Hi! This is Holdonlupin! In case you haven't read my profile or my other stories, I'm announcing that after almost two years, the next chapters of Fighting Dreamers will be uploaded very soon!

Well, that's the important part, you can leave now, unless you want to read the explanation for the hiatus and hear a little question I have for you, if you don't want to do it, it's fine, my mental health ain't that important... Kidding, kidding! I'm fine...mostly.

First off, hello again, my name is I.N.P.R., I'm on my 20s and I live in Dominican Republic. Very nice to meet you.

So, a lot of things have been going on with my life since January of the last year, everything went to hell pretty fast and it seemed like it was just getting worse and worse until it stopped just a little, I was really feeling down, writing is my main escape of my real life issues and the fact that I couldn't even do that made me feel even worse, but I got some kind DMs and then I stumbled upon a google-read YouTube video of my Paldea story, Timeless Wonders, and I managed to get back some motivation and continue with that story, I even published yet another story, the 100 NPCs, and I overhauled my one-shot 'Take me seriously' and published it on Ao3, but even after all that, I wasn't that sure if it was going to be enough to return to this story.

Not saying those other stories are worse or less important, but Fighting Dreamers requires a lot more effort and thought for a chapter, with all the girls and plots we have here and there, and as I mentioned a lot of times, this story is very special to me, so I made a little deal with myself, after I finished the current arc of Timeless Wonders I'd be 'forced' to focus and get back to Fighting Dreamers, no excuses, no questions, and so I did, I had to re-read all the chapters obviously to make sure I didn't mix up or forget anything and it was interesting, this really became a completely different story after the harem switch, but I'd dare say that most of the key aspects are still here, I also just came to the realization of something, this story isn't 'Good' or at least it isn't just 'Good', this story is FUN, it's nonsensical endless fun, I seriously bursted in laughter at some of those jokes I haven't read in so long.

And I've been enjoying a lot to write all these characters this way again, this take on Ash is a little different from the rest of my fics, his relationship with Bea is something that can't be done twice; and very proud of all the girls that have joined the harem so far, and you know I don't like to ship him with the same girls in different stories, but still, it's been almost two years, and if I remember correctly, this fanfic was more or less at 500 favs when the hiatus started and it just hit 700 the other day, that got me thinking: could this story actually reach 1k eventually? Well, it's certainly not going to reach them if I don't do anything, so yeah, we're back to work, I already mentioned it in my other stories and my profile, but just in case, I'm currently working on two chapters for this story and I wanted to upload them together to Kinda apologize for the long wait, the first one 'It's been a while' will be a lemon special and we'll get a new girlfriend joining Ash's harem, while in the second one 'Only the rampaging ones know gentleness' we'll get back to the Elite Four battles and the other plot points, including two more new girlfriends joining in.

That being said, this took me a little longer than expected, I've been working on the first of those chapters for the last month and it's almost done, I just need to do my usual reread for errors and it should be finished in 1 or 2 weeks, seems like it'll be over 30k words, making it the longest chapter I've ever done, while the second chapter is still on an early draft state and could very well take me another month or even two.

But my country is also on election day today, so I thought this would be kinda fitting, so here's a question, would you guys prefer if I just upload the lemon chapter first (which means 1 or 2 more weeks of waiting) or should I wait and upload the two chapters together when they're both ready? (Which means 1 or 2 months).

Mind you, the first chapter is basically 90% lemon and/or lemon teasing, with the remaining 10% being plot scattered around, it's basically just Ash having some intimate time with each of his girlfriends, and as mentioned we'll get a new girlfriend there.

I know I have been failing you with this hiatus, guys, so I'd like to know your opinion, your comments have helped me more than once with things in this story.
