"Whoa, what was that sound, it sounded cool!" Yaga said, thinking some kind of beast was in thevstudio.
"Uncle Deadly did say, an new kid was coming to play, maybe it's them." Jareth replied.
"Well let's go find out, so we can make them feel welcome." Yoko said as they nodded.
It was now night and Sneaker and the other kids were playing at the studio, but the news of an new kid visiting made them curious, and with those squeak like noises, it made them curious exploring hoping to find this mysterious new kid, making Deadly chuckle, knowing the new kid could not see in the dark.
"Ooh, you just made us more curious, saying that, but is she alright?" Yoko asked him, seeing him nod leading the way up to his attic, where the kids could hear the noises, seeing a pair of eyes peeking out, making Sneaker realise the new kid was a bat!
"Yep, Melody is a bat but sweet, and a bit shy, maybe you kids can help her." Deadly told them, making Melody come out making Sneaker and her cousins impressed, as Melody had purple wings and a green furred body with orange fangs making them impressed already wanting to be her friends, which surprised Melody making Sneaker get it.
"Yep, plus we've never had a friend that's a bat before, so it is cool." she told Melody wondering if she hung out with Livy, who was her vampire cousin that visited at Halloween makijg Melody grin, hoping she had not scared anybody.
"You're a kid like us, and sweet, they would get it, plus they let Sneaker come here." Sora pointed out.
"That's true, but come on, let's go have fun, you know?" Sneaker told them, as they were leaving the attic,showing Melody around, which made the female bat impresse hoping she would not frighten anybody, making Sneaker roll her eyes because Melody was a bat, the other adults were afraid of her, when they had nothing to worry about making Deadly agree with the mischievous tadpole.
"Yeah, like how Deadly used to freak them out, until they got used to him." Sneaker said making Deadly grin, at the fact she'd used him as an example, seeing them going to have fun, knowing Melody would find her place here with Sneaker and the other kids helping her out, plus she would probably sleep during the day in his attic which he did not mind.
Later that night/early morning in her room, Sneaker was doing art stuff and Melody had given her inspiration, guessing right now with the others gone home, Melody was probably by herself which was something she could relate to, seeing Jareth and Kade there since they hung out together at night, so Jareth told her that Melody was hanging out with other bat kids making Sneaker relieved, making Kade curious.
"Melody's an new pal of ours, that Uncle Deadly introduced us to, but very sweet forva bat." Sneaker said seeing Jareth agree as they were hanging out, having snacks plus making a lot of coffee and chocolate pudding, as both Kade and Sneaker loved both as it aided their growing metabolism, making Jareth get it, hoping Nadya had no idea they did this.
"She's deep asleep, but my dad knows and he thinks it's alright, along with Uncle Rocket, well Kade's dad." Sneaker replied, making Kade grin since she and Sneaker thought of themselves as blood sisters, which Constantine and Rocket thought cute.
