After the death of Calypso & Marcus,Dollface,whose real name is Krista Sparks,will turn the city into a Doll City. John Doe learns about Dollface's insanity & must go there. Dollface announces that someone might try to stop by fighting her robot,Iron Maiden.
John meets with Grimm & Raven. He even met twin Siblings,Sophia & Charlie,Axel,who received robotic arms after the accident,& the Roberts siblings,Carl & Jamie,who are ally to Agent Stone. The Contest begins with the Competitors facing eachother. Cousin Eddy kills Simon Whittlebone. Chuckie,Shepard,& Angel are eliminated.
after the first round ended,Sophia & Charlie revealed that their father was Marcus. The Second Round begins. After Eddy kills Colonel Hall,John manage to kill him in retaliation.
Dollface piloted the Iron Maiden and open fire,killing Mortimer Scharf. Grimm,Sophia,Charlie,Carl,& Jamie decided to help John to take her out. Carl sacrificed himself to damage the robot. Dollface detached the robot from the body. John fires the Rocket Launcher at the Iron Maiden,causing the robot head to crash to the ground,injuring Dollface. Sophia accidentally almost killed Charlie during the argument over whether to execute Dollface.
Sophia decapitates Dollface & renames herself as the new Sweet Tooth. John fought with Sweet Tooth. Charlie grabs her by the ankle,allowing John to defeat her. As the police approaches,Sweet Tooth fled. Charlie recovers in the hospital and spent quality time with Jamie. Grimm begin to ride off and John wished him good luck.
Post-Credits:
Sweet Tooth gathers Calypso's former loyalists and declares that the city will be theirs.
