Here's another chapter, read it and leave a review.
Intro: (song) "Transformers! More than meets the eye! Transformers! Robots in disguise!" Optimus Prime with axe in hand, Tom, Jack and Thunder beside him breathing lightning. Ratchet with his hands transformed into swords fighting Deceptacons with D'Angelo, Miko and Plowhorn fighting beside him. Bulkhead bashing with his wrecking ball fist June and her dragon Wu and Wei fighting with ice and fire. Bumblebee with his right arm laser gun and left arm a sword with Alex, Raf and Feathers beside him. "Autobots wage their battle to destroy the evil forces of the Deceptacons!" Blizwing, destroying buildings. Lugnut lifting a bulldozer over his head. And Galvatron leading his army. The Team Prime and modern Dragon Riders lined shoulder to shoulder in the Hidden World. "Transformers! (Robot voice) Transformers!"
In the Night Light Fury realm the members of Team Prime, and the Maximals both old and new members, along with the modern Dragon Riders all lands on a rocky ledge lead up to a cave connected to it. Tom dismounts and Bee transforms into robot mode and they begin to search for Thunder. Tom looks around disoriented and speaks softly: "I don't get it. What happened? Where is everyone?" He asks openly, Bumblebee says to his friend: "I don't know. They were just here not too long ago." He spoke also confused of the absence of the Night Light Furies.
D'Angelo says regarding the new substance in the realm: "I don't think this snow was here before." Jun wonders too and questions: "Could a storm have blown through this fast?" Alex says as she, Raph and Ratchet notice marking: "Storms don't usually leave behind claw marks." Raph comes up with a theory: "Do you think some dragon came here?" Ratchet wonders through the possibility: "It is possible. Some times animals will invade other animal's territories and clam it as their own." He spoke as he rubs his chin of the theory.
Then Bulkhead questions regarding it: "What kind of dragon would be crazy enough to enter a place with Night Light Furies?" He asks, but no body had an answer.
With that Tom calls out his dragon: "Thunder!" But no responds, Shadow rushes up to Tom's leg still frightened no response from his family. The blonde haired boy kneels down to the baby dragon's level: "Shadow, Shadow, hey. Hey, where is everyone? Can you show us?" He asks the little dragon, but still frightened. "He's too freaked out." Bumblebee says regarding the dragon's fear: "Makes sense. Smaller animals like him would be frightened for good reason."
Tom regrets leaving his dragon behind even it was right: "I never should've left Thunder here. What was I thinking?" Jun speaks to him: "Tom, this is his home. You couldn't have known something was gonna happen." Optimus Prime walks up and says: "Jun's right. We cannot foresee this. All we can do is hope for the best." He spoke words of wisdom, then Alex speak up: "And Thunder and his family are tough dragons, I'm sure they'll be okay." She spoke with full confidence in their ability to survive.
Raph speaks in agreement: "Alex's right. Besides we seen him handle tougher foes even without you." He too spoke with confidence and reassurance as he rode on Charcoal and with Firebites on his arm. The group were a bit shocked to hear those words coming from Alex and Raph of all people, to which Alex questions: "What? We can be optimistic. It just doesn't happen that very often." Raph adds: "She's right you know. So a couple of kids who take things seriously and dark can't be optimistic. Or does that confuse you?" He spoke to the team who didn't argue, but simply take it as is.
Tom turns to his friends: "D?" To which the African American teenager says with a two finger salute: "Already on it Kullersen." D'Angelo dismounts off his dragon as, the wolf griffin and tiger bot transforms into beast mode. "Okay girl, time to crank up that super-sniffer and find us some lighting dragons." Plowhorn begins to search by smelling the ground and follows the sent leading up a slop. But she stops as the rest of the team catches up, the slop leads to a cave entrance.
As they stood, Shadow jumps riding on Tom's back, which he says regarding Shadow's fear: "We must be on the right track. Look at Shadow." He said as the baby dragon flies off to the direction. "Come on!" But he's stopped by Jack who says to him: "Wow! Tom, are you sure it's smart to go into a cave? For all we know it the thing that attacked this place could be in there." Ratrrap agrees: "Yeah, I mean Jack's gotta a point." Optimus Prime finishes with his right arm transformed into blaster: "Than let's proceed with caution. Keep your guard up." With that the Autobots and Maximals ready their weapons. Unknown to them they were being watched by seeing their body-heat signature.
As the humans and alien robots lead by the baby Night Light Fury, the blonde haired boy yells yet whispers: "Thunder! You in here?" But no responds, Shadow waddles in further, Tom and Jun following behind him, Jack, Miko, Raf and Alex following behind. D'Angelo stops and says to the dragons: "You guys stay here and watch out six. Just incase." Optimus Prime says to his Autobots: "Smokescreen, Bulkhead and Wheeljack, you three also stay out here, Ratchet, Arcee and I will join in." Smokescreen says with enthusiasm: "Yes! I alway wanted to roll with the Wreckers!" Then Optimus Primal finishes: "Silverbolt, Rhinox, Airazor, Blackarachnia, and Tigertron you along with Whiplash, Blizzard, Webster, Qillber, and Lighting stay here too. If anything goes wrong, no heroics call for reinforcements." They salute and reply: "Yes sir." With that the rest moves in.
The cave was dark barely able to see, Tom kept walking till he hits something and whispers: "I can't see anything in here." D'Angelo says to his friend: "Hang on Kullersen." With that he returns to the dragons, "Hey Plow give me a loogie." To which she does and he uses an old torch to light, he returns to the group and give it to Tom, who now is able to see, and to a table and on it are blank sheets of paper, a stick fashioned into a pencil, a wooden hammer and a small cup.
Jun walks up and asks: "What is this place?" Miko also questions: "Was this some kind of workshop?" D'Angelo says regarding it: "No, it's an old hangout. Like the dragon's lair." Raf agreeable says: "Yeah. This place must've belong to someone a very long time ago." Tom putting pieces together and says: "This must where they lived." He whispered still.
Alex asks openly: "Who?" Then Optimus Prime speak: "Everyone turn on your lights." To which the Autobots turns on their headlights of their vehicle parts to have a better seeing view. Then Tom lights another touch but a wall barring one. Then multiple wall barring torches light up simultaneously, one after the other.
The cave was now bright enough to see but the Autobots still had their lights on. Tom turns to his right and to his surprise he sees a large stone with a painting or a Viking family, and not just any Viking family. It was Hiccup Haddock the third, his wife Astrid, their firstborn daughter and second born son, and behind Hiccup is Toothless.
The group was amazed especially Tom and Bumblebee. Tom removes his backpack and finds the Book of Dragons relooking at the pages of the original Dragon Riders. He lowers seeing the older version of the boy in the book as an adult. Tom says to the painting: "So, you're the one." Bumblebee walks up to the painting presses his hand on the shoulder as if he was seeing someone. Bumblebee says softly to the painting of the man: "Hello old friend."
Alex and Jack returns to the table, the Latino girl says of the tools: "Paper, pencil, mallet. All pretty standard." Jack asks regarding the tools: "How can someone with a bunch of hand tools built all of this?" The Maximal leader answers: "The same way your early humans built the Pyramids Egypt and South America, the Great Wall of China." Eugene jokes: "Yeah. You aliens must've helped them."
Alex looks down and sees an old tool, picks it up and questions: "But what is this thing? Some kind of old Viking shovel?" Jun walks up and answers: "Or a giant spoon to help stir their grewl." She said as she turns it, to demonstrate her point. But Eugene disagrees and says: "Nah. Looks like a fake leg to me." But D'Angelo scoffs at the idea and says: "Fake leg? Come on man." But Eugene is serious and demonstrates: "Uh, yeah. Look it's got a weird looking heel thing. With this other thingy over here that connects to this other thing." He said explaining it but in his limited intelligence. Jun with her arms crossed says: "Eugene, for once in your life can't be serious?" He stutters, but Jack says: "For once I'm gonna have to agree with Eugene." This caught the older male sibling off guard.
Ratchet adds as he sees it: "It's true. This is a prosthetic leg." D'Angelo asks his medical friend: "What makes you so sure?" Raph speak and points to the painting: "Well if you bother to look at the painting and see the feet, you can see the resemblance." They all turn back to the painting and see the feet of Hiccup and notice the resemblance. D'Angelo taken back by this and says: "Hu. Who would've thought, Eugene was right again?" Jack speak in agreement: "Yeah, I guess he's smarter than we give him credit." Then Eugene dances a bit thinking he was right. Tom walks up taking the prosthetic leg and says: "Well regardless of what it is, it's comping with me." He puts it in the backpack.
Shadow notices something so he runs towards it with the humans and Transformers behind him. When they finally reach they find Thunder and his family resting. Tom says with joy: "Thunder!" He runs towards his dragon and kneels down to his lying down level. "Hey, you okay pal?" To which Thunder is happy to see his human friend.
As for Shadow he's happy to see his siblings, his mother who picks him up and lets him go then licks him, for she's happy he's back.
"Is he okay Tom?" Jun asks Tom, with concerns, Jack asks also concern: "Yeah anything serious?" Tom answers: "I'm not sure. He looks pretty dinged up." Then D'Angelo says: "Let doctors D and Ratchet have a look." D'Angelo and and Ratchet walks up to Thunder, the African American army ranger/veterinarian examining Thunder's body. "Hmm, nothing seems broken." He listens to his heart beat. "His heart is still beating strong. I think he's okay." As for Ratchet he scans not Thunder but his family. After he finishes he says: "Well aside of Thunder, but his kin folk. A few scrapes and bruises but nothing serious. They're fully healthy." Then Shadow lands on D'Angelo's head, then he says: "And Shadow's still Shadow." He stands up and takes Shadow off his head.
Tom leans his head against Shadow and says to his dragon: "Hey, it's alright pal, it's alright. I'm here now." But then the larger alpha emerging from the shadows with a vary angry look, which separates the two friends who turns to him. He turns to Tom and still not happy to see him, not one bit.
The other humans are frightened too, Eugene asks Tom: "He's look at you right? Not me?" Rattrap says to Eugene: "You know not everything revolves around you Eugene. And you haven't done anything to tick him off, so I say you're in the clear." The Optimus Prime walks up to the alpha dragon and says: "Alpha dragon, we mean you no harm. We came to help you." The dragon didn't understand him in that way but he reveals something in his mouth which he spits out next to Tom, which reveals to be a tooth.
Jun leaning next to him and asks: "Is that a lighting dragon tooth?" As Tom picks it up and answers: "No. It must've come from whoever attacked them." The alpha dragon growls at the humans and Transformers thinking they are the ones who brought this plague upon them.
In the Rakke town, emerging from the house is Dr. Kullersen with her IPad with the photo of the violet light. Olivia says to herself: "Alright boyo. Time to find out what you've been really up to." Olivia begins to sneak out of town while trying not to draw any attention.
But just as she is about to leave the town, she's stopped by Dr. Wilma Sledkins, who says to her: "Olivia." She said to her colleague/rival by first name, which startled her. Olivia replies to her colleague: "Wilma." Dr. Sledkins continues to speak: "When you weren't in the lab, I figured you be at home. Checking in on Tom." Olivia answers to Wilma's word: "Tom, he's fine. Doing what teenagers do." Dr. Sledkins asks Dr. Kullersen: "Then where are you going? Another expedition perhaps. Looking for Dragonsite?" She questions as she leans her shoulder on Olivia's shoulder. "I know how your mind works." But Olivia replies with a different answer: "Ho no. I'm just…getting some fresh air. You know, clearing my head. It's been a long day." Dr. Sledkins refuses to let Dr. Kullersen out of her sight saying: "You know what? I'll go with you. I can use some fresh air too. Any particular direction you like to walk?" Realizing she can't fool Sledkins that easily says changing her mind: "On second thought, if I don't finish those charts, that May request I won't be able to sleep tonight." She turns around only to hit the build walk she walked backwards up to. She laughs a bit trying to play it cool, and leaves. Wilma knew Olivia was up to something but she couldn't prove it yet.
A blue 911 Carrera RS 3.8 stood outside of town, this vehicle was really the Autobot Mirage in vehicle mode, he says to himself after seeing Dr. Kullersen walked into the wall: "Smooth. And really believable." He sarcastically spoke. Then he receives a transmission from Autobot base from Sentinel of all Bot: "Mirage, where are you?! You're supposed to report back at the base 30 mega cycles ago!" To which the Autobot replies: "Relax boss. I'm just chilling next to Rakke town." Sentinel questions his fellow Autobot: "Why are you wasting time with those puny organics?" Mirage answers: "It's not so bad. Besides it's like watching reality TV for free." The Autobot Officer wasn't listening to the reasoning: "I don't care. Report back to base or you're AWOL." Mirage replies: "Alright, alright. Geez, what crawled up his tail-pipe?" Sentinel finishes: "I heard that." The Autobot whimpers a bit then drives off heading for the ARK.
Back in the Night Light Furies' realm the humans and few Transformers exit the cave, being pushed by the Alpha who still doesn't trust them, Tom says to him: "Ok, ok." Alex annoyingly says: "We're going!" Bulkhead also speak: "Geez this guy really doesn't like us." Miko questions him: "Really big guy? I didn't notice." She spoke sarcastically with the Alpha Night Light Fury still enforcing them to leave, "Don't have a cow why don't you?" She annoyingly said to the alpha.
Tom looks back at Thunder, who wishes to rejoin his human friends, but he cannot disobey the alpha so he rejoins his parents and siblings. The alpha sleeks back into the darkness but only after Tom leaves.
The blonde haired boy rejoins the others, and says to everyone: "He blames me." The young Chinese girl questions her friend: "Blames you? For what?" Before Tom could answer they're suddenly attack that sends Plowhorn and Lighting back. D'Angelo exclaims: "Plowhorn!" He runs to her, but is stopped by another blast. "We're under attack!" The Transformers and dragons form s circular position with their weapons in hand. Smokescreen questions: "What was that? Deceptions?" Optimus Prime says regarding that: "Possibly. It has to be Blitzwing, only he's the only Decepticon with ice attacks." Tom yells: "Look out!" Ultra Magnus yells: "Incoming!" Another blast shot comes, causing everyone to scatter, the dragons with each other, some of the Maximals with them, the humans run with three Maximals, Whiplash, Optimal Optimus and Silverbolt along with two Autobots, Bumblebee and Bulkhead.
The other Autobots and Maximals still trying to get a visual, Optimus Prime: "Everyone, form a defense perimeter!" With the orders given the few remaining Autobots and Maximals get into defensive positions, Rattrap with Cheetor asks him: "What in the name of mozzarella happened?! We're under attack but I don't see anything!" The robotic cheetah replies to his friend: "Yeah, we were caught off guard. And I don't hear any jet engines." But they were still being hit by a barrage of ice hits.
Tom runs till he falls, and looks around to see then another ice shot fire, only to be blasted by a lightning strike. He looks to see the lighting came from Thunder who still wishes to protect his friend, so he flies over in front of Tom ready to fight. He even breaths lighting at the spot where the ice shot came from, and reveals the attacker isn't a Decepticon or Blitzwing but another dragon, and it's a Snowrath.
Alex seeing that dragon regretting coming: "I should've stayed in bed." The ice dragon swoops down and breaths a stream of ice, Jun,Eugene and Alex jumps out of the way.
Feathers turns invisible and charges but despite this, the Snowrath was still able to see her body-heat, so it attacks her, which knocks her off. "Feathers!" Alex exclaims, with concern for her dragon.
Winger and Charcoal charges upwards to attack the Snowrath but even with four wings, and latching on to with their claws, the ice dragon breaths on Winger's chest causing him pain. Jack yells: "Winger!" He calls his dragon by name as he falls to the ground. As for Charcoal, he is wrestling with the ice dragon known as the Snowrath, but her body may be tough, but the beast was bigger and has tougher scales. And the wingspans of the two different dragons is obvious, Charcoal is a Gronckle which means her wings are shorter, but the Snowrath's is bigger and was a lot stronger, which gives it an advantage, so it grabs Charcoal by the middle part of the body and spins around then throws Charcoal to the wall, she falls and lands on the ground, Raph exclaims: "Charcoal!" He runs to his dragon, and comforts him in his wounded state.
The Snowrath kept flying the breaths its ice breath on Wu, Wei, Webmaster, Cloudster and Sparky. The three Asian teenagers were in horrid of their dragons, Jun covers her mouth and says: "No." Eugene exclaims: "Webs!" Miko yells: "Hang on guys! We're coming!" The Snowrath lands in between the wounded dragons and their riders. Realizing the danger of the situation, Tom yells: "We gotta go! Retreat riders! Retreat!" As they run minus Alex and Miko, who refused to let their dragons become this ice dragon's meal.
Eugene tries to stop them and says to Alex and Miko: "Gonzo, Naka, we're out of here!" Alex shoves Eugene off and says to the Snowrath in a demanding tone: "Stay away from our dragons!" Miko adds: "Yeah, why not eat a meal that has some fight in it?" The two young women pick up rocks and throw them at the snow dragon's face. This catches its attention and is about to attack but Eugene grabs them both and drags them away from, said dragon. But then Blizzard in beast pushes into the Snowrath, which topples it then says: "Stay away from my babies!" Then Quilbert in robot mode says to it: "You overgrown snow iguana, pick on someone your own size!" He says as he burns rubber on his wheels and charges forward on the dragon, but only to crash and send falling back. "You've been working out?" He asks in a delirious state, Blizzard stand in front of the unconscious bubblehorn Maximal, willing to defend him.
The rest of the Maximals and Autobots join in, Bumblebee, Wheeljack and Arcee carry the wounded dragons while the rest provides cover fire. Tom turns seeing the transformers fight, and yells: "Bee, Optimus!" Optimus Prime says to the boy: "Go Tom! You and the others retreat, we'll take care of the dragons! And hold off this one!" He says, Tom was begrudging to retreat, even though he made the call originally, Jack and Jun grabs him and the American Japanese boy says: "There's nothing you can do Tom!" Jun adds to this: "We're no good to them dead!" Tom argues: "I know I made the call, but we can't leave them…" Jack interrupts: "The only way to save them is to retreat. Those who fight and run lives to fight another day!" Tom knew this was right, so he still retreats with the others.
As the Snowrath chases the humans, only to be strucked by the Alpha Night Light Fury, Optimus Prime, and Optimal Optimus. This catches the attention and flies after them, allowing the humans to escape and allows Ratchet and Rhinox to preform medical treatment for the wounded Dragons, while other transformers form a defensive perimeter.
In the cave system that connects the Ice Realm and the Night Light Fury realm, the team along with Thunder were exhausted, and trying to catch their breath. Alex questions regarding the Snowrath: "We can't just leave our dragons nor the Autobots and Maximals up there! I mean what was that thing? It had no mercy." Jun answers to the best of her knowledge: "Some sort of vicious, snow dragon." Eugene adds to the situation but makes it dire: "It was worse than that. Like an apex predator. It just kept coming." Miko speaks as well: "Not only that but that thing not only deliver a punch, but also took a punch." Jack agrees with Miko: "Yeah Winger had four wings and this thing didn't stop, the hits Winger and Charcoal used didn't even annoy it." Raph points out: "And it's not only strong but smart too. It's vicious, strong, and fiercely intelligent. That's a worst combination for an animal to have!" He stated the worse of the situation.
The Latino girl questions: "How did it even see Feathers? She was invisible." D'Angelo rubs his chin and speaks of a theory: "It might not see the way we do. Some animals use echolocation like bats or dolphins. Or maybe just our body-heat." Tom speaks of the dragon: "Whatever it is, it's obviously from the Ice Realm. That why the elder Lighting dragon blames me." He kneels down in regret and shame feeling he did this. "(Softly speaking) That predator dragon probably followed us here." Alex still questions: "Why?" Tom answers but still has no answers: "I don't know. I don't know, but the elder's right. It's my fault."
Jun tries to reassure him: "Don't say that." But the blonde haired boy still feeling sorry says: "But it is the truth. I couldn't just let Thunder and Shadow go home alone, I had to come to. And bring the whole group with me. We must've look like a flying buffet to that hungry Snow Dragon." Then D'Angelo and Jack walks up to him. "Save your breath you two. I know what you two are gonna say, it's not my fault." But D'Angelo corrects him: "No, it may very well may be your fault. Or maybe its my fault, or Jun's. The point is, it doesn't matter who's fault it is. We have to fix this and get our dragons and alien robot friends back. Together."
Jack then speaks: "I'm with D. Tom everyone makes mistakes, even if that elder lighting dragon does blame you, he cannot blame you for your good intentions." He spoke to Tom. "You were trying to make sure that they would find their home, you can't be blamed for that. And if that dragon doesn't respect you or appreciate what you've done and he is way off." Then Jun speaks up: "And right now, if we're going to rescue our dragons and friends and save Thunder's family, we sit around feeling sorry for ourselves. We have to figure out how to chase that snow dragon back into the Ice Realm." Alex points out: "Without the help of our dragons." Eugene adds: "Or an army behind us."
Tom thinks for a moment and turns to the box and realizes the booby traps that were made. Tom pulls out the said tooth and is hatching a plan, D'Angelo asks Tom: "What are you thinking Kullersen?" Tom answers: "When we went through all those Viking traps. It sure felt like we were under attack from an army. Didn't it?" He asks openly, then Jun questions Tom's thinking: "You wanna lead the Snow Dragon, through the traps?" Eugene speaks his opinion: "That is the stupidest idea I heard all day. Who be dumb enough to fall for that?" Alex, Raph, Miko and Jun turned to each other with a smile thinking Tom's plan might be the right one.
D'Angelo says of the flaw in Tom's plan: "Those traps weren't made for dragons, Tom. They were made for humans, remember? The stun darts weren't strong enough to penetrate dragon scales." Jack adds in argument: "And if we did lead him here, they'll just tick him off to attack us even more." Tom replies to them: "I know. But I think I might know a way around that." He turns to his dragon and says to him, "I'm gonna fix this pal. No matter what." Unknown to them they were being watched by the alpha Night Light Fury.
In Rakke, Olivia was leaving but made sure she wasn't followed by Wilma. But she was being watched by her assistant Linda, who says to her through ear comlink: "Target acquired, the eagle is on the move, heading through Rakke town towards the perimeter."
Watching from a distance in another building with higher elevation is Dr. Sledkins who replies to Linda: "Good. Whatever you do, don't let her see you. And don't loose her. Olivia can be a bit…slippery." She stated the possibility how crafty Olivia can be out of sight.
Lina replies with full confidence: "Ho, you can count on me, Dr. Sledkin. I'm as slippery as they come." But she spoke too soon, she slips on something and falls, only to quickly rise up. "Eagle is on the move. Linda over and out." But before she continue her mission, Chief Baker stops her: "Linda."
To which she quickly turns to the security chief and replies: "Ah…chief Baker." The security chief questions the assistant: "Who were you talking to?" She stutters to say something till she finds the words: "No one. Why?" Olivia says through the comlink: "Linda, the eagle is getting away." Linda continues to talk to chief Baker like nothings happening: "Sometimes I just talk to myself chief. While I'm out walking, outside, alone." She laughs a bit trying to avoid suspicion.
Chief Baker says to Linda: "Well I can use some help. A few of the surveillance cameras are down. Squirrels probably chewing on the wires again." But Linda still doing work for Sledkin but can't reveal it: "Actually, I'm kinda busy at the moment." But the security chief wasn't taking no for an answer and says: "You'll have plenty of time walk around talking to yourself, after we're done."
Dr. Sledkin still on the comlink and angrily says: "Linda!" The assistant tries to play it off thinking she's doing it: "Heh, talking to myself again."
In the office Wilma exclaims: "What are you doing?! Don't loose the eagle!" She sees her assistant not responding anymore, and so she heavily sighs. Then turns around questioning, "Why is everyone such an idiot?" Then another voice through the computer screen says: "Trouble at work?" The extreme geologist turns to see Starscream's face on the computer screen and she says to him: "Trouble isn't the word of it if you only knew." The Decepticon second-in-command replies to her: "I figured, you can't always rely on your human drones. So I give you a gift." Emerging from the office shadows is Laserbeak the Decepticon bird.
Dr. Sledkin says regarding the Decepticon bird: "Ah, Laserbeak. Why didn't I think of that? An eye in the sky." Starscream says to Dr. Sledkin: "He's a rental, Soundwave is letting you…borrow him. But make sure he's back in one piece." The female geologist says to him: "Don't worry. All I need him to do is some following." To that the screen turns off and reverts back to the original Computer screen, Dr. Sledkin turns to the Decepticon bird and says to him: "Ok, I need you to follow Dr. Olivia Kullersen. Find out what she's up to and report back." Laserbeak nods yes, then flies out of the window without attracting any unwanted attention.
Olivia kept walking till she finds the same blue 911 Carrera RS 3.8 that stood outside of Rakke town earlier the same day. Olivia being curious openly questions: "A 1993 911 Carrera RS 3.8? Here in the woods? I thought they stopped making these." She spoke, then looks around, noticed no keys, but it was unlocked, she opens the car door, and gets in it. She looks at it and it's as good as new, right off the factory. "Woo, I remember these when I was a teenager." She reminisce of her youth regarding the car. The radio starts to flicker on, and a voice speak through it: "Mirage! Where are you?! You're needed back at base ASAP!" It was Sentinel's voice, Olivia didn't hear it, then the car locks automatically.
The blonde haired female geologist was shocked and confused then the car starts to drive on its own. It drove through the bushes, Olivia tries to get out but cannot open the door, and every time she tries to pull out the locks they quickly lock back in. She turns to see a rocky mountain wall, she braces herself and scream. But it reveals to be a hologram wall.
The vehicle spines making donuts, with one last spin, Olivia is thrown out of the vehicle, she rolls on the ground for a couple of feet, she pants and turns to the car itself, which transforms to her surprise into a giant robot with blue eyes, she picks up a thick tree limb. Mirage says as he jumps a bit in the air: "Wow! That was fun. You should've seen the look on your face. You were like 'Ah! We're gonna crash into a wall'. I swear to Primus that never gets old." He laughs as he spoke to Olivia as he bends down close to her level.
Olivia swings the tree limb like a base ball bat, "Wow there! Easy there little human, I ain't gonna hurt you." Olivia still in shock questions: "W-What are you?" The Autobot says to him: "OK this is gonna be hard for you to believe. But, I'm an alien." The geologist questions that giant alien robot still: "An alien? You mean like E.T. or those Xenomorphs or Predator?" The Autobot replies to her: "E.T.? You mean that little guy in the bicycle basket? No I'm totally different. And no, I don't have acid for blood nor go around killing people and collecting their spines and skulls for trophies." He explains himself. "Call me Mirage!" He offers a fist bump. "Come on just a little tap, just a little tap." Olivia was hesitate but fist bumps anyway. "Boom! We're both friends now." Olivia, was still overcome by all of this, "I know it's a lot to take in. But take your time, ease into it." The geologist/single mother was still trying to wrap his mind around it all.
Back in the Night Light Realm, Ratchet mends the wounded dragons. Ratchet says regarding them: "They're stabilized. They will make it." Optimus Prime puts his hand on his shoulder and says: "You did well old friend." Silverbolt says to the team: "The Snowrath is heading for the cave where the Night Lights are." Optimal Optimus says: "Rhinox, Lighting and I will go and protect them." As thr three Maximals rush, Rattrap says: "When are those humans are gonna comeback with reinforcements?" Cheetor speak from experience: "If we know Tom much like his ancestor, he'll use the team he has and resources at their disposal." The Maximal rodent questions: "So our only hope is a bunch of kids with no dragons and the only limited resources they have?" Wheeljack says to him: "Pretty much. But it can work." Bulkhead adds to the conversation: "Yeah but it'll workout. Those kids are tough and resourceful, they'll pull through." He spoke full of confidence. Rattrap on the other says: "I knew it. We're all gonna die."
On the lower ground, looking through binoculars, D'Angelo watches, Jun asks: "Are the dragons, Autobots and Maximals okay?" Alex asks D'Angelo as well: "What about Feathers?" Eugene also asks: "And Webmaster?" Miko asks as well: "Anything on Cloudster and Sparky?" The African American teenager answers them: "They're freeze blasted and can't really move, but they're alive. Judging the military defensive stance the Autobots and Maximals are holding their ground, and I think Ratchet is mending the wounded. The snowy beast seems more interested in the Lighting Dragons." Eugene thinks he figured it out: "Of course! It wasn't us he was following out of the Ice Realm, it was Shadow!" Jun irritated punches her brother's arm which he replies, "Ow! I'm just saying it's Shadow's fault." Jack whispers to D'Angelo: "This guy keeps reminding me of my old high school jerk." D'Angelo whispers back at him: "Yeah. He just keeps pointing out who to blame." He spoke being sympathetic.
Then Tom on Thunder swoops in, he says to his team: "Alright, it's ready." Alex questions him: "You really think this is gonna work?" Raph also questions: "But what if that snow dragon gets wise to the plan?" Tom answers back at the Latino girl and Hispanic boy: "It has too." Then the older Chinese boy says: "Right. As soon as that hunger hunter's gone. We're going in to get the dragons." Jun warns Tom: "Be careful Kullersen." Tom replies to her with a casual response: "Come on, I'm always careful." Jack says to him: "This is serious Tom. Now remember you don't have to go for a long fight, just get his attention, and get him to follow you." The blonde haired boy says to the Japanese American teen: "I got this Jack." Then he turns to Thunder. "Okay pal. Let's go pick a fight. And to quote Optimus Prime; Roll out!" The two take to the air.
As the Snowrath stood his ground seeing the wounded dragons, but cannot get any closer to them, because of the transformers aiming their weapons at the Snowrath, both waiting for one to make the first move. Arcee with her eyes narrowed, says in a threating tone of voice as she aims her blaster: "Go head. Make our snow day." The dragon roars ready to grant her, her wish. But then it's shocked in the face by a lighting strike, Tom yells to it: "Hey! Lay off our dragons and Autobots and Maximals alone you overgrown snowflake!" To that end, the Snowrath chases after Tom and Thunder, this shocked the Transformers, Bumblebee questions: "What the?" Rattrap also questions: "Is he crazy?" Smokescreen finishes: "The kid's got a spine I'll give him that." He commented him.
As the Ice Dragon chases after Tom and Thunder even breaths ice at them, Tom says as he looks back at the dragon: "Well, that did the trick." It still kept chasing them, as the Autobots and Maximals watched. "I hope this works." Tom said to himself as they lead the Snowrath.
Back on the ground, Botanica openly asks: "Does Tomas knows what he's doing?" Arcee answers: "Tom always has a plan." Most of them turn to Arcee with her confidence in Tom, "Usual." She finishes her sentence of Tom's planning capabilities.
Climbing up are the other teenage human, who runs up, Optimus Prime says to them: "Thank Primus, you're all alright." Jack asks them: "How our dragons?" Ratchet answers: "They're a little dinged up. But they survived worse. I managed to keep them under stasis until they healed." Raph rushes to his dragon: "Charcoal!" Miko runs to her dragon: "Cloudster, Sparky!" Eugene calls his dragon: "Webs!" Alex calls to her dragon: "Feathers!" Jack runs to his dragon: "Winger!" D'Angelo finishes: "Plow, are you okay?" The humans were cornered about their dragons who were just starting to get up.
As for Tom and Thunder, who are still being pursued by the Snowrath, all the way to the cave. They reached the spot, Tom jumps off his dragon and they make their stand, as the Snowrath follows them, but stops and slowly walks toward them but stops. "Come on. That's it. I'm right here. Take another step." He softly spoke, hoping the Ice dragon will fall into the trap.
But the Snowrath stops and sniffs around the area as if he does senses danger, he even sees the tripwire and moves back. "Come on. I'm right here! Come and get us!" He was practically begging the snowrath to come forward to attack them, but the dragon wasn't going to fall for the trap, he steps back more. "No!" And to make it worse, it breaths ice on Tom only to be pushes out of the way by Thunder.
As they slide on the ground, Thunder breaths lighting off springing the trap which releases the tooth the alpha lighting dragon had in his mouth. It lands on the snowrath's right wing, he sees its own tooth and the venom is taking effect and it shows its beginning to become paralyzing, he even tries to fly but to no avail. Then the venom starts to spread over the body till it passes out and collapses on the ground.
Tom was excited they won, he celebrates singsong: "We're the best." The alpha elder lighting dragon still watches a bit confused by the celebrating. Tom stops in front of Thunder clears his throat and speak normally. "Alright, now just need to wait for the other riders and our alien robot friends. And all of us, should be able to airlift this dude back to the Ice Realm before he wakes up." They hear growling thinking it's them. "And here they come now." But he was wrong for when he turns around they see another Snowrath only this one was a light blue. "That's not them!" The new Ice Dragon was coated in scars and breaths a green ice blast, "Look out pal!" He takes a blast for his friend Thunder that sends Tom flying backwards. Thunder rushes to help his friend.
The Snowrath roar, Tom was unconscious as Thunder nudges him to wake up, the second larger Snowrath breaths its green blast at Thunder who didn't react in time, knocking him out.
The second larger Snowrath turns to his friend, pulls the tooth out with its teeth and helps it up. The first snowrath feels the effects wearing off. And flies off heading back to the Night Light Realm. Meanwhile Tom and Thunder are still unconscious.
Back with the other Dragon Riders and Transformers, D'Angelo is still trying to get Plowhorn up, as is Jack with Winger, Alex with Feathers, Raph with Charcoal. Ratchet stops them: "Atatatata! As senior medical officer, I strongly suggest that you wait until they get a proper chance to heal." D'Angelo replies to him: "Under normal circumstance Ratchet I would totally agree with you. But if we are to get that snow dragon out of here, we need to move quickly." Then they hear coming from the distance.
Alex and Jack walks to the edge of the slope side, Alex says: "Ho boy. That doesn't look good." She said with worrieness in her voice, Jack speaks: "The snow dragon is back. And this time he brought a friend." He spoke who was more frightened than Alex. The two Snowraths flew towards the mountain under the cover of the fog.
D'Angelo says to the team: "We need to lay down some cover so slip away with the baby lighting dragons. Then will go find Tom and Thunder." Jun says to her dragons: "Wu, Wei, steam cloud getaway, and make it a big one." Rattrap says to her: "Heh, Jun you're gonna need more than steam." Smokescreen says as he pulls out an explosive: "I got that. They don't call me smokescreen for nothing." With that the two headed dragon and the Autobot elite create a smoke and fog cloud. The parents were confused at first but then they picked up their babies with their mouths.
The two snow dragons flies upward, they see the fog and are unable to see them even with their body heat.
Under the cloud, Eugene speaks his mind sounding irritated: "Tom leaves, there's one snow dragon. He doesn't come back, now there's two. What leadership?!" He spoke Silverbolt growing tired of his insubordination and says: "You think it's easy being a leader?! He couldn't have known there was a second one, none of us did! Not even you knew it! So for the time being keep your mouth shut or so help me I was so shut permanently!" To which the young Chinese man replies: "OK. I'm giving my mouth shut." He even sips his mouth closed metaphorically. Jun turns to Silverbolt and says to him: "Wow! That's the few times anyone shut my brother up." The fuzor says to her: "To be honest with you I have questioned Tom in the past. But never questioned to circumstances like this." He explained himself and stay the fact that there were things beyond Tom's control.
As the snow dragons hovered, they couldn't see their prey's body heat signature, the mixture of heat and cold along with the smoke masked their signatures. So with the traditional method fails, they decide to do it the old fashioned way, up close and personal.
Arcee whispers: "Optimus, what do we do? Those snow dragons will detect us if, we get any closer to them." Rattrap agrees: "The chick bot's right. No way they'll overlook giant robots." Optimus Prime answers: "under normal circumstances you would be right. But luckily, we can use their own heat seeing ability against them." With that he pulls out a road flare made for humans, Ultra Magnus questions: "A road flair? The Last Prime speaks: "Indeed, they only see heat so to them, it'll be another animal. This will buy us some time, so we must use the time wisely." He ignites the flare then tosses it down, the two snow dragons see the flare and began to follow it. With their destruction plan going, the group slowly moves without making any sound.
Back in the between cave, Tom regains consciousness and hears his dragon groaning, and says: "Thunder? Thunder!" He gets up and rushes to his incapacitated dragon. "You okay?" He asks his dragon, then they hear a loud roar, and emerging from the shadows is the elder alpha Night Light dragon. And he is still mad at Tom. "Great, the boss dragon." He said seeing the alpha. "Come here to rub it in? You know we could've really used your help eailer." He stands up and speaks back at the dragon.
But the alpha wasn't taking Tom's insulting words likely or lightly, he even growls at him. He notices Tom's lighting sword and nudges it back to his feet, Tom was confused, but the Optimal Optimus walks up and says: "He's telling you to take up arms and mount him." The blonde haired boy questions the triple changing transforming Maximal: "What? Why now of all times?" Optimal Optimus answers again: "He wanted to see if your bond with Thunder was unbreakable. And to see if you was worthy to wield that sword." Tom thought about harder and realizes Optimus was right.
In the Night Light realm, with the Autobots and Maximals armed and ready to fight in case the Smowraths got wise to the trick. Eugene whispers to Webmaster, Rattrap, Miko and Bulkhead: "Those two snow dragons are dopier than I thought." Rattrap adds in agreement: "Yeah, they see one road flare or any spark of flame and they think it's another animal." Miko jokes: "I guess having heat seeing vision doesn't always have an advantage." But they spoke too soon for Eugene bumps into something, Miko and Rattrap stopped behind Eugene, the fog clears revealing the scarred Snowrath, Bulkhead says to him: "Uh, Eugene? I think you spoke too soon." To which Eugene says to the bigger snow dragon: "Oh, I was totally talking about someone else." But the beast wasn't hearing it, it roars at Eugene spewing spit in Eugene, Miko and Rattrap's faces which causes them scream.
Bulkhead yells: "We've been discovered!" D'Angelo exclaims: "Go, go, go!" Optimus Finishes: "Autobots and Maximals protect the humans and dragons!"
To which the humans, the dragons and the Night Light parents who pick up their children retreat, as the Transformers fires at the larger Snowrath, Bulkhead transforms his fist into a wrecking ball and punches it in the face.
As the rest of the humans and dragons runs to the edge of the mountain and jumps off. Webmaster grabs Eugene with his little arms, and with Cloudster and Sparky grabs Miko and Rattrap with their mouths and run the other way away from the snow dragon who chased after them but it stopped by a lighting strike.
The light blue dragon turns to look up and sees Tom riding on the elder dragon and with Optimal Optimus in flight mode beside them. Tom riding into battle with his sword in hand, yelling to the Snowrath: "Looking for something to eat?!" The larger snow dragon breaths at the three, but the dodge it, "It's chow time!" He spoke as the snowwrath kept firing, and the Alpha dragon opens his mouth and breaths lighting on the sword which acts as a conduit and Tom strikes at the snowrath.
The first one appears besides the fallen one, and breath ice blast at Tom and the alpha, hitting them. Optimal Optimus says to them: "Don't worry, I got this. He's mine." With that both he and the white Snowrath flew/charge into each other.
The white dragon and the transmetal Transformer were about to come face to face, but he swings sideways, then transforms into beast mode, the dragon turns to see Maximal leader who pounds his chest and roars like a ape asserting his strength.
With that display of dominance, the ice dragon roars and blast multiple ice blast at Optimal Optimus. Tom yells with concerns for his friend: "Optimus!" As the smoke clears revealing to be unscathed, he even simply stood with a stoke expression, and raises his right arm over his left shoulder and simple whips off the dust off feeling unaffected by the blast. Tom and the alpha flies down beside the Maximal leader and asks him: "Optimus, how do you feel?" To which Optimal Optimus answers: "In a word, just prime." Tom speaks to him: "You stay down here, boss dragon and I can take him on. I hope." The Maximal leader says to Tom: "Don't worry about it, Thomas, you can handle things from here."
To that the two fly up into the air, swooping pass the snow dragon who was disoriented and dizzy for a moment but regains his senses and pursues the boy and the alpha dragon while breathing ice shots at them.
Tom and the alpha dragon kept dodging the attacks, but eventually they were struck by another ice blast sending both of them falling to the mountain where the Night Light Furies lives. The elder Night Light Fury and Tom were separated and his sword too.
The blonde haired boy crab walks backwards as the white Snowraths lands in front of him and draws closer to him, Tom says to himself: "This isn't good." He looks around and sees the pegleg he picks it up and swings it even hitting it in the face. Then he shoves it into the snow dragon's mouth, and runs away, the snowrath had some trouble chomping down on the pegleg till finally it snapped.
As Tom runs for his life with both Snowraths behind him, "Who's ever pegleg that belonged to, thank whoever made it." Then a swift dragon comes and swoops him up, and it is Thunder, "Thanks pal." Then Optimal Optimus flies besides him. "You said I could handled it." To which he replies: "I was being supportive." Tom speaks refereeing to the two dragons: "Well at least this will be an even fight two on two." The two snow dragons kept fallow them and kept firing at them.
On the ground Optimus Prime, Jun, Alex, Jack and Rhinox looks from bellow seeing Tom, Thunder and Optimal Optimus still being chased. Many of the Dragon Riders wishes to help as did the Maximals and Autobots, but they couldn't leave because of the wounded.
But just then, the two Snowrath dragons were struck by the elder lighting dragon. He begins to fly in between Tom and Optimus. "Wow! I hope you guys have a plan. I'm just about out of ideas." To which the Maximal leader says: "If there's one thing I learned from dragons, they alway have a trick up their sleeves." He spoke still confident in the dragons. Speaking of, Shadow flying up next to Tom and Thunder with the sword in his mouth. He then throws it to Tom who catches it. They continued to charge, but the light blue dragon breaths ice on Tom sending him falling off, but it saved by the alpha elder dragon.
On the ground, Bulkhead says with anger as he punches the mountain side: "Hurg! I feel so helpless! Tom's out there and those ice dragons aren't slacking off! It's easy to take on one purpose and a a couple of dragons. Even Optimal Optimus is having trouble! What can we do?! We don't have our jetpacks!" Optimus Prime disagreeably says: "Not entirely true Bulkhead. Some of us do possess the ability of flight but we cannot abandoned the children nor the wounded dragons. And besides, if Tomas is who we think he is, he'll have the courage and will to defeat these dragons, like his ancestor did before him." He spoke with understanding and confidence.
Bumblebee speaks: "True we cannot abandoned the wounded, but we can still fire upwards right?" Wheeljack adds: "Yeah we can provide anti-air shots." Jun questions them: "Wait! Aren't you worried you may hit Tom, Thunder and the other Lighting dragon?" Arcee reassures her: "Don't worry Jun. Our targeting system and accuracy is next to none better than you humans." Optimus Prime finishes: "And besides we won't actually try to hit them, just corner them into a position where they feel like they're more our numbered. Make 7 Autobots and 12 Maximals feel like a hundred warriors." Then all the Autobots and the Maximals ready their fire arms, blasters and range weapons raise them upwards. "Ready! Aim! And fire!" They all began to fire around the Snowraths creating a wall of laser shots wall.
Optimal Optimus says seeing the shots fire: "Look! Our teams, they've created a fire shot wall, the Snow Dragons are trapped." Tom sees it and the shots coming from their transformers down below. Tom says to Optimal Optimus: "We won't get another chance at this. Let's focus all of our power!" Thunder and the alpha open their mouths emitting lighting onto the sword, Tom stands up using the combined powers, Optimus uses his areal guns targeting on the two snow dragons, and with a combined power struck the Snowraths. The blast was pretty intense the humans and dragons closed their eyes shielding from the light.
The two snow dragons fell, literally falling on to the mountain side, as they try to get up, the two lighting dragons both the alpha and young along with the Autobots aiming their blasters at them, and the Maximals all in beast mode and now all the dragons healed with their riders with them, surrounded the two snowraths. They still tried to roar but it was no use they were no longer intimidating, Tom says to them in a demanding tone: "Get out of here, both of you! And stay away from my family!" Thunder roars at them, Optimal Optimus in beast mode pounds his chest and roars as well. The two snow dragons now see they're out numbered and outmatched, so the decided to make a retreat. Raph says to them: "Yeah! Fly away you cowards!" The white one turns around for a second staring at the Mexican boy, "Please?" The white dragon flew away with his companion out of the realm and back to the Ice Realm.
In the aftermath Tom walks up to the Night Light Furies with the sword in hand, but turns it up side down holding the hilt like a Knight. Tom tries to says to the alpha: "Um…Thank you." The alpha acknowledges the compliment. Thunder walks up to his rider. "Oh come here." He kneels down and pets him. "I'm gonna miss you pal." Rattrap was tearing up at the sight, Eugene questions him: "Rat dude, are you crying?" To which the Maximal rodent replies: "What? No, never" He can lie to them but not to himself for he was shedding tears. Then Shadow flies toward Tom, to much of the parents surprise, and the little dragon tries to take Tom's sword but he stops him saying no. "No, no Shadow. It's still not a toy."
The babies join their sibling and bid the humans and Transformers goodbye, Alex says: "Now don't talk to any strange snow dragons." Miko says to one of them: "Seriously you're so cute and rocking. I think I just found the cover for my band poster." She said, the third one in D'Angelo flies up to Optimal Optimus who holds his the palm of his hand out and says to the baby dragon: "Go on. Maximize." Jun says her fair well: "Goodbye Shadow."
Then Lighting steps forward and as the two Optimuses: "Optimus, both Prime and Optimal. With your permission, may I stay with the Night Lights? I know I am a Maximal, but I feel more like a dragon." Optimus Prime replies: "If that is your wish, we will honor it." Lighting continues: "I will be here to be their protector, their guardian. And to be honest I feel more Night Light Fury than Maximal." To which Tigertron grabs his arm and says: "I know how you feel. I will stay with you, teach you the call of the wild. One black and white animal to another." He spoke as if they were brothers, who have recently been reunited.
The three babies fly toward Eugene giving them the puppy dog eyes, to which he admittedly says: "Okay, you guys are cool. Come here…" They all jump on him playfully. "Okay that's good."
This was a bitter sweet moment, the fair wells, Tom says to his dragon: "It's time for us to go." He gets up and walks away, Thunder felt sad, even shows his expression of sadness as Tom leaves. Both the boy and the dragon were sadden by their separation, the Alpha can realize he's making a mistake.
As Wu lowers his head offering Tom a ride, to that the Alpha nudges Thunder, encouraging him to rejoin his rider, the young dragon was confused at first but the alpha knew you can't force to separate a rider from his steed, nor a steed from its rider. Just as Tom was about to mount on Wu he stops and notice the change of heart. "Wait, is he saying what I think he's saying?" He offers Tom his blessing and acknowledgment to let Thunder continue to be his friend and riding beast.
To which Tom and Thunder rushes to each other, but Tom stops with open arms and Thunder pounces on him, the boy laughs knowing he gets to keep his friend, as the dragon licks his face. "I guess you're coming with me." Optimus Prime says regarding their friendship: "We've come full circle. Friendships that transcends lifetimes and bloodlines." The Autobots, Maximals and the Night Light Furies were happy for this friendship to last.
The alpha and the parents were happy especially the alpha who felt like this day would've come, as if he knew this would happen. The Maximal Night Light Fury and the Tiger joins the real Night Light dragons side, and then transform into beast mode. Everyone was happy in more ways than.
After night, the riders and dragons flew through the fissure while the Autobots and Maximals takes the route back to the Ark.
Tom comments their adventures: "What a day!" D'Angelo points out: "That's turned into night. We are so late right now." Miko says to him: "Well D, time flies when you're fighting wild snow dragons and almost getting killed. Oh BTDubs pun very much intended." Jack says to her: "Hehe. That it a pretty good one." He admits he likes the joke.
Tom says to his dragon: "Why don't you say we drop the hammer pal? Show these guys how to make up some time?" To that the young dragon smiles and ignites purple lighting going faster than the others, the others all whoop in excitement for Tom and Thunder. Raph speaks regarding Tom but with a smile: "Still a show off. Even than Eugene here." Eugene laughs a bit then stops and exclaims: "Hahaha…haha…hey, wait a minute!" He realizes the joke Raph made.
The boy and his Night Light enters the cave and Tom was excited and says to his dragon as he dismounts: "Ya-haha! Yeah, nice one pal. Hey, next time let's go for a full barrel roll." He walks but to his surprise his mother is in the cover who says to her son: "Tom?" Both mother and son where shocked to meet each other in the same place, then he replies: "Oh, mom." Then Mirage says regarding this: "Ohooo! Someone's busted." Then Dr. Kullersen says to the Autobot: "Too soon Mirage, but yes. Some is busted." She said feeling it was inappropriate, and unknown to them they were being watched by Laserbeak hiding in the shadows, recording everything that is happening.
