Naruto gave a loud grunt on the clothes he was biting as he yanked Rei's spear out of his arm. He had been in a deep sleep when the RV flipped onto it's side, and Rei's spear had gone through his forearm and into his bicep. Usually it was a bad idea to take the thing piercing you out, since it was what was slowing the bleeding, but considering hospitals weren't a thing anymore for the most part, he would have to make due with Shizuka sewing him up.

Naruto grabbed a bottle of vodka he had gotten from the mall onto his wound, and groaned into the clothe he was biting into again.

"I am so sorry Naruto... I can not apologize enough." Rei stated as she held her bleeding nose. She had landed on her face when the RV flipped over, and the spear she had been holding went through Naruto's arm in what looked like an extremely painful way to pierce. "Shizuka-sensei."

"I'm already on it." Shizuka was in 'half-intelligent nurse' mode as she got the emergency kits and shuffled through them. Everyone was still recovering from the RV flipping, some had banged their shoulders or legs, and Kohta was making sure that his gun was okay. There was a stomping on the current topside of the RV.

They could see out of one of the smaller windows.

"What... is that?"

"I've never seen an animal like that before." Kohta looked up out the window, and he got a bit of a view of the creature that had attacked them.

It was large, but it was skinny, but armored.

It's black body looked like a scabbed over wound, and it was as large as a car was. It's entire body was frayed with visible muscle fibers, but it had a structure that wasn't instantly recognizable. It hadf large tusks coming out of it's long mouth, but those could be fangs. The creature's face was split in half, with it's skull being visible and a bullet lodged in the front of it. The creature's neck was the thickest armored part of it's body, with plenty of... rocks and stones lodged into it's necks muscle fibers. Wrapped up and solidied in place by the hardened blood.

What was more, it was almost skeletal in appearance, with almost no fat or organs in it's body, just bones and muscle fibers.

"Bear... zombie bear?"

"Japanese Bears don't get that big." Kohta pointed out to Saeko when she joined Kohta's side, and she was nursing a bleeding wound on her forehead. She had slammed her head into the kitchen counter. The only uninjured person was Alice, who had been asleep in one of the beds in the RV, and only jerked slightly when the RV flipped. She did crawl out of the bed though and join them. "... It's skull is... hard to distinguish."

"God, why are you so useless right now... so, Naruto, what is it?" Saya asked, since she couldn't figure out what the monster was either. Almost all of it's features were warped and twisted by abuse and injury. She looked to the oldest man of the group now, and he was too busy biting into a sweater at the moment as Shizuka sewed up his injuries.

Naruto looked around at all of them.

Rei, blood nose, not broken just bleeding, little concern.
Saeko, bleeding forehead, cut on the forehead but no visible signs of a concussion and clearly not dazed.
Alice, no injuries.
Kohta, no visible injuries, but his leg seemed hurt with how he was standing while putting little pressure on it.
Asami, bruised left forearm and shoulder.
Shizuka, bruise on her thigh forming.
Saya, bruise on her left arm and leg, she must have rammed into the wall on that side.

Himself, stabbed though the forearm and bicep.

"Hah... haaaah... Rei, it's fine. You didn't do it on purpose... and I have no clue what that is. Keep your voices down, anything that can survive with all it's organs ripped out is a zombie." Naruto didn't miss the sight of the creature's belly area ripped open and there being no signs of it's internal organs. That meant the creature couldn't see them since it was undead, but it was an animal, and animals had excellent hearing compared to a human. Zombies had better hearing than humans because it was now they tracked prey, and a zombie animal would have even better hearing than a regular animal.

"Keep biting the sweater, you shouldn't risk biting your tongue." Shizuka kept stitching him up.

"I'm fine now, I'm getting used to the pain... Kohta, are there any animals that can take a bullet to the skull?" Naruto asked the gun fanatic.

"Well... bears, boars, anything with really thick skulls. That thing is too big to be a bear though, I mean, if it was an american or artic bear, it might get to that size... but Asian bears are just not that big." Kohta looked at his gun, and he clicked his teeth in anger when he noticed the scope had been broken. He wouldn't be able to use his rifle to take down further away targets anymore. Not even he was skilled enough to not have to rely on a scope to hit something more than 20 meters or more away with the accuracy needed for a headshot.

Naruto hissed when Shizuka finished with his bicep, and moved to his forearm, where she would have to stitch both the entry and exit wounds. Naruto moved his fingers around to make sure that he still had use of his hand. He sighed in pained relief that all of his fingers could still move as he intended them to.

Kurama joined his side and licked at his bicep wound.

"It's neck is armored, I can't cut it's head off without breaking my blade." Saeko looked at he sword.

"If we stay quiet, it should leave us alone, right?" Asami asked a very rational question.

"It's an animal, it hears better than people, and the RV is loud... bigger problem, the RV is flipped over, and the only guy with the freaky strength to flip it is down an arm." Saya looked at Naruto's arm. There was no way he would be able to use it properly for awhile.

"Hahah... we have rope in the trailer, with all of us, we could have turned the RV back onto it's side. We're next to a forest with trees, so with good leverage we could have managed... but you're right..." Naruto grunted in pain. He took a shot of what was left of the vodka.

"Don't do that, you'll thin your blood."

"I need this shot right now." Naruto took another quick shot of vodka when Shizuka tried to take it from him. He needed something to dull the pain, but only a little. "The RV should be fine, but if we lost the trailer when it flipped... that is a lot of supplies gone." Naruto hoped that the connection between the RV and the trailer had been left intact. There was a sound of the undead creature falling off the top of the RV.

It was raining, so he couldn't hear if the creature had hooves or not from where he was, and with how disfigured and downright demonic the creature looked, it was hard to tell what it used to be from what they had seen.

"Oh right... you hooked up the trailer to be a refridgerator for the food and storage for the other things we need. The rope is in the trailer... I think I'm fast enough to get it before the creature notices me, or hears me." Saeko stood up and wiped.

"The drop from the RV door to the ground isn't a small drop, and you won't be able to climb back up before the thing gets to you. Asami, go towards the driver's seat and see if the RV's hood was opened. If the rain gets into it or if anything's busted, we'll have to abandon it." Naruto sighed in relief when Shizuka got to the last wound that she would have to stitch up. She had abandoned the conversation and was completely focused on stopping him from bleeding anymore than he already had.

Asami crawled up into the towards the front of the RV.

"Hood isn't flipped, no smoke either."

"Okay, worse case scenario avoided, but something might have gotten damaged, so not holding me breath. Okay, when the rain stops, me, Saeko, and Rei are going to work together and kill the fucker that flipped us." Naruto wasn't going to let an injured arm stop him from fighting.

"What about me."

"If it's a bear, your fun might not be enough to do the job, and your scope is broken. If it's a boar, well, it's better not to waste your ammo. Better have you in the RV in case I get killed." Naruto looked over to the other male. If something happened to him, he wanted Kohta to step up and take command.

"I'm ready whenver you are." Rei nodded her head.

"When the rain stops, if it's a boar, it's hooves will give it an advantage for traction in the rain. Saeko and me distract it, you spear it through the eye. We can't get the rope out of the trailer until the creature is super dead." Naruto stated.

"Yeah... if it's an animal... the sound of the RV being flipped up will just bring it back, and it will flip it again. We can't ignore it. We can't even attempt to flip the RV until it's safe." Saya spoke a little louder.

The creature slammed into the outside of the RV, and the entire thing lurched, and there were loud demonic-like shreaks from the creature. Alice put her face into Naruto's chest, and held her hands over her ears. He just placed his good hand on her back. The screams the creature made were terrifying, sending a chill down the spines of all who heard it.

Asami climbed up to the window and looked out of it.

She lowered her head in right away, and quickly rolled the window back up.

"... That thing... it's huge... my gun won't be able to do much." Asami showed her pistol.

"Where are we by the way?" Naruto asked, since he had been asleep while Shizuka drove. He didn't know how long they were asleep, or where they were currently.

"I don't know, I was just driving." Shizuka did not have a good answer for him.

"How long was I asleep?" Naruto asked.

"About 2 hours."

"Okay, so we're near Mount Kurama... not you buddy, the mountain." Naruto had a good reference there with how long he had been asleep. He closed his eyes and tried to think of the wildlife he could remember. "... okay, we're dealing with a boar... undead boar, big, strong undead boar... but we are also near... Hyuga manor..." Naruto sighed and leaned his head against Rei's shoulder.

Great.

"Hyuga manor?"

"They build their manor at the base of Mount Kurama, my fiance's family... doesn't matter right now though while that boar is out there." Naruto changed the subject and went back to the task at hand. "Rei, can you fight?" Naruto asked Rei.

"I can."

"Saeko?" Naruto asked.

She nodded silently.

"... Then we wait for the rain to stop." Naruto was annoyed by their current situation, but getting pissy about it wouldn't solve the problem at hand.

This was not a good situation.
