To get the family he wanted:

Harry Potter finally thought he could have the life he wanted. There were no more dark wizards after him. All the death eaters were locked up, those were the ones that survived. Dumbledore was no longer alive so he couldn't interfere with Harry's life like had done for years. He had resumed his relationship with Ginny Weasley and he never had to see the Dursley's again.

Apart from spending time with Ginny, her family, his friends and his godson, Harry also spent a couple of hours a day helping at Hogwarts. Everyone wanted the castle repaired before September so the students could return to their education, so many turned up every day to help with the repairs. Even though people like Harry, Hermione and Ron should have finished their education, they couldn't due to what the had been doing.

The new governors, along with Professor McGonagall and the minister, all agreed that those that should have finished their education could return and do their last year. The ones Harry's age would not be restricted like the normal students, since they were adults. They would have their own small rooms. Because some of these students had begun serious relationship and some even married, they would need to have their own rooms.

Harry was staying at the Burrow, but he was planning on getting his own home. He figured there was no use until after he finished Hogwarts. He and Ginny had spoken about their future and even though they became intimate once Ginny turned seventeen, they wanted to wait until after Hogwarts to get married.

One thing Harry did want but he never mentioned it to anyone as everyone would try to change his mind. Harry wanted kids and he would like to begin to have them within a year or two after getting married. Harry knew Ginny would not want to have kids yet even if she did know Harry wanted a family. Harry also knew Ginny hoped to play professional quidditch, he didn't think Ginny would make a professional player. She was good, but she hated getting up early and she also hated training and training was the only way to get better and Ginny wasn't anywhere close to being a professional. Proper professional teams trained every day and usually for hours every day and they started early. He wasn't sure if Ginny could do it or would, if she got picked up for a team.

Just like any other day, Harry had been helping at Hogwarts and now returned to the Burrow. He didn't see anyone as he stepped into the house. He figured Ron and Hermione were somewhere together, probably snogging or maybe even having sex. Even though Molly Weasley would never allow any of her kids to have sex before they were married, all of them were and only one was married, Bill to Fleur. They all snuck around so they could be together. Harry would take Ginny to Grimmauld place just so they could have complete privacy while they were in bed together. He had redone the fidelius charm since the order didn't need to use it anymore but he had given Ginny permission to enter. As far as Molly Weasley knew, the young couples were usually somewhere around the property or visiting friends. Harry and Ginny used their flying as an excuse to get away from the Burrow for a few hours. Even if Molly found out, she couldn't stop them, not when they were all adults.

Harry checked the living room, kitchen and laundry, there was no sign of anyone. As Harry was leaving the laundry, he did see some bottles of potions. He got curious so he read the labels. Sleeping potion, pepper up potion, even skele-grow. He expected those as Mrs Weasley always healed her kids if they got sick or hurt. What he wasn't expected was to see a few vials of fertility potions. He had no idea who would need those, he shrugged then left the room and went upstairs. He needed to clean up.

As Harry was passing Ron's bedroom, he heard Ginny's voice. He was going to let her know he was home when he heard her tell Hermione and Ron how she doesn't want any children, ever. She wants a quidditch career and a long one. After playing she hoped she could coach. She wanted to know from Harry's friends how to explain to Harry.

'Harry always wanted a family Ginny, you know this. If you don't, then he won't marry you. He would rather be heart broken now and find another girl who would give him a family, even if that takes years,' Hermione said.

'Hermione's right, you tell Harry you don't want kids and he will break up with you again. You know we won't keep this from him, so you're going to need to change your mind or expect to be single again.'

'I thought you would both say that. I will never allow anyone to stop me being with Harry.'

Harry was just about to walk in to tell her they were through when he's eyes widen as he heard Ginny use the obliviation charm on Hermione, then Ron. He hurried away and into the room he was using so she would not know he had heard her. If she could use that charm on her brother and best friend, he knew Ginny would use it on him if she surprised him. Then he would be stuck married to her yet he wouldn't end up with children. Harry quickly grabbed his invisibility cloak, slipped it on then snuck out of the room and back downstairs. He couldn't let Ginny know he was home. He was about to leave the house, when he remembered the potions. He hurried into the laundry room, grabbed two bottles of the fertility potion then hurried outside and down to the orchard.

'Well, now I know I will get at least one kid but I'll try for more and she won't be able to prevent it,' Harry glared. He was angry at what Ginny was going to do and what she had done to Hermione and Ron. He loved her and they were already planning their future. He knew he could just break up with her but he would always be worried she might somehow obliviate him or use a love potion on him, like her mother had done to her father. No, he would stay with Ginny but he would also get the family he wanted. He would have to work on a way for them to divorce after they had two kids. If she did not want kids then Harry would be a full time father.

Harry got a quick flash of an idea, to obliviate her, but fully. 'Maybe, but not until she's had some kids and he had filed for divorce.' Harry just had to work on a reason why they should divorce. He would figure that out later. 'What if she gets rid of it?' Harry sat down behind one of the trees. He needed to find a way to make sure Ginny didn't have an abortion or deliberately lose the baby, 'There has to be someway to prevent her doing that.'

Harry sat there for hours before he finally knew what he had to do. He was going to use the life debt Ginny owed him to make sure she gave birth to their child or children. He would need to work on wording it right and he would do it right before they were married and had their first night of intimacy, where he would make sure he got her pregnant. He would use the debt before he gave her the potion and before they had sex. He would like to keep it a secret but wasn't sure he could. If he obliviated Ginny, she could end up trying to get rid of the baby without realising she would die if she did because of debt. He could put this information under the fidelius charm with him as his own secret keeper. Sirius had explained more about the charm when he stayed at Grimmauld place before his fifth year at Hogwarts. That was how he knew how to remove the old fidelius charm and recast it.

Harry had his plans, only then did he act like he had just come back from helping at Hogwarts. He smiled as he kissed his girlfriend, then headed upstairs. He always needed a shower after helping so no one would get suspicious when he did leave the kitchen and head up to his room. He hid the vials in his trunk under his old clothes. He kept some of Dudley's old stuff so he could use them when helping around the garden at the Burrow or helping at Hogwarts. Harry then cast a warding charm using blood on his trunk, which meant only someone with his blood could open it. He gathered some clean clothes then he did go and have his shower.

Harry watched Hermione and Ron a lot that evening. Neither of them seemed any different so he knew Ginny hadn't hurt them in any way using the obliviation charm. He still found it hard to believe she would do that but he had heard her. He also knew it worked. If Hermione or Ron knew what Ginny had said, they would have come straight to him and told him what Ginny had said. Harry had told Hermione and Ron how much he was looking forward to having kids and probably not for a few years as he knew they would have to get settled into their careers. He would be making sure Ginny was pregnant sooner than anyone thought, that way it would look like an accident, like Ginny forgot to use the charms to prevent pregnancy.

The following day while he was at Hogwarts, he had been asked by Professor McGonagall if he could help Poppy set up her hospital. Every day Harry was usually asked to help one of the professors or somewhere around Hogwarts. He didn't mind and he actually wanted to help Madam Pomfrey. She had looked after him for years, now he could at least help her out.

'I appreciate this Harry. Many of the others that are helping prefer to help in other areas of Hogwarts.'

'I don't mind. You helped me for years, it's my time to help you. So, what do you want me to do?'

'Could you repair the bookshelves in my office, along with any of the furniture that is broken. I was never very good at those spells.'

'Everyone has spells they do well and ones they can't do. I'm okay at transfiguration but I really like charms. But I could never do what you can,' Harry gave her a smile then went into the newly repaired room that was Madam Pomfrey's office.

It only took Harry an hour to repair the furniture. He figured while he was here, he would put everything back where it was supposed to go. He made sure not to look at any of the files as he put them back in the file cabinet. After that, he began to levitate the books back into the bookshelves. He would see what the subject was then work on which shelf they went.

As Harry was about halfway through putting the books back, he found one on magical pregnancies.

'I want to read this,' Harry quickly looked around, when he didn't see Madam Pomfrey, he put the book in his pocket before he went back to repairing books before placing them on one of the shelves. He didn't think she would mind if he borrowed it, but he would rather no one found out he wanted to read the book. When lunch time rolled around, Harry went to the bathroom so he could read the book. He knew he couldn't keep it long because Madam Pomfrey might end up looking through her books and find it gone. It wasn't very thick so he knew it wouldn't take long. Harry closed the book but he had a big smile on his face.

'Now I know I will get a family and she won't be able to prevent it or get rid of the baby. I can keep the life debt in case I ever need it,' Harry left the bathroom and went back to the hospital. He finished repairing the last of the books and placing them on one of the shelves. No one will know he had read that book but he knew he could also buy one if he wanted.

Madam Pomfrey ended up hugging him for not only repairing the furniture but for also putting all her books and files away. She thought she would be doing that of an evening after she worked on all the beds. Now thanks to Harry, most of her work was done.

Harry and his friends returned to Hogwarts and one thing he really liked was he got his own room. All the returning older students were given their own room. He knew he would use his time alone with Ginny to spike her drink with the fertility potion. He wouldn't yet, he wanted to have already left Hogwarts when the baby was born but she would be pregnant while they were still at the castle. He would use it right after the last quidditch game. He didn't want Ginny to die so she couldn't be pregnant and play, in case she was hit in the stomach with a bludger or even if she ended up falling from being hit or rammed. He would make sure Ginny was as safe as possible before he made sure she fell pregnant.

Harry was pleased that he didn't have to use the life debt Ginny owed him. It had been luck that he found Madam Pomfrey's books on magical pregnancy. He only read them to see if there would be anything he needed to know. He found more than he thought. If a pregnant witch tried to terminate the pregnancy, she would die alongside the baby. Many had tried because they didn't believe what the books and healers said. Every woman that tried to terminate the baby, died. It was the same if she had an accident, like a fall from a broom. If the baby died, the mother would die. The baby's magical core and soul was connected to the mother. If one died, the other died. It was all because of magic. It was one reason there were so few witches and wizards. Some woman didn't want to risk their life by getting pregnant in case something happened to the baby. The woman who took the chance, only took the chance once and had one child.

Harry had just finished in the shower after quidditch. They had won against Ravenclaw. They were one step closer to winning the cup. This time they would be up against Hufflepuff. Harry knew that meant only a couple of weeks to go and Ginny would be pregnant. He had been told about the scouts in the audience over their last two games. The scouts like to watch all four teams play to see if they might find potential players.

As Harry had been sitting on his broom, trying to find the snitch, he did see some of the scouts watching him, some were watching other players and Ginny was one of those players. He knew even if she was approached to join a team and said yes, in two weeks she would be pregnant, then she would have to turn around and say no.

Harry joined Ginny, Hermione, Ron and Neville before they headed down through the castle to the great hall.

'Normally this is something Ron would say, but I'm starving,' Harry grinned.

Ginny, Ron and Neville laughed, Hermione smiled, 'You always seemed to eat more after a game of quidditch,' Hermione said.

'It uses a lot of energy,' Ron said, 'Did you see the scouts Harry?'

'Yep, I saw them.' The group all sat, Harry and Ginny together with Neville on Harry's other side. Hermione and Ron across from them.

'Have you decided what you want to do Harry?' Neville asked. 'Not yet. Aurors out, I just don't want a life of fighting, had enough of that. I would never be able to work as a healer. I just don't know. I've been going over all the pamphlets, nothing has interested me, yet. I've got a couple of months, hopefully something will come to me. But as I've said, I would really like to go away for a couple of months.'

'Aren't we doing that for our honeymoon?' Ginny asked.

'Yeah so instead of just doing the trip away that a lot of students do when they finish Hogwarts, we're doing it after we get married.'

Two weeks later, Harry couldn't stop smiling as he held the quidditch cup. Even though McGonagall wasn't head of house anymore, Harry had to hand it to her and just like Harry, she couldn't stop smiling. She got used to having the cup in her office and that started when Harry was thirteen. Gryffindor hadn't lost the quidditch cup since.

That night, Ginny had been so excited that she couldn't stop talking about Gwenog Jones and the Holyhead harpies. Harry found it easy to spike her drink he didn't even try to hide it. Ginny just kept pacing the room as she spoke about how she was finally going to play professional quidditch. After they had their private dinner, Ginny dragged Harry into the bedroom ready for a night of hot and exciting sex.

Even though Harry really wanted to be rid of his girlfriend, this would give him the children he wanted, or at least give him one child.

It was a few weeks later that the friends had just finished eating dinner, when Ginny fainted. After a few minutes of panic, Harry levitated her up to the hospital.

'What happened Harry?'

'I don't know, she just fainted and she never faints.' Poppy went about examining Ginny. She wasn't really surprised by the results.

'Well, it's something I've seen many times.'

'Is something wrong with her?'

'She is pregnant Harry. Since you are engaged, I assume this was planned.'

'Um, no, we did speak about it. Even though I would have liked kids straight away, we agreed to give ourselves a few years. Ginny must have forgotten to use the charms. And I think I know when. We celebrated our win for the quidditch cup, first with the rest of Gryffindor, then later, alone. When will she wake?'

'I will wake her now,' Poppy normally gave her patients a stern talking to when one gets pregnant. This time she couldn't because it was known by everyone that Harry Potter wanted a family now it was safe. It might have happened before they expected it but just looking at Harry's face, she could tell he was extremely happy.

Harry couldn't help smiling when Poppy Pomfrey explained to Ginny that she was pregnant. Ginny couldn't hide how upset she was before she became angry.

'But I wanted to play quidditch, the scouts approached me. I said yes to the Holyhead Harpies.'

'It would be too dangerous to play quidditch Miss Weasley. I'm sure your mother has told you how dangerous it could be to you if something caused you to lose the baby.'

'What do you mean, dangerous to me?'

'If the baby dies, it does not matter how it happens, the mother will die as well. You and the baby are completely joined.'

'Sorry Ginny, it means no quidditch. Maybe after the baby is born you could see if they will still take you. I wouldn't mind staying home with the baby. You know I always wanted a family.'

'I will need to speak with Gwenog Jones and hopes she understands. Can I go now Madam Pomfrey?'

'Yes, you will need a course of potions throughout the pregnancy. If you cannot make them yourself, you can buy them from St Mungo's.'

'I'm sure mum could make them. Even though we are planning on moving into our own place, I can get the potions from mum.'

'You should read the books on magical pregnancies as well. There is a few things you have to be careful with, like potions. You also cannot apparate once you reach four months along. Portkeys are allowed up until seven months. From then on, you will need to use the floo.'

'I'm sure your mum has those books Gin.'

'Yeah, she would have.'

'You don't sound happy Ginny,' Harry said.

'Um...no, I'm just in shock, I'm sure I did the charms every time. It's just quidditch, I always hoped to play. I get the chance and I can't do it.' Ginny knew she could never tell Harry she didn't want kids. Now she was pregnant and couldn't get rid of it. She hoped having this baby didn't ruin her figure.

'Only now, as I said, they might take you after you give birth.'

'I hope so.' Harry thanked Madam Pomfrey then walked with Ginny back to their rooms. Once Ginny said she wanted to lie down for a while, Harry went to find his friends.

'I don't think I've seen you smile like that before Harry,' Hermione said.

'And considering my sister fainted, I'm not sure smiling is right,' Ron said.

'The fainting was normal,' Harry grinned hugely, 'for a pregnant woman.' Hermione jumped up and hugged Harry, Ron sat there with his mouth hanging open. 'I'm going to be a dad, oh and I'm going to stay home with the baby so Ginny can join the quidditch team after she gives birth. She has to see Gwenog Jones now to let her know she can't play.'

'Why can't she play until she begins showing?' Hermione asked.

'It's too dangerous for the baby but also for the mother. Madam Pomfrey told us. Have you ever read books on magical pregnancies?'

'No, I figured I would once I needed to.'

'If the baby dies due to an accident, like falling from a broom, the mother dies as well. Mother and baby are completely connected.'

'I better read them because I had no idea.'

'Hey Ron, wake up,' Harry said tapping his friend on the head, 'You're going to have a niece or nephew soon.'

'Bloody hell,' Ron shouted then he ended up hugging his friend.

Within an hour the news that Harry and Ginny were expecting a baby was spread through Hogwarts. They also knew that Harry was extremely happy. All they had to do was look at the big smile on his face to see the truth. As Harry was sitting with his two best friends, he had many come up to him and ask if it was true. All Harry did was grin which told everyone that the rumours about Ginny being pregnant was true.

Ginny was going to speak to her mother to find out if what the matron said was true, if she lost the baby, she would die. She wanted to know if there was any way to get rid of it without killing herself. She would never tell anyone including her mother that she wanted to get rid of the baby. If her mother told her the same as the matron, she would write to Gwenog Jones and hope they would allow her to join the team after the baby was born. If her mother said there was a way, she would need to figure out how to obliviate Harry along with Madam Pomfrey. She realised that wouldn't work. She knew Harry would have told Hermione, Ron and probably others by now. She would have to make it seem like an accident, if her mother said it was possible.

Ginny got to the great hall just in time to get some dinner and she was instantly surrounded by a heap of girls. All of them congratulating her about the pregnancy. Some of the girls who were raised in the wizarding world began to explain about being careful so the mother and child doesn't die. Ginny sagged. She realised that what Pomfrey told her was true, if the baby died, she would die.

It was only a couple of days later that the news of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley were expecting a baby was on the front page of the Daily Prophet. It was also written that Harry would be a stay home father. He always wanted kids and since he knew Ginny wanted to play quidditch, then the child would have the father home. He would never allow the child to be raised by someone else.

Molly Weasley did send him and Ginny a letter. She tried to say she would look after the child while Harry and Ginny worked. Harry wrote back instantly and said no, he was the father and he was going to be looking after the child.

No one could remove the smile from Harry's face. Even while doing his newts, he still kept smiling.

It was the second last day of the term and Harry did get a letter from Arthur. He wanted Harry to know that his wife was going to try to get custody of the child so Harry could work. Arthur with Kingsley's help spoke with Molly and said if she tried, she would end up in Azkaban for kidnapping the saviours child, especially when everyone knew that Harry planned to stay home with his child. Harry did write back to Arthur and explained that he would have her arrested for kidnapping if she tried anything. But right now, because of what she said she planned to do, he will never set foot in the Burrow again. It will also mean she will never see his child, her grandchild. The wedding will be held somewhere else. If he allowed her to come to the wedding, he wanted Arthur to control his wife or Harry would force her to leave.

The following morning Harry got another letter from Arthur. He agreed to what Harry said and he knew why. Everyone was still praising Harry and would do anything for him. If Molly Weasley tried to cause trouble, Arthur knows he could lose his job. Harry never told anyone about the letter from Arthur or what he wrote back. He did tell Ginny that he will be staying at Grimmauld place the moment they left Hogwarts. He also explained that he will not be visiting the Burrow, nor will the wedding be held there. They had to sit down and work that out. They still had time, so they just wanted to enjoy the fact they had finished their education and they were going to be parents.

On the last day, the staff got all the students apart from those that helped fight, to make a guard of honour. Harry was nominated to lead the group through the guard towards the thestrals. Harry had never told anyone what he planned so his friends and girlfriend all believed he was going to Grimmauld place once he left the Hogwarts express. He wasn't, he was heading straight to his families home in Godric's hollow. He had spent the odd couple of hours every day there fixing the house. With magic, it only took a few weeks. One thing he had been pleased about was the enchantments that Dumbledore did on the house after his got his parents bodies out of the house. Every thing inside the house was still in good condition apart from the busted walls and roof. Once it was repaired, he put the house under the fidelius charm. Now it was time to go home and get his child's room ready.

Harry couldn't stop smiling as he read through the book that was about the Potter's. He knew straight away that he would end up single but with the child that Ginny was carrying. It would also mean sooner or later he would date and he would have to explain to the woman, if they ended up serious, that if they married, there was no way to stop her getting pregnant. After Harry greeted his pregnant girlfriend, he dished them up some dinner. He did have a feeling that she would not stay but he had to keep up his act, for now.

'I found out that the Potters seemed to be able to get a woman pregnant even if they used the charms to prevent it. There were some books in the vault that explained it. I doubt this will be our only child. It basically said that within two years after one child is born, then another will be conceived and nothing will prevent it.'

Ginny's eyes widened. She realised if she had sex with Harry, she could end up pregnant again. If that happened she would never get to play quidditch. Ginny knew now she only had two choices, she just had to decide which one was more important to her. She could stay with Harry and get married like they planned, which meant she would keep having kids but she would never have a career in quidditch. Or she could give Harry up so she could have a quidditch career.

It took Ginny a few weeks of continuously thinking before she made up her mind. Ginny explained to Harry that they either never had sex again since she wanted a career in quidditch, or they separate. Harry instantly said they would separate, but he would have full and sole custody of their child. She agreed. Harry and Ginny went straight to the ministry to sort out the legal papers that was no one could stop Harry taking his child once it was born. No one would know anything about that until after the child was born. They told everyone that they only put off the wedding because Ginny wanted to be slim in her wedding pictures. She had already begun to get a small baby belly. It was the only reason that Molly had given in about Ginny living with Harry and they weren't married.

The wedding was planned out, they just had to wait until after the baby was born. Now there would be no wedding. The day Harry took Ginny to St Mungo's to give birth to his first child, he did send his patronus off to Hermione and Ron. They would tell everyone that Ginny was about to give birth.

It was only hours after Harry's son was born that he heard Ginny speaking with a healer about getting back into shape. She kept running her hands over her flabby stomach. She hadn't held the baby or even spoken to Harry about it. It had been Harry who told all the people in the waiting room that his son, Orion Harrison Potter was perfectly healthy and had his hair.

Molly wanted to know how Ginny was but also about the name. It was Hermione who explained that Orion was named after Sirius Orion black. Harrison was Harry's full name and it was a tradition in the Potter family that the middle name was always for the parent. Molly had hoped the name Arthur or Ron would be used. The day Ginny was allowed to leave with Orion, she told Harry she was going straight home to the Burrow and would send Hermione to pick up her things. She had never held Orion nor even looked at him. Harry nodded, turned and left to head home, but now he was heading to Godric's hollow. He had kept the fact that he fixed the house a secret. He had already set up the spare room Sirius used to use as Orion's room. The room he had as a child was repaired but Harry wasn't going to use it for any of his children. It would always be a spare room. He would tell his friends in a few days. He wanted to get settled into a life as a single father.

It was only two days later that Harry released a statement to the Daily Prophet which explained why he and Ginny separated. He also made sure to write that it had been Ginny's idea since she didn't want to be a mother. Harry figured he would ruin her reputation now he got rid of her. He had Orion, their son and she would never have anything to do with him. He did hope to have at least four children but he had his son who he loved with everything in him. If that was the only child he had, he was happy.

Right as everyone was reading the statement from Harry Potter, Hermione and Ron had received a letter from Harry. They instantly went to his home, in Godric's hollow.

'When we read the Daily Prophet, something happened,' Ron said as Harry opened the door.

'What happened?' Harry said but gestured for them to follow him into the living room.

'We've been obliviated but our memories returned,' Hermione said in a huff.

'Obliviated,' Harry acted confused, 'who would do that?'

'My blasted sister,' Ron growled, 'She spoke to us about how she didn't want kids.'

'We told her that you will never marry her if she didn't because you always wanted children,' Hermione said.

'So she obliviated us because I said we would tell you, which meant breaking up with her,' Ron said.

'I would have. But it wouldn't have mattered if she didn't want any. Orion might have been an accident because Ginny didn't do the charms but I found out that those charms or potions will not work on anyone born a Potter after they were married. There is something in our blood that will always get a woman pregnant or the woman will always end up pregnant. I told Ginny, that's when we officially separated but she signed all rights of Orion to me. She didn't want kids, just a career but she finds out if she stayed with me, she would always end up pregnant. She did ask me to keep it quiet until after Orion was born. But I did tell her that if she didn't accidentally fall pregnant and we got married, I would call on the life debt she owned me to have at least one child, then we would have to divorce. My own family is something I was going to get, no matter what.'

'Can I read those books?'

'Sure, I'll get them for you later. But did anyone in the family say anything about the statement I released?'

'Only mum went off about it, the others asked us if it was true. Since our memories unblocked, we said it was, then we hurried to leave, to come here. Um, Harry, dad told us that you won't be going to the Burrow or bringing Orion there but he wouldn't say why.'

'Your mother threatened to go to the ministry so she could raise Orion once Ginny began playing quidditch. I told your father I would have her up for kidnapping. Your dad and Kingsley explained to your mum that she would end up in Azkaban if she tried that. I told your dad that I will never set foot in that place again and she will never see her grandchild. She was going to take my son from me,' Harry growled softly then smiled down at the sleeping baby in his arms.

'Blimey, I never thought mum would go that far.'

'I would, sorry Ron. But as far as your mother is concerned, only women can raise a child and a mother should always stay home to raise that child,' Hermione said,

'But she still thinks we're all children.'

'Why do you think I took Harry up on the offer to move into Grimmauld place. But taking Harry's baby, she must have known Harry would never allow that,' Ron said, 'But my blasted sister, she was going to trick you into marriage then make sure she didn't get pregnant. She's a conniving bitch.'

'After what you told me, yeah, she is. But how about Orion's godmother take him while I make us some lunch.' Hermione grinned before allowing Harry to place Orion in her arms. She instantly sat at the kitchen table with Ron while Harry began to work on some lunch for them.

The three friends couldn't stop staring at Orion or talking about him while they ate. What they didn't know was that Gwenog Jones had called Ginny into her office and after having a cup of tea, Gwenog began to ask Ginny some questions. When she got her answers and she was given the antidote to veritaserum, she tore up Ginny's contract and told her to leave. She said Ginny was not the type of person she wanted on her team. Everyone knew that Harry Potter wanted his own family, yet she wanted to be married to him without giving him that family. She lied which would basically have trapped Harry into a marriage without being able to have children.

Ginny ended up having to work part time for her brother George because no team would allow her to play. Molly had tried to get Ginny to talk to Harry about resuming their relationship, then she could have a family, since she couldn't have a career. Molly said it might make Harry allow her to finally see her grandson. Ginny refused, she still did not want to have any children. The only thing that confused Ginny was how Harry was going to support himself and Orion when he wasn't working. She never thought to ask him when they worked out for him to have full custody. She knew he had some money but she didn't think it would be enough to live on, forever.

Harry never told anyone how much his parents left him, which would have given him a comfortable life. But it was after Sirius left him everything that he realised he was pretty rich. That was when he knew he could easily be a stay home dad, and that's what he was. He was finally happy with his life and he finally had a real family of his own

the end:
