"Robin, Don't do it!" Turning my direction, I saw Batman standing there with his hand supporting his ribs. His cape was slightly ripped, and his scowl was ripped around the neck. He had a split lip, and he had a few lacerations down his legs and arms. "Robin, don't do it!" He said warningly.

Slowly I let my power die down. Getting off the bastard, I turned towards Batman. "I'm sorry," I said in a low voice. Getting down on one knee, Batman opened his arms. Getting the memo, I flew into his arms. "I'm sorry! I was just so angry that someone would hurt you!" I sobbed.

"Robin you have nothing to be sorry for. You stopped yourself. You didn't kill." Batman soothed, "You fought against the urge. I couldn't be prouder." Looking over his shoulder I saw that the rest of the supers were trying to make their way towards us, but weren't getting too far because of the army that just kept on coming. "I suggesting that we should go help them." I whispered.

"Yes, you're right. You would think that a group full heroes with powers would know how to handle themselves without the help of a bird and bat." Batman joked.

"B, you made a joke." I laughed. As I turned around and faced the horde, I was ready for a fight. But then I felt it. Looking down, I saw a arrow protruding out of my gut, my legs then gave out. Everything seemed to be happening in slow motion. I watched as Batman looked at me, and I watched as that damn red powder started to cloud over me. "Robin!!" Batman yelled. Just before my head could hit the hard ground, I felt hands grab me. But by then it was too late. I felt as my wings started to burn. I felt as my skin began to disintergrate. I felt as my insides started to disappear. It was getting harder and harder for me to breathe.

"Robin!! Hang on!!" Batman shouted to no avail.

"I love... you." I was barely able to get the last part out before I disappeared into dust.

Normal POV

"NO!!!!!" Batman shouted with all his might. One hand began to grab the flakes and began to ground it into tinier particles, while the other gripped Robin's utility belt. It seemed as though the entire world has stopped.

"We Won!!!" Shouts of joy erupted through the field. Ogres, griffins, elves, men, and everything that served Klarion erupted with cheers of victory. The cries of victory died down, and the creatures left the field, leaving the supers confused.

"Batman!! What in Zeus's name happened?" Diana asked, but then she bit her lip hen she saw the golden utility belt between the Bat's fingers. "Bruce, I'm so sorry." She said remorsefully.

"Hey, what happened?" The two Flash's made it there.

"Bat's what's that?!" Kid Flash asked as a rhetorical question, hoping that it wasn't true.

"Robin's utility belt." Batman said in less than a whisper. Immediately Wally broke down in tears. "No it can't be true!! It can't be happening!" While he was being consoled by Flash and...suprisingly... Artemis.

"Connor, what's going on?!" Miss Martian asked over the telepathic link, "Why can't I feel Robin anymore? What happened?"

"M'gann, Robin's... gone." Connor replied as his voice cracked.

March 25th, 1743, Javelin

"NOOOOO!!" M'gann all of a sudden screamed

"What is the matter, M'gann" Martian Manhunter asked.

"Uncle J'onn, Robin is-is," but M'gann couldn't bring herself to say it, she just let out a sob. Pulling his niece into a embrace, Martain Manhunter thought about what his niece had just said. Without him knowing, two tears slipped out.

Klarion's courtyard

"Batman, we need to go." Superman whispered.

But those words made Batman snap, whipping around, Batman grabbed the Kryptonian by the throat and slammed him into a piece of wall that was part of the debris. "Say that to me again Clark." The Dark Knight growled, striking fear into the Kryptonian's heart. "Go on, say it." Batman let out a low guttural growl.

"Batman, let him go." Green Arrow reasoned, "Robin..." but, unfortuantely, Green Arrow was thrown back by the Caped Crusader.

"Batman, that's enough." Diana said in a firm voice.

"I could've saved him!" Batman whispered, low enough that Superman had to make a effort to hear. "I could've... should've done something."

"There was nothing that you could do." Canary said gentlely.

The silence remained for a time before someone let out a annoyingly long yawn. "Ugh, so many emotions. He's dead. Get over it."

Recognizing that voice anywhere, Kid Flash swung around, looked up, and saw the lord of chaos just lounging in a magical throne. "Klarion!!" Following the teen's gaze, the League and Team saw the boy.

"Klarion, bring him back now!!" Batman shouted.

"No can-do. He's dead. There is no way for him to come back."

"There was only one fairy, who came back from the dead, and she's been dead for ten thousand years." Ingrid laughed

"Why did you take him, you son of a...?"

"Roy! Language!" Canary interrupted.

"Well, I woke up after I felt the connection disrupted. Then I felt that part of my magic was missing. Then I realized that, that little brat escaped, and was beating my men. So I thought, if I couldn't get that power, then it shouldn't live."

"So you take a life of a innocent boy. Not even lived a life yet." Artemis yelled. Her eyes portrayed hatred.

"That boy was a gypsy." Ingrid's voice broke in with disgust, "Thievery, evilness, betrayal, deceit, selfishness, ran through that boy's veins."

Blood boiling, Connor shouted, "Don't you talk to him like that!!!!"

"Yeah, I've known Rob for five years!!" Kid Flash shouted, "Not once has he ever portrayed what you're saying about him."

"I've known him for seven years!" Flash said, enraged, "HE WAS NEVER SELFISH, HELL, HE WAS SELFLESS!!"

Klarion pretended to be asleep, snored as loud as he could, "Huh? Oh, I'm sorry. I must have fallen asleep?"

"Oh, that's it!!" Red Arrow yelled, shooting an explosive arrow, Red Arrow watched it soar. It was just about to hit, but then a unknown force diverted it's course. The explosion was only a few feet away from Klarion, but he acted as if nothing ever happened.

"Nice try." Klarion said, giving off a evil grin. Klarion called out his guards. "Guards get the supers and take them to the guillotine." Out of nowhere a bunch of human and monstrous guards attempted to grab the supers.

"Flash, my energy is drained. I won't be able to get away." Wally told his uncle

"With Robin gone so goes his magic."

"Get them." Ingrid commanded.

"Yeah, and take her too." Klarion simply added.

"What?!" Ingrid was then taken away by a giant.

"We got get out of here." Superman yelled,

"Sorry Superman, but I want to make sure that not even you escapes. Can't let you tell the rest of the League about me, especially that Doctor Fate." Throwing a piece a green kryptonite at the super, Klarion let out a evil laugh.

"Robin, I'm sorry." Batman said one last time, before letting himself become the Batman once more. Wally was just about to get caught when he felt his speed return to him ten fold.

"Flash my energy is returning!!" Wally shouted joyfully. Rushing over to Shayera, Wally knocked off the goblins that were attempting to break her wing.

"Was you wing usually that strong?"

"No, but ever since Robin healed it, it seemed to be stronger."

"Kid," Flash shouted, "Help the others."

"Oh right," running over to Artemis, Wally pushed off the elves.

Rolling his eye, Klarion encased the supers in a box. Superman tried to shoot his laser beams, but it wouldn't budge. "Don't waste your breath. Not even the strongest material and magic can escape." Klarion laughed.

"Ugh," Wally groaned. He had just got his energy back, and now he was trapped in a stupid box. Then he felt someone's elbow jab him in the ribs. "Ow!! Dude!!" Wally whined to Roy. "Look dingbat." Following where Roy was pointing he and everyone else in the cube looked at the area where Robin died. The area was beginning to stir, like there was a little tornado forming, but along with the dirt was a little mixture of green and golden magic.

"Could it be?" Batman heard Wonder Woman ask. But he wasn't paying attention, he was too focused on his heart beating and the hope that his son may come back.

"What are you rats looking at?" Klarion asked annoyed. Looking behind him, Klarion saw the dirt and energy grew. There was a little explosion, and as the smoke cleared their was a giant phoenix.

Inside a prison cell.

"Impossible," Ingrid gasped as she watched through the prison window.

Outside the prison

"What is that?!" Artemis gasped.

"I think that's.." getting a better look Superman gasped, "Dick."

"Are you sure?" Black Canary wanted to verify that, that phoenix was their bird.

"Yes, I'd recognize him anywhere." Wonder Woman said confidently.

The phoenix then turned it's sight on the team. Looking up into the sky, the Phoenix screeched. Seconds later, the bird directed his gaze to Klarion. "Heh, hey, birdie, sorry about the whole killing you thing. Can't we let bygones be bygones." Looking at the bird's enraged blue eyes, Klarion let out a sheepish giggle. Seeing that the Phoenix was about to do something, Klarion jumped off his throne and started to flee. But no matter how fast he ran or made portals, he could never outrun the bird.

"Kick his butt, Dickie." Roy shouted. By that time, all the guards and men came out to see the commotion. Seeing a ancient phoenix in the sky was by far the wildest thing they had ever seen. The Phoenix then released another ear splitting screech.

Fae Hideout

"Did you hear that?" Asked one of the generals

"I did, I could feel my magic returning." another agreed. Raising his hand, they watched as his magic started to whirl around his hands.

"The Phoenix has risen!!!" Another general shouted.

"Then let us go. The Phoenix has callen!" With battle cries and grunts, the Fae flew back to their home.

Klarion's castle.

"Don't just stand there, you fools!!" Klarion cried, "Bring me that bird's head."

"We have to get out of this box!!" Artemis exclaimed, "We have to help Robin."

"Uh Arty, I think that we should stay in the box." Wally replied with a touch a fear behind his voice.

"Don't tell me that you're now getting scared!"

"Artemis, Look!!" Aqualad shouted. Turning her attention to where everyone else's, Artemis saw as the sky was filled up with fairies and Dark Fae.

"That's why Dick released that screech." Black Canary said, awestruck, "He was calling for the Fae."

The Phoenix raised it large wings then forcefully pushed them down, pushing a gust of wind at the men. Taking it as a go, the fairies flew into battle.

"Guys, what's going on?! Are you okay?! Uncle J'onn and I heard the screech! What was that?!" M'gaan's voice broke over the mind link.

"Miss Martian, tell Martian Manhunter to fly the Javelin over here. Dick'll need all the help he can get." Kaldur said

"On it!" M'gaan voice was trying to keep her voice level, but on the inside she was rejoicing.

"Who were you talking to?" Green Arrow asked, noticing the Team's expressions

"I told Miss Martian to bring the Javelin here." Kaldur explained.

"Uhm, What's Dick doing?" Shayera asked to nobody in particular. The bird turned it's direction to the cube that contained the supers, with the flap of it's wing, green pulsating energy got sent out. The energy cracked the cube, and with a few more strikes, the cube shattered.

"Well, I don't about the rest of you, but I'm going to help." Kid Flash announced. Running off, Kid Flash and Flash started to deliver punches and kicks to anyone that got in their way, that wasn't on Dick's side.

"What are we waiting for?" grabbing her mace, Hawkwoman flew into the sky to attack the griffins. Flying with her, Wonder Woman was able to join her beat the crap out the monsters. As the rest of the heroes dispersed, the Javelin came into view. With Martian Manhunter piloting and Miss Martian at the controls for the weapons, little would be able to get away.

"Idiots!!" Klarion screeched. He started to back away from the fight, but then he felt someone behind him. Whipping around, Klarion came face to face with the head generals of the Dark Fae. As they started to get closer to him, he slowly backed away, only to run into the Phoenix.

"Listen, if you destory me, then you'll have to rule. Do you really think that you're ready for that?" Without receiving a answer, Klarion felt himself being lift up. There was magic bonds that tied him up, not knowing what else to do, Klarion called for Teekl. But the demon cat was already in the hands of the Fae, and bound to magic preventing chains. Accepting his fate, Klarion faced Robin. Taking it as a sign to get on with it, the phoenix made a portal.

"You will live the rest of your days in prison." one of the elderly Fae explained, "You will trapped there until the day you die. Unlike the ones Doctor Fate has given you, you will have no access to magic. You and all who served you live there for the rest of your days."

"You... you can't do that! This world needs chaos!" Klarion defneded

"This world has plenty of chaos, without you making it worse." Turning towards the Phoenix, the elderly woman said, "When you are ready my king." The Phoenix gentlely flapped it wings, sending the cat and Klarion through. Slowly everything started to disintergrate. All the things that Klarion made, his castle, his lava river, his guards, his monsters that served him, all started to be pulled into the portal. "You will regret this!!" Klarion threatened as his final words. The portal then closed in on itself, with a little boom, it was finshed. Slowly the dark clouds started to fade away, and replacing it was the bright and beatuiful sky.

Deeming it safe, Miss Martian and Martian Munhunter flew out of the ship.

"M'gann!" Artemis raced over and gave her hug. Even though it was very ublike her, she didn't care. Their long lasted fight with Klarion was over. They no longer had to worry about him. Wally raced over to his fellow red head. Clark and Diana was rejoicing. Green Arrow and Black Canary shared a quick kiss. And even Hawkwoman cracked a smile, as she watched the fairies and fellow winged creatures. But Batman, Batman didn't even smirk, he just watched as the Fae generals and Phoenix conversed.

"Why do you think that this land is still dead?" M'gann asked Diana. Looking around, the Teams saw that the land still had no foliage or anything pretty in that nature.

"It's because Klarion drained the Moor's of it's magic." A pixie replied.

"Thistlewit!!" M'gann shrieked happily. Their little reunion was cut short when they heard another screech. They saw Dick pointing to the sky with his beak adn releasing a few more screeches. Dick then flew up a little of the ground. He started to form a giant energy ball between his feet. With great force, Dick landed back on the ground. The magic was absorbed into the ground. Seconds later, the green grass started growing once again. The trees started to bloom, the lake water started to clear, and fairies got their magic back.

"Wow! I've never seen the Moors." Roy gasped.

"Look," Flash pointed out. The Phoenix started to disappear. Magic began to surround it. When the magic lifted, there stood in it's place, was Dick. Dick was dressed a nice and long garment, fit for a king. His wings were as big as they used to be, as they covered his back. In his hand was a staff. It was black, and lean. It seemed like it was meant to be a bo staff. Feeling his heart soar, Batman raced over. Meanwhile, Robin was flying as fast he could over, since there was quite a distance between the two. They both met in the center, and Batman grabbed his son and engulfed him into a hug. The biggest he has ever given to someone. "Dick!" The Bat cried out quietly.

"It's okay, I'm here." Turning to face Batman, Dick smiled. Turning around, Batman and Robin face the rest of the League and Team.

"Wow, without Robin here, everything goes to crap." Robin joked. Without much warning, the two teams engulfed him into a hug.

"My King, we should probably starting going over the damage and make sure everything is accounted for." A Fae advised. Breaking from the hug, Dick stood in front of the fairy.

"Fandrall, for the first order of business it to make sure that all the fairies could go back to where they would normally live." Robin said in a stern tone. Completely diminishing the child that was there a few seconds ago. "Once we are done with that, then I want to make a alliance with the Justice League. We have resources that could greatly influence them, and they would be able to help with any other damage or attacks that the future may bring."

"But, sire, we have never done that before. How can know to trust them?" Fandrall asked

Gesturing for the Leaguers and Team to come forward, Robin continued, "These men and women helped me throughout my life. I deem them trustworthy enough." Robing turned to the heroes, "This way, I could still rule the Moors and help you on missions. The Moors has advances in medicine that could greatly help, and the League has technology that could hide the Moors from the outside world."

"I don't see why not." Diana replied, looking over at Batman.

"Agreed. We shall make a alliance with you." Batman said with a smirk at on his lips.

"Perfect. We could go into more detail later, but for right now, do you think that you will be willing to take a tour?" Robin said playfully.

One last Chapter. Sorry if Robin dying was a little sucky. I hope you guys liked the story. One last chapter. Later.
