Team Avatar was taking a break after chasing down and capturing Equalists, they were having a snack.
"I wonder what time it is?" Korra said. "Becuase I don't have a watch."
"Me neither." Asami said and asked. "Do you have one, Mako?"
"Nope." Mako and then asked his brother. "You got one, Bo?"
"I sure do." Bolin replied.
"Well then what time is it?" Mako asked.
Bolin held out his wrist which had three watches which surprised Mako, Korra and Asami.
"Let me see its about uh-"
"Hey wait what's the idea of three watches?" Mako cut him off and asked.
"That's how I tell the time." Bolin answered simply.
"How can you even tell time from three watches?" Asami asked.
"Well you see this one runs ten minutes slow every two hours." Bolin explained by pointing at the watch on the left side and then the one on the right. "This one runs twenty minutes fast every four hours."
"What about the one in the middle?" Korra asked.
"Oh that's just broken and stopped at 2'oclock." Bolin replied.
Korra, Mako and Asami sweatdropped at that.
"Anyway how do you even tell the time from it?" Korra asked.
"I take the ten minutes on this one and subtract the twenty minutes on that one then dived by two in the middle." Bolin explained while gesturing to the watches
"Well what time is it now?" Mako asked.
Bolin then took out a pocket watch from his pocket.
"Eh ten minutes till four." Bolin finally answered.
Of course that got Mako, Korra and Asami face fualt by it.
