"Start talking", White Fox glared. Ghost Spider took in a deep breath before her explanation.

"So…I left my home to deal with vampires".

"And where is this home?" chairwoman Gina Jung asked as she was suspicious. Most were trying to identify whatever expression Ghost Spider was making under her mask.

"America. I was on a vampire hunt and knew I needed to travel abroad to foil their plan. I was after this vampire, and I got him, but… " Ghost Spider looked down and fidgeted with a pen. "I lost them to this di—this country. I need to find him."

"Does this vampire have a name?"

"Salvan, I think…" Ghost Spider said with obvious uncertainty. White Fox could tell she wasn't being frank. "So, I'll go look for this vampire and you guys can do your own Chinese secret agent thing—"

"This 'agency' is South Korean. And you're not leaving until you have earned our trust", White Fox growled as she pushed the hooded hero back down to her seat.

"How long is this interrogation movie scene going to last?" Ghost Spider retorted.

"We could get some torture devices", White Fox grinned as she glanced at Gina. Ghost Spider's lenses widened.

"You're bluffing".

"If you still want to use your legs I suggest you start cooperating".

"I'd like to see you losers try", Ghost Spider laughed. "I'd talk, but not the whole story because my reasons are none of your business".

Ami grumbled as she could tell Ghost Spider had a feeling they didn't exactly know how to get her to cooperate. It was even worse to know that she was defiant and rebellious.

"So can I head back to my prison cell?"

"No", White Fox and Gina snarled in unison. "You are going to be in this room with us for the whole day if that's how long it will take, " Gina said. Ghost Spider placed her legs on top of the table and leaned back on her chair with folded arms.

"Okay…well, do you want me to start with how they started killing people, or must I start with their weaknesses?"

White Fox glared, "You can give us both answers", she gritted.

"Well, these human ticks want to conquer the world".

"Tell us how".

"They use a type of serum. From a specific type of bat DNA".

"These vampires are not supernatural?"

Ghost Spider scoffed, "You say that as someone who likes fairytales".

"Then explain like you're a science expert", Fox motioned.

"Do I look like a nerd?"

"That would be a good combination with kawaii. It's written all over your costume", Ami sneered.

Ghost Spider seemed to glare daggers, "You—"

"Enough!" Gina interjected. "Save the childish fights for much later. You…" she said in Ghost Spider's direction. "If you don't tell us what we need to know, you'll be stuck in the National Intelligence Service for a long time. Or you'll be on the streets of Seoul for a long time since you don't have any money."

Ghost Spider moved her legs off the table and grumbled a curse word. White Fox knew Gina would scold her for stooping down to the prisoner's immaturity much later.

"They are trying to…multiply. Like create more of their kind by spreading the DNA of any bat that sucks blood".

"Do you know any other substances mixed with the bat DNA?"

"No, I'm not a scientist. Otherwise, I would've memorized such long nerd words", Ghost Spider hummed as if she remembered something. "I know something else".

"What is it?" White Fox said with a keen look.

"Your agency is the good guys right? You'll need my help".

"What usefulness could you possibly be? You are not a scientist" Gina reminded.

"I'm not, but I know how to beat them. I won't tell you in here but maybe if I join your vampire hunt…", Ghost Spider offered with an enigmatic tone. White Fox was annoyed with this woman's attempt at being a smart-mouthed brat.

"We'll be fine without your assistance", White Fox had a look of riled-up annoyance when Ghost Spider replied with a scoff.

"Looking forward to seeing the look on your face when you come crawling back for my help".

As tempting as it was to have the hooded woman's tongue ripped out, White Fox knew they were going to need more information from their captive. It would be too much of a hassle to request the Avengers aid. It was also possible that it could be what the enemy would expect. The National Intelligence Service will not make the same mistake again.

As Ghost-Spider was being escorted back to her cell, White Fox stared with a mix of curiosity and realization. Yes, she had heard of a male individual with similar powers to Ghost Spider, but she hadn't met him in person. If there was a woman with the same abilities, wouldn't it have been on the internet or the world news? Hell, the Avengers themselves would've mentioned her to her chairman if they knew. The National Intelligence Service was on good terms with them, so there was no reason to keep some American vigilantes a secret.

"I hope we can handle this. I doubt that hooded spider was telling the truth", White Fox spoke as Gina was checking the computer.

"It's clear that she knows we need her. Every other foreign superhero is too preoccupied with the vampires in their own countries", Gina admitted.

"That doesn't mean we must blindly trust her. But you know that already", White Fox figured.

"Yes, and I already have a plan for that".

When Ghost Spider walked into her 'room', she breathed a ridged sigh. "At least the Asian version of S.H.I.E.L.D. can afford a room for guests".

She sat on her bed and looked around. So it comes to this…I escaped one oppressing organization only to be a prisoner in a completely different one.

She chuckled a bit at the irony of the situation. She would find a way out but everyone has already kept their eye on her, because of how little they knew. There were no vents but she struggled for privacy as her cell had a transparent front door. Easy for guards to see if she was trying to sneak out. These agents may not be aware of her but that didn't mean they were stupid.

The spider leaned back, then lifted her head to view the fox woman approaching her bulletproof clear door.

"Well, well", she made a smug smile. "Either you wanna tell me when lunch is or you finally came to ask my help". She almost laughed at White Fox's fake polite smile.

"I came here to tell you that we…need your help. You can join the hunt but on two conditions". She said.

"Shoot".

"One: You don't try to escape. Two: you do as I say no matter what".

Ghost Spider's lenses formed to look like she arched an eyebrow. "That's it? Do I get a decent meal after this?"

White Fox made a soft growl, "You think you're funny, don't you?"

"Part of my irresistible charm", the spider replied with dramatic sarcasm. "So when do we start the hunt?"

"Tomorrow".

"Ha!" the spider laughed with disbelief and amused teasing. "You guys value your beauty sleep THAT MUCH?"

White Fox glared at the spider girl, "How big of a threat are these vampires?"

"Big enough to wipe out a community", Ghost Spider answered. "If Salvan is here then innocent people have already been attacked and lost a lot of blood".

"And what can you do that could stop them?"

"Let me out and I'll show you".

The next day, Ghost Spider was escorted out of her cell. As she walked into the plane takeoff area, she whistled at the sight of advanced vehicles and aircraft. "Are you guys trying to show up S.H.I.E.L.D.?"

"Quiet spider-freak" the guards hissed. White Fox walked to the spider and smiled.

"Why are you looking at me with that smug face?"

"I'm just certain that you do not have the upper hand", White Fox grinned then walked to the military chopper. Ghost Spider exhaled in annoyance. At least she knew she'll have a chance to escape.
