A/N: I still have a couple of chapters that need to be written out, but that's mainly because I'm still not used to having time to write. I usually find myself suddenly remembering I have time, like an hour or two before I go to sleep.

I'll still try to get another update or 2 by Saturday but will take time off until next Wednesday to get at least most ready for the mass update as at least RWBY and maybe Korra may not be ready.

Chapter XVII: Downhill.

Last Time.

"This armor's practically automatic. It knows I'm angry and it's fighting back. Shego, you got to stop."

"Oh, it stops here."

The jet pack came out and Kim flew into Shego crashing into and through the haunted house and into a pillar of the hospital. Shego knocked the other pillar down only for Kim to push it back and fly them back to the others where Shego scratched the armor.

"The Centurion Project is not so tough." The cuts healed, making Shego gasp. "No way."

She attacked multiple times, only for the armor to heal, and Kim used new beams out of her wrists to push Shego back into the fence. "While I must admit that your newly acquired superpowers are perhaps the coolest things I've ever seen in my life, I can't believe you lied to me!" Ron yelled, running over to Kim. Well, it's truth time. If you weren't with your parents..."

"Ron, I am so sorry," Kim said before Ann narrowed her eyes.

"And you weren't with Ron..."

"Where exactly were you?" James asks, crossing his arms.

"I... I... I-I just had to go to Monique's party to be on a date with Naruto, so I lied to Ron. And Mom heard me lie to Ron so I had to cover up the lie to Mom, and… (Sigh)" The armor came off and shrunk back into the bracelet as she told the truth. "Wow, I'm regular me again."

"Oh, regular you, I can handle it." Shego jumped over, only for Naruto to grab her, spin her several times, and toss her into the other villains as the cops drove in.

"Kimberly Ann, we need to talk." James walked up to her as the villains were arrested, grumbling that Kim would need to regain their trust about the lying.

And grounded his daughter as her brothers explained Ron would have understood her not wanting to trick-or-treating and that her parents would've let her go to Monique's party.

"Aah, even the tweebs are busting me?" She whined as Naruto walked over to hug her from behind.

Now.

Middleton High.

Naruto, wearing a black jacket, held his snowboard as snow came down before looking up at the school sign.

Mount Middleton

SKI TRIP

"Let's keep it moving, people!"

Barkin in a brown jacket yelled, holding a clipboard as Naruto placed his board in the storage compartment of the school bus. Ron walked over in a blue jacket holding skies over his shoulder. "Stoppable... stow that gear."

"Aye, aye, Mr. Barkin." He turned and almost hit a teen with the skies.

"Hey!"

"My bad." He turned to analogize and almost hit Kim who was wearing her red snow outfit.

"Ron."

"Sorry, K.P., I am just totally psyched!"

"Tell me about it. It's been so long since I've skied without some crazed henchman chasing me." She said, crossing her arms as a depressed Naruto walked up to her. "What's wrong with you?"

"All you girls are covered up! I hate the ski trip… Hell, I hate winter in general for that reason!"

Kim deadpanned at her boyfriend before pinching his cheek. "I better be the only one you're thinking of."

"You're in there with them." He said as she let go before smacking him upside the head.

Smack!

"Ow!"

"Language Naruto!" She said before looking at another boy at the entrance to the bus. "Oh, look, guys."

"Alan Platt," Ron said before Naruto picked up.

"He deserves our pity."

"So sad." Kim sighed out looking down in mourning.

"The biggest trip of the school year…" Ron trailed off before Naruto looked over.

"And his parents are the chaperons."

"Humiliation nation." Ron sighed looking down.

"Tragic." Kim sighed before shrugging. "But better him than me."

"Kimmy!"

Kim blinked before looking to see her mother in a large red coat, and beanie with black gloves and pants walking up.

"Mom? What's the sitch? Did I leave something at home?"

"Not at all, honey. Your friend Bonnie called us." Ann said as Bonnie, wearing a yellow and black coat with gloves walked up to Kim with a smile. "The Platts got the flu at the last minute."

James with a matching outfit and earmuffs walked over holding a large case and dropped it before hugging his wife. "So, we grabbed our gear, dropped the boys at Nana's, and high-tailed it right over."

Kim blinked before realization dawned on her. "Wait... you don't mean..."

"Meet our new ski trip chaperons." Bonnie smiled and held up a camera. "Smiles."

Later, Naruto put the last of the luggage away as Kim was talking to Bonnie at the entrance to the bus. "You know, it just occurred to me… Some people might find it humiliating to have their parents along on a class outing… Especially one with a big photo spread in the yearbook."

Kim narrowed her eyes on her rival. "You did this to me on purpose, Bonnie."

"You are so paranoid. I think your parents are... Cute."

"Whatcha got there, Dr. P?" Ron asked James who held up the case.

"My homemade snowboard. I'm ready for shreddy."

"Excuse me?" Naruto asked looking back. "I think Jim and Tim messed with you Dr. P. It's just shredding."

"Dad's trying to act cool. I'm doomed."

Later, as they got near the mountain, Kim crossed her arms sitting beside Naruto on the ride. "Incredible!" Ron exclaimed from his spot in front of them.

"I know. Bonnie will pay for this."

"No, I mean this. Check it out, K.P.…" He handed her a newspaper with pictures of large footprints in the snow at the mountain range. "We're heading straight into the lair of the beast."

"'The Snow-beast of Mt Middleton Makes Tracks'?" She read the title out loud. "Right... from the same hard-hitting journalist who broke the 'Frog-boy' story."

"I was personally touched by Frog-Boy's struggle to fit into a world that could never truly accept him."

Kim handed Ron the paper back. "Ron, look at this picture; it could be anything."

"Yeah, because we didn't fight a mutant like Gill, or Monkey Fist if you wanna throw him in," Naruto spoke as Kim looked at him.

"Naruto, you don't believe-"

"No, I'm just saying we have fought mutants before, even giant robots… This could be Drakken who built something to scare anyone away from a lair he has by the lodge." He replied to her.

"Drakken's in prison Naruto."

Naruto shrugged at that. "Could be someone new."

"But that's why The Wonder is offering $5,000 for a clear photo of the beast," Ron said as everyone stared at him before Barkin looked at him from his seat.

"You don't really believe all that hooey do you, Stoppable?"

"Well..."

"Thank you, Mr. Barkin." Kim smiled at the teacher. "Some of us have real issues to deal with."

Naruto smirked at that. "Like helping your parents with the sing-along?" He asked as she narrowed her eyes at him while her parents started singing.

Later, at the lodge, Naruto pulled his duffle bag and snowboarded out, and Ron followed with a hiking backpack before James spoke up. "Make sure you collect all your personal belongings."

Naruto walked to the lodge as Barkin walked to Ron. "Ready to find that snow-beast?"

Ron blinked at that. "Mr. B? I don't get it. You said-" Ron stopped as Barkin covered his mouth.

"Stoppable, do you want the whole class going after the five Gs?" Barkin asked as Ron blinked before smiling.

"Oh, I gotcha… "Rufus got up on top of the backpack at that. "What about Rufus?"

"Tell you what, Stoppable. You help me get that photo, and I'll cut you in for 2%. Now, how you divvy it with your hairless pal… That's your business."

"Deal." Rufus sighed at that before Ron and Mr. Barkin left. "Catch you later, K.P.!"

"Ron, where are you going?" Kim asked, holding onto skies before hearing her mother talking to Bonnie and two other classmates.

"That reminds me of the cutest Kimmy story. So, we're on our first family ski trip. Kimmy's two years old, and she takes off her clothes in the middle of the lobby-" She stopped as Kim pushed her away.

"Mom! Not now. Not ever."

"Oh, honey, two-year-olds have been known to strut around stark naked. Am I right?"

Bonnie smiled as she walked over. "Absolutely. Please, go on." She finished pulling her camera up.

Ron And Barkin.

"Shouldn't we have mules, or Sherpas or something? When I snow hike with Kim, and Naruto we get Sherpas."

Ron said as they walked through the woods. "You're not traveling with the pep squad today, son. Up here, you gotta earn your 2%." Barkin said before stopping them. "Wait a minute. I hear something."

"Teeth chattering, knees knocking, bladder sloshing? That's me." Ron spoke before Barkin shushed him.

"Shh. Listen."

The ground shook as well as the tree as they heard a loud roar.

(ROAR!)

"Snow-beast!/Snow-beast!" The two yelled before running into the woods.

"Get a move on, Stoppable!"

"It's on, it's on!"

"Over there!" Barkin yelled before Ron turned to the side as a tree shook.

"Wait! It changed direction."

A large shadow jumped over them forcing the two to stop and run after before they ran past the tree line, and the snow broke causing them to slide down the mountain. "It got away," Barkin said, hearing the roaring go quiet.

They then heard the crunching of snow before Ron stood and hid behind the teacher. "It's coming back." He then screamed as a person walked out from behind the trees revealing a woman. "AAH!"

"Calm down, Stoppable. It's a woman."

"Thanks for noticing." She smiled and waved at Barkin.

She has black hair which is fashioned in a rough bowl cut. She is short and stocky in build and has glasses on. She's wearing a brown two-tone turtleneck under a jacket and matching pants, generally with an Otter that has wings attached to her chest.

"Well, you know, you're obviously… You know... Female." Barkin said as she walked over.

"We thought you were the snow-beast," Ron said before Barkin looked at her.

"Not that you look beastly in any way, Ma'am."

"Oh, puh-leeze. Don't tell me you believe that silly fairy tale?" She raised her hand to shake Barkin's. "I'm Amy Hall. Pleased to meet you, Mr. Um..."

"Barkin," Barkin replied as she smiled and leaned into him. "Steve Barkin."

"Say, Stevie..."

"I prefer Steve." He said as she smiled.

"That makes two of us. Anyhoo, I got all turned around up here. Would you mind leading me back to the lodge?"

"Actually, we, uh..."

"Would be tickled pink," Ron spoke before Barkin pulled him aside to talk.

"Oh, pink is my favorite color," Amy said before Barkin looked at Ron.

"What about the photos?"

"The photos can wait, Mr. B., You got a lady on the line. Come on, Stevie." Ron said as Barkin narrowed his eyes.

"Stoppable…" He spoke before Amy started singing.

Stevie, the lodge awaits us!

"Mr. Barkin Babe Magnet."

"Drop it, Stoppable," Barkin growled out as he walked towards the lodge. "Ma'am, uh… please follow me."

"To the ends of the Earth, Stevie."

A few minutes after they left, a large rabbit rhino hybrid dropped down and roared.

Lodge.

Bonnie was talking to James who was putting his case down. "So, you built your own snowboard, Dr. Possible?"

"Oh, you'd be surprised what you can cobble together with odds and ends from around the Space Center."

"I'd love to see it in action." She said before Kim suddenly snowboarded on top of the case.

"Whoa, slow down, there, Dad."

"Kimmy?"

Naruto slid beside them as Kim pulled her father to the side. "Yours is so much cooler than everyone else's. You don't want to bum out the other guys, do you?"

"Gosh, Kimmy, I don't want to bum anybody out."

"Good, Dad. Real good." She walked over to Bonnie while taking off her helmet.

"Is everything okay, Kim? You seem kind of stressed." Bonnie smiled as Ron suddenly went over the hill and screamed before sliding to a stop hitting Bonnie with snow. "Oh, you did that on purpose!"

"Now who's paranoid, Bonnie?" Kim asked with a smile. "It was an accident," Bonnie growled and walked off as Ron got off his board. "Oh, I owe you one."

"Ah, it was nothing."

"Find your snow-monster?" She asked him as Amy walked up with Barkin before she saw the otter.

"Hey… An Otter-Fly."

"(Gasp!) That's right. You collect 'Cuddle-Buddies'?" Amy asked as Kim started to stutter.

"Uh, well, I-I've seen them at the mall... No big."

"Seen them?" Ann asked, walking over. "Kimmy went wild for those little things."

"I'm the past president of the Cuddle-Buddy Collector's Club. It's so nice to find a fellow Cuddler." Amy shook Kim's hands as Bonnie appeared with her camera.

"You two must have so much in common."

"You meet the nicest people at Cuddle functions, don't you?" Amy asked as Kim nervously chuckled.

"Well, I've never gone..."

"So, Kimmy, who's your fave? Mine's Otter-Fly, obviously." Amy asked, holding the otter up.

"Well, it-it was a long time ago..."

"What was that one you would never let me wash?" Ann mused before smiling. "Panda-Roo, that's it. You still sleep with that little guy, don't you? Oh, so cute... little Panda-Roo."

Later, Kim was at the outside deck of the lodge leaning on the railing before being pulled into a hug. "Kim?" Naruto asked, resting his chin on her head.

"Bonnie knows about Panda-Roo. Hope is lost." She replied as Ron walked up.

"That's harsh; can I borrow the Kimmunicator?"

Kim sighed and handed Ron her Kimmunicator. "Your concern touches me."

"Wade, what's the snow-beast sitch?" He asks the genius.

"I've got no historical sightings, no local legends, nothing," Wade replied as Kim looked at Ron.

"You pulled Wade in on this?"

"Only if he delivers."

"What were you talking about?" Wade asked, having Ron to look down.

"Not about the Weekly Wonder reward if that's what you're thinking."

"Barkin already has me down for 10%." Wade smiles at that.

"Ten?" Ron asks in disbelief.

"If I deliver."

"Fine. Just call me if you find anything." Ron sighed and turned the device off before handing it back to Kim.

"Keep it. Wade might want to share some beasty breakthroughs. Besides, Naruto has his watch." Kim replied as Naruto held his watch up as Ron left.

"You alright?" Naruto asks as Kim sighs.

"Don't you get it, Naruto? This weekend is now strictly damage control. If I don't stay on top of my parents every minute I'll never be able to show my face in school again. I'm in Humiliation Nation."

"They don't mean anything from it Kim, our parents just forget their parents did the same by showing friends naked baby pictures or telling their friends they wet the bed or another accident because the last time they spent in their house was when they got ready for college."

Ron And Barkin.

"Aah!"

Ron fell into a hole before leaning up and saw it was a large footprint. "I think we're getting close."

Barkin smiled and took several pickers before the trees moved. "Something moved."

"It didn't sound beast-sized," Ron said as a small brown-furred dog waded through the snow.

"Oh, it's just a dog." Barkin leaned down at the dog. "Hey, pup. What are you doing, way out here?" He asked, reaching to pet the canine.

Snap!

Only to real back as it had crab claws and legs. "Cheese and crackers!"

"Now, that's a mixed breed!" Ron yelled as the dog ran around snapping its claws.

Suddenly the large hybrid dropped down covering Ron in snow from the chest down and roared. "Snow-beast."

"No!"

They turned and saw Amy with two people in red and blue winter outfits with black ski masks on, holding the dog.

"You naughty, naughty beasty. You shouldn't have run off like that. You had Mommy all worried." She said walking up as the beast sat down and whimpered at her tone.

"Amy! In the nick of time, you tamed the beast. You saved me." Ron smiled and hugged her as Barkin walked up narrowing his eyes.

"Why did it listen to her?"

"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you." Ron ignored Barkin and vigorously shook Amy's hands.

"Why did she say 'Mommy'?" Barkin asked as Ron blinked at that.

"Ooh... you're a clever one, Stevie." Amy smiled before yelling at the two behind Barkin. "Get the camera!"

One man grabbed Barkin as the other pulled the camera off. "Hey, that's mine!"

"She wants the reward!" Ron yelled before the man broke the camera. "Or not…" Ron trailed off seeing Barkin pull the mask off one man showing a pig's head. Ron gasps before reaching for the other. "Don't be a pig." He pulls the mask off showing a chicken's head as Barkin was knocked out.

"Take them to the lab." She orders the two who grab Ron, having them miss the Kimmunicator drop out of his pocket.

"Let me go, let me go."

A camera popped up off the Kimmunicator. "Ron? Mr. Barkin? I'll get Kim." He then has treads pop out and rolls towards the lodge.

Lodge.

"Kim!"

Kim blinked as she was leaning against Naruto on the couch in the lodge by the fire before looking down at her Kimmunicator. "Wade?"

"We've got a situation."

Amy's Lair.

"Oh, you can't just go gallivanting all over the mountain."

Amy, wearing a lab coat and goggles on her head said to the beast who looked down inside the large lair. Barkin and Ron tied up on tables as well as Rufus. "Imagine what people must think."

"What is this place?" Barkin asked as Amy smiled.

"Just my homey little genetics engineering lab. Let me show you my favorite part." She snapped her fingers and had a tall curtain open up and bright lights to show a very large Cuddle Buddy collection.

"Sweet mother of pearl."

"Every Cuddle Buddy ever made." Amy smiled again

"That's a lot of plush, lady," Barkin responded as Amy twirled.

"I collected them all. But it wasn't enough."

Ding!

"Cookies." She ran past a large 3 globed device, the one in the middle the largest to an oven by them.

"Uh, question," Ron asked as she pulled the tray out of the oven.

"Yes?"

Ron pointed at the four monsters. "What's up with the monsters?"

"I wanted more. To go where no Cuddler had gone before. Life-size, living Cuddle Buddies!" Amy replied before Barkin spoke.

"That's quite a leap."

"Not if you're one of the world's foremost bio-geneticists. They called me DNAmy. They said I was mad at the Cuddle Con. Ginger snap?" She offered the cookies to Barkin who narrowed his eyes.

"Lady, you are-"

"Special?"

"You are sick… And wrong!" He yelled, having her drop the tray and glare.

"You're just a meanie, Stevie. But I can fix that."

Outside, Naruto and Kim slid to a stop by a mountain with a cave at the top. "Wade, try searching the Cuddle Buddy Website. They profile all major cuddlers... uh, collectors." Kim said as Naruto held in a laugh.

"How'd you know that?" The genius asked her.

"I logged on a few times, okay… They're a good investment!"

Wade typed before bringing up a page with Amy's profile. "Good call, Kim."

"She's a bio-geneticist?" Kim blinked, bringing her device up to stare at the screen in shock.

"That's not all. She was kicked out of her university for unorthodox splicing experiments. Her nickname was DNAmy."

"An out-of-control geneticist." Kim sighed at that. "I should've paid more attention to Ron's crazy snow-beast talk. We need to hurry. Wade, is there a satellite that can scan the mountain for geological anomalies?

"Natch. Hoping we might find a hidden scientific lab?" Wade asks as she nods.

"If it's not asking too much."

"You're on a roll. Artificial reinforcements in a large cavern to the north." He replied as the two started snowboarding towards the mountain.

"We're there."

Inside, Amy put Barkin and Rufus in one of the smaller pods. "Wait! Why punish Rufus? Barkin's the one you're mad at."

"That's it, Stoppable. You can kiss your 2% goodbye." Barkin yelled out as Amy smiled.

"We could have been so cute together, Stevie. Well, now you'll find out what it's like to be genetically fused with a hairless rodent." Barkin looked towards Rufus who waved at him.

"You are one twisted sister."

She closed the door as Rufus waved tearfully at Ron before she hit the switch, having the device glow before Kim and Naruto fighting a snake with a cat's head fell into the collection of Cuddle Buddies. "Let them go, D-N-Amy, or I'll…" Kim trailed off holding two, one a Panda Kangaroo with a baby in its pouch with a gold star on its chest.

"Panda-Roo? Superstar edition? They only made 12 of these." She said before Naruto pushed her out of the way as the rabbit tackled him while the others grabbed Kim.

"You like Cuddle Buddies, Kimmy. Wait till you see my genetic zipper in action." Amy said before the large dome glowed red and hit with fire before turning it off and had a human-sized mole rat with brown hair and pants walk out.

"Rufus, you're a mutant!" Ron yelled out as Amy ran up to hug her newest creation.

"Naked Mole Man. My greatest splicing success!"

Naruto groaned before looking at Amy and then at the beast that was holding him. "Yo, Snowy. Looks like your mommy has got a new favorite. She doesn't care about you. You're just another collectible to her."

The beast growled and then ran over to attack the new hybrid. "Stop it! Stop it, this instant! There's room in my heart for all of you!" Amy tried to break the fight up as Naruto slammed the heads of the other together knocking them out.

They ran over to free Ron who smiled "Thanks, we've got to get Rufus back."

"And Mr. Barkin." Kim smiled as he blinked.

"Right. Him, too."

The fight then started destroying everything having electricity spark before Naruto pushed the table into the Mole hybrid pushing him back into the device before Kim turned it on.,

Rufus then ran out in Barkin's clothes as Barkin put on a robe as he was without clothes. They then ran out as the lair blew up having the Cuddle Buddies fly out as they landed and ran from an avalanche before James on his rocket-powered snowboard came up to save them.

Later, Amy was arrested before Kim looked at her parents. And missed Naruto putting something in his backpack. "Mom, I am so sorry."

"Don't worry, honey. Your father and I were teenagers once. Sometimes we forget what it's like." Ann hugged her daughter as Bonnie took a picture.

"Isn't this a sweet moment?"

"Bonnie...!"

Bonnie stiffened as she turned. "Mom?!

"Pumpkin!"

Bonnie's mother has her complexion with her hair done up, glasses, and a beauty mark under her lip, and is wearing a pink jacket, scarf, mittens, purple plaid pants, and pink leg warmers.

She ran over and hugged Bonnie who pushed her back. "Mother, what are you doing here?"

"I heard you kids needed more chaperons so I just rushed right up."

"But you can't."

"Well, now, Bon-Bon, don't go flying off the handle." Her mother whispered loudly as Naruto raised an eyebrow.

"Bon-Bon?"

"If everything isn't just so, Bon-Bon goes straight to pieces." Bonnie's mother said as Bonnie looked at her.

"But why? Who called you?"

"There's too many kids for just us to handle and I figured if Kimmy got to enjoy having her parents around why not you, too, Bonnie?" Ann smiled at Bonnie as her mother dragged her off.

"This is going to be such fun. You have to introduce me to every single one of your little classmates."

"You rock Mom." Kim smiled at her mother who smiled back.

"You rock too, Kimmie."
