Ninja Girls Are Actually Hot!

Ranma growled as he walked the streets of Nerima. It had been a year since the failed wedding between him and Akane and things had only gone downhill for him. First he had to move back into the Tendo dojo, then his deadbeat father and Mr. Tendo say that they should try the wedding again and that HE should apologize to Akane!

What REALLY made him mad was that he had NOTHING to do with what happened! It was Nabiki who invited those morons to the wedding, not him! And Akane had the nerve to keep saying that Ranma was at fault for even KNOWING those nitwits!

Ranma growled as he walked over to one place in town where he knew he could get some peace and quiet. He stopped at the outskirts of town, the place where no one thought to go because they were so caught up in the madness of Nerima. He sighed as he thought back to the day this place became his favorite spot. The day he met his new sensei.

Flashback:

Ranma hated his life. He hated the people in his life: Akane, Shampooo, Ukyo, Kodachi, Ryoga, Mousse, his dad, Mr. Tendo, Nabiki, Kuno, and especially Happosai! His mom was a grey area, but he was starting to think that she was slowly coming over to his side. Even still, he needed to find someplace where he could think. One thing was for sure though, this whole mess HAD taught him one thing: He NEEDED to get out of Nerima.

None of these people besides his mother or Kasumi truly seemed to care about him, and he seriously doubted that that was going to change. The only way he was ever going to get any sort of control over his life was to find a way to leave Nerima forever. Once he turned 18, he'd have the freedom to do just that.

After a while of looking around, Ranma looked up and blinked. He had been so wrapped up in his private musings that he didn't even notice where he was. He had been walking for so long that he had ended up walking clear into another district. He couldn't help but chuckle.

"Sheesh. Well, at least it should be a little peaceful here compared to Nerima." Ranma said to himself.

"You'd like to think that, wouldn't you?" Came a voice from behind him. Ranma's eyes went wide and turned quickly to see who was behind him.

To his surprise, it wasn't one of the usual suspects. It was a man, who looked to be in his mid 30's, wild and unkept black hair, black eyes, a red head band around his forehead, a red clock fluttering behind him. He wore a green long sleeve shirt, a beige button up shirt with the sleeves rolled up, blue pants and brown shoes. All and all, he looked like someone you'd see in an anime, but then again, people said the same about Ranma.

"And who might you be pal?" Ranma asked, not lowering his guard. The man laughed.

"Calm down. I'm not here to fight you. Believe it or not, I'm actually here because I want to see the man who took down Saffron. And I've got to say, I'm not disappointed." He said. Now Ranma was REALLY caught off guard.

"How do you know about that? Or Saffron himself for that matter?" Ranma asked. The man laughed again.

"Relax. I'm not an enemy, I swear. Ya see, I'm one of the few martial artists in the world that has any knowledge of Saffron and a few other strange and weird things in this world. Did you really think Nerima was the only place with weird stuff going on?"

Ranma had to think on that one. In all honesty, he never really thought about it. He was so wrapped up in his own crap that he didn't even think about what other places around the world went through. But the more he thought about it, the more he realized that other places must have crazy stuff going on too.

"Ok, but what does that have to do with me?" Ranma asked.

"Well, to be honest, when I heard that someone managed to take down someone that powerful, I wanted to see for myself if maybe, just maybe, you might be worth taking as an apprentice." The man said. Ranma blinked.

"Apprentice?" He said in shock. Suddenly, the man attacked Ranma at blinding speed!

Ranma panicked but managed to block the man's kick and then followed up with a counterattack of his own. The man smiled and blocked Ranma's counter punch and did a quick hip throw that sent the pigtailed boy flying. Ranma flipped in the air and landed on the ground before charging at the smiling older man.

As Ranma came in high with a jump spinning heel kick, the man ducked under it and reacted with an uppercut that Ranma parried. An exchange of punches and kicks happened faster than the eye could see, and to Ranma's surprise, he was actually smiling. The man he was sparring with, was actually a good fighter and he wasn't trying to kill him. In all honesty, this fight felt more like a friendly spar than the fights he was used to. As they clashed fists again, the two men just smiled at each other. After a second, they disengaged from each other.

"Not bad kid. Not bad, I can see you've got some real potential." The man said. Ranma couldn't help but smile at that.

"Thanks, but I've got to ask, just who the heck are you anyway?"

Ranma's question made the man chuckle.

"Sorry about that. My name's Domon. Kasshu Domon, the current 'Undefeated of the East'." The man said, making Ranma go wide eyed.

THE Kasshu Domon!? The man who is regarded as the King of Hearts? The inheritor of the title Undefeated of the East? By far one of the greatest martial artists alive!? Ranma had heard many tales of the man, but sadly there were no current pictures of the man circulating around to prove if he was the man himself.

But the more Ranma looked at the man, he could tell that he wasn't lying. And Ranma could just tell that this man was powerful. And that he was holding back. If Ranma had to compare this man and Saffron...This man had that old phoenix beat in spades.

"Whoa..." Was all he could say. Domon chuckled at the shocked look on the young man's face.

"But wait, why would you want to take me as an apprentice?" Ranma asked.

"Simple," Domon said. "Besides having some potential, you kind of remind me of myself when I was young. Skilled, talented, but hot headed and jumping the gun when your emotions get riled up."

His last words made Ranma dead pan. He hated to admit it, but this man was right, his temper wasn't as bad as Akane's, but it has gotten him into plenty of trouble in the past. That and his pride. He sighed.

"Yeah, you got me there." He said. Domon couldn't help but laugh.

"Cheer up kid. It's nothing to be ashamed of. I had plenty of those problems myself when I was younger. But I think with a little guidance, you might be able to shake those bad habits. That is, if you'd like to take up my offer." Domon said with a fatherly smile.

Ranma thought for a moment. But it wasn't really much of a decision. He knew he could still get stronger, he only needed the right teacher. Someone who wanted to train him and help him grow stronger without any ulterior motives. Still, what were the chances of the Undefeated of the East asking him to become his apprentice? And what moron would willingly turn that down!? Not this pigtailed boy!

"Ok, but what's the catch?" Ranma asked, still a little on guard. Domon chuckled.

"I want you to surpass me. If you can." He finished with a challenging grin. Ranma couldn't help but return the grin.

"You're on. Sensei."

End Flashback:

Ranma kept smiling as he remembered all the training that Domon had put him through. It had been only a year, but he KNEW he had grown stronger by leaps and bounds. His constant fights with his so-called rivals was proof of that. Ryoga was the only one who could keep up, but he was getting easier to beat. He had told Ryoga to find a master to help him take his skills to the next level, but the moron was so caught up in his own crap about choosing between Akane and Akari that he didn't even listen to him.

He sighed and shook his head. But all the while, he still smiled and looked up to the sky. He was 18 now, and his senior year in high school was coming to it's end. Once he graduated, he'd look for either a college or a job that could get him as far away from Nerima as humanly possible. But that opened up new problems: for one, his mother would question if he wasn't being manly leaving Nerima with so many things of honor not tied up and not only that, Genma and Soun would try to spring a surprise marriage ceremony on him after graduation. No, scratch that, they'd spring it as soon as he and Akane got on stage to take their diplomas.

He shook his head and walked on. He needed to clear his head and relax. He remembered a spot just outside of town that he went to, to train so he headed there. Domon-sensei wasn't around today, spending time with his own wife, but that didn't mean he couldn't head there to practice or just chill out.

He dashed off at speeds that would spook anyone not native to Nerima and found himself in the woods outside of Nerima. He took a deep breath of the fresh air and just laid down on the ground. Before he even knew it, he was fast asleep. Some time past and Ranma was in a restful but dreamless sleep.

"Hey! Wake up!" Came a voice he didn't recognize. Thinking it was a dream, he tried to keep asleep.

"Hey! Wake up already you lazy bum! Do you want to get eaten by a bear or something?"

Ranma squinted before opening his eyes. When he did, he blinked, did a double take, and wondered if he was dead or something. Because he SWORE that he was looking at an angel. Or at the very least, a girl pretty enough to pass for one.

He stared at the face looking down on him from where he was laying down. The girl was beautiful, more so than any girl he'd met before. She was around his age, at least he thought she was, had pale, flawless skin, shoulder length pink hair, and the most beautiful green eyes he had ever seen in his life.

On her forehead was a strange purple diamond shape tattoo or something he couldn't tell. For clothing, she wore a sleeveless red qipao dress that reaches her upper thighs with white trimmings and from what he could see out of the corner of his eye, she wore black skintight shorts and sandals. He couldn't help but blush.

"Am I dead?" He asked. The beautiful girl giggled.

"No, you're alive from what I can tell." She said. "But if you stay down there you might become somethings lunch."

Ranma blushed again and chuckled.

"Uh...right." He said as he got up and got a better look at the girl.

He had never seen her before, and BOY he would remember if he had. Not only was her face pretty and cute, but her figure was curvy and in good shape. From the breif look he got of her legs and her hands, he could tell that despite her petite looks, she was a fighter. How good she was he didn't know, but for some reason he figured that Akane would be nothing but a warmup for this chick.

"Uh...say, I don't mean to be rude or anything but, who are you? I've never seen you around here before." Ranma asked with a tilt of his head. The girl blushed and chuckled.

"Oh, um...I'm Sakura. Haruno Sakura. I...well, let's just say I'm actually moving into the Nerima area today." She said. Ranma blinked.

"Wait...willingly? You DO know that this place is like, ground zero for crazy madness, right?" Ranma asked. Sakura just gave him a cocky look.

"Oh, I know how crazy this place is. But my master's the one who chose this place not me." She said.

"Master?" Ranma asked.

"Oh, well, you see I'm actually a martial artist and I'm traveling with some friends and my master who thought that this place would be a good place to finish my training." She said. Ranma crossed his arms and nodded.

"Well, they'd be right. This place has plenty of good fighters to test your skills against. But just be careful ok? Speaking from experience, this place will screw you over big time if you let it." He said. Sakura smiled at him, a smile that actually managed to make his heart jump a bit.

Before another word could be said, she noticed a wound on Ranma's arm and pulled him close to look at it.

"What happened? Did you fight a wild animal or something?" She asked, concern in her voice. Ranma looked at his arm and noticed the slash marks he got from a surprise attack by Mouse last night.

"Oh, uh...let's just say that I had a fight with a guy who doesn't like me." He said. Sakura studied his cuts on his arm and, to his shock, her hand started to glow green.

Ranma was taken aback and was even more shocked to feel a cooling sensation envelop his arm. Next thing he knew, the slash marks started to fade away until they were gone. Ranma just looked between Sakura and his now healed arm.

"Hey...h-how did you do that?" He asked. Sakura, looking embaressed, tried to come up with an explination.

"Uh, well, let's just say it's not only fighting that I'm training in. My...well...my master is someone who focuses on using ki and chakra to heal people." She said.

Ranma flexed his arm and fingers. He couldn't help but smile. He had heard of people who used the kind of stuff that he did to heal rather than to fight and destroy, but this was the first time he had ever seen it happen.

"Well, don't let too many people in Nerima know you can do that. They'd take advantage of ya first chance they get." He said, once again making Sakura giggle.

"Noted. Hey, wait a minute. You know my name but you didn't tell me yours, buster. Don't you know that's rude to a lady?" She said with a mock tone of irritation and her hands on her hips. Ranma laughed at her.

"Sorry. I'm Ranma. Saotome Ranma. Nice to meet you Sakura." He said, extending his hand to her. Sakura smiled and shook his hand.

"Nice to meet you too Ranma. So, I guess I'll see you in town? Maybe you can show me around?" She asked. Ranma blushed and scratched his head.

"Sure." He said.

'If you don't mind a few jealous fiancés trying to kill ya.' He thought to himself.

"I'll, uh, see ya later." He said as he went off back to town before everyone noticed he was gone too long.

'Cute girl.' He thought to himself. 'Way cuter than any of my so-called fiancés, that's for sure.'

As Sakura watched Ranma jump away back to Nerima, she couldn't help but blush. She wasn't expecting to meet a boy that cute in this town of maniacs. She really hoped he wasn't the person she and the others were sent here to find, or else...

"SO..." came a voice from behind her that made her jump and turn in surprise to see a gorgeous looking girl around her age.

She had perfect alabaster skin, pale blue eyes and matching platinum blond hair, with a figure that many women would kill to have. Large breasts, wide hips, perfect butt, thin waist, flat stomach and no physical flaws to speak of. She was wearing a sleeveless purple top that exposed her midriff, mesh arm warmers over her elbows, and a long purple skirt that ended just above her sandals.

"Who was the cutie? Huh?" She asked as Sakura blushed as red as her qipao dress.

"Wha!? I-I don't know what you're talking about." She said as she turned away from the blond beauty. The woman just kept smirking and walked around to get in Sakura's face.

"Come, come now, Sa-ku-ra. I saw the way you were talking to that boy. And you healed him too. Trying to score points with one of the local boys?" She said in a teasing tone. Sakura went red, but this time with rage.

"BUTT OUT INO-PIG!" Sakura shouted at her childhood friend.

"Oh, so you don't find him attractive? Does that mean I can have him?" Ino asked with a sly smirk.

"Wha!? Can you think about anything other than boys, you slutty pig!" Sakura shouted at the blond. Ino just shrugged.

"Is there anything else?" She asked, causing Sakura to just sigh at her boy crazy friend.

"Ugh, you're hopeless." She said. Ino shook her head at the pink haired girl.

"Sakura, is it really so bad that I think about getting a man before I turn 30? And besides, that boy looked like he was just begging for a girl to be with. But let's get an unbiased opinion."

And with that, Ino walked over to a nearby tree and pulled a third girl out from behind it, causing Sakura to gasp.

"How long have you been there!?" She exclaimed.

"Oh...um...o-only for that last exchange between you and that boy." She said in a shy, stuttering tone of voice.

She had long dark blue hair in a hime style cut, featureless white eyes and a very cute looking face. Like the other two girls, she had a very curvaceous figure, with wide hips, a slim stomach and breasts that were larger than either of her two friends. For clothing she wore a form-fitting light lavender, sleeveless kimono-style blouse with vertical lines, tied with a dark purple obi around her waist and short dark navy shorts. She also wore thigh-high stockings with black, open-toed boots.

"I can see why she was called on this mission with us." Sakura said. Ino smirked again.

"Yep, she is our best lurker. Now Hinata, come on. Tell us what YOU thought of mister handsome Kung Fu boy over there." Ino asked the shy girl. Hinata poked her fingers together as she blushed.

"Well...uh...he...he seemed nice to me. I think. He didn't seem threatening." She said.

"NOT THAT!" Ino screamed. "I mean, what do you think in terms of looks! Would you date him? Did you think he was handsome? Do you think Sakura had a chance with him? Or if I might?"

"I swear, you'll never change Ino-pig." Sakura said, shaking her head. Her smile turned to a small frown as she looked to where Ranma bounced away to.

"But I'll admit, I kind of hope that he's not the guy we're looking for." She said.

"I hate to burst your bubble Sakura, but that was the man we came here for." Came a voice from behind the three women. The three looked behind them and out came a woman who could have been described as a goddess.

She was fairly tall, had long blond hair that was tied into two ponytails in the back, brown eyes, red lips and a similar purple diamond mark to Sakura's on her forehead. But the most noticeable thing about her was her dynamite body! Especially her huge K-cup sized breasts, as well as her slim waist, wide hips and a butt that put Ino's and Sakura's to shame.

She was wearing a grey, kimono-style blouse with no sleeves, closed low to show her large breasts, held closed by a broad, dark bluish-grey obi that matches her pants. She was also wearing open-toed, strapped black sandals with high heels, and on her finger and toe nails, she wore deep red nail polish. All and all, she was by far one of, if not THE most beautiful woman in the world.

"HUH!?" Sakura and Hinata shouted in shock.

"Wait...WHAT!? THAT was the guy we came here to observe!?" Ino added in. Tsunade closed her eyes and nodded solemnly.

"I'm afraid so." She said, causing the three girls, especially Sakura, to go pale.

"But...but he doesn't seem dangerous. I mean, he seems like a normal guy." Sakura said.

"Yeah, the only thing wrong with him I could find was the way he dresses. Are you sure he's the guy we want?" Ino asked.

"Haven't you three learned anything about being a ninja?" Came another voice. From the other direction came two other people.

The first was an average-sized, young woman who was of slender frame. She had light brown, pupil-less eyes. Her hair was violet and is styled in a short, spiky, fanned-out ponytail. She was wearing a mesh shirt that covered her from neck to thigh, a tan overcoat with a purple in-seam and a pocket on each side, a dark orange mini-skirt, a dark blue belt, pale grey shin guards and around her neck was a pendant shaped like a small fang.

The other was a man who had an easy-going expression on his face. He had spiky silver hair swept to one side, a black eye mask over one eye, and the bottom half of his face was covered by a black face mask. He was the most normally dressed of the group: wearing a short sleeved white button up shirt, black slacks and grey sneakers. In his hand was a book with an orange cover and he seemed to be so buried in his book that he wasn't paying attention to anyone, but that was just a ruse. Despite this man's relaxed look, he was one of the most dangerous members of this group.

"In life, the most unassuming people are usually the ones to look out for. Especially in the world of shinobi. The more commonplace you look, the more dangerous you might actually be. This kid might be the same." Said the purple haired woman. The silver-haired man closed his book and nodded.

"She's right you know. Don't forget, the Japanese government has gone through an awful lot of hard work to make sure nobody finds out about the powerful people that exist around Asia. Not just those of us who live in the secret shinobi villages, but also in cities like Nerima." He said. Hinata sighed.

"But...couldn't they have made a mistake?" She asked. Tsunade sighed.

"It's possible. But that's why we're here in the first place. To find out just how dangerous this Saotome Ranma might actually be. Anko, Kakashi, what did you find out?" She asked the two new comers.

"Well," The purple haired woman, Anko, said. "If even HALF of what I've heard is true, I'm surprised this Ranma guy hasn't snapped and killed someone already." She said.

"Agreed." Kakashi said. "Not only that, but he seems to either attract various other people of similar power levels to him or he brings them out of hiding."

"What do you mean?" Sakura asked.

"Well," Kakashi said, putting his book away. "Nerima had a few powerful martial artists before Ranma came here, but they usually kept to themselves. But when Ranma showed up, more and more powerful fighters started making themselves know, almost as if to challenge him."

"But why would they do that? What's so special about this Ranma guy?" Ino asked.

"Besides his martial arts skills putting him on par with most Jonin level Ninja and quite possibly beyond that, not much. And that was a year ago. Who knows how strong he is now." Kakashi said. This surprised the girls.

"He might be stronger now. Some people I managed to get info out of claim he destroyed two whole mountains in two separate fights. One person even claimed he beat some immortal phoenix guy. But I don't know, sounds a little farfetched to me." Anko added in.

"A phoenix? Like, an ACTUAL phoenix?" Sakura asked in shock. Ino whistled.

"This guy sounds like he may be stronger than you Sakura. Maybe almost as strong as Kakashi sensei." She said.

"W-what did you mean when you said that you're surprised he hasn't killed someone Anko-sensei?" Hinata asked. Anko sighed.

"Honestly, the kid's had it rough. Not as rough as some people I've known, but in terms of normal people, it's been rough. He was ripped form his mother's arms when he was about two years old, traveling with a lazy and abusive father all his life, been fighting people that could wipp most of the chunin and even some jonin in our village since he first got to this town, and here's the kicker, his girl troubles are every man's dream but his living nightmare." Anko said as she pinched her nose. Tsunade and the other girls arched their eyebrows at that.

"What do you mean?" Tsunade asked. Kakashi decided to step in.

"Well, it seems before he was even born, both his father and his father's old training friend, Tendo Soun, made a pact to marry their children to unite their two schools of martial arts."

"Wait...What!? An arranged marriage? Before he was born!?" Sakura blurted out.

"In shinobi villages I can understand. But out here!? In this day and age!?" Ino shrieked.

"Th-that's horrible." Hinata said.

"It gets worse." Kakashi said.

"Ranma didn't find out about it until the moment he got in the same town as his intended fiancé. That was little over a year ago. And not only that, but it seems that while on their training journey, Ranma's father, instead of getting any jobs to help support them, agreed to other marriage proposals for his son's hand in order to receive food that was offered as doweries."

"NANI!?" The three young girls and Tsunade exclaimed in shock.

"W-what the HELL!?" Sakura screamed, her fists clenching into fists, her knuckles cracking from the pressure.

"What kind of dead beat does crap like that to his own son!?" Ino said. Even shy, timid Hinata was getting angry, the veins popping around her white eyes evidence of that.

"Not only that, but some of those girls came to Nerima after Ranma showed up to stake their claim, even though his father never told his son about any of those arrangements. Heck, he still tries to shove the Tendo arrangement as his 'REAL' fiancé obligation. The bastard and his friend have even tried ambush wedding on the poor kid more than once." Anko added in.

"And to add to the chaos, some people who call themselves Chinese Amazons have chased after him, claiming one of their own has a claim on his hand in marriage through some ancient custom of theirs. A 'right of combat' that states that a outsider man who beats one of their females in battle must wed them. And Ranma has refused this particular marriage claim very vocally. However they still try various means to straight up force the boy to marry their particular marriage candidate." Kakashi finished.

"Sheesh." Ino said. "Sounds like those women of the Nadeshiko village."

"Hmm. Could be an offshoot of them. Or they could be an offshoot of them. But still, you're right. With crap like this going on, any sane man may have snapped by now."

"But...but if he hasn't, doesn't that mean that he's a much nicer and better person than the government told us he was?" Hinata chimed in.

"Maybe." Tsunade said. "But it sounds to me like this boy is a powder keg ready to blow. All he needs is the right spark."

"So why call the Leave village about this kid?" Ino asked.

"Because, the government is afraid. Afraid that they won't be able to keep him under wraps for much longer." Kakashi said.

"More than one person we've pumped for information claim that Ranma has been making inquiries about getting out of Nerima. And they've been working awfully hard to keep all the superhuman martial artists in this and other cities secret. Possibly in case of another war breaking out. If they lose their grip on just one, and one reportably as strong as Ranma, than word might get out about their little secret."

"But why? I mean, there are plenty of people that strong in the ninja nations," Sakura began, only to be cut off by Tsunade.

"And we've been kept secret for generations because of the mist that hides our homes. The Japanese government discovered us and have been threatening to expose us if we don't do jobs for them once in a while. And if word got out about our ninja villages, people would try to come and learn our techniques for their own purposes or..."

"They'd try to wipe us out. Thinking us as a threat." Kakashi finished. "Remember, as strong as we are, if multiple countries fired nuclear missiles at us all at once, even we'd soon lose."

That turned the blood in all their veins to ice water. Hinata was the next to speak, asking the question that Ino and Sakura were too afraid to ask.

"But...do we have to kill Ranma?"

"I'm not sure yet." Tsunade said.

"So far, all we've been asked to do is observe him. They want to make sure that he won't suddenly snap and destroy their country. So, for now, we infiltrate Nerima, blend our way into Ranma's life and just keep an eye on him. If after a while, he seems to be of no threat to anyone except the people who attack him, we'll leave him be. But if he proves to be a danger to the country and the world at large..." Tsunade left her sentence hanging.

All present dropped their heads in acknowledgement. But Sakura didn't like it. Sure she only spoke to the guy for a minute, but he really didn't seem to be a threat to anybody. But then again, she had known someone like that before.

"Understood Hokage-sama." She said, and the other followed suet. Tsunade nodded and looked to Kakashi and Anko.

"Kakashi, Anko, go find us a place to set u shop. We'll go get the rest of our unit." She said. Both ninja nodded and vanished. Tsunade looked at the three younger kunoichi.

"Alright girls, go get the others."

"HAI!" They said and leapt away, except for Sakura. Tsunade looked at the girl who was like a daughter to her.

"What's wrong Sakura?" She asked. Sakura looked down in shame.

"I...I don't know. It...It just doesn't feel right to me." She said, a tear forming at the corner of her eye. Tsunade took Sakura into her arms and hugged her in a motherly embrace.

"I know. But remember Sakura, we let someone like this slip away once before. And look what happened because of that."

Sakura cried as unwanted memories came rushing back to her mind. She steeled herself as she dried her tears and looked up to her mentor and segregate mother.

"I know." She hiccupped. "I understand, shishou."

Well, here's yet another story that's been in my head and it's bugged me so much that I had to put it to paper. So to speak. Anyway, this was originally meant to be a birthday present for everyone's favorite cherry blossom, Sakura, but even though I started it on her birthday, I got side tract by real life and other stories.

So...Happy Belated Birthday Sakura-chan! Better belated than benever right? Anyway, this will be a side project I work on during weekends so I can focus on other stuff. But first, a little background info.

The ninja nations are scattered around Japan and the rest of Asia, hidden in order to keep their superpowered residents from becoming known throughout the world. My reasoning for this kind of secrecy? Imagine them like mutants in Marvel comics. And how paranoid governments can get when theirs a superpower that they can't control.

Originally, the governments did this to avoid another world war, but now they use that as leverage to make these secret ninjas do odd jobs for them. At first it was to keep the peace, but now it's more like they use them to handle dangerous individuals that they fear they can't keep a leash on. Ranma being the latest.

Also, Naruto and Sasuke don't exist in this story. I know, I know, they're the main focus of their series, but I decided to keep them out of this so as to keep focus on Ranma. But don't worry, I'll make up for it I promise.

Also, the person that Tsunade mentioned that they let slip away...

That'll be the main antagonist of the story. But I'll be keeping they're identity a secret for now. And before anyone asks, yes. Ranma WILL have a harem. One that will help him out. And as for why bring in Domon Kasshu? I don't know. I just felt like it. Plus since he and Ranma are similar hot heads, I figured he'd be a good choice to have as a mentor for Ranma. After all, this Domon is older, wiser, and is yet another person that the government can't control. He'll be the one to be an actual father figure for Ranma. One that will try to lead him down a better path.

Oh! And one more thing. The tailed beasts exsist, but are different. For those who have seen Jyuken Sentai Gekiranger and Ultraman Regulos, the tailed beasts are more like powerful beast spirits that bound with suitble hosts to grant them their power. No, Ranma won't get one. I have other ideas for him. One's that better fit him.

That's all for now. Enjoy the story. And if you have any question, I'll try to answer them in one form or another. Sayonara.
