Author's Note: Hey everybody! I'm back. Sorry for the delay since earlier last month. I've been busy. As for this chapter, since Julie Hathaway along with Jazz Milton both knew the gargoyle clan from Disney Channel who lives in Manhattan, not to mention the Omnitrix Team's allies the Men in Black back in Season 1, you can know what group of heroes they will meet next, especially since Julie & Jazz already know them, although these new allies have been more secretive in the past, and have been known to love pizza. This is also special thanks to Iron117Prime who also inspired me along with DeviantArtists: Elephantdevinart & kylewhite98. Also, to avoid confusion, the version of these heroes will be in their 2003 version. Plus, another villain from The Loud House season 5. Anyway, onto the next chapter. Enjoy!

S3: 16:

It was an almost quiet yet noisy night at Manhattan, which as you can expect from that part of New York, however the four shadows on top of one of the buildings were not some of the gargoyles, but very different. There were actually four tall humanoid turtles who look like teenagers as well as mutants and are armed with weapons you would expect from the martial art called ninjitsu.

The first turtle is wearing twin katanas on his back while they look like they've form a cross and is wearing a blue mask. This is Leonardo, the leader.

The second one is dark green and has two weapons called sais which are perfect for close distant combats and wears a red mask. This is Raphael, the muscle and hot head, but with no doubt also has a soft side.

The third turtle was carrying a bow staff on his back and looks like he's tinkering with a remote control, while wearing a purple mask. This is Donatello, the brains of the bunch.

Finally, there is this fourth turtle carrying nunchakus which come in handy for long distance attacks and wears an orange mask with an energetic personality. This is Michelangelo, the wise guy and party animal.

"Are you alright, Mikey? You're being more quiet than usual." Raph asked Mikey.

"I don't know. I guess I just missed her being here. That's all." Mikey sighed.

"Me too. But you know the little shorty in pink is okay knowing she calls us nearly every day, and she's taking on her new home along with the rest of the world like a big girl." Raph told.

"Anything on that radar of yours, Donnie?" Leo asked.

"Nothing since before we got here. And Detective Maza said the gargoyles should be done patrolling their end any minute." Donnie mentioned meaning everything is clear for the moment.

"Guess that means we can go check out the city and head home." Leo responded.

"I wonder if Julie's new home is having more excitement as much as peace." Mikey said meaning that they know Julie Hathaway.

Line break to Royal Woods at that exact same moment, several burglars were robbing a bank when they were interrupted by Lincoln as a new transformation which appears to be an orange-colored unicorn stallion with mane that is white just like his hair and the Omnitrix is located on the flank just like Eclipse & Jet Wing.

"I call this new guy Comet! Now, you are going to either surrender or risk getting hexed, zapped and turned into newts!" The unicorn form now revealed to be named Comet threatened while his horn was glowing to charge up magic which made the burglars surrender in fear. "That's what I thought." He said when the police arrived and arrested the burglars.

"Thanks for dealing with that stick-up, Lincoln." Dr. Holiday said while calling the Omnitrix on Comet's flank.

"My pleasure, Dr. Holiday. Now, to take my leave as it is late at night." Comet leaves the bank and heads home.

Our world's about to break,

Tormented and attacked,

Lost from when we wake,

With no way to go back,

I'm standing on my own,

But now I'm not alone,

The Loud 10: Omnitrix Team Adventures

The next day back in Royal Woods, the Omnitrix Team was just following Julie to both the Rust Buggy and Kevin's car along with the Proto-TRUK as she is really excited about something.

"Come on! Hurry up and start these babies up, slowpokes!" Julie told.

"Julie, why do you want us to drive my Rust Buggy and Kevin's car so much of a sudden?" Lincoln asked.

"I can't tell you yet. That's why it's called a surprise, silly." Julie denied.

"Duh." Kevin replied.

"Guess she'll tell us once we get to New York." Ronnie Anne shrugged.

"Don't want any spoilers from anyone. Glad we also packed our bags like she asked us too." Jazz mentioned putting her bag in the trunk of the Rust Buggy before hopping in the back seat.

"Didn't want to ride with Kevin, huh?" Lincoln guessed while Julie's in the passenger's seat.

"No way! He's always some crazy driving with his car." Jazz denied.

"She's kinda got you there, dude." Rex said while in the passenger seat of Kai's Proto-TRUK.

"Zip it." Kevin pouted before they all drive off in the Rust Buggy, Kevin's car & the Proto-TRUK.

One to two hours later, the Omnitrix Team arrived at Manhattan, and they're driving with the coordinates & directions Julie listed.

"How much farther, Julie?" Chase asked.

"Not much farther. Just take this abandoned subway." Julie guides everyone through an abandoned subway track that leads to a sewer.

"Please tell me we're not going through a sewer!" Kevin complained.

"Quit whining. Too late to turn back now. I'm starting to get where she's taking us." Jazz pondered.

"Don't worry. The water at where we're going is clear and purified. So, no need to worry." Julie mentioned.

"I doubt that is to make anybody feel better." Kai doubted.

"We're here!" Julie has everybody park the cars & Proto-TRUK near where a green van is.

"And I was right." Jazz commented before they walked to an elevator.

"So, this is the place." Lumi looks around.

"Knock, knock!" Julie knocks on the door when it the turtles who quickly recognized her in three seconds.

"JULIE! JAZZ!" Mikey happily hugs her & Jazz.

"What's up?" Leo greeted.

"How you doin', kid?" Raph added.

"It's great to see you again." Donnie joined in.

"Guys, these are some old friends of me and Jazz. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael & Michelangelo." Julie introduced.

"Cool! You guys must be the Omnitrix Team we've heard so much about." Mikey shakes the other Omnitrix Team members.

"Uh. hi." Lincoln greeted.

"Trust me, if you ignore Mikey long enough, your whole life would be a lot easier. I told April O' Neil that a long time ago." Raph advised while they took the elevator that leads to the turtles' lair.

Somewhere in a hidden van, someone was spying on the Omnitrix Team while following their cars & Proto-TRUK, most particularly Lincoln Loud, and it was no one other than Dr. Carol Linnaeus.

"Yes. He's here. Lincoln Loud is definitely here in New York. And once I find a way to get rid of him, Lisa will regret the day she ruined my plans." Dr. Linnaeus planned evilly.

Later that evening, the Omnitrix Team and the turtles were just enjoying each other's company in different ways: Kai, Chase & Rex with Donnie on technology, nanites & dinosaurs, Ronnie Anne & Julie were hanging out with Mikey by playing video games on a giant set of combined TVs, Jazz & Kevin getting help from Raph when it comes to combat, and Lincoln getting some meditation lessons from Leo just like he did with Lin Chung.

"Thanks for the meditation lesson, Leo. Lin Chung also gives me this to relax my nerves and my mind." Lincoln spoke.

"My father, Master Splinter always taught me and my brothers many lessons through meditation. It even helps the mind someone who's a great warrior & leader." Leo spoke.

"It's always a great responsibility being a leader. I've been understanding that a lot ever since this team has been coming together." Lincoln said.

"After hearing what you have faced in the past, I'm not surprised. We have had our fair share of weird & crazy stuff happening to us ourselves." Leo mentioned.

"Pretty impressive vehicles and machines you guys have. And I'm liking the dinosaur powers too." Donnie compliments Kai, Rex & Chase. "I've been working on new inventions myself."

"Thank you. My Proto-Tool has always been handy for me as for Rex when it comes to his builds & nanites." Kai politely accepted.

"There's almost no E.V.O. that I can't beat or cure with these babies." Rex gloated while showing his Smack Hand.

"Try not to show off too much, Metal Head." Chase gestured using his right hand turned Therizinosaurus claw to gently push the Smack Hand back.

"Come on! Is that the best you got?" Raph pins down Kevin during the sparring.

"Nope! But this is the best I got! Yah!" Jazz swiftly dodges Raph before flipping him over. "How was that?"

"Man, you really improved since the last time I saw you, Jazz. Nice one. You actually knocked me off my feet." Raph ruffles her hair.

"Hey, I was tiring you out for her!" Kevin groaned.

"Yeah right, doofus. You got your butt kicked and you know it." Jazz gives a mocking raspberry when they noticed Julie beat Mikey at his video game.

"Yes! She owned you!" Ronnie Anne fist pumped.

"Yay!" Julie high fives Ronnie Anne & Lumi.

"Aw man! I was so close!" Mikey complained.

"Julie just beat Mikey at one of his own best video games. Now that is something I missed seeing. Hehehe." Raph chuckled.

"Well, it's time me and Mikey patrol some of Manhattan. And we did promised Julie she and Lincoln can come with us." Leo brought up.

"Oh, yeah! Almost forgot about that! You're gonna love seeing how we've been keeping things in order while you were gone." Mikey told Julie.

"Cool! Just give me and Lumi a second." Julie said.

"I'm ready!" Lumi saluted after finishing her marshmallow.

Lumi, Bright Wings! YEAH!" Julie commanded as Lumi magically went into her earrings.

[The Prodigy beings to shine pink in the symbol of a butterfly, causing Julie to transform and materializes into her Lady Rose outfit before making a few dances and ends it with her usual pose]

"Sweet!" Mikey complimented in amazement.

"You sure you don't wanna come, Raph?" Leo asked.

"Someone's gotta watch the fort for ya, while you're gone. And Donnie here can't do it while showing these other kids around here by himself." Raph denied.

"Hey!" Donnie scowled at his brother.

"Well, might as well get patrolling." Lincoln shrugged before touching the Omnitrix to get into his L-10 suit. "And also, I want to try something."

Moments later, Lincoln was jumping off and swinging rooftops as Spidermonkey, following Leo & Mikey while Julie was flying thanks to her manifested butterfly wings.

"Whee! This is so much fun!" Julie cheered while enjoying her flying.

"You got that right, dudette!" Mikey agreed.

"So, this is what it feels like to jump on different roof tops in Manhattan, New York!" Spidermonkey makes a monkey chitter in happiness. "It feels so good!" He smiled.

"I think I saw some thugs down there! Race ya!" Mikey challenged.

"You're on, Mikey!" Leo accepted.

"Wait for us!" Julie called out as she & Spidermonkey followed suit.

Meanwhile, Dr. Linnaeus was driving her van in search of the Omnitrix Team so she can attack Lincoln when she got visual scans on him & Julie.

"Yes. He's out in the open. Now to wait for the right moment to strike. Huh?" Dr. Linnaeus notices Leo & Mikey. "Hmm. Humanoid turtles. This is interesting." She pondered.

Somewhere in one of the allies, Leo & Mikey were beating up and stopping a gang of thugs from committing a robbery with some extra help from.

"Just you're friendly neighborhood Spidermonkey!" Spidermonkey punned trapping half of the thugs with his webs.

"Did you just do a Spiderman reference kind of pun?" Julie asked manifesting ropes & binds to trap several more thugs.

"Yeah. Told you I wanna give it a try!" Spidermonkey knocks out five more thugs all by himself.

"And done!" Mikey helps Leo take out the last two.

"I think that's all of them." Leo counted every last one who is now trapped and unconscious.

"Omnitrix Team & Turtle power! Loving it!" Mikey smiled while Spidermonkey changed back into Lincoln.

"Good job you two. Bet just by the mere sight of you scared most of those thugs." Leo complimented while his brother was unaware of the van behind him.

"Thanks. You guys did a lot of cool ninjitsu stuff just now." Lincoln nodded.

"I think I saw that ice cream shop a few miles back. Wanna go see what they have, Mikey?" Julie didn't get an answer. "Mikey?" She asked.

"Look!" Lincoln points to someone putting an unconscious Mikey into the van.

"Mikey!" Leo called out in worry when the two Omnitrix Team members got a good look at the kidnapper before she drove off.

"Lincoln, was that...?" Julie started off.

"Yeah. That was Dr. Linnaeus." Lincoln recognized knowing the trouble Dr. Linnaeus caused in Royal Woods the last time he & Lisa saw her.

A few minutes later, Mikey wakes up in Dr. Linnaeus' mobile lab in her van, when he notices the scientist in front of him.

"Greetings, humanoid terrapin." Dr. Linnaeus greeted.

"Huh? What the shell?! Who are you?" Mikey gets his head back together.

"I'm Dr. Carol Linnaeus, scientist from Royal Woods, Michigan who had been wanting to see what it is like to send a human out into space without a spacesuit, and I was happy we had a human I deemed perfect for it. Or at least I was until an intelligent girl named Lisa Loud interfered with my plans and my chances of my goal along with the fame & fortune that could've gone with it was ruined." Dr. Linnaeus introduced herself.

"Wait. Did you seriously tried to send someone into outer space without a space suit to protect him?! Are you crazy?!" Mikey questioned knowing he was right too. "You need the right gear to protect you from what crazy stuff that comes at you for it, especially if you don't naturally have space survivability! I read it in some of my comic books!" He pointed out.

"The test subject was barely human. But no matter. Once I get rid of Lincoln Loud, I'll take down Lisa herself." Dr. Linnaeus planned.

"Woah! Why are you dragging Lincoln into this?! He's L-10, a cool kid and an awesome hero!" Mikey asked.

"Not only has he helped Lisa ruined my industry's plan but has also been using different alien creatures he turns into for heroic deeds instead of science. It'll also be my ticket to fame & fortune once they're both out of the picture." Dr. Linnaeus explained.

"And I thought Dr. Stockman was sad." Mikey murmurs to himself.

Cutscene to outside, Julie & Leo were following Lincoln while he's Wildmutt who is trying to find Mikey's scent, while Julie herself has some kind of pink detector she manifested.

"So, let me get this straight. Lincoln & Lisa told you that this Dr. Carol Linnaeus and her scientific industry: Incognito Lab was planning on doing a space travel test in the most immoral way possible? By sending a gas station owner into space without a space suit and she had no remorse for it at all?" Leo listed in an appalled tone.

"Yep. She desired to send Flip into space like that would've killed him with the gravity alone. But luckily, Lincoln & Clyde helped Lisa stop Dr. Linnaeus' plan. And they haven't seen her ever since. Until now." Julie nodded. "My guess she followed us to get revenge on Lincoln & Lisa. I bet she's suddenly interested in Lincoln's aliens too."

"I've seen what each of Lincoln's transformations can respectively do. All that must've made him powerful but more importantly encouraged him to become more honorable, responsible and well-morally obligated like a warrior, a champion, hero even at such a young age like yourselves is supposed to be." Leo wisely spoke. "Believe me, I live up to those expectations even as leader alongside my brothers. And we even watch you guys beat dangerous foes like Vilgax or Bandora and save us all multiple times."

"Thank you, Leo." Julie thanked while continuing to use her detector. "With this I bet we can detect Mikey. Got some inspiration from Donnie." She mentioned.

"*ROAR*" Wildmutt makes a small roar.

"What's that, Linky? You got Mikey's scent?" Julie asked when the Vulpimancer growled while pointing to the corner. "He just said the van parked a few steps away from this corner. It also has Dr. Linnaeus' scent too." She translated.

"Were you able to translate that?" Leo asked in confusion.

"Yep. I've been practicing for a long time." Julie giggled when they all saw the van. "That must be the van. Good boy, Linky!" She hugs Wildmutt who changed back.

"Thanks Julie. But you can stop that now, please." Lincoln told.

"Hehehe. Sorry." Julie apologized sticking out her tongue a bit.

"But we can't just go rushing in. She might be expecting Lincoln, and us. We need to sneak in like a ninja. If only Donnie were here." Leo warned.

"Stealth and smart. We can start with by outsmarting her and ticker with whatever technology Dr. Linnaeus has. And I think I know just the alien who could do both." Lincoln said.

"Wait. I might also know a way to help." Julie makes a smirk on her face.

Back inside the van, Mikey was struggling to break free while Dr. Linnaeus was about to do something bad which he noticed.

"You're planning on sending me to space without a suit, aren't you?" Mikey guessed.

"Yes. With my other one gone, I'll need a new test subject to send up there without a spacesuit. And it looks like you're my newest one. Right after I've dealt with Lincoln & Lisa Loud." Dr. Linnaeus brings up her new plan.

"Hey! Lincoln Loud is L-10 and he's with Lady Rose! They're both gonna kick your crazy butt!" Mikey glared with both of them unaware that Grey Matter snuck in trough the van thanks to a small pink version of Big Chill's cloaked wings, curtesy of Julie.

"Oh, I'm planning on it. Once the boy busts through the door, I'll catch and find a way to get rid of him. And I'll move on to Lisa. After that, I'll send you to space. And maybe find a way to take Lincoln's aliens and used them as test subjects too." Dr. Linnaeus planned evilly.

"No way, lady! You're crazy! Very crazy!" Mikey denied while Grey Matter secretly phased through & tinkered with every tech in the van, including the engine.

"Tinkering complete. Hope they noticed it from outside. In 3, 2, 1." Grey Matter counted when the van and everything in it shut down, except the lights.

"What?!" Dr. Linnaeus looks in shock.

"Surprise!" Julie bust through the door along with Leo.

"Release him, right now!" Leo demanded drawing his katanas.

"Lady Rose? But how did you and the other turtle get in without me knowing?!" Dr. Linnaeus asked when the Galvin jumps out of hiding and changes back.

"That would be me! Dr. Linnaeus, let go of the turtle and surrender! You're under arrest!" Lincoln warned.

"You used the under-arrest thing too?" Julie at him.

"That's what we normally do after beating bad guys." Lincoln shrugged.

"Mikey, are you okay?" Leo frees his brother.

"I am now. Thanks bro." Mikey gets up and gets back his nun-chucks.

"Never! I am going take send this new test subject into outer space without a space suit! Right after I get rid of you and your sister: Lisa!" Dr. Linnaeus threatened.

"Not a chance!" Lincoln denied dialing his Omnitrix, before pressing the core as it transforms him into another familiar alien. "RATH!" He yelled with a roar.

"You're not gonna stop me that easily! I'll turn your transformations into test subjects too!" Dr. Linnaeus pulls out a laser blaster.

"Let me tell you something, Dr. Carol Linnaeus, immoral scientist bested by my second youngest sister: Lisa Loud! Rath and his friends are nobody's test subjects! And anybody as immoral as you deserve to get a beat down from me!" Rath speaks in his usual words.

"I'm guessing Rath is the hothead among Lincoln's aliens, right?" Leo figured.

"Yep! Now to stop this mad doctor!" Julie manifests a ball of pink Flippie to clog the blasting end of Dr. Linnaeus' blaster. "Took some inspiration from when Lincoln & Lisa rescued Flip too." She lassoed the blaster away from the scientist with her yo-yo.

"On three, Mikey!" Leo instructed readying his katanas.

"Ready when you are, bro!" Mikey spins his nun-chucks.

"One, two, three!" Both brothers countered they jumped and destroyed the blaster together.

"Impossible!" Dr. Linnaeus looks in shock when the turtles approach her.

"This is for kidnapping my brother!" Leo glared.

"And for threatening to send me to space without a suit!" Mikey added before they both punched & kicked her.

"Now it's my turn! If you think that beating was bad, take a look at what Rath's got! And Rath is gonna give it to you all over again, and make you like it!" Rath roared before beating up Dr. Linnaeus.

"AHHH!" Dr. Linnaeus screamed, getting pummeled and thrashed by the Appoplexian's pro-wrestling skills & natural strength.

"That definitely reminded me of Raphael." Mikey noticed.

"Yep. And Rath also likes to talk in the 3rd person's point of view." Julie explained when Rath stopped.

"Ugh." Dr. Linnaeus groaned in pain before Rath knocks her out unconscious with one more punch.

"Lincoln." Julie gets Rath's attention.

"You can stop now." Leo told.

"Let me tell you something, Leonardo, leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I was gonna stop with one more punch." Rath gives Leo a growl.

"Linky, you can calm down and change back now." Julie said.

"Fine." Rath huffed in defeat before he decided to turn back to Lincoln. "Sorry. That's how Rath normally acts." He chuckled nervously.

"Don't worry. We get that a lot from Raph." Leo accepted.

"Well, me and Lincoln are gonna turn Dr. Linnaeus to the police. You guys might wanna stay hidden until they leave." Julie suggested manifesting a pink rope to hold Dr. Linnaeus.

Moments later, the police arrived quickly to pick up Dr. Linnaeus thanks Lincoln & Julie calling them there while Leo & Mikey hid on a rooftop.

"Thanks again for catching Dr. Linnaeus. After that report from Lisa Loud, we've been looking for that lady for a while now." One of the officers thanked putting the unconscious scientist in his car.

"No problem." Lincoln accepted as the police cars drove away with Dr. Linnaeus in one of them. "You guys can come out now!" He signaled the turtle brothers.

"Glad that's over. I've been into space before, but no way am I going there without a space suit or something." Mikey catches his breathed.

"Sorry I got you into that mess, Mikey?" Julie apologized.

"Hey, no biggie, Julie. Not your fault that crazy woman kidnapped me. Besides, it looks like you're an honorary ninja turtle." Mikey high-fives.

"The both of you are. And soon the rest of the Omnitrix Team will be. How about we celebrate with pizza and a movie tonight?" Leo brought up.

"Ah Yeah! Pizza and movie night!" Mikey cheered.

"Yes/Yay!" Lincoln & Julie agreed in happiness before they left.

Later back at the turtles' lair, everyone else was waiting for Lincoln, Julie, Leo & Mikey until they all got back through the elevator.

"HI!" Julie gets their attention.

"Where have you guys been? You were gone for a while." Raph asked.

"And Kai, Rex, Chase & I have just finished combining our knowledge." Donnie added.

"It's a long story, bros. We kinda got caught up in a situation." Mikey chuckled.

"But we'll talk about it later. And watching a movie with pizza." Leo showed the four have brought pizza: both cheese and pepperoni.

"Pizza/Good, I'm hungry/Yummy/I could go for some food/Bueno/Cool." The rest of the Omnitrix Team happily accepted.

"Great, I'm starving after waiting for you guys so long." Donnie smiled.

"Now, you're talkin'. Let's eat." Raph agreed.

"Speaking my language! Wait until April & Casey get here in a few minutes!" Mikey mentioned to Julie.

"Ooh, I can't wait to see April & Casey!" Julie beamed before they both get pizza slices.

"I also want to thank you for stopping Drako and his family almost a six to seven weeks ago. It's starting to feel like almost a month since you defeated him." Leo brought up.

"Couldn't let them or High Roller hurt anybody. We stopped the bad guys and saved lives like a honorable warrior & hero should just like you said." Lincoln said. "It must be great training to be a ninjitsu fighter. It's as cool being Wielder of the Omnitrix in my book."

"Soon we'll become ninjitsu masters like Master Splinter knew we would. And we'd have happy to give you guys some tips." Leo promised.

"Really? Cool!" Lincoln smiled excitedly before they joined in on the pizza & movie night.

Now, the Omnitrix Team has befriended the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 version), and the villainous scientist: Dr. Linnaeus from The Loud House Season 5 episode: Blinded by Science is finally caught & arrested.
