A/N: Sorry for such a wait but I had writer's block and also started losing confidence in writing but I'm back now so enjoy this new chapter.

White Fox came to the containment room and found the spider tapping her fingers on the bed, singing the lyrics of a song. The Kumiho snuck up much closer as the prisoner sang a little louder.

She couldn't recognize which song it was but her voice was good, almost angelic. She had never known anyone who had such a beautiful voice. She did not want to interrupt her singing but had to ask some questions.

"You have a nice voice" She spoke. The masked girl immediately stood up in surprise.

"Were you watching me?" She asked.

"No…not for long anyway, you could've become a famous singer".

"Came to lecture me about my life choices, aye?" Ghost Spider sat down with her arms folded on her chest.

"No, I was hoping you would answer more questions".

Ghost Spider leaned back as she groaned warily. "You guys don't know anything", she sat up straight and crossed her legs, "Okay, what's your first question that I'll deny answering?"

"Check that attitude—

"Or what? I know you won't kill me", Ghost Spider scoffed.

"Do you know what kills them?"

Ghost Spider nodded.

"Then why won't you say?"

"It's not exactly a simple solution you'd need something from someone who will never give it to you".

"Is this someone your enemy?" White Fox frowned.

"Technically no, but he's still a supervillain. An enemy of Reed Richers".

"So he is in America?"

"I hope so—"

The alarms went off and red lights flashed across the room. White Fox stood up and rushed out of the containment room. Only for the entrance doors to explode right before her, sending her flying halfway through the passageway. What emerged from the debris was none other than…

"Doctor Doom?!" Both masked women exclaimed in shock and confusion.

"It is in this agency's prison room? How strange…" He said to himself. Then he walked around until he turned to Ghost Spider's cell with a detector device. He looked up at her and sighed with interest. He raised his hand at the bulletproof glass wall and an electric shock shattered it as if it was fragile. "You are coming with me, girl!"

"No way in hell!" She spat as she webbed his lenses and webbed him over her, she walked out and hopped onto a corner with the surveillance camera. Crushing it instantly, she noticed guards coming in and saw a vent above her.

The guards came into the room and were electrocuted by Doctor Doom who noticed White Fox picking herself up.

He pulled out a high-tech weapon at her and Ghost Spider webbed it out of his grip. "You broke into a tightly secure agency just to see little Ol' me?" She cooed before kicking him. As he fell, Ghost Spider went up the vents and crawled through. She stretched out her palm as she crawled, and mini symbiote spiders crawled out. "Find an exit out of this headquarters".

White Fox rushed to Gina Yung. "Miss Yung! Ghost Spider is out of containment!"

"We are already occupied with the intruder! Take him out", Gina ordered, then she pressed her earbud. "Prisoner Ghost Spider is out of containment, initiate immediate lockdown".

Doctor Doom threw small metal objects at some of the guards, who were immediately executed. He turned his back on White Fox and Gina, who shot him under a second. He was on the ground, knocked out.

Then White Fox heard some agents yelling in pain and rushed to their aid, only to see something surprising.

Ghost Spider was still here, pulling soldiers out of the rubble. Then the ceiling looked like it was about to collapse. Thinking on her feet, she webbed every agent toward White Fox's direction before making a run to the next room. White Fox was about to run after her when the ceiling collapsed, rubble blocked the path to the next room.

Meanwhile, Doctor Doom was being apprehended until he started twitching and forming sparks out of his body, followed by smoke.

"IT IS ABOUT TO BLOW!" Gina warned and White Fox threw him out the window, exploding. Then as the Kumiho heard screaming, she heard a familiar sound. Gina looked out of the building and found Ghost Spider webbing people out of the way and swinging across the city. White Fox growled and Gina Yung quickly called damage control.

The Next Day

Ami woke up at her Aunt and Uncle's apartment, annoyed by her failed attempt to protect her workplace and lose the masked prisoner. She dreamed of Doctor Doom chasing her and Ghost Spider singing a lullaby that she used to hear from her mother. She took a shower, and the warm water was soothing. As she put on her school uniform, she packed her things and made herself lunch for school.

Walking out of the apartment, she took her usual route to her high school. As she walked she heard her friend Yeji speaking to someone a few blocks away thanks to her supernatural hearing. Running closer, she listened in more.

"I can't wait to see you there!"

Ami wondered if Yeji was talking to a crush she didn't know about or someone from her folklore club. As she made it, she was semi-disappointed that the individual had begun to walk away. Ami stopped beside her friend and looked ahead. The individual had a feminine figure and Yeji called out in English.

"Don't forget about the Sci-Fi stuff okay?"

The woman turned around to the two girls, Ami tried to observe but this female was standing in front of the morning summer sun. She could see that the woman was waving, and smiling. Why was she standing before the sun like a mysterious celestial angel?

"Isn't she cool?" Yeji asked as they walked into school.

"I could hardly see her face, who was she?"

"You didn't see her face? Okay, I'll make her a surprise guest".

"Guest?"

"Yeah! To my folklore club, I'll have to get an extra chair during lunch".

Ami frowned, "She's attending our school? I didn't see her wearing our uniform…"

Yeji pulled her friend closer so she could speak lower as they entered the school grounds. "She's a new girl, and she isn't from here, that's all I'm telling you".

Ami began smelling something familiar and gasped, looking around to see if she was here…nothing. Yeji noticed and spoke softly.

"Smell any bad guys Kumiho?"

"I smell someone familiar…I just need to know if it's… never mind".

An hour later, during class, Ami kept smelling the scent more, and then the teacher, Mr. Tae tapped his ruler at a desk where a girl on the other side of the class was sitting.

Ami was glad she wasn't the one being scolded, and then her enhanced hearing heard a female voice from outside the classroom.

"No…I just need private lessons on the language, when I'm ready THEN I'll take actual classes in this school".

"Fine", a male voice sighed, "Be a dove and mop the cafeteria before lunch break".

"That makes zero sense. Cleaning the cafeteria BEFORE lunch will be pointless since the students will just mess it up again."

"Don't back chat with me American—"

"Han? Han!" Mr. Tae called and Ami was startled. She sat up straight facing his direction. "I hope you were daydreaming AFTER I asked the class my question".

Then her classmate Sera raised her hand, "The answer is the year 1910".

Later in the day, when school was almost over, Ami was with Yeji in the book club room. "Okay, everyone, the new member is here," Yeji announced excitedly and opened the door. To everyone's surprise, the newcomer was…Caucasian race or had Irish ancestry, with blonde hair reaching almost below her lower chest, and was wearing…interesting style of clothing.

"Everyone, meet Gwen Stacy, she is the secret new girl".

Gwen waved, "Uh, hi there. I'm still learning Korean, but Yeji…it's not a secret if you plan to tell all your friends in school about it…"

"Sorry, it is not common to meet Americans on this side of Seoul".

Everyone waved politely, and Gwen bowed. Some giggled at that, and Ami just stared at the blonde in shocked realization. That scent…this is her.

Then a blood-curdling scream of a girl was heard from the volleyball room. Gwen and Ami ran to the door quickly and everyone else in the room followed. As the two girls ran to see what was going on from the door window, they gasped in surprise at a…

"Vampire", they said in unison. Then they turned to face each other and the same face of wanting to get the other away.

Ami needed the blonde to stay out of her vigilante duty, "You should run and hide Gwen, I'll call the police—"

"You should get to safety," Gwen cut in, and then both girls stayed silent. Ami, being the smarter one, just made a run for the staircase, and Gwen suddenly became invisible.

As the girl being attacked ran for dear life to the door, the vampire swiftly grabbed her hair and pulled her close. "Oh no you little squealing piglet, can't have you alerting the entire school about my existence, your blood smells far too good".

"Hey! Preying on innocent school girls huh? Typical Carmilla". Ghost Spider quipped as she appeared out of nowhere, pulling Hadine by the hair. "Damnit should've used a better reference, oh well".

Hadine quickly gripped onto the spider's gloved arm, making her groan in pain before she was hurled over into the spectator seats. "Your 'society' has been a constant pain but maybe killing you now will be worth it".

"You'll need a fat load of luck for that", Ghost Spider webbed the vampire's face, as she rushed to the girl, "You need to get out of here, I know this isn't New York but that doesn't mean sticking around during superhero work is smart".

The girl just stared at the masked woman in confusion and fear and Ghost Spider sighed in annoyance, "RUN. AWAY. FROM. HERE!" She pointed to the door and the girl shouted something in Korean. Ghost Spider wanted to roll her eyes at the girl not understanding English, her spider-sense made her realize why the girl was too scared to run. She turned around and slid under Hadine's legs, webbed her face down to the ground which caused her to flip over under. As the spider-webbed the vampire to the ground, she looked at the girl who stood up and ran out of the volleyball gym room. Then her spider-sense started ringing before White Fox tackled her down.

Salvan attempted to spit his mind-control venom at the masked girls who dodged. Then he ran to Hadine, freeing her from the web. Ghost Spider ran to the duo but barely managed to touch Hadine's shoe before they immediately flew off. She narrowed her lenses and attempted to take off when White Fox grabbed her by the wrists. She sniffed the masked woman. "Woah, okay, didn't expect you to start making moves".

"And I didn't expect to see Ghost Spider at a high school, or should I call you Gwen Stacy?", she grinned.

Ghost Spider's lenses widened, "What—I don't know who that is…imprint", she spoke softly. White Fox arched an eyebrow under her silver domino mask. Ghost Spider sighed, "I know where they will be, but I don't like you and you don't like me very much".

"That is semi-true because now you are going to help me find them or I'll make your secret identity not-so-secret".

"Okay", Ghost Spider immediately complied, surprising the fox.

"Just like that?"

"Yup, but I need to rest." She lowered the fox's arms and gently gripped them in hers. "You need my trust to take down vampires as much as I need you to not expose me, so consider us partners."

White Fox was impressed. Somehow, Gwen knew she hadn't revealed her identity to her organization…yet. Before White Fox realized that Gwen had slipped her arms out of her grip, she had already webbed and slung away. Gwen grinned at the fact that White Fox didn't notice her placing a small symbiotic spider on her glove, as a tracker.

After school, Ami was back home and went to her room to Google more about the American spider vigilantes. Most of the information was details she had already observed from Ghost Spider. The odd thing was that there was nothing on the female spider-themed vigilante—no recordings, interviews, or even funny memes. It was almost as if she never made herself known to the US public or anywhere else in the world.

Ghost Spider was a myth that nobody had been aware of before she fell near Ami that day. This made zero sense, the only explanation was that she recently became a superhero. That was not true as she was already experienced in vigilante work. She called Gina Jung, "Hello, Director. I need to know about the plane that Ghost Spider fought the vampire on".

"Ami, this may sound shocking but the planes that flew across South Korea were not flying in the coordinates at the moment you were after Grazer".

"…what…". Ami noticed Ghost Spider crouched right outside her bedroom window. She froze at the realization that she followed her home, and then she felt anger. The spider held up a two-finger peace sign before swinging away.

Ami gritted her teeth, no wonder Gwen unexpectedly agreed to work with her, "That sly spider".

Now the knowledge of their secret was no longer one-sided.

A/N: Okay so there were several things here that symbolized angels, I just felt that Gwen kinda suits the fallen angel theme. But I'm not going to make her a literal angel lol. I just wanted her to seem like a threat but also show she is heroic like White Fox. Hopefully Ami will start liking her in future chapters hehe.
