A/N: Time for the Heroes Rising Arc... like I said I did rewatch it recently just to get a good grasp on the movie, though admittingly it's going to go its own direction during the final battle.

Oh and something I have to share while spell checking this chapter, of course the name "Nabu" got flagged as a misspelling... but the fun part is that the top option for the "right" word... Naboo... Yes... really... you have to admit that's way too funny! For that those that somehow don't know a lot of places in MHA are named after Star Wars locations... so yeah...

Chapter 88: Island Getaway

Class 1-A was having their first real taste of being heroes. Granted it wasn't a traditional way.

The entire class was stationed on an island. Small one in the southern portion of Japan. The weather was warm despite being a cold time of year.

In fact several of them were stationed at the beach.

Tsuyu of course being one of them since she was perfect for water rescue and she rescued a little boy who got swept away by the rock… with Sato helping her and traumatizing the child with his scary face.

Sero and Tokoyami crowed off part of the beach to ensure no one got swept away with Sero giving a show of tape.

"Honestly we're supposed to be helping now showing off…" muttered Shoto.

Nearby Mineta was able to some guys from harassing women, however Ojiro was the one who got the attention even if though he didn't do anything. Much to Mineta's disappoint.

The class s also had a budling acting as their agency where many of them answer the phones to deploy someone.

Though many of the requests were chores.

"Mr. Matsuda's battery died again." Said Mina hanging up the phone.

"Again? He knees to replace that thing." Said Kaminari.

He knew that he had to be the one handle that one as he has several times since this was set up.

Yaoyorozu then called out that an old woman threw out her back.

"I will handle this one." Said Tenya.

Katsuki rolled her eyes as they were doing chores.

"Really all these chores?" asked Katsuki.

"You haven't been doing anything." Said Kirishima.

"I'm just waiting in case a villain shows." Said Katsuki.

"Villain isn't going to show up." Said Kirishima.

"knowing our luck one will show up." Said Katsuki, "I mean Deku ran into one doing errands… who's to say a villain won't show up and cause trouble."

Izuku slammed his head into the desk.

"This is going to be a thing isn't it?" asked Izuku.

"Hey you're lucky that you're one of who found out about it." Said Jiro, "Who knows what would have happened if someone else found out about it."

Izuku looked at her.

"But yeah it's going to be a thing." Said Jiro.

Izuku just sighed.

"Is anyone free, there's a little boy missing in the shopping district." Said Ochaco.

"I'm free." Said Jiro, "So I can help."

"A missing kid, I'll help too." Said Izuku.

"All right!" said Ochaco.

The three of them went outside with Izuku wearing an innertube.

Ochaco removed Jiro's gravity as the two held on tightly to the innertube. And they zoomed off to find the child.

(Flashback)

There was meeting between Nezu,. Toshinori and Mera… the guy who ran the license exam.

"Hero Work Recommendation Project?" asked Nezu.

Mera nodded.

"Yes, after everything going it was thought that the students should get a taste at what it is like to be hero heroes, all of the students in the class do have their provisional license." Said Mera, "Don't worry it will be done at Nabu Island. A small island with than a 1,000 people. Their hero recently retired of old age."

"And you think it's best to use the students for this?" asked Toshinori.

"Look, there is an underlying fear that something might happen to you., Even if you're stronger than before." Said Mera, "That fear is stirring things up."

"And you want the students to have more experience to deal with the fears." Said Nezu.

Mera nodded .

Toshinori wasn't sure but she knew the decision wasn't in her hands.

And so it was announced to Class 1-A.

"All right, this class has been chosen for a new program. The Hero Work Recommendation Program. You will be running a Hero Agency until a new hero is assigned to it." Said Aizawa.

The class then got really elicited after all they were going be running a hero agency.

Of course Aizawa used his quirk as an intimidation tactic which caused the class to calm down.

"It's on a small island called Nabu Island. Not only that but you will be handling on your own. Which means you will not be getting help from your teachers unless it's an extreme emergency…" said Aizawa.

Izuku nodded knowing that part of the message was for him.

He can summoned All Might if need be.

I expect you all to be on your best behavior." Said Aizawa.

The classes on the other hand was just excited for such a thing.

(End of Flashback)

With Izuku, Ochaco and Jiro they all searched for the little boy named Kastuma.

After a while Izuku found him, a little boy with light blue hair looking for his sister Mahoro on a play

"Are you Kastuma?" asked Izuku.

"Yes!" said Kastuma.

"I'm Artemis, I'm one of the heroes here on the island." Said Izuku, "Your sister's worried for you."

"Really?" asked Kastuma.

"TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH!" yelled a voice.

And then a little girl, older than Kastuma slide down a slide. Considering she looked just like him but older and with pigtails, Izuku quickly who she was, Mahoro, his older sister

'You've been looking for him for over an Hour!" yelled Mahoro holding her phone which was using a stop watch showing that indeed an hour had passed.

"Well I…" said Izuku.

"What if this had been a real emergency! Honestly… what if something really bad had happened! You're supposed to be a hero! Then again you're only a kid! Why did they even leave you in charge?!" scolded Mahoro.

"I'm sorry." Said Izuku putting his hands in defense.

"Well you better be!" said Mahoro.

"Mahoro." Sighed Kastuma.

"Come on Kastuma." Muttered Mahoro.

She dragged her little brother away just as Ochaco and Jiro showed up.

"Why was she scolding you?" asked Jiro.

"She was just testing us and we didn't find him fast enough." Said Izuku with a smile./

"Why are you smiling? Asked Jiro.

"I'm just glad he's safe." Said Izuku.

"That is such a Deku thing you." Said Ochaco blushing.

Izuku started to blush as well.

"Can you two not flirt in front?" asked Jiro.

Both of them sweat dropped.

That evening the class was done for the day.

"What a day." Said Mina.

"You got that right." Said Kaminari.

"You guys are pushovers." Said Katsuki.

"You didn't do anything today." Said Toru.

Katsuki glared at Toru.

That was when there was a knock at the door.

It turns out it was the islanders all of them with a lot of food.

"We wanted to thank you for getting her to the hospital today." Said one of the islanders.,

"Not to mention the work you've been doing at the beach." Said another.

"Thank you so much!" said the class.

"You don't have to thank us at all." Said one of them.

The food they were given was an absolute feast.

And after dinner just about everyone was happy and content.

"That was amazing…" said Ochaco.

"Yeah." Laughed Izuku.

"I could get used to this as a hero." Said Mineta.

"Seriously?" asked Katsuki.

"By the way Katsuki." Said Tenya taking charge.

"What?" asked Katsuki.

"I do get your concerns about a possible villain attack. However the fact you didn't do anything means that you should be the one to do patrol." Said Tenya.

Katsuki grumbled "Fine…" she muttered.

And so she went on patrol.

When she returned she found Izuku doing some leg training.

"Deku what are you doing?" she asked.

Izuku stopped training and started to blush.

"Well… I've been worried that I've been favoring Tensei's quirk over Tenya's." admitted Izuku, "I mean I've had Tenya's quirk for much longer but I've been using Tenya's if I need speed."

"It's not your fault if he find his easier to use." Said Katsuki, "Also it's getting pretty late… you're not doing what I think you're doing?"

"What do you think I'm doing…" said Izuku.

"Sleepless training." Said Katsuki.

"No… of course I'm not saying up as long as possible just so I can see how long my time is…" said Izuku.

Katsuki just looked at Izuku.

"Really! I'm not! Honest!" said Izuku.

However before the conversation could continue, Kastuma came running in.

"Kastuma! What's wrong?" asked Izuku.

"There's a villain!" yelled Kastuma.

Both of them became extremely worried… after all if a villain was attacking that could be bad. And they could only hope it was something they could easily defeat.
