Robin's POV

"Tati, Mami, what do you think will happen if I still went with you?" I asked. My body was getting tired. I couldn't move my arms, or even lift my head.

Glancing at her husband, Mami said, "If you still went with us, you will never be able to fulfill your destiny."

"Why do you ask, Fiul?" Tati added

"I just feel tired and maybe I should just go with you."

"Pasăre Mică, you must listen to me." Mami said with concern. "If you're feeling tired now, it means that you are already giving up. It means that you are going to be dead soon."

"You must make your decision soon, otherwise you won't be able to make a choice." Tati said

"I still that self doubt. What if I fight and it would be in vain? What if I still loose? What if the Moors goes into turmoil because of me?"

"Dick, don't think bout that now. You are so scared to mess up in the future, that it's clouding your judgements. Instead of thinking about what will happen in teh future, think about what you can do for now. And yes, you will make mistakes, but the one thing that you have never been able to accomplish, was to give up." Mami encouraged.

"Remember when I was teaching you how to do the quadruple somersault on the trapeze, what I said?" Tati asked.

I nodded.

"I said, don't worry about tommorrow, it will worry about itself. Don't be afraid. Let yourself soar. "

"Your mother and I will have to leave now, but we trust that you will know what to do." Tati and Mami then got up, gave me one last hug, and left.

"You're right. I was never one to give up, and I won't start now." I said to myself. With determination, I slowly got up and walked to the door. When I reached the handle, I tried to get it to open but it wouldn't budge. But I knew that it wouldn't be easy. After a several attempts, it then hit me. This is my subconscious. This means that I could do whatever I want. Feeling my magic beginning to surge, I forwarded the blast to the door. The energy shattered the door, and bright light began to shine through the opening. Taking a step out of the trailer, I opened my wings and, with a nice thrust, flew out.

Normal POV

Batman just finished delivering a punch to another human guard. "Hold on Robin!" he yelled over the chaos.

"It's too late." Ingrid's voice sounded close, "Your bird is dead." She then let out a evil gleeful laugh.

Full with rage, Batman lunged at her, planning to deliver a punch to the nose. He was just about to punch, when she flipped out of the way.

Looking at Batman's scowl, Ingrid knew that he was a little shocked, "Come now, do you really think that I was just a helpless lady of the court." Ingrid then released a round house kick to Batman's gut, but since he was Batman he was able to avoid it. Their fight was mostly just made of kicks and punchs that they both avoided. Meanwhile, the rest of the League didn't have it that easily. The Young Justice team had joined the fight, so while Batman and Ingrid had their dispute, the rest of teh League was trying to defend themselves, while trying not to hurt their protégés in tehd process.

"Kid!! Snap out of it!" Flash shouted to his nephew as he coutinued to block the swings that Wally threw.

"M'gann, you have to get out of here. You could die because of the extreme heat." But Superman's pleas were ignored. Miss M continued to throw boulders and rocks at the Kryptonian with her telekinesis. While Superman and Flash was taking care with some members of the Team, the Arrows and Black Canary were trying to deflect the oncoming ogres and goblins. Wonder Woman and Hawkwoman was was dealing with the flying griffins. "Great Hera!! This is surely the work of Hades and Ares!!" Wonder Woman shouted as she slayed another on of the flying creatures.

"You're telling me. We didn't bring nearly enough backup!!" Hawkwoman agreed.

"With all these creatures, we will never get to Robin!"

"Connor!! Stop this at once!! You are the one who doesn't like being told what to do, but here you are. You're letting Klarion control you." Black Canary tried to reason with the angry clone. Letting out a roar of anger, Superboy came running towards her. Letting out a Canary Cry, Dinah was able to divert his course. "Has anyone seen Aqualad?" Artemis questioned.

"What does it matter, we're already having enough trouble with the others!!" Red Arrow shouted back. After releasing a arrow, with his back turned, Roy was tackled by Aqualad.

"ROY!! WE'RE OUTNUMBERED!! WE NEED TO FALLBACK!!!" Artemis shouted

"NO!!! WE HAVE TO GET ROBIN!!" Green Arrow shouted back.

March 25th, 1330 hrs, Battlefield.

"Batman, why must you resist?" Ingrid's voice rang out. "You're son is serving such a great thing!!"

"Bastard!! You are killing a child!! For what? To serve Klarion!!" Batman ground out.

"Insolent Bat!! You could be serving Klarion!! With you son's power, Klarion would be able to give you anything you desire. He would give you back you're parents."

"How do you know about my parents?!" Anger rising, Batman lunged at Ingrid and swept her off her feet.

"Sweet Bruce, I know everything!" With that distraction, Ingrid was able to wrap her legs around the Bat's neck, flipped him over on his back, and held him into a chokehold. "Your Bird will die at the hand of Klarion!!"

"You... will ne-never... win!!" Batman choked out. Darkness was starting to overtake him, but then he felt the pressure on his trachea dissipate.

Robin POV

It took me a while, but I was finally able to escape my subconscious. As I slowly opened my eyes, I grimaced at the burning feeling in my chest. Looking down I saw that my magic was slowly healing my body. The burns that were occupying my chest started to fade away. The lacerations on my arms and legs were closing by themselves. While this was taking place, I saw that I was still surronded by smoke, but the pain was slowly going away. Then I heard it. The screams of my friends and family. That really pissed me off. With the growing rage, I missed the smoke, that once was trying to kill me, I was absorbing it. My strength was ten fold. I ripped through the chains that held me to teh post. My wings spread out and green energy started to flow through my veins. I shot through the smoke and looked at my surroundings. The first thing I saw was griffins were holding Aunt Diana and Aunt Shay by their throats. Slowly they were gripping tighter and tighter. Those monsters were planning to break their necks. With the anger that was pulsing through my veins, I released the energy. With perfect aim, he griffins fell, but so did Wonder Woman and Hawkwoman. Diving down, I was able to catch Diana and Shayera. Usually I wouldn't be able to catch two people, but since my magic is right now at it's peak, I have more strength. Setting them gentlely on the ground, I waited until at least one of them opened their eyes.

"Dick?" Aunt Diana asked,

"It's me, Aunt Di."

After my confirmation, Diana fully woke up and started to check me over "Are you alright?" She asked.

"I'm fine. I have to go, so make sure that Aunt Shay wakes up and be safe. There is a lot of crap going on around here." Without waiting for a response, I flew away. The next person I saw was Superman drowning in a sea of monsters. Using my wings, I made a powerful blast of wind. Most of the creatures were knocked off, and those that weren't were easily taken down by Clark. "Dick!!" Clark said joyfully. I smiled back at him, but before anything else could be said, I was flung to the side. Rushing over to my side, Clark's hand started to flutter around my body, trying to find anything broken. "Clark, I'm fine." Looking up, I saw Miss M. Her facial expression was blank, and her eyes were clouded over.

"Dick, what are you doing?" Superman asked me. In my hands was a ball of energy.

"Don't worry." I didn't even know that language, but I recited an ancient Moor spell, then shot the blast into the sky. The blast pulsed through the sky before it diseppeared. Immediately after, M'gann started to fall. But before she could reach the ground, Superman caught her. Her eyes fluttered opened, and you could see on her face that she was confused.

"What's going?" her voice was a little hoarse, but she was still able to be understood.

"Robin, did something. He broke you from Klarion's control." Superman explained.

"Robin!!" Miss Martian exclaimed excitedly.

"Yeah Miss M, I'm here. Superman, take her to her uncle. If she stays in this heat for any longer, her body could fail." I commanded

Picking up the Martian, Superman and Miss Martian was out of sight. now I have to make sure that teh rest of the gang was alright.

Black Canary's POV

I was in the middle of fending off Superboy when the blast happened. Once the energy started to dissapate, I watched as Superboy began to fall forward. I tried to catch him, but he was just too heavy. Once he was on the ground, I began to look for any signs that he may be injured. The search was ended when he began to wake up.

"Connor, Are you good?"

"Yeah. What the hell happened? Why are we in a battlefield?"

"That's a long story, all we know is that Klarion put you, Kid, Miss Martian, and Kaldur under some sort of mind control."

"He did what?!" Superboy said through gritted teeth.

"Alright, I need you to keep your head. There is still a battle going on." Nodding, Connor turned around, ready to face the horde.

Flash's POV

This was getting kind of boring now. I have been trying to catch Wally, btu whenever I got close, he'd always run away. In the beginning it was easy. But I haven't been able to eat anything yet. Then there was still the creatures that wanted my head. I was tired, but I kept on persevering. I was finishing up some dark elves when the flash a green energy appeared. I was wondering what was up with that when Robin came flying towards me with a unconscious Kid entow.

"Robin, whatthehellwasthat? Yousawthatright? What'swrongwithKid?"

"Barry, Chill. I made that blast." As he shrugged, Robin continued, "It was a spell to release whoever was affected by Klarion's brain games." Robin spat out with disgust. "And KF passed out because his sugar is low. I could provide both of you energy, so that you will be able to get through this fight, though it won't be anything like having food, it's better than nothing."

"Do it." I told him. I was willing to do anything to get this awful feeling out of my stomach. Speaking a language I've never heard of, Robin cast the spell. After he was finished, I felt my energy come back to me. In all honesty, I felt like I have more energy then I usually get with food. That kid's magic surely packs a punch. "It wasn't me!" Wally's voice shrieked. Looking over I saw that Robin already left.

"Hey Kid, ready to do a little clean up?"

"You bet. But may I ask, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!" Wally shouted while waving his arms in the air.

"Long story. I'll fill you in later. Right now, we need to take care of these ugly thing." I gestured to the ogres that were coming towards us. Getting ready, Kid and I was read to kick some fairy butt.

Roy's POV

When Aquald tackled me, I was concerned. Just so you know, I wasn't scared. But while I was fighting with Kaldur, and Artemis was trying to pull him off. The once smokey and cloudy battlefield had a bright green tint to it. As soon as it came, it left. But no longer did I feel Aqualad trying to harm me. When I looked at him, he was unconscious. Throwing him off, I saw Robin flying overhead. Letting out a whoop, I continued to help with the battle.

Robin POV

As I was flying over the field, I was watching for anyone that needed help. But then I heard it. I heard Bruce struggling. I soared down, bringing down a few griffins with me, and started to fly as fast as I can to find Bruce. Then I saw him. He was being choked to eath by that bastard, Ingrid. Letting out a hiss, I flew boosting my speed and tackled her. I looked back to make sure that Bruce was alright. Once I was sure that he was fine, I turned my attention to the witch in my grasp. "You will never touch my father, or family again!" I whispered into her ear. Slowly I raised my right hand and felt the surge of power collecting there. Finally the energy was dangling at fingertips. All I had to do was aim and release. I placed my hand right next to her head. The green fire was licking her head. "Do it boy!!" She growled.
