaining to Captain Falcon that he will stop at nothing to prevent him from winning.
During the Second Race,Black Shadow kills the 2 racers & injuring 1. Captain Falcon manages to make it through the wrecks,but Black Shadow try to make him crash. Captain Falcon performs the Falcon Punch,causing Black Shadow to be knocked out of the race.
Captain Falcon wins & earns a trophy. Later,John tells Captain Falcon that Black Bison is not the only Mad one. Captain Falcon assures him that he will give them a punch.
Mid-Credits: Black Shadow survived the crash and was approached & gets scolded by his Superior,who informs him that two are inviting him to join forces,saying one of them is a Green man & the other is sharp teeth Turtle.
