He hears a voice,which turns out to be his old friend,Eddy Raja. He tells him about Atlantis,which disappears long time ago.
Nathan Drake was taken to meet with Gabriel Roman and his associate,Atoq Navarro. Along with them is Victor Sullivan. Roman sent them to search for Atlantis.
They make a stop at the Dock to meet with Chloe Frazer. Roman contacts Zoran Lazarevic,a Ruthless War Criminal,who tells him that they'll be on his their trail. The Trio went to Italy where they encountered a Mafia Gang. They blend to find where they keep the map and a Gemstone to Atlantis. They are caught by the Mafia Gang and get into a Shootout. The Boss was shot dead by Harry Flynn.
After they escaped,the Trio took the boat and sail away. Nathan and Chloe are in their Swimsuits(with Drake in Blue Swim Trunks and Chloe in her Black Bikini) and dove in the water. While enjoying a good swim,They share a Passionate Kiss.
Later,They spotted a small island where they place the Gemstone on the sand,which opens up Atlantis. They are later confronted by Zoran,Gabriel,and the Mercenarie,who are planning to steal the Jewel of Atlantis. They are later attack by Mutants of Atlantis and Harry Flynn was killed.
They manage to fight them off,But Chloe was taken by Zoran. Eddy confronts Drake and Sully. Drake begs Eddy that they need to be better,saying he's being used. Zoran,Gabriel,and the Mercenaries arrives and found the Jewel. Eddy held Drake and Sully hostage and aim his gun at them,but with a change of heart,shoots the Mercenary instead. Chloe free herself and fires a grenade launcher,causing the roof to collapse Atoq shoots Eddy for his betrayal.
Eddy fights with Atoq,but gets overpowered. Chloe shoot Atoq in the head,killing him. Gabriel aim his gun at them,but the Wounded Eddy kills him before dying. The Trio tried to escape,but Zoran appears and shoved Sully over the edge. He fights with Drake while chloe rush towards Sully to help him up. Drake quickly gained the upper hand to wrapped his Grenade Belt around Zoran's neck,pulled the pins,and throwing him over the edge as they go off,killing him.
Drake,Sully,and Chloe made it out as Atlantis collapse. Later,They sat at the Diner where Chloe will going to continue her adventure. As they wished her luck,Nathan and Sully keeps on talking about Artifacts.
