"You alright, Sneaker, you've been quiet which is weird, really weird for you." Kade asked.
"Yeah, just the New Year makes you feel, feel yucky." Sneaker replied to her, which Jareth got it, as his dad had explained that some people get weird but wanted to cheer her up plus today had been weird like her waking up late, having a wardrobe malfunction involving shoes and putting the wrong one on.
The other kids knew that Sneaker got upset easily, when stressed or things went wrong, Pkus she had to go shoe shopping which having webbed feet, being amphibian was an nightmare, so that had not helped matters.
"Hey, everybody makes mistakes, even thieves in training, plus nobody is perfect." Jareth told her, seeing her smile a little which made her cousins relieved, plus along with Kade because she knew that Sneaker had been having a bad day, so was letting her be because she would just get upset, if anybody tried to calm her.
The other DS were happy, that Sneaker was feeling a little better, wondering what had upset her in the first place, hearing her tell them making them get it.
"This happens to everybody, you know?" Yoko told her, making Sneaker curious, noticing she had an ear bug making the others curious, yet Sneaker had ear defenders on because like her dad, certain noises hurt her ears like Piggy yelling unaware that Piggy had just pulled them off Sneaker's ears making the other kids nervous, seeing her putting her webbed hands over her ears.
"Aunt Piggy should not have done that, as you get overloaded, but here." Jareth said, putting them back on her ears, seeing her hug him sniffling making the other kids get it, that Sneaker was upset, seeing her pull Sora's tail making the eaglet screech.
"What is going on there, is Sora alright?" Sam asked as Sora went with Jim.
Later, Sneaker was in her room drawing about things with her headphones on, as it was pretty late around three in the morning as what happened at the studio had upset her, plus listening to thevCoco soundtrack because she thought the movie was awesome like Deadly did hoping Jareth was not upset, plus surprised her dad was back early, plus he was impressed by what she was doing.
"Piggy was the one that provoked you, by taking off your ear defenders, little thief." Constantine assured her, making Sneaker het it, needing some fresh air to clear her head, leaving the house deciding to have her own space heading to the skate park since she had her own skateboard with her, shredding all night long.
However Constantine and Nadya were frightened, that she'd left the house in the middle of the night, so was asking the others, if Sneaker was at the studio, hearing she was not seeing the other kids that were Sneaker's cousins and her best friends were surprised, that she had ran off.
"If you were Sneaker, upset and needing to calm down, where would you go?" Yoko asked, giving Jareth an idea as he led them towards the skate park, making them get it, seeing Sneaker drinking Red Bull making them relieved.
"Your parents are worried sick, including us, but it was because of yesterday?" Yoko asked her, seeing her nod, avoiding eye contact making them get it going back to the studio, seeing Constantine and Nadya hugging Sneaker tight, hearing her burst into tears, mumbling through them, as they were letting them be, knowing Sneaker just needed alone time, to talk to her parents, about how she was feeling, since they were trying to get her to.
"Piggy really set her off, dad, she took Sneaker's ear defenders off her ears, when she needed them." Yoko told Kermit making him get it, guessing that was why Sneaker had been upset, to the point of running away, seeing the other kids nod, hoping Constantine was calming Sneaker down, after last night.
