A Week After Graduation Test
The sun was just beginning to rise over Konoha. Sasuke Uchiha stirred awake, his eyes snapping open as he glanced at the clock on his bedside table. "Crap!" he exclaimed, his heart racing. He quickly threw off the covers and rushed to Naruto's room, banging on the door with urgency.
"Wake up, Naruto! We overslept!" he yelled, his voice echoing through the hallway.
A moment later, the door creaked open, revealing a half-asleep Naruto, his hair tousled and eyes barely open. "What's with the yelling, Sasuke?" he mumbled, rubbing his eyes.
"We have to be at the academy in ten minutes!" Sasuke replied, his tone sharp with frustration.
Naruto's eyes widened in shock. "Ten minutes?! Why didn't you wake me up on time?" He dashed into his wardrobe, frantically searching for his clothes.
Sasuke's eyebrows twitched, and a vein appeared on his forehead. "I get up and wake you up every day! You just sleep like a baby!" he shot back, exasperated.
Five minutes later, Sasuke emerged from the shower, freshly changed and ready to go. He made his way downstairs, only to find Naruto in the kitchen, heating up a pot of instant ramen.
"Are you serious? We don't have time for ramen!" Sasuke yelled, his frustration boiling over.
Naruto turned to him, fire in his eyes. "There's always time for ramen!" he retorted, stirring the noodles with determination.
The ramen heated up quickly, and within two minutes, Naruto was slurping it down, a glass of milk at his side. Sasuke rolled his eyes as they both rushed to finish their breakfast.
"Let's go!" Naruto shouted, shoving the last bite of ramen into his mouth as they bolted out the door.
As they sprinted toward the academy, Naruto smirked, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "I have an idea for a nice entrance," he said, glancing sideways at Sasuke.
Sasuke raised an eyebrow, intrigued but skeptical. "What do you have in mind?"
"You'll see!" Naruto replied, excitement bubbling within him.
When they arrived at the academy, Iruka was already inside, and the classroom was filled with students seated at their desks. Sakura looked up, her brow furrowing in confusion. "Where's Mizuki-sensei?" she screetched, glancing around.
Iruka quickly made up an excuse. "He had to go on a mission," he said, trying to keep the mood light. "Now, where are Naruto and Sasuke?"
No one seemed to know, and just as Iruka was about to call for them, a gust of wind swept through the classroom, rustling papers and causing the leaves outside to swirl in a circle. The students turned to the window, eyes wide with curiosity.
Suddenly, a flash of lightning crackled in the air, illuminating the scene outside. Water swirled around the spot where the lightning struck, and when it cleared, Naruto and Sasuke stood there, striking a dramatic pose. Sasuke held his Hakutora horizontally behind his back, looking cool and collected, while Naruto had his hand resting on the handle of Crimson Tide, still sheathed, his gaze focused downward.
The classroom erupted in gasps and whispers. All the girls looked at the two boys with hearts in their eyes, while Shikamaru simply called them "troublesome." Ino and Hinata shook their heads at their antics, but even they couldn't help but admire their entrance.
Iruka, however, was not amused. He transformed into his Big Head Jutsu, his face looming large and intimidating. "Naruto! Sasuke! Stop wasting time and come inside! We need to start your last day at the academy!"
Naruto and Sasuke exchanged a glance, smirking at each other before walking into the classroom. They took their seats, with Ino near the window, Sasuke in the middle, and Naruto at the edge.
As Naruto looked around, he noticed that not many of their classmates had changed their outfits since graduation. The aura of a shinobi was created by their choice of clothes, and it seemed most were sticking to their usual attire. However, two people had made noticeable changes.
Sasuke now wore a blue high-collared t-shirt with the Uchiha crest emblazoned on the back, paired with white shorts that had tape wrapped around his knees. He also sported blue shinobi sandals and white arm warmers with blue stripes on the ends on his forearms, giving him a more polished look.
Ino, on the other hand, had transformed her appearance significantly. She wore a stylish purple blouse that hugged her breasts, covering just enough to maintain a sense of modesty while still being fashionable. The blouse ended just above her waist, leaving a tantalizing strip of skin exposed, showcasing her toned midriff. Her purple skirt flowed gracefully, and she had bandages wrapped around her thighs, adding a touch of practicality to her outfit. She also wore white arm warmers with purple stripes on each end, matching with sasuke.
Her long hair cascaded down her back, with a single bang framing her face, while the rest was tied into a high ponytail. The way she carried herself exuded confidence, and Sasuke couldn't help but admire her "perfect curves and smoking hot figure," as he had described it to Naruto in a previous conversation.
Iruka stood before the class, his heart swelling with pride as he looked at the faces of his students. "Today marks a significant milestone in your lives. You are all officially genin of Konoha!" he announced, his voice filled with warmth. "I am honored to have been a part of your journey, to have watched you grow and develop your skills. As you embark on this new chapter, remember that the bonds you've formed here will be your greatest strength. I believe in each of you, and I can't wait to see the shinobi you will become!"
Cheers erupted from the students, their excitement palpable as they celebrated their newfound status.
Amidst the celebration, Ino's eyes locked onto Sasuke, her heart racing with determination. Seizing the moment, she leaped onto his lap, facing him with a mischievous grin. "Sasuke-kun," she said, her voice low and sultry, "I've been waiting for this."
Before he could respond, Ino closed the distance between them, capturing his lips with hers. Sasuke's eyes widened in surprise, but as the kiss deepened, he found himself warming into it, instinctively leaning closer.
Ino's lips were soft and inviting, tasting like jasmine. As she pressed against him, her well-filled-out breasts pressed against his chest, he felt a rush of heat. He bit her lip gently, causing her to gasp in surprise. Taking advantage of the moment, he slid his tongue into her mouth, tasting her completely.
A soft moan escaped Ino as she melted into the kiss, her hands finding their way behind his hair, pulling him closer, deepening the kiss. She used her own tongue and swirled it around his, their tongues wrestling for dominance.
Sasuke's hands moved instinctively; one found its place on her waist, while the other gripped her ass, squeezing it gently.
Ino moaned again into the kiss, their mouths exploring each other with a fervor that felt electric. The world around them faded away, leaving only the two of them in their own bubble of passion.
Just as the kiss intensified, Iruka's voice boomed through the classroom, breaking the moment. "This is not the time and place for that!" he exclaimed, using his Big Head Jutsu to emphasize his point, his enlarged head looming over them.
Sasuke and Ino pulled apart, a trail of falling saliva connecting their lips, both flushed and wide-eyed, caught between embarrassment and lingering excitement. Ino quickly got off Sasuke's lap, while he remained stunned, muttering, "Ino-chan, that was… wow."
"Yeah… it was," Ino replied, her cheeks still pink.
Naruto chuckled, teasing Sasuke with a playful tone. "That was interesting, huh, Sasuke?"
Sasuke blushed deeper, shooting back, "Shut up, Naruto!"
Behind them, Sakura screeched, her voice filled with outrage. "Ino-pig! How could you do that to my Sasuke-kun? Stealing his first kiss, which was meant for me!"
Sasuke, annoyed and having enough of Sakura's antics, unleashed his killer intent, fully directed at her. The atmosphere in the room shifted dramatically, and Sakura froze, her eyes wide with fear. She promptly threw up and passed out, while the other students around her broke into a cold sweat, even though the intent wasn't directed at them.
After waking Sakura up and ensuring she was okay, Iruka continued with the class. "Now that we've settled down, I will announce the three-man teams you will form and your Jonin senseis."
He began with the civilian teams, but Naruto barely listened, his mind racing with anticipation. Finally, Iruka announced, "Team 7 will be Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Hinata Hyuga, with Kakashi Hatake as their Jonin sensei."
Naruto and Sasuke smirked at each other, excitement bubbling within them. However, Sasuke and Ino exchanged glances, a hint of sadness in their eyes. Sasuke reassured her, "Your team will be just as good."
Iruka continued, "Team 8 will be Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, and Sakura Haruno, with Kurenai Yuhi as their Jonin sensei." The classroom fell silent as everyone looked at Shino with sympathetic eyes, knowing he was paired with the brashest and most arrogant of all graduates, Kiba, and their resident screecher, Sakura. Kiba yelled, "Our sensei's a kunoichi Akamaru, I hope she is a hottie!" while Akamaru looked at his friend in disappointment.
"Team 10 will be Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara, and Choji Akimichi, with Asuma Sarutobi as their Jonin sensei." All three of them smirked, clearly pleased with their team composition.
As Iruka announced the teams, Naruto couldn't help but reflect on the dynamics of each group. Team 7 is definitely an assault team, he thought, excitement coursing through him. With me, Sasuke, and Hinata, we'll have high damage-dealing capabilities. I can't wait to show everyone what we can do!
He glanced over at Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji. Shika's team is more about support and strategy, like the Ino-Shika-Cho of the previous generation. They'll have flawless teamwork, and I know they'll be a force to be reckoned with.
Then his gaze shifted to Kiba, Shino, and Sakura. Shino's team is a tracking and recon team. They'll be great at gathering information and stealth missions. I hope they can handle Sakura's loudness, though, and good luck being stealthy with that, he laughed at his comment.
Naruto chuckled to himself, thinking about how clever Jiji was for putting these teams together. He really knows what he's doing, he mused.
Iruka clapped his hands, bringing the class to attention. "Alright, everyone! You're dismissed for lunch! Your Jonin senseis will meet you in half an hour, so make sure you're back here on time!"
As the students filed out of the classroom, Naruto turned to Hinata and Sasuke, a grin spreading across his face. "Hey, let's go get lunch!" he suggested, his excitement palpable.
Hinata nodded, her cheeks slightly flushed. "That sounds good! Where do you want to eat?"
Before she could finish her question, Sasuke immediately tried to shush her, saying, "Don't ask hi—" but he was interrupted by Naruto's enthusiastic shout.
"Ichiraku Ramen!" Naruto yelled, raising his fist in the air triumphantly.
Hinata giggled at Naruto's enthusiasm, while Sasuke sighed, shaking his head. "I should have known," he muttered as they began walking toward the ramen shop.
At Ichiraku Ramen
As they approached Ichiraku Ramen, the familiar scents of broth and noodles wafted through the air, making Naruto's stomach growl in anticipation. He burst through the door, calling out behind the counter, "Hey old man! Get me my usual!"
Ayame, the shop's owner, walked out from the back, leaning over the counter with a warm smile. "Congratulations on becoming a genin, Naruto-kun!" she said, her eyes sparkling with pride.
Naruto grinned widely, puffing out his chest. "Thanks, Ayame-neechan! This will be my genin team!" He pointed to Sasuke and Hinata, who stood beside him.
Ayame smiled at them. "You must be quite happy with that placement," she said, and Hinata nodded shyly.
Sasuke stepped forward, ordering his meal. "I'll have pork ramen with extra tomatoes," he said, his tone serious.
Hinata followed suit, her voice soft. "I'll have miso ramen, please."
As they waited for their food, Hinata looked thoughtful. "I hope our Jonin sensei will be good," she said, her brow furrowing slightly.
Sasuke shrugged, trying to reassure her. "Don't worry. Kakashi Hatake is one of the strongest ninjas in the village. He's known as Kakashi of the Sharingan or Copy Ninja Kakashi. He's copied over a thousand jutsu."
Hinata's eyes widened in surprise. "How do you know that?"
Naruto chimed in, grinning. "Sasuke and I like to keep up with the latest bingo books to have knowledge about the strongest ninjas!"
A few minutes later, their ramen arrived, steaming and delicious. Naruto wasted no time, diving into his bowl and inhaling the noodles with gusto. Sasuke and Hinata, on the other hand, ate theirs more slowly, savoring each bite.
"Wow, this is amazing!" Naruto exclaimed between slurps, his eyes shining with joy.
Hinata smiled, watching him with amusement. "You really love ramen, don't you?"
"Of course! It's the food of gods!" Naruto replied, his mouth full.
As they continued to eat, Hinata finished her first bowl and looked at Sasuke. "How many bowls do you think we can eat before we have to go back?"
Sasuke shrugged, finishing his second bowl. "I don't know, but I'm going to try to eat three."
Hinata nodded, determined. "I'll try to eat two."
Meanwhile, Naruto was on his twenty-fifth bowl, each one twice the size of Hinata's and Sasuke's. "You guys are too slow! I'm going to finish all of this before you even finish one!" he boasted, grinning widely.
Back to the Academy
After their ramen feast, they made their way back to the academy, feeling full and satisfied. As they entered the classroom, they found a few other students already seated, waiting for their Jonin senseis to arrive.
Naruto plopped down in his seat, leaning back with a contented sigh. "That was the best lunch ever!"
Sasuke nodded, but his expression was serious. "We need to focus now. We don't know what our sensei will be like."
Hinata looked around, her eyes scanning the room. "I hope they're nice," she said softly.
As time passed, one by one, the other senseis began to arrive. The first was a man with a beard, dressed in the standard Konoha uniform and a flak jacket, a cigarette hanging from his mouth. "Asuma Sarutobi," he called out, looking around. "Team 10, let's go!"
After Asuma left with Team 10, a beautiful woman with long black hair and striking red eyes entered the classroom. She wore a red and white kimono that accentuated her graceful figure. "I'm Kurenai Yuhi," she announced, her voice calm and confident. "Team 8, follow me."
As she called for her team, Kiba Inuzuka was seen giggling with a blush on his face, clearly smitten by Kurenai's presence. She shook her head in disappointment as she led her team out.
After all the other teams had left, Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata sat in the classroom, waiting for their sensei. The minutes felt like hours, and Naruto's impatience began to show.
"I've had it with this guy's tardiness!" he exclaimed, standing up abruptly. "I'm going to do something about it!"
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a brush and an ink bottle. Dipping the brush into the ink, he began to write seals on the top of the entrance. Sasuke raised an eyebrow, intrigued but skeptical.
"What are you planning, dobe?" he asked, crossing his arms.
Naruto grinned mischievously. "Just a little surprise for our late sensei!" He then manipulated some water with his chakra, creating a blob of water with nature manipulation that he sealed into the seal he had just drawn, giggling to himself.
Sasuke shook his head, a smirk forming on his lips. "You're going to get us in trouble."
Three hours later, the door swung open, and a man in a standard Leaf uniform walked in. His grey hair defied gravity, and a mask covered the lower half of his face, with his headband positioned over his left eye.
As he stepped inside, the seal Naruto had created glowed brightly before dousing the man in the blob of water. He looked up, confused, and then heard the sound of giggling. His gaze landed on Naruto, who was grinning from ear to ear.
"My first impression of you three… you're all a bunch of idiots," Kakashi said, his tone dry and unimpressed, causing the trio to facefall in unison.
"Meet me on the roof in five minutes," he added, disappearing in a puff of smoke.
Naruto smirked at Sasuke and Hinata. "Should we show him what we can do?"
Hinata smiled, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "He may have a heart attack!"
Kakashi was already leaning against the roof, casually reading a copy of Icha Icha Paradise. He sensed something and looked down just in time to see his genins walking up the wall as if it were the most normal thing in the world.
His eyes widened in surprise, and he muttered, "Well, that's… interesting."
As they reached the roof, Kakashi set his book down and looked at them. "Alright, let's do introductions. I want to know your likes, dislikes, hobbies, and dreams for the future."
Hinata piped up, "But we already know everything about each other! You should start."
Kakashi chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "My name is Kakashi Hatake. You're all too young to know about my likes and dislikes. I have many hobbies, and my dreams for the future are… well, I've never really thought about it."
The three of them sweat-dropped, realizing they had learned nothing substantial about their new sensei.
Kakashi turned to Naruto, who was bouncing on his heels with excitement. "Alright, blondie, you're up."
Naruto stood tall, puffing out his chest. "I'm Naruto Uzumaki! I like ramen, training, and my friends. I dislike people who can't differentiate between a sealing scroll and a kunai. My hobbies are training, fuinjutsu, and spending time with my friends. My dream for the future is to be the greatest Hokage that ever existed!"
Kakashi nodded, a hint of approval in his eye. "Good, good."
"Now, broody," Kakashi said, gesturing to Sasuke.
Sasuke stood up, his expression serious. "I'm Sasuke Uchiha. I like my girlfriend, Ino-chan, tomatoes, and training. I dislike a certain person," he said, glancing at Naruto, who exclaimed, "Hey!" in protest. Sasuke smirked, continuing, "My hobbies are training, hanging out with Ino-chan, and practicing with Hakutora. My dream for the future is to learn about a certain event and maybe kill a certain someone."
Kakashi raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Sounds like you have some serious goals, Sasuke. Just remember, revenge can be a double-edged sword."
Sasuke nodded, his expression unwavering. "I know."
Kakashi then turned to Hinata, prompting her to continue. "And you, Hinata?"
Hinata stood up, her cheeks slightly flushed as she spoke. "I'm Hinata Hyuga. I like training, my friends, and cinnamon rolls. I dislike people who judge others and assert their strength on the weak. My hobbies are training and hanging out with my friends. My dream for the future is to unite the main and branch houses of the Hyuga clan."
Kakashi smiled, clearly impressed. "That's a noble dream, Hinata. I believe you can achieve it."
After the introductions, Kakashi leaned back against the wall, crossing his arms. "Alright, I want you all to meet me at Training Ground 7 tomorrow at 7 AM. We'll be doing a survival exercise."
Sasuke frowned, crossing his arms. "We did enough in the academy. Why do we need to do more?"
Kakashi chuckled lightly. "This is different. Your opponent will be me. This test will determine whether or not you become genin or are sent back to the academy."
Hinata looked concerned. "But we passed the academy test!"
Kakashi waved his hand dismissively. "The academy test was just to gauge your potential. This test has a 66% failure rate. Out of 27 graduates, only 9 will pass and become genin."
Naruto narrowed his eyes, determination flaring within him. "We won't fail!"
Kakashi smirked, "Good attitude. But I suggest you skip breakfast tomorrow. Otherwise, you might throw up."
With that, he disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving the three genins standing on the roof, processing what they had just learned.
Sasuke sighed, shaking his head. "We should get some rest for tomorrow. And Hinata, make sure you eat breakfast."
Naruto nodded vigorously. "Yeah! Only an idiot skips the most important meal of the day before a fight! Kakashi only suggested it; he didn't order us to."
The sun rose over Konoha, casting a warm glow on Training Ground 7. Naruto and Sasuke arrived at 7 AM sharp, finding Hinata already waiting there, her hands clasped in front of her, looking a bit nervous.
"Hey, Hinata!" Naruto greeted, his usual enthusiasm shining through. "Ready for our first day of training?"
Hinata nodded, her cheeks slightly flushed. "I'm ready, Naruto."
They waited for thirty minutes, but Kakashi still hadn't shown up. Naruto, growing impatient, decided to take action. That, he created 100 shadow clones, who dispersed into different parts of the training ground.
Hinata watched curiously. "Why are you creating so many clones?" she asked.
"To set traps! We need to be prepared for anything!" Naruto replied confidently before leaping onto a tree branch, settling down to take a nap.
Time passed, and the sun climbed higher in the sky. At 10 AM, Kakashi finally arrived, casually strolling into the clearing. "Sorry I'm late, I got lost on the road of life," he said nonchalantly.
Sasuke and Hinata sweatdropped at his excuse. "You're three hours late!" Sasuke exclaimed, crossing his arms.
Kakashi looked around, noticing Naruto was missing. "Where's Naruto?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.
Sasuke picked up a small stone and threw it into the trees. Moments later, Naruto jumped down from the branches, stretching and yawning. "What did I miss?" he asked, rubbing his eyes.
Kakashi chuckled, shaking his head. "Alright, let's get to the task at hand. Your mission is to take these bells from me before noon. If you can't, you'll be tied to a post and watch me eat lunch."
Hearing none of their stomachs growl, Kakashi frowned, "You'll disobeyed my order to not eat breakfast?" Hinata spoke up, "But you just suggested we skip breakfast, not ordered us to!"
"Good," Kakashi said, a hint of a smile on his face. Hinata then pointed out, "But sensei, there are only 2 bells and 3 of us". Kakashi chuckled, saying, "That's correct, which means at least one of you'll will be sent back to the academy. Now, 3… 2… 1… Start!"
As soon as Kakashi said "start," the three genins disappeared in different directions, each with their own strategy in mind.
Hinata found a hiding spot behind a tree, her heart racing. What if I can't get a bell? she thought, feeling a wave of doubt wash over her. They're both stronger than me. They'll probably choose each other over me to give the bells to if it comes down to it.
Suddenly, she heard a voice behind her. "Hinata!"
She turned to see Naruto, but then realized it was just a clone. "I'm here to take you to the boss!" the clone said, gesturing for her to follow.
Hinata hesitated but decided to trust the clone. "Okay," she said, following it deeper into the forest.
When they arrived, she found Naruto and Sasuke already there, discussing their plan.
Naruto looked serious for once. "I think this test has a trick to it. It's not just about getting the bells," he said, glancing at Sasuke.
Sasuke nodded, his expression thoughtful. "I've never heard of a three-man squad before. It doesn't make sense."
Hinata's eyes widened as she realized the truth. "It's a test of teamwork! We need to work together, even if the situation forces us to turn against each other."
Naruto and Sasuke exchanged glances, smiles breaking out on their faces. "You're right, Hinata!" Naruto exclaimed. "Let's make a plan!"
They quickly devised a strategy, combining their strengths to outsmart Kakashi.
Meanwhile, Kakashi stood in the middle of the clearing, observing the surroundings. He noticed Naruto near the edge of the forest and sped toward him, hoping to knock him out early.
"Got you!" Kakashi shouted, throwing a punch at Naruto.
But Naruto just dispelled, revealing he was a clone. "Nice try!" the clone said, pointing to another Naruto in the distance.
Kakashi frowned, realizing he was being led on a wild goose chase. He dashed deeper into the forest, trying to find the real Naruto, but the clones kept appearing and disappearing, making it difficult for him to pinpoint their location.
As Kakashi navigated through the trees, he suddenly sensed a shift in the air. His instincts kicked in, and he ducked just in time to avoid a kick from Hinata, who had been hiding in the branches above.
"Nice try!" Kakashi said, impressed as he quickly blocked a series of strikes from Hinata, who was now fully engaged in combat. Her Byakugan was activated, allowing her to see his chakra points and anticipate his movements.
Kakashi found himself on the defensive, forced to dodge and block her rapid attacks. He was impressed, noting her skill and flexibility. It was almost like watching a dance, the way she moved gracefully yet powerfully.
Just as Kakashi was about to counterattack, the ground beneath him suddenly turned into a swamp, courtesy of Naruto, who had been hiding in the back. Kakashi leaped into the air to avoid being trapped, but as he did, he saw Sasuke descending from above, his two tomoe Sharingan activated and aimed directly at the bells.
"Got you!" Sasuke shouted, launching a punch toward Kakashi.
Kakashi reacted quickly, catching Sasuke's fist and throwing him down to the ground. Sasuke landed hard but quickly rolled to his feet, ready to continue the fight. However, he froze as he felt a seal array forming beneath him.
Naruto threw a kunai at lightning speed toward Kakashi.
Kakashi broke the paralysis seal just in time to dodge the kunai, which narrowly missed cutting off the bells from his waist. Realizing he was in a precarious situation, Kakashi rushed toward the clearing, not wanting to be caught in any more traps.
As Kakashi sprinted, he could hear the sounds of Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata pursuing him. He glanced at the sun, noting that it was nearing noon. I can't let them get the bells, he thought, pushing himself to run faster.
Just as he reached the clearing, the bell rang, signaling noon. Kakashi slowed down, catching his breath as he turned to face the trio. "I commend you for your effort, but unfortunately, you couldn't get a bell," he said, a hint of disappointment in his voice.
Naruto, however, was grinning from ear to ear. "Not so fast, Kakashi-sensei!" he exclaimed, reaching into his pocket and pulling out the two bells.
Kakashi's eyes widened in shock as he looked at his waist, realizing the bells were missing. "How did you—?"
Naruto explained, "The plan was to lure you into looking into Sasuke's eyes, who cast the Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings. He shifted your entire perception by 2 cm so you wouldn't notice. The kunai you dodged actually cut off the bells!"
Kakashi was genuinely impressed. "You three worked together and outsmarted me. I didn't expect that from a bunch of genin." Kakashi then turned serious, looking at Naruto. "But now, who will you give the other bell to?"
Naruto smirked, tossing one bell to Sasuke and one to Hinata. "You said we all needed to get a bell, not keep it. So, I'm giving one to each of my teammates!"
Kakashi's jaw dropped, astonished at being outsmarted by a genin. "You all pass!" he declared, a proud smile breaking across his face. "You've shown that you can work together, and that's what being a team is all about."
As they celebrated their victory, Kakashi's expression turned serious again. "I want to take a moment to talk about the Leaf Memorial," he said, gesturing toward a nearby area where the names of fallen shinobi were inscribed. "Many of my comrades have their names written there. It's important to remember those who sacrificed everything for the village."
He paused, reflecting on his fallen teammates. "One of my teammates once said, 'Those who do not follow the rules are trash, but those who betray their comrades are worse than trash.' Remember this as you move forward in your journey as shinobi."
"Now, let's meet here tomorrow to start training and missions," Kakashi said, a hint of excitement in his voice.
