Dark Sighting and Revealing of Brains
Raiden and the Maken-Ki group enter the room to see if they can find anything useful like information on this place and the people who run it, but what they found inside that room was not what they were hoping for.
"Fucking God…" Takeru gasped.
"More like the fucking Devil." Azuki clutched her fists tightly.
"I can't believe what I'm seeing right now." Kimi gulped in fear.
"I'm afraid this is all real from where I'm standing." Minori said in a low firm tone with an angry glare.
"Those people… they would actually do so far into this." Haruko felt disgusted of this horror sight.
Raiden just stood there silence with the anger inside of him raging on with his hand clutching hard onto the hilt of his sword, Yuuka is also silence with rage that she wishes to find the bastards right now and kill them with her own hands.
Within that room everyone is seeing with their own eyes right now is full of brains, cybergenic brains inside glass tubes with liquid stuff, and seeing the eyes moving and some looking at them proves more that these brains are still alive.
"…Can we leave now?" Takeru asked with his eyes covered in shadows.
"Yeah, let's get out of here." Raiden agreed, he didn't want to be in here any longer now and the others didn't complain either.
"Whoever has been doing this sort of naughty thing… will be killed." Yuuka promised with her eyes being that of "I'm now out for blood" look.
"Boris, did you saw that? Those cyborg brain casings." Raiden contacted his boss.
"Da, we saw." Boris nodded, looking like he was about to throw up too but kept himself together.
"The organs harvesting George mentioned, can't believe anyone would do such a thing." Chacha angered of that sight and wanted to crush something right now.
"Yes, this must be why they are trafficking children. Perhaps other organs are being sold elsewhere, but they are definitely taking the brains." Boris stated.
"Fucking damn it, don't tell me those bastards are trying to turn kids into cyborgs." Azuki cursed, hoping her siblings don't end up in this cruel fate.
"Wait—the cyborgs you've been fighting… Did they seem like they might be kids?" Kevin asked.
"FUCKING GOD! You did not just ask that right now! Are you trying to say we've been murdering kids?!" Takeru yelled in anger.
"Takeru, calm down. I'm Kevin didn't mean it like that." Haruko held Takeru close to her for comfort.
"R-Right. Just hear me out, Raiden said that child soldiers have a telltale approach to combat…" Kevin mentioned.
"Yeah, but I didn't it here. Those weren't kids." Raiden pointed out about the cyborgs.
"That maybe a bit of relief, but it still doesn't make me feel better." Azuki said.
"But that still leaves the question if this Desperado group is just doing the surgeries or something else." Yuuka pointed out.
"We've gotta do something about all those brains. And the other kids George and Izumi were talking about." Raiden determined to save any lives that haven't been sniffed out yet.
"Depends if there are any kids left." Takeru worried.
"There has to be, George just escaped a few hours ago and we also found Izumi not long after too. Which means there still might be kids they haven't touched yet." Haruko believed with the timing and hoping for a little miracle.
"True, you guys better get a move on." Kevin nodded before he and Boris hung up.
"Time we got to the bottom of this mystery." Raiden looked over to see cases the appears to be the shape of those dwarf gekko.
"Perfect." Raiden smirked as he looked around until he found one dwarf gekko in one piece.
"Doktor, we found a dwarf gekko and appears to be in top shape." Raiden informed.
"Excellent, you can connect with this one since it's offline from the other servers." Doktor excited.
Raiden taps onto his comm seeing it doing some connection with the little robot for a moment until it started to move and jumps down from Raiden's hand, this spooks the others fearing that it was going to attack but the dwarf gekko went through a vent to the other side of the wall.
"Splendid! It is all ours!" Doktor cheered as Raiden can see what the robot sees through the hologram screen on his comm-link.
"Now, use it to locate a data-input terminal." Doktor instructed.
"Wow, it's like piloting a robot from a video game!" Chacha amazed.
"I just hope the guards don't suspect the robot to be working for us." Kimi worried.
"These guys are pretty jumpy. Any funny business and they might just open fire." Kevin warned.
"And what if they do decide on firing at the robot for, I don't know… being bored or suddenly has a glitch." Azuki asked, shrugging her shoulders.
"Try latching onto the cyborg's head from behind. Then, an electric shock should knock them unconscious." Doktor advised.
"Like one little shock could actually knocked one tough guard out." Takeru scoffed; he'll see it to believe it.
Raiden decided to give that a try having the dwarf gekko move slowly and carefully behind one guard who is just minding his own business and on duty, and then the dwarf gekko jumped onto the guard and shocked him from behind knocking him unconscious.
"Well, I'll be shit!" Takeru shocked.
"How powerful was that shock?" Haruko asked.
"Later, we need to find that terminal." Minori reminded them of the mission.
Raiden have the little round robot move again to search for the terminal room and going up the catwalk path, but then he stops seeing an opening vent for a room of some kind.
"I think we found the terminal room." Raiden said and had the robot jump through the vent.
"Bingo." Raiden smirked as Takeru gave a silent cheer.
"That terminal is most likely designed to download mission data and such into the UGs. Let's try using it to access the lab's server." Doktor advised.
"Finally, we can see who's head we need to bust open in blood!" Minori smirked, pounded her fists into her hands.
"Maybe bust this lab open to while we're at it." Haruko suggested.
The group waited for a moment while feeling a bit lucky that no guard had come to find them since they didn't raise any alarms, but it's only a matter of time before they are discovered.
Then suddenly a cyborg body fell alerting the group, but Yuuka came down stabbing the cyborg in the neck and ripping the head right off.
"Sheesh, you almost made me shit myself." Raiden sighed.
"Same here." Takeru nodded.
"Were there any more guards?" Azuki asked.
"Nope, only this because he saw the room empty and I decided to "invite" him in." Yuuka answered.
"Good to know you're a fast girl who takes the initiative like a badass ninja." Raiden complimented.
"Thank you, keep up with the sweet talk and maybe I might you something from me and the President." Yuuka giggled with her cheeks blushing a bit.
"I think we got a third girlfriend coming." Chacha whispered to Kimi's ear making her blush too.
Azuki was the closest to them and heard all that, she suddenly flinched with her face turning a bit of red.
"Is there something we should know about, Raiden?" Minori teased with a question, and her face is blushing too.
Before Raiden could say anything, Doktor called, and he immediately answered.
"Everyone, I've found something." Doktor said.
"About time." Azuki felt impatient a bit.
"In one of the sentry cyborgs' visual logs. Guess who shows up?" Doktor asked. The question could mean that Doktor has found important information.
"Patch it through." Raiden ordered.
"Right away." Doktor nodded and played the visual log.
The video screen shows the point of view of the cyborg guard walking in the hallway with another cyborg guard and changing position with another to stand guard at the hallway.
"Then send us what you do have. We've already commenced VR training." Bald man wearing a black coat demanded to the old man wearing a white coat behind him.
"The Sears Program?" The old man asked.
"Yup, same one ol' Georgy-boy used on the kids in Liberia. Of course, it's wired straight to the brain now. Feels as real as anything else." The tall bald man explained with a grin.
"Your work is astonishing." The old man complimented with his hands clapping.
"And your work is late. We need to ship before our cover is blown. We've got some assholes snooping around…" The tall bald man informed in a bit of an anger tone.
The cyborg guard looks to the left seeing another tall man wearing a black business coat and appears to be wearing glasses, but the man's face isn't shown with only seeing the backside.
"We just do not have the full quantity yet. Each brain has its own unique requirements. It's not like we can just pop them out with an ice-cream scoop." The old man explained with a bit of joke.
"All right, you've made your point." The other tall man decided to agree with him.
"Thank you for understanding." The old man thanked walking to the front of the tall boss man.
"Send what you have now and destroy any unharvested inventory." The tall boss man ordered, shocking the old man.
"Que?! But… Have you any idea what they cost?" The old man asked.
"Last I checked, vagrant children weren't exactly rare in this part of the world. Millions of them, in fact. You can get more once we've set up a new lab." The tall man revealed this won't be a setback much to them.
"They lead lives of hunger and pain. We're performing a service here—for them, and the cities they burden." The tall man proclaimed such a thing.
"But just gathering the donors required a significant investment—" The old man tried to out point the cost of some big money, but the tall boss man cut him off.
"Yes, yes, you'll get the money. Accounting will be in touch." The tall boss man assured.
"Gracias. I assure you, we will dispose of our inventory the instant we can confirm payment." The old man smiled for this.
"Are we done here? I've got a full slate today… Tecumseh is demanding mistress, and America has suffered long enough." The tall boss man said as he and the tall bald man walked away together.
"Oh yes, sir! Thank you, sir. Let me see you out." The old man thanked.
And that's when the video log ended.
"That guy, I was hoping to run into him again." Raiden growled a bit.
"Which guy, the first one?" Takeru asked.
"Remember the mission I told you guys about when I was in Africa and where Sam was killed? That's the guy who attacked us and killed the prime minister." Raiden revealed shocking the Maken-Ki group.
"Oh yeah, that was definitely Desperado's chief of operations. Goes by Sundowner, the Californian Wildfire." Kevin informed them about the guy.
"Who would have thought we find out this Sundowner guy was involved in this more than even Raiden knows. Talk about a twist of fate." Kimi commented.
"A fate I'll gladly welcome if it gets me closer to the bastard to avenge the African prime minster and Jetstream Sam." Raiden clutched his fists.
"How about we save the revenge for later and worried more about the kids." Haruko pointed out that they may have already started getting those kids.
"I really hope we're not too late." Kevin prayed.
"I think they're still alive, we did find George and Izumi back in the sewers." Minori pointed out.
"She's right, that means the payment hasn't come through yet." Yuuka nodded.
"Maybe, but you heard what he said: they've already started some brains on VR training." Kevin worried for those kids' future.
"We can't give up hope just yet, those kids still got to be alive. Those damn bosses are going to pay for involving the young innocent lives, like how are those boys going to experience the joy of feeling a girl's body is they're nothing but brains!" Takeru angered, this causes the others to sweat drop on this reaction.
"Can't go through one day without being a pervert, can you?" Azuki sighed.
"Well, at least his anger is in the right place and he wants to save those children." Haruko stated but wishes that Takeru would be a bit more serious at times.
"While we continue on with this lab, would you mind if you can find out anything about that boss man in the suit?" Yuuka asked Kevin.
"I'll find out. He definitely seemed familiar…" Kevin said.
"Try if he's American because he definitely seems like one." Minori advised as she has met some American people before.
"Alright, we're going after those kids." Raiden said before hanging up the call.
The Maken-Ki group went off to find where the remaining kids are, going as fast as they could in order to save them before that fucking old man could even lay a finger on them.
But suddenly they got a call from Courtney.
"Guys, bad news… We can't find George nor Izumi." Courtney informed in a worried tone.
"What?" Raiden shocked to hear that the pickup crew couldn't find those two kids.
"What do you mean you can't find them? We send them to the location where we entered the sewer system!" Kimi worried for those kids.
"When the men arrived to pick them up, they said they couldn't find any kids of the description we gave them. Maybe the coordinates Raident sent us were off?" Courtney hoped that's just the case.
"No way, I merged the GPS location of our entry with all my movements data from that point out." Raiden stated that he made sure his movements would be traced only by him and his friends.
"Then this is really bad." Takeru exclaimed.
"You don't think they got to him first?" Chacha asked.
"I don't know… I'll have our guys sweep the area." Courtney said, they'll try to find George and Izumi the best they can.
"Thanks, we better keep moving." Raiden nodded.
The group keeps on moving now in more of a hurry in hopes to make sure George and Izumi are safe from harm, and hopefully those kids aren't even near this place again since they had to go through a lot to get out of here to avoid having their brains taken away.
But when they entered a room, bullets came flying in and a few missiles were fired as well that caused everyone to dodge.
"What the fuck is that?" Takeru asked.
"That's a Grad, hard defense Metal Gear and it's blocking our path. We're gonna need to push it back." Raiden informed as they are hiding from the robot's sight.
"I can handle the pushing." Minori smirked.
Minori went out of hiding and charges right at the Metal Gear Grad while dodging the bullets and missiles, she unleashed a powerful flaming punch that was strong enough to push the Grad over sixty feet away into a wider space. This got the Metal Gear to stand up more and ready for combat.
"Be careful, it got a tough armor to crack." Raiden warned.
"I'm sure we got this." Minori cracked her knuckles.
The big robot fires some bullets which Raiden deflects them with his sword and Chacha made a metal plate bigger and Kimi use her Maken to make it tougher to withstand the bullets, Azuki blitzes to take out the gun on the head. Raiden didn't waste any time to start slicing off the armor on the front.
The Metal Gear backs up with one metal pad outward and swings it hard at Raiden to smack him away, but he parry off the attack and slash at the parts that isn't covered by the armor and Minori goes in throwing in another powerful flame punch that burned everything on the inside and it exploded.
"Wasn't expecting a BBQ Metal Gear today, but I think you might've overcook the thing a bit too much." Raiden commented.
"Well, I wasn't exactly an expert when it comes to cooking." Minori shrugged.

The group have seen the brains in the jars and even learned about the big bosses funding this cruel operation, this gave them more determination to go save the remaining kids before they are killed in the lab.
