Competitive Welcoming Volleyball Party of Tenbi
"AKAYA!" Gen shouted as he burst into the room, pushing Kyoka and Shiraishi aside with Aki and Tomika behind him.
"Gen?" Raiden was surprised that Gen came in like that.
"What in the fucking Hell made you decide to come to Tenbi?" Gen demanded.
"Tomika and Aki, so good to see you again. Hello, Gen." Akaya greeted nicely to the women, and a little less on Gen. Guess he's only polite when it comes to the females.
"Drop the nice act. What's this all about?" Gen demanded again.
"Calm down. The last thing I'm looking for is a fight, especially if it means having to fight someone who is carrying on the fight for Sam." Akaya looked over to Raiden, showing that he knew of Sam as well.
"(Something tells me that he and Sam got along pretty well back in the days.)" Raiden thought figured.
"You see, I'm a new substitute teacher and fighting would be irresponsible. We're going to be working together, Maken Blacksmith." Akaya explained as he walks past him and out of the office.
"Working together? Hey, I'm not finished with you!" Gen was surprised before yelling at him again.
"Oh, it's nice to see that you two can still get along after all these years." Kyoka smiled, oblivious to the tension in the air, she likes it if people could really get along as she hoped.
"Zip it, Kyoka! We are not friends!" Gen yelled, causing the new female teacher to gasp in shock.
"We were the first ones. The first generations of Maken-Ki." Gen reminded Akaya of the group they used to be a part of back in their days as students in Tenbi Academy.
"The first generations?" Furan was surprised to hear that as she and the other members of Maken-Ki came up to the office.
There was a silent moment between Akaya and Aki as the former isn't doing his playful talk like he would when it comes to beautiful women, but this moment feels a little different almost like there is something between those two that happened in the past.
But Akaya broke off the moment and set his sight on Furan.
"Well, where did this gorgeous creature come from?" Akaya asked with a compliment to the girl.
"She's the current boss of Maken-Ki and Student Council President." Raiden answered.
"Ah, so I'm meeting the leader of Maken-Ki of this beautiful generation." Akaya smiled, feeling intrigued of this woman.
"We are Venus, and I do hope we are welcome." Akaya greeted to Furan with a polite tune.
"(He's such a gentleman.)" Furan thought was taken back with how nice he's being towards her, her heart even shipped a beat.
"May I ask, my dear president, would you be kind and show us the Security Committee?" Akaya requested gently.
"Yes, I'd be delighted!" Furan immediately accepted.
"(Whoa, did she actually agree to this guy? I was given the impression that she may have some grudge against men due to her fear of them.)" Raiden thought was surprised to see that Furan is falling for this new guy.
"It's right this way. Follow me." Furan escorted him and his Venus to the Security Committee room.
"Shit, I've only been to this school for like five minutes and I'm already seeing how fun this school is gonna be!" Shiraishi smiled.
"Hey, cool guy with the silver hair! Are things always this dramatic in this school?" Shiraishi asked.
"I guess, we do get fights from the students, and we let them sort out in those fights to make sure they don't get out of hand too much." Raiden explained.
"Now this is getting me excited!" Shiraishi smirked.
"Not to mention just looking at you is making my body feel excited too." Shiraishi flirted a little on Raiden, much to his surprise.
One of the Venus members, the one with the pink hair, spotted Takeru who is confused on what is going on around here and thought of the first thing about him being cute.
"Hey there, you're cute." The pink hair girl complimented to Takeru.
"I hope you're a member of Maken-Ki as well. Nice to meet you." The pink hair girl waved happily at Takeru while walking past him with her friends.
"Nice… Yeah…" Takeru was surprised to see a girl really being interested in him, and Haruko looks a little mad for some reason.
"So, this guy used to be part of your group?" Raiden asked.
"That's right, sweetie. Akaya Kodai." Minori nodded.
"A long time ago, he and I were the very first of Maken-Ki." Gen revealed.
"Guess that would make sense on how you two know each other, but something tells me that he's not much a friend to you anymore." Raiden guessed.
"Yes, there was an incident that happened years ago when most of us were still students here. Akaya distance himself from Maken-Ki and things haven't been the same between us since." Aki explained a little, sharing an expression on her face that it's not an easy past to talk about.
"Alright, I won't bug you with the details." Raiden nodded.
"Just be careful around that guy, you'll never know what fuck up things could happen." Gen advised.
Raiden can clearly see there is more to the story than they're letting on about Akaya and his former days with Maken-Ki, but he said that he wouldn't try to get more info out of them though he would still like to know about the guy.
"Come on, we better go welcome our new friends." Raiden said.
"Hey Raiden, I'll be dropping by at your room later." Minori winked lovely at her young boyfriend.
"Minori." Raiden exclaimed with his face blushing like crazy.
"It's wonderful to see that Minori finally found herself a man before Aki, I guess that makes up for being smaller than her." Kyoka smiled happily for her dear friend.
"Huh? What do you mean by that?" Aki was confused.
(Security Committee Room)
"Well, isn't this nice? Venus is going to be staying with us up until summer break. So, let's do what we can to make them feel welcome." Yuuka said joyfully.
"Why don't you ladies go ahead introduce yourselves individually." Yuuka said to Venus.
"Yeah, okay!" The pink hair girl said excitedly.
"We're usually known as the Twins." The twin girls started themselves off for their group.
"I'm Alilou Finnian."
"And I'm Lilou."
Alilou and Lilou are identical twins with having the same turquoise color eyes, the only difference between them are the hair colors such as Alilou being blonde and Lilou having black hair. They also wear headpiece on top of their heads. Breasts size: A-cup.
"Wow, those girls are as adorable as little candy buttons!" Inaho commented, awe by those twins' cuteness.
"Okay, candy buttons." Takeru said, seeing how Inaho finds those twins to be adorable.
"My name is Demitra Medea. We won't be here long, so let's get along, shall we?" Demitra introduced herself.
Demitra has purple hair, split into long twin tails that reach down to the thighs with a small bun at the back of her head, raspberry color eyes, and is the tallest member of Venus. Breasts size: E-cup.
"You got it! We'll put our roses to the grindstone and make it happen!" Chacha promised, but using the wrong line to say.
"That's not exactly right." Kimi pointed out.
"Doesn't matter, either way. We have to try our best to get along with them, and maybe we can see something out of them as well." Raiden said.
"Oh, have you already decided on one of them joining the harem?" Chacha teased with a giggle and a finger circling on his chest.
"Hey, it's not like that." Raiden stated.
"Hello, I'm Syria Ootsuka. Great to meet you." Syria greeted with a cute smile.
Syria is a beautiful young woman with long pink hair that goes down to her back and above the hips and a curved bang hanging on the left side, and red eyes along with the pupils somehow being heart shape. She also has tiny little fang-like teeth. Breasts size: H-cup.
Himegami looks at Syria, more specifically her chest being big like some of the others in her group and it's making her upset.
"Isn't that perfect, even more big boobs here to make me feel bad about myself." Himegami said in anger.
"Easy there, outer appearance doesn't matter in the long run because what's true to yourself on the inside that counts, and there are other ways of showing a girl up with things you're good at." Raiden stated to calm Himegami down which worked.
Raiden notice that Kengo is being a little quiet and looking at Syria for some reason.
"You okay, Kengo? You have that look on your face that says you've seen that girl before but can't remember what." Raiden asked.
"Yeah, that's about it. I'm trying to remember, but nothing is coming up." Kengo said as he looks at Syria some more.
"I'm sorry, but I hardly feel like I need to introduce myself." The girl with the single long ponytail said with a little high attitude.
"We're not used to associating with your type. You know, people who don't actually have any genuine power." The long ponytail girl stated mockingly.
"I can't help it if I'm not interested in having weak friends—I'm not." The long ponytail girl said.
"(This girl, she's only looking down on us because we go to school here and have few fights while they're the ones who fight outside. Talk about being a cocky bitch.)" Raiden thought glared at this girl.
"That is, like, so beyond rude!" Syria yelled at her friend.
"Her statement was indeed rude. But it's perfectly accurate." Demitra said.
"That was totally rude too, Demitra." Syria scolded her as well.
"Let's be clear. Venus has complained numerous missions across battlefields more dangerous than most have ever seen. We are proud of our accomplishments and have every right to feel that way." Demitra explained of their experience.
"It's as simple as that. You wouldn't recognize a fight if it hit you in the face. It's not your fault though. You can't help that you live in a daycare." The long ponytail girl mocked.
"(Hold on, that almost sounds like Raiden's job with his government friends.)" Takeru thought started to notice that.
"Does that mean you killed people too?" Raiden asked, getting Venus' attention on him.
"When you go out on those missions of yours, do they include having to hunt down someone to stop any incident that involves harming the lives of innocent people. And putting them down for good?" Raiden asked with a serious look in his eye.
"Not to mention the people who worked for those kinds of fuckers you had to go through, do you stain your hands with their blood until you finally get to the boss and end their lives as well?" Raiden asked another question with one raised hand.
"Have those two stain their hands in blood?" Raiden asked, pointing at the Finnian who became shocked with a little fear.
"Whoa, what's with those serious questions? You're kind of scaring me." Syria gulped a little.
"If you're dead serious about those missions, then you must also be prepared to throw your life on the line such as accepting death should it ever comes to that." Raiden said strongly.
"What are you getting up, punk?" The long ponytail girl asked glaring at him.
"Well, Miss No-Name, I'm just not impress with how you so-called "special" unite are behaving like a bunch of spoiled brats. That you have forgotten what it means to be human." Raiden stated.
"Spoiled brats? Listen here, you little fucker! I don't know where you're getting the idea of us in that head of yours, but we are the elite and stronger forces than some stupid schoolgirls." The long ponytail girl was angered by this guy and his words.
"Not from how you two talk big about disrespecting others like they're nothing but trash, because if you are then there is only one thing that makes you and your whole damn group…" Raiden took two steps forward.
"You scums are even worse than trash." Raiden declared.
Hearing that he just called the whole group worse than trash causes some to feel like they've been insulted in the worse way possible, and it's all because of how Demitra and the other girl talked down to Maken-Ki.
"(This man, he speaks calmly about the things he was saying just now and yet has the level of seriousness that any warrior would have when they're on the battlefield.)" Demitra thought felt this from Raiden.
"(I can see it in his eyes, he's like us. He too has fought on the battlefields, and even took the lives of men on a mission.)" Demitra thought figured out what this guy is capable of.
"You… little fucker." The long ponytail girl gritted her teeth in rage.
"Feeling angry, Miss No-Name? That's just the poor truth with cocky idiots like you with a mouth that is worse than your bite." Raiden crossed his arms.
"Oh, it sounds like you're picking a fight with me. Is that it?" The long ponytail girl felt like she could explode at any moment.
"That depends if you're going to wag your tail for us, Miss No-Name." Raiden insulted by calling her that again since she still hasn't given them her name yet.
"Stop calling me that! If this is your way to piss me off to make me spill my name, then congratulations on that. The name is Yan Min, it's going to be the last thing you'll ever hear before I crush you!" Yan revealed her name in anger.
Yan Min has long black ponytail that comes from the side under it reaching to the hips level, and brown eyes. She also wears a Chinese headwear where the ponytail is coming down from. Breasts size: C-cup.
"Do you really think you can talk this way to a Venus member and get away with it?" Yan asked as she was about to march at him.
"Just someone who can show you a thing or two when it comes to fighting for real." Raiden said, lifting up his hand to show that he is holding a piece of one of the Venus' uniforms, a sleeve of a left arm.
"Wha… But that's…" Yan was shocked to see a sleeve that looks like it could be from their uniform design.
"Yan, your uniform! You're missing a left arm!" Syria gasped in shocked.
Yan became shocked more when she looks at her left arm to see that the whole sleeve of her uniform including the big shoulder part is completely gone, and she didn't notice this at all.
Not only that, but she also spotted a very tiny thin cut on her shoulder that was done by a blade from a master swordsman.
"No way… How did…?" Yan was very shocked by that.
"Still think Tenbi is full of weaklings?" Raiden asked sarcastically with a grin.
"Oh yeah, you tell them, Raiden! Looks like you're not all big, are you?" Azuki grinned.
"If you got something to say, then try saying it with your fist!" Yan glared, sparks erupt between the two.
"Oh! Looks like Azuki has a brand-new mortal enemy!" Chacha said excitedly.
"And someday, they'll get to experience forbidden love." Kimi believed like in one of her mangas.
"Uh, no we won't!" Azuki and Yan denied at the same time.
"Hope you don't think I broke the rule about Maken-Ki members attacking each other, Yuuka. I was just proving a point." Raiden said to the Vice-President.
"I can see that, so I think we'll let it slide. But if you're serious about finding out who's stronger, we can always let sports decide." Yuuka suggested.
"What kind of sport are we talking about?" Raiden asked.
(Later, Gym)
"Okay girls, just give me a minute and I'll explain the rules of the game." Yuuka said.
"What we've decided to go with today is your basic three-on-three volleyball match. The first team to get a total of 15 points is the winner. If the score ends up being tied at 14 points a piece, the first team to get a two-point lead wins. Does that make sense to everybody?" Yuuka explained the rules.
"Since this competition is technically considered a part of official club activities, our advistor and school nurse, Ms. Nijou, is going to referee for us." Yuuka gestured to Aki sitting on a highchair.
"I hope I don't mess anything up too bad. I've never been a referee before." Aki said.
"(Well, looks like I've gotten myself into the rabbit hole. Now I just need to help my team get out.)" Raiden thought readied himself as he is on the Maken-Ki team with Haruko and Azuki.

Now Maken-Ki has met the team called Venus as they are the people who goes out in the world doing dangerous missions, just like Raiden does only these girls are cocky and don't show any respect to others who they see as weak. But it looks like Raiden showed them up and will do so again in this volleyball again.
