"Would you mind telling me why you smell like me?"

"I figured that you would know...since it's you I smell like." I looked up and a half smile creeped up the left corner of my mouth.

"Well I wouldn't know...I've been indisposed." He said with a shifty glance away.

"Don't play coy with me Lupin!" I hissed. I wasn't actually angry. I was enjoying the control I could flex...while it still remained.

"Mrs. Granger that is not appropriate."

"Propriety went out the window after last night's activities. Don't you agree?" I asked as I shifted to a more relaxed pose.

It took him a moment to catch what I was implying, but when he did he was definitely on the defensive. "No that's impossible!" He choked. "I was out of commission last night." He stammered as his voice cracked.

I leaned forward and looked straight into his eyes. "Unless there was a different werewolf I shagged in the Forbidden Forest than YOU. ARE. IT." I growled.

"No. That's not possible either." He grumbled weakly.

"Take my memories Lupin! Jesus Christ I still haven't washed yet to tease you."

He swallowed thickly. "Granger that necklace...take it off. Yeah?" I unhooked the clasp and when I peeled it off Remus let out a low groan. "Is that a mating gland?" He rumbled in a deep timbre that I wasn't used to hearing in his voice. His head was down, so I was unable to read his expression.

"Your guess is as good as mine, but i would say yes. It appeared at some point before you knotted me. He shuddered when I said that. I'm glad i wasn't the only one soaking her knickers at the present moment.

"I can smell all of your pheromones." He grumbled, as if reading my mind. Well honestly he probably was. It wasn't unheard of to have a small level of natural legitmensy among a mated pair.

"You can smell how wet I am Professor?" His head shot up and I realized his eyes changed from their natural hazel to a golden color.

"Do you realize what this means Hermione?"

"Yes. There are perks to being a bookworm. I am your mate." As i said the last sentence sparkles danced in his golden iris's.

"Yes there are so many things that have to be done now."

"First thing is Dumbledore." I said.

"Good thing I am already sacked." He groaned.

"Your sacked!" I hissed.

"Long Story. Later. Just go to your classes and come find me after. I have a lot of work to do." I got up and went to the door. "Wait!" I turned back to meet glittering Amber eyes. "Leave your soaked knickers in the corner by the bookshelf.

I pulled my skirt up, pointed my ass out and shimmied them down my legs. "Bloody hell I did shag you." I heard him gasp behind me.

I lengthened my skirt to my knees to cover the loss and headed out as I tried not to smile. i went back to my seat and when Remus didn't follow me right away, the boys grabbed their stuff and rushed over to sit in two of the seats near me.

"What happened?" Harry asked.first.

"He remembers last night." i lied as i cast a silencing charm around us.

"Whaddya mean?" Ron asked.

"He remembers chasing me through the forest and apologizes for scaring me." i whispered.

"I thought you were in trouble." Harry said with an eyebrow raised.

"Nope all good." I shook my head rapidly. After that Professor Lupin came back out and we went to our work as I canceled the silencing charm and avoided all conversation.

After class ended it was lunch time. We went to the Great Hall and I was stopped by Professor Dumbledore. Ron gulped loudly and Harry and I just waited for him to speak.

"Miss Granger, i believe that lunch shall be taken in my office today." He said to me kindly.

"Bye Mates. I'll catch you in herbology yeah?"

"Bye Mione." Harry said as they walked away.
