"No."
"Why not? It suits you."
"It's a dress."
"And?"
"Granny Izuka, I'm not wearing a dress. I'm a boy."
"Just try it on to make me quiet." At this point people started staring at the commotion and saw Andrew with a red children's dress pressed against his chest outside the changing rooms.
"Is this just because of my hair?" Andrew's hair was long and unkept with a long length reaching down past his shoulders. He hadn't found time to cut it so it just kept growing to its current length. He didn't mind but it seemed to bother Granny Izuyka dearly.
"If you wish to look like a woman you might as well go all out." She gave him a smile but behind that expression lied the thoughts of ulterior motives.
" 'sigh' you win. Where's the hairdresser?" Andrew gave up as more people gathered and chattered amongst themselves. Granny Izuka was proud of the success of her plan but she wasn't done yet.
"Do I really have to walk around in this? I look like a Ladyboy." Walking through Konoha's streets in the red dress he was coerced to wear by his guardian Granny Izuka.
"Oh come on. You know you like it."
"Your ulterior motives are showing." Her smile turned to a grin as her mind raced about what she could do now that she dressed Andrew up. The embarrassment he was suffering was immeasurable. He was just glad the people he knew were at school right now.
"I've never had a daughter before."
"I'm not your daughter. Anyway, don't you have Emi now, why do I have to be your guinea pig?"
"We're here."
"Finally this can end." As they reached a stop Andrew's relief was quickly washed away as they were at a sweet's shop and not the hairdresser.
"No." This was the only word Andrew could get out as he was dragged away by the wrist as he reached out hoping he could escape.
"Oh yes." The sinister grin grew bigger. This would be a long day.
"Finally, we're here." It was the afternoon now and he had been dragged around for the most part of the day. Since Emi had been dropped off at school he had been made to go to countless shops in his red dress. His cheeks flushed all the while Granny Izuka flaunted him off to her friends.
'Ding ding' The bell rang as they pushed through the door. It seemed relatively busy with regular patrons.
"Ah, Miss Izuka, please have a seat. What may I do for you today?"
"Well, you see I've just brought my son to get a haircut. As you can see his hair has gotten far too messy."
"A son, in that wear I would've mistook him for a girl."
"I'm not her son or a girl for that matter." Tired of having to explain the matter he just gave the bare minimum of corrections and waited for his turn to get his haircut.
"Izuka!" Her name was called so the both of them stepped up and Andrew sat down in the chair with an apron wrapped around him to protect his clothes from the hair.
"So what do you want done?" The barber asked.
"I don't mind." Andrew shrugged, wanting this to be done with. It had been a long day and he wanted it to end as soon as possible.
"Miss Izuka, any preferences then."
Granny Izuka talked to the man away from Andrew, giving him her input.
"Understood then. I'll get it done right away if you just take a seat over there for me."
Granny Izuka nodded and returned to the seating area.
"So brunches, curly or a perm?"
"None of that!" Andrew yelled out in frustration before composing himself.
"I'm sorry, please just make it shorter."
"I understand." Andrew slumped his head into his hands. Today had already been too embarrassing with the red dress and misidentification as the opposite gender already.
"Done." Andrew looked up to see his naturally blue hair all but missing.
"Excuse me but where is my hair?" Andrew grew worried as he could see his scalp.
"If you look close enough there are strands of blue where your hair is growing again."
"I'm practically bald"
"It's called a buzz cut and as per Miss Izuka's request we made it extra short for you. She said you would like it."
"I cave. You win." Looking up into the mirror was Granny Izuka standing there proudly as she successfully made Andrew embarrassed and show humanity whether he realised or not. He was still human.
"Now can I get some actual clothes now. I want to get out of this dress."
"No, now we have to pick Emi up."
Andrew saw the time and his face grew even redder. He would be seen with this awful haircut and dress by his soon to be peers."
"I think I'll head straight home."
"Oh no you don't." Granny Izuka had her grin again and all Andrew could do was gulp in anticipation of the misery.
'Lord if you exist. Help! Please for the love of god HELP!'
