Active Skills-
Determination of Steel (EX): A skill that allows Jasmine to completely ignore pain and endure superhuman speeds, this is helped that her body alone is a Primordial Construct.
Manifestation of Beauty (EX): A fearsome charismatic nature that makes kings and even love goddesses like Aphrodite go green with envy.
Mind's Eye (True) (A): Capable of calm analysis of the abilities against opponents as well as the battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from danger.
Bravery (EX): Even when weakened as a Servant, this skill will allow Jasmine to stare down even at cosmic horrors beyond the planet with absolute scorn without so much as a twinge of fear, likewise as the fear of death holds no influence on her.
Personal Abilities-
Trainer of Rulers(A): After the passing of her charge, Gilgamesh, one of the world's first known kings. Jasmine devotes some of her time to seeking out other smaller kingdoms that have heirs in line of succession, should they have a heart in the right place is when she takes them in, she will take that heir to the throne as a student and teach them anything she knows. Be it from mathematics, politics, economics, infrastructure, laws, farming, and food supplies.
As well as learning on how to fight so a king won't be the weak link, proper methods of punishment for the guilty, justice and recompence for the innocent, adding a treasury for the kingdom to support itself in whatever financial problems it may have, and when the time comes for people to seek a safe haven, they will flock to the kingdom that was built by the king built better than ever before with Jasmine at his side who trained him personally, the Merlin to his Arthur, so to speak.
This ability along with lifetimes worth of experience would also allow Jasmine to turn even a homeless child into someone greater, whatever path that child takes.
Beast Tamer (False) (A): Earned from winning the hearts of both Tiamat and Primate Murder. Beast II and Beast IV of Regression and Calamity in that respective order, but to Jasmine, she regards them as long-time companions, and have remained inseparable all the way from Genesis to the Age of Man. Their Legend may fall to obscurity, but they still have each other, and Heaven help those who dare try to bring them harm or separate them and use them for their own sinister purposes.
Distributor of Nations (A): With the Gate of Babylon that connects with Gilgamesh' own when she gave it to him this power, they become intertwined, the golden rule skill of Gilgamesh allows him to collect all the world's treasures to his gate, and consequently, Jasmines own.
And because of this, she used this knowledge as an opportunity, she will use all the treasures in the vault ranging from gold, jewelry, trinkets, diamonds and all other kinds of materialistic items all over the world for nations to one day prosper in abundance.

1st Ascension: Oh, how I missed the comfort of my armor, to go without protection is the height of stupidity, remind me to give you some before your next mission.

2nd Ascension: No changes? How truly bizarre your facilities system seems to run on.
3rd Ascension: New set of armor and clothes with a similar design to my old one, and a growing power I have not felt for a long time, what a novel feeling to experience.

4th Ascension: So, this is the maximum I can reach in this container, disappointing, but I cannot fault you for it since my power is unfathomable to begin with. Truly, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting the effort to raise me up to the closest thing to my peak.

Bond 1: This is quite a dire situation Chaldea found itself in, but don't worry too much, because while I may be constrained in this body, I still have ways to bolster Chaldea's defenses against less than savory entities.
