Chapter 2:ongoings

Yugao uzuki had been in the anbu black ops since she was fifteen, and in her 2 years of service she had achieved a lot, such as being the 5th fastest anbu member to become a squad captain, wich was very fast considering that the number 1 and 2 respectively were kakashi hatake, and itachi uchiha, she also had a respectable 7 s-rank mission total on her belt 3 of wich were solo missions, it was safe to say that she was no stranger to tense and dangerous situations, but she was hard pressed to remember a situation tenser than the scene she was witnessed to right now, what was the situation you ask, well it was only a meeting between the sandaime hokage of konoha, and the current leader of the thought to be extinct uzumaki clan.

"Well hiruzen what do you have to say for yourself"

The leader, a woman who looked far younger than she actually was, yugao always felt jealous of the uzumakis energy and vitality, said to the silent hokage who was looking at a picture on his desk, looking up hiruzen regarded the leader, myuki was her name, for a moment spoke.

"What would you have me say myuki"

The woman in question stood up and slammed her hand on the table, her strength akin to the legendary tsunade of the senju, thankfully the table didn't break, tho it seemed that it was very close to doing so.

"Maybe an explanation on how you let kushina's son get kidnapped, and by your own ninja no less, i mean your the hokage hiruzen, have you gotten soft in you old age, why I remember a time when you-"

"Miyuki anything you say to me i have already said to myself"

Hiruzen said somehow saying it in both a hard and soft voice. It did not calm the woman down, but it was enough to make her sit back in her seat, after her short outburst the two stayed silent for sometime before hiruzen spoke.

"Do kazē and shu know about naruto yet. Hiruzens words seemed to draw myuki out of her thoughts.

"They dont know yet but they are growing restless on why none of them have been chosen yet, i feel that i may have to tell them soon, something i wouldnt have to do of you wouldve let me take him"

Myuki stated, redoubling her glare the the hokage, who sinply sighed.

"I find myself regretting that decision more and more every day"

All myuki did was huff and then the silence returned.

For sasuke uchiha there were no good days anymore, in fact the best day sasuke could have since the massacre were adequate days, but more times than not he usually received ok days, there was no fun there was only work to be done, besides he didn't have any friends, his fangirls didn't count, but that was fine with him, he didn't want or need any, he only needed to be stronger, he only needed to kill ita-.

"Hey i said answer me dammit"

Looking up from his spot on the ground sasuke saw two girls that looked to be around his age, and though they both sported a crimson hair color tye lengths were different. The one on the right who had previously yelled at him, had long wavy hair that flowed a quarter way down back. The other girl who was visibly calmer than the former sported a shorter bob cut style, but there was a visible hair clip that showed a red and black spiral symbol. It was at that point that sasuke got up ignoring the two girls currently looking at him and started walking towards his house, when a thought suddenly came to him, he had never seen these girls before, and their hair color really only reminded him of one clan, a clan thought to be extinct… stipping in his tracks sasuke turned around to look at the two girls, one of them, the long haired one looked to be getting more and more pissed off at the second, most likely because he ignored, so he turned his head to look more directly at the calmer shot haired one.

"What are your names ive never see you in the village before"

The girl looked at him for a moment most likely sizing up, sasuke took no offense, he was doing the same after all. After A moment she responded.

" my name is asumi and this is my sister shoko"

"I see, and you to wouldn't happen to be uzumakis would you"

The narrowing of the now named asumis eyes was all he needed. For a moment sasuke pondered what to do, it was clear that his last comment had made at least asumi wary, the other girl shoko still had an annoyed look on her face but had calmed down over their brief conversation, in all honesty sasuke really didn't have a reason to do anything after all it was always possible that their were survivors, it was simply improbable to hope so, the uzumakis while very dangerous were never the biggest of clans and since their main place of residence was on an island miles away from any relevant land masses it was just a waste to hope that there were any survivors and… looking past the two girls sasuke saw an impossibility well built man sporting the same hair color as the girls. Seeing that sasuke was looking past them asumi looked behind her and saw the man coming towards them, it was then that her calm look turned into a look of surprise and a bit of fear, quickly poking shoko and pointing towards the man, when shoko looked back the same look came onto her face only twice as much, and with look at each other somehow making an entire olan without speaking they were off, the man seemed to stop in place shake his head and than started to walk away from sasuke.

In the short time that gaara had been on this earth, he did not remember a time that he had ran this far or this fast, it was a spur of the moment decision really, when yashamaru… died, he felt something break inside him, and after a time he came to realize that something was his emotional tie to the sand village, his father despised him and his siblings, though they hid it well, feared him almost as much as the rest of those villagers. He didn't know were he was going, he just ran.

"NO NO GO BACK, GO BACK AND LET ME OUT, LET ME END THEM"

The voice, though extremely loud in gaaras head, only caused him to stumble for a second, as much as he didnt like it the… thing inside him never truly stopped screaming, ever since he was 4 he could hear it, quiet at first, like a distant echo, but it only grew louder over the years, he was simply used to i-

Gaara stopped in his tracks, in front of him could only be described as a complete and total massacre, tens of bodies laid out on the floor either dead or very close to it, and in front of it all, there was only one man standing in the carnage, and he was looking at gaara.

Copper, all kusho could smell was copper, the smell copper from both his parents, and the dead rain ninja, even tho the rain could wash every scent away in a matter of moments, the stench the of copper still held strong, looking at the rain ninja, jusho saw a look of pure surprise on his face, like he wasn't expecting what killed him to kill him, but his parents were dead, they were killed by the rain ninja so who killed them. Kusho felt something on his hands wet, and sticky, the only thing like that, that kusho would've come in contact with was… kusho looked down and, crimson stained his hands.

Kusho awoke slowly, another nightmare he supposed, even though the nightmare was based in reality, kusho, for the life of himself couldn't remember how he killed the ninja. A door was slammed open amd inside came a man with a scar over his left eye and a missing bottom lip, the man looked at him grunted then walked away, looks like norimo was on wake up duty today, that was never fun. Getting his clothes on kusho walked out of his room and then on to the deck of the ship, it was damp and cloudy as usual, sighing kusho got out a mop and then got to work.

Shortly after the girls left sauke resumed his training, until he saw that the sun was setting, seeing this sasuke went to end the day of training with his daily ritual, his daily practice of the fireball jutsu, and still even after months of training it still wasn't half as good as his fireball. Gritting his teeth, sasuke started to head home.

Shochi was never the strongest of ninja in fact some would say that he was weak, average at best, and when you lived in such militaristic village such as the hidden cloud you either had to be strong or very skilled in something else that f you wanted to rise through the ninja ranks, shochi chose the ladder option, one of the few fields that the hidden cloud wasn't known for being all that proficient in, espionage. Even though the cloud was lacking in ninja proficient in his field it still took years of work and dedication before he was given a chance to prove himself, and if he completed it it would not only give shochi all the credit the he wanted, but would also give the hidden cloud the edge it needed to finally solidify itself as the strongest village in the elemental nations, the mission he was given was to capture the one and only world uchiha sasuke past of the uchiha clan currently in the leaf village. But it wasnt sasuke that he was trailing, he knew that the uchiha never left the uchiha district unless necessary, ni he was trailing two young girls, girls that he was almost certain were from the supposedly deceased uzumaki clan, the clan that took the might of 3 great villages to destroy, and they were all alone. Shochi knew that the kidnapping of an uchiha and two uzumakis could send him up the ranks faster than if he had just completed this diplomatic mission and left back to the cloud, but there was just one problem, that absolute monster of a bodyguard always following them, his build was already a deterrent but from what shochi could sense his chakra levels were off the fricking charts, there was no way the shochi could take the man, but thankfully he had another way of getting the body gaurd off his two charges, though he might need to call in a favor or two.

A/N: ok look im really sorry about the wait and the length but i really needed to get this out, i know that this was more build up but dont worry this wont be a normal occurrence next chapter will be 5k words but im planning on doing the next chapter of ttf so be on the lookout for that and one more thing for those who like listening to fanfics on youtube should i put fanfics that arent mine on there so i can actually get some traction and maybe get some actual subs anyway thats it lets hope i actually get the next chapter out soon, see ya
