Total Drama Pokémon: Update 1
Chris is on the screen with his Chatot and begins to speak, "Alright. Now that we had some time looking for applications, I think it's time to announce five young hopefuls who have succeeded in claiming a spot in this competition."
"Who's first? Who's first?" The Chatot keeps saying.
"Glad you asked my chatty friend," Chris replies, looking annoyed, but quickly goes back to his quirky smile, "Our first contestant is, Suvi Uldal. A lover of myths and Steel Pokémon from Stockholm. She and her partner, Aron, plan to take the game by storm using both brainpower and ferocity. But let's not forget that this is a social game too, something that she may lack in with a group of complete strangers. Will she able to rise to the challenge and become a powerful force in the game? We'll have to wait and see."
"Who's next?" Chatot asks.
"Glad you ask, my friend. And I mean I this time." Chris smiles and reveals the next name, "Our next contestant is Jacqueline Brooks. A skateboarder from Pheonix, Arizona. She was originally a boy named Jackson Brooks, but transitioned to become a girl, which left most of her family all but disowning her. Except for her grandparents and her boyfriend, Phineas. Despite this hurdle, Jacqueline is still ready to kick butt with her Chimchar and has a passion for skateboarding and Pokémon. And is prepared to fight tooth and nail to win. Will her fiery passion be enough for her to claim victory?"
"Next?" Chatot asks again.
"Too early this time." Chris says annoyed, but moves on, "Next is Kris Adams. From Winnipeg, Manitoba. He apparently works himself to the bone and all about safety. Somone I may have a problem with later on. Anyway, he's a fan of Fairy type Pokémon and is bringing Togepi as his starter. And he has a strong desire to help others. More often than not at the expense of himself. Will his nature of self-sacrifice cause to leave the game early. Or will he find a way to reach the end? Stay tuned to find out?" Chris looks at Chatot.
Chatot looks back in wonder, "Next?"
"Looks like we need to work on timing." Chris says as he read out the next name, "Our second to last pick is Beaufort Jones, or 'Bo' for short. A beach bum from Tampa, Florida. Bo is all about the ocean. From water-related sports to being an advocate for the preservation of marine life, he loves the ocean an anything in it. He plans to join the contest with his partner, Squirtle, and with his Pokémon and plans to keep a cool head and enjoy the contest at he goes. Will his chill attitude and kind nature be able to take him to the end? Or will he be ran over by more cutthroat players?"
"Last one?" Chatot asks,
Chris shrugs, "Eh, a little early, but I don't mind that one." Chris looks at the last contestant, "The last one of the updates is Sabrina Felderguard, A goth girl from London, England. Apparently, Sabrina has been through the wringer, from being sent to an orphanage at 6, said orphanage was closed down four years later and is currently living on the streets. Yeesh, really needs that million we're offering huh? Anyway, she tries to act tough, but is actually a nervous wreck, which may give her trouble in the social department. With her partner, Impidimp, can she overcome her flaws and win a new life for herself? Or will she go back on the streets empty-handed? Find out in Total Drama Pokémon!"
"POKEMON!" Chatot yells, annoying Chris.
"Again, we need to work on timi…" The screen changes to static and another person voice can be heard.
"I rather not fight with a pretty thing like you."

Alright, first update done and yes, I'm adding in bosses for the fanfic. Some will be old favorites, while others like the above will be completely new. I'll let you all know when the time comes. I'll also be honest that I haven't gotten as many submissions as I would've like, so I'm going to extend to date to mid-February. And I hope I don't have to continue to do so. With that being said, thank you to those who submitted an application so far and to the ones with OC's that I've accepted, I look forward to using them and I hope they will be to your liking when the time comes.
