Beyond Infinity
Chapter 3 : Desire for Darkness
When you fully regained your senses, you realized you were in a large, dimly lit room with no windows. The candles provided a sense of warmth and comfort but the surrounding darkness multiplied your anxiety. Loki's eyes were fixed on you as he scanned your body delicately. You glanced at them while his gaze wasn't fixed into yours, and you couldn't tell if his eye color was blue or green. They entranced you just like his powers could. Except, he never had to use them on you. You had seen his mind control at work and always wondered what it was like to truly be under his control and to be at his disposal, but you pushed the thought away and buried it deep within your subconscious.
"Why do you look so frightened?" Loki sat on the bed and asked with such concern that you weren't sure whether to fight him to get away or actually answer his question. On second thought, fighting wasn't going to work anyway. He was too powerful. With your shared tumultuous history, it was hard to move at all because you were simply stunned. All you could say was, "Maybe because I don't know where I am!" This wasn't like him visiting you in the Avenger's compound where you were safe. You were in an unknown place. Of course, this wasn't the first time, but it didn't mean it felt good. "Why did you bring me here Loki?", you asked.
He looked down as if he regretted his decision to kidnap you. Shouldn't he regret it? He scooted a bit closer. "I thought you would like to talk privately. Away from any prying ears. I didn't want this time to be like the last time." How could he believe this whole situation was appropriate if your involvement wasn't voluntary? Just like the God of Mischief to be inconsiderate to others. Maybe he was counting on you to bend to his will knowing you had no help or knowledge of what was truly going on. You scoffed, "What makes you think I would want to be here? Let me go home!"
"Well we both know that isn't going to happen. At least not yet. I have a few things I want to show you." He got up and walked away, prompting you to follow him, even if you didn't want to. What other choice did you have? Upon his exit from the doorway of the room, he led you down a long hallway with tall windows that spilled blue moonlight onto the marble floors. The corridor felt cold and uninviting. At least you weren't alone. He stopped and turned towards a window, then innocently looked at you and said, "Take a look. I want to see the expression on your face when you see what lies before you." And so you did. It was the night sky, filled with constellations you had never seen before on Earth. Your brows furrowed before you looked him in the eye. "Are we in space?" He nodded. "Isn't it obvious? But the exact location, I can't tell you. I can't risk revealing my position to the Avengers. After all, you are a part of them." You let out a deep sigh. "Then why did you kidnap me?"
Loki rolled his eyes. "I didn't kidnap you. I brought you here to show you what you have been missing on Midgard. I thought it would…" His voice trailed off and escaped into the endless corridors as he peered at the endless folds of space. What did he hope bringing you here would do? Change your feelings about him? About your life with the Avengers? Why would he do this after everything he did in New York? Why not just stay away? His gaze entangled with yours once again. This time, he seemed annoyed. He continued, saying matter of factly, "I wanted to take you away from your incessantly boring life on that putrid planet and realize that you are destined for more." His words conjured a white-hot fire inside your head that made you want to scream and once again declare your desire to return home. But you chose to speak calmly yet firmly in fear of what he may do to you. Besides, you were stuck here without a way back. "I like being part of the Avengers. I know what I do matters. I might not have powers, but they need me. And I need them to stop people like you. Or should I say, monsters like you."
Before you could process what came out of your mouth, your throat was in Loki's grasp. Ever so slightly, he squeezed to remind you of what position you were in: beneath him. Despite his firm grip on your windpipe preventing you from speaking, his own voice was eerily soothing. "Oh, but I'm not a monster. You haven't seen that side of me yet. What I did in the Battle of New York was driven by a higher power. One that you can't imagine. I could make you more powerful than the Avengers but you are too much of a fool to listen to me." He forced you down onto your knees, his hand on your neck still keeping you silent. "What will make you listen? What will make you stay?" Even though you so badly wanted to answer, you couldn't. He wouldn't let you. What were you supposed to do? Maybe you were supposed to bend to his will. Maybe that would get you out. He loosened his grip to allow you to speak, but his hand remained fixed, as if it were a collar to keep you submissive. Your voice was raspy, "I will stay. I will only stay if you let me go in two days. I know the team has been looking for me. I don't know how, but they will find me."
Loki frowned as if he wanted to spit fire, then grinned like a sly cat. He commanded you, "Follow me." And finally, his hold on you was released. He stood you up and led you down the hall, further away from the room you woke up in, and further away from the mesmerizing abyss of space that you didn't even have a change to enjoy. You were weary of Loki's true intentions but you decided to adjust to his presence. You almost forgot that you missed him. Maybe your hatred for him was only a mask you put on to gain respect and trust from the Avengers. You started to wonder what Loki's life was like alone, and wondered if this wasn't such a bad place to be in. After all, he hadn't really hurt you in any way. He only meant to intimidate you for his own personal gain. But what was there to be gained? Only time would tell.
He led you up a grand spiral staircase which seemed to reach the heavens, except, maybe you were in the heavens already. You still had no idea where you were. Truthfully, you were more concerned about how much air you would be sucking once you got to the top of the staircase, if there was an end to it at all. Loki glanced back at you to confirm you were following before pressing on, and you indeed did follow. After a while, each step became more laborious than the last, until you reached the top. And oh, it was a wonder! It was almost as if you were in a penthouse in the void of space, with the ceiling opening to the wonders above you. The star light dazzled onto the obsidian floor and twinkled on your skin, capturing your attention. Just as you had processed how small you felt in the grand scheme of the universe, Loki lead you to the bathroom. There was a colossal tub that appeared to have the capacity for two people, and you wondered if Loki would join you. Yet again, you pushed the thought away. Yet again, your silence cued Loki to interrupt your train of thought. At least he helped you get off the scenario you were eager to explore. "You said I have two days to keep you, so take a bath before you rest. I have left everything you need in here. I shall dismiss myself." And just like that, he vanished.
As you filled the bathtub with warm water and slipped your body inside the space that was designated for you, you were left alone with your thoughts, just like the week before. So much for stuffing them away. You were hoping Loki would distract you with some of his classic monologuing, but that wouldn't have helped anyway. Besides, you would have gotten caught up trying to figure out whether his eyes were green or blue. Or you would have been fixed on his raven black hair, wondering how he kept it so smooth and slick. Or how he never has a wrinkle in his emerald and black drapes. Or how he carries himself with such nobility despite being such a master manipulator. It was in his nature, and you missed it all. Deep down, you missed his visits, when he used to join you in your room without anyone knowing and you never dared to speak a word of it to your friends. It happened only a handful of times, but you always waited for him to come back, even if you pretended to hate him. You took the washcloth and began to scrub all the thoughts away until you felt a particular warmth grow between your legs. Regardless of your desires, you had to maintain your composure. So you finished washing and patted each inch of your body dry before lying in bed and peering at the vast universe. In your head, you began to count the stars like you counted sheep as a child. Sleep almost had you in its embrace until Loki reappeared beside you, standing over you.
His abrupt appearance caused you to let out a yelp. "Loki what the hell! You didn't think to let me know you were going to magically reappear?" He chuckled cutely, "I'm sorry, was I supposed to walk through the doorway? Have you forgotten that this is my domain?" His frankness made you attach your gaze to the floor. He began to undress. "I thought I would keep you company, since you will be here for a while." With each article of clothing dropping to the floor, you fought the urge to look at him. Out of the corner of your eye you could see his figure being revealed. First his coat, then his pants, then his socks. His body was so lean yet muscular. His cool toned skin paired so well with his dark hair and light eyes. You wanted to be closer to him. He climbed into bed with you and his freezing skin against your warm body was quite unpleasant since you were just so close to falling asleep. In fact, it woke you back up. And it awoke what was between your legs once again. "Loki…" you moaned out of frustration. "Why do you have to sleep with me? Don't you have your own room?" He scooted closer to you, pressing his endowment against your stomach. It was clear what he wanted without him saying a word. Was this the real reason he brought you here? Once again, you tried to facilitate a response from him. "Loki. Why are you in my room?" He grinned again. "Oh, but this is my room. And you're in my bed. Shouldn't I have my way with you?"
Before you could respond, he grabbed your neck again and climbed on top of you. This time, when your skin made contact with his, you realized that both of you were warm. Your desires began to resurface but you tried to stop him. "Loki, stop-" Except, he interrupted you angrily. "You're lucky you're in my bed and not isolated in that barren room I wanted to keep you in. I'm taking care of you. Do you know how long it's been since someone has taken care of me?" He licked your neck slowly. "Don't say a word, or you will be punished." Reluctantly, you took his word and let him have his way with you. He rubbed his clothed hardness against you and gave you kisses along your sternum, tracing his tongue around your areola. It hardened as your desire grew. You wanted so badly to take over and get on top of him, but you weren't the one in control. And you would rather him do this to you than to have to explain to the Avengers that you initiated sex with the God of Mischief. You would be barred forever, by everyone.
"You are so petite, and delicate. Of all the Midgard women I've seen, your bosoms and rump are the most disproportionate to the rest of your body. The gods have truly blessed you…" You weren't sure whether to take that as a compliment or as an insult but it didn't matter when he began to suck your nipple. The sensation forced a wave of electricity all over your body, and you could feel Loki smile against your breast. The hand that held your neck moved to your breast and he began to knead it between each of his fingers. His head moved lower before he latched onto your clit outside of your panties. You urged him, "Stop…" but he slapped your clitoris which made you twitch and hold back a squeal. He said "Don't forget what I just told you. Once more and you will regret your own actions much more than I will."
After he finished his sentence, he pulled his manhood from his underwear, slipped your panties aside, and teased your entrance. "How moist you are… I bet you've wanted it since the moment you woke up here." You wanted to confirm his belief but remembered what your order was. He pushed against your wet opening and began to enter you and stretch you to accommodate his girth. More gentle moans escaped your lips and before you knew it, a groan escaped his mouth as he reached your depths. Slowly, he thrusted. In and out… In and out… You could feel him grow harder with each movement, massaging your insides, making them eager for more. He leaned down to whisper in your ear, "I knew you wanted this, otherwise I wouldn't be doing it." You didn't think you could get so wet at the sound of his voice.
He flipped you over and began to pick up the pace. "Your filthy cunt was so horny, I could smell the stench without even being here." You moaned as he slapped your behind, which left such a pleasant tingle that you craved another spank. You turned around and asked, "Have you been reading my-" but you forgot what your order was and you were silenced when he pushed your head face down into the pillow and began pounding you from behind. It never occurred to you that he could put so much force into his thrusts. It drove you mad in the best way. Maybe his punishment wasn't such a bad thing. Maybe you wanted to test him. "LOKI!" You yelled from the pillow. He put his hand on your neck again and squeezed so tight you blacked out.
Everything was hazy when you regained consciousness, but he was still pounding you from behind. He was making sounds that you never heard him make, which made your hole splash water all over the sheets, staining them. Just when you thought you couldn't take anymore, he pulled out and came so hard that his juices hit the wall above your head. It was odd not hearing him catch his breath. He was Asgardian after all, regardless of his true origins. No man on earth could last as long as he did without desperately trying to suck in more air once he was finished. Loki flipped you over to look at you. "I told you, you would regret it if you disobeyed me again." But you didn't regret it. Instead of telling him, you replied, "Yes sir." Loki laid beside you and massaged and caressed you until you got sleepy again. He said quietly, "And yes, I was reading your mind. How would I have known what you wanted if I couldn't?" Both of you peered into the void once again before another concern popped into your mind. What would you tell the Avengers once you returned? How would you explain this to Thor, who had no idea his brother was alive after Asgard was destroyed? How would you be able to look Steve in the eye knowing you betrayed him and everyone you cared about? You figured it wouldn't make a difference if you simply didn't tell them. What they didn't know wouldn't hurt them.
