"Never again!" Rosa exclaimed, soaked.
"In my defense, I was not expecting a second Hyper Beam so quickly, you're lucky I got Reuniclus to keep us safe with Psychic and Telekinesis." Ash retorted, also soaked. "Is everyone okay and accounted for?"
"I'm wet, but I'll live." Brock responded.
"We're good." Elliot said, helping N up.
"Yeah I can see our Pokemon coming back around." Dawn added, seeing her Togekiss and the others fly towards the group.
"We've dealt with worse." Dino said, walking over with Georgia and Cameron.
"So what's the plan Ash?" Georgia asked.
"I'm working on it, look as long as we have a piece of the artifact Team Rocket can't do whatever it is they're trying to do." Ash said, pulling out the piece that immediately began glowing a blue light that engulfed him, shooting up into the air, two more lights, an orange and green beam all shooting up meeting in the center of the island.
"I'm guessing we should head in that direction." Cameron stated. "Is this normal for you guys?"
"More than you'd think." Brock commented.
"Well let's get moving." Ash said, putting his piece of the artifact back in his back.
Near the center of the island
"Burnett stay behind me." Cynthia called out. "Garchomp use Dragon Rush!"
Garchomp rushed down the stairs, slamming into a large number of Team Rocket's Pokemon and knocking them to the side.
"Aggron use Hyper Beam!" Butch exclaimed.
"Charizard use Fire Blast!" Cassidy called out, the two attacks striking and even managing to slow Garchomp down slightly.
"Pikachu use Thunderbolt!"
"Piplup use Whirlpool!"
Ash and Dawn rushed over, stopping some of the attack from Butch and Cassidy's Pokemon.
"It's about time the two of you showed up." Cynthia claimed.
"We didn't come alone either." Ash said looking as Brock, Rosa and the others stuck together fighting various Team Rocket Pokemon.
"Miss Cynthia do you have any idea what they're here for?" Dawn asked.
"Have any of you heard of the Forces of Nature?" Professor Burnett asked.
"Like Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza?" Ash asked.
"Like Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus." N realized.
"Precisely." Professor Burnett said. "Look at those statues, I believe those statues are their true forms."
"I've seen Tornadus and Thundurus before, but none of those statues look like them, and why are there only three?" Ash asked, looking at statues of what looked like a bird, a gorila and a large four legged beast, and finally a fourth pedestal that was empty.
"I'm not saying that they weren't who or what you saw, but my research shows that these are their true selves." Professor Burnett commented.
"Very accurate Professor Burnett." Giovanni said, walking up from behind, holding Jeb in binds.
"Jeb!" Ash exclaimed.
"I'm sorry Ash they caught up to us, and they were going to kill me if I didn't say you had it." Jeb cried out.
"Wait wheres Braviary?" N asked.
"Oh yes, quite the fighter, you never should have let them out of your sight Ashton." Giovanni said, pressing a button on his shirt cuff, Braviary flying down at Ash.
"Braviary?!" Ash exclaimed, diving out of the way. "Lucario protect Burnett and her piece!" Ash called out. "Dawn help Cynthia, N I might need you to help me communicate with Braviary."
"Ash, why do you think Braviary is attacking you?" N asked, knowing how loyal the flying type had been in the past.
"I've faced Giovanni's Pokemon before, not all of them are willing, I'm guessing whatever caused Braviary to attack, is his doing." Ash said. "Duck!"
Ash and N ducked down as Braviary swooped overhead once more,
"Ash you can't expect to stop Braviary without fighting back." N reminded.
"I never thought you'd be encouraging battling." Ash admitted.
"Normally no, but this is a unique situation, and your Pokemon do tend to listen better to combat." N pointed out.
"Fair, but I don't want to hurt him." Ash argued.
"I don't think Braviary had those same concerns." N responded as Giovanni kept typing on his cuff's buttons, Braviary coming in hot towards Ash and N.
"N, I have two ideas, one really dumb, the other even dumber." Ash said, reaching into his pocket. "Braviary return!" Ash said, pulling out the flying types Pokeball as the red beam bounced off, showing some light around Braviary's neck. "Alright, plan B, duck again."
"We can't keep ducking!" N argued, turning back to look at Ash to see him and Pikachu missing.
"Alright Braviary, let's get you free." Ash said, moving some of Braviary's feathers from the back of his neck.
"Braviary bring the boy to me, I need his piece." Giovanni argued.
Braviary flew back around over the battle raging on below, heading back towards Giovanni per the bosses commands.
"Okay, looks like some sort of control collar." Ash said, feeling the strangely high tech collar. "Sorry about this Braviary, and please don't drop when I do this." Ash said, creating sparks around both of his hands before grasping the collar and amping up his aura power as Braviary kept flying closer to Giovanni.
"Come on Ash." N said, watching in fear.
"Very interesting." Giovanni commented. "Persian be prepared."
"Mrrrow." Persian growled.
"Come on, if we get any closer, we're done for." Ash said, putting his all into trying to short the collar, the red glow disappearing from Braviary's eyes as he reignited his passion, speeding up and flying straight towards Giovanni.
"No, that can't be good." N exclaimed.
"No, I think Ash is back in control." Dawn said, seeing Ash and Pikachu's demeanors changed.
"Braviary use Crush Claw!" Ash called out, rolling off of Braviary as the flying type struck Persian, the cat Pokemon not waiting long before counter attacking with their claws.
"Very impressive Ashton, however you aren't the only one with tricks, and I've held my piece of the Reveal Glass for years." Giovanni said, holding up his fragment. "Now Beedrill, get his piece."
"Pikachu stop them with Iron Tail!" Ash called out, Pikachu slamming his tail into the bug type.
"You certainly aren't the child I met on Mount Silver, but this has changed." Giovanni said, touching a stone on his cufflink as Beedrill was engulfed in a strange energy. "Say hello to a new form of evolution far beyond normal allowances, and goodbye to your piece."
Ash watched in shock and horror as Beedrill gained two more stingers and grew in size.
"This has gotten complicated." Ash said in worry.
