Story Start!

Saeko Busujima, reliable, strong, internally sadistic, outwardly kind and understanding, skilled in kendo and with an impressive katana that was well crafted. A warrior woman who accepted her own femininity in such a way that would do her ancestors proud in all aspects of her life.

Had feelings for Naruto.

Asami Nakaoka, clumsy, unskilled, outwardly kind and inwardly dependant on others for strength. Unreliable as a person, and not very strong. Was reliant on others to tell her what to do, a natural follower and not somebody who could take command without somebody else to give her the strength to do so.

Seemed to hold Naruto with great respect.

Shizuka Marikawa, clumsy, airheaded, but smart when it came to her field of study, dimwitted in most situations, vain, and lustful to match. Untrained in any martial arts, and unskilled in moving her body. Very reliant on others to protect her, but intelligent when it came to medicine and mental health. An important asset to any group, and her dimwitted nature helped to ease tension in those around her.

Feelings towards Naruto were unknown.

Saya Takagi, intelligent, not clumsy but not athletic either. Reliable, but at the same time arrogant and unpleasant to talk to and be around. Has an inflated sense of self, but has rather poor eyesight without her glasses. No feminine skills to speak of, can't cook well and has little combat abilities beyond what the average woman could do. Physically attractive, and with high intelligence was capable of seeing things from a different angle.

Feelings towards Naruto seemed to respect, and little more than that.

Rei Miyamato, injured and unable to gain any other details about skills and abilities, but has feelings for Naruto.

Alice Maresato, a child, holds Naruto in high regard and seems to have a childish crush on him, to be expected but not a threat in any way.

Finally, the only other male of the group, Kohta Hirano, a reliable guy, very able hunter with knowledge of traps, edible plants, and wildlife. Excellent skills with guns and weapons, but low physical abilities with no real stamina, with little physical strength for a man, low height and running speed, and overweight for his size being at close to 90 kg for a height of not even 160 cm. Still, extremely reliable in all tasks that don't require athletic ability.

Held Naruto to the highest of standards possible.

'This is his group... he would have gotten here so much faster if he didn't have these people slowing him down.' Hanabi thought, staring down at the group who were helping to unload their supplies off of their RV to aid with the Hyuga family. The group was so unbalanced that it was a miracle they were able to survive, and she chalked it up to Naruto being the leader. A strong leader could make even an unbalanced group like this into something remarkable, and the fact they survived was remarkable.

You had 3 unathletic people, and even though those people were skilled in their own areas, the fact was that not being athletic was a horrible thing in this situation.

"Hey, little girl, you're giving everyone a view of your panties, you might want to get down from there!" Saya shouted up at Hanabi, who didn't care that anyone could see her panties. She looked at Kohta, who was looking away from her direction on purpose. She looked at the Branch family members who were her blood relatives, so she didn't care if they saw her underwear either. She didn't respond to the warning.

She locked eyes with Saeko though.

A skilled woman, an actual threat to her sister's legacy. She had purple hair, and an athletic figure, long toned legs. If there was any girl who could make Naruto forget about Hinata, it was this girl, and Hanabi was not able to let some whore take Naruto away from her sister and her memory.

She hopped off the roof and landed gracefully on the ground.

'6 girls and 2 guys... well... this guy isn't that much of a man when it comes to height, but he is reliable. He's short and fat, but not ugly... I wonder if any of the girls could develop feelings for him instead of Naruto.' Hanabi invaded Kohta's personal space and grabbed his arm, and she shook the fat on his arm. There was very little muscle mass, mostly fat.

"Do you... uh... can I help you?"

"Yeah, you can... drop and give me 50 push ups. A man shouldn't be this flabby." Hanabi stated to Kohta as she pointed to the ground.

"I'm sorry, I don't think I can do 50..."

"Yeah, you won't be able to... still, no more food for you until you gain some muscle." Hanabi saw that her words sparked some anger from the women in Naruto's group.

"Hey, that isn't fair, he's been super helpful to you." Saya was actually the first to defend Kohta, and poked Hanabi right in the small breast once... and that was it. Hanabi grabbed Saya by the wrist, twisted it and forced her to turn around so that she could hold her. "Ah... ow... ow let go, let go!" Saya shouted as she was subdued.

Hanabi did let go of her.

"Onii-chan deserves better than a group like this one. If you were all more capable, he wouldn't be so injured. I bet he takes on all the hardest job himself, and you all get to sit back and relax." Hanabi walked off with her piece said. She started to walk off, but Hiashi had walked by at that moment and heard what she said.

He grabbed her by the bicep and stopped her.

"Apologize." Hiashi ordered.

She huffed and kept walking off, refusing to apologize even under the order of her father. He sighed, and looked at the group. Everyone could see that their was hostility in his gaze for a moment, but he allowed it to fade away.

Hiashi sighed once more.

"What is her problem, we've been here helping for days... why does she hate us so much?" Shizuka asked with a confused, furrowed brow.

Hiashi didn't answer, he walked off without explaining anything to them. Saeko watched him go, and she placed a hand on Alice's shoulder, preventing her from running after him to keep pestering him for an answer.

"Simple, the human heart is fickle. She's misplacing her hate of the situation onto us... but I do agree, it wouldn't hurt if you tried to get into better shape, for your own health." Saeko did pat Kohta on the shoulder. She wanted him to be healthy, and if the RV couldn't be repaired, then they were going to have to do a lot of walking in the future, and that would be horrible for him. He wasn't the only one who needed to get into better shape. "Also... she isn't wrong. We have been more of a liability to Naruto than an asset."

"We..." Asami was going to argue.

She couldn't think of an argument, during the cult fiasco she had accidentally sided with the cultists, and needed to be saved by Naruto from falling to their brainwashing. Also, Naruto had saved her from the mall that she had been trapped in. She looked around, and saw that suddenly everyone was starting to get uncomfortable when they tried to think of how they had been helpful to Naruto, but all of them could think more of the ways he helped them.

He took all the hardest jobs and tasks for himself, putting himself in more danger than any of them.

"Okay, so it looks like the damage to your RV isn't impossible to fix. I have most of what I need to repair it, but it will take about 2 weeks by myself, between this and handling my usual duties." The Hyuga branch family male stated as he got out from under the RV. He would be able to fix the RV, but doing so would require him to take apart several of the cars they had in the garage that no longer ran. "... the more pressing concern is you all living in the RV."

"We've made do so far." Shizuka pressed a finger to her lips.

"You can't do it while I'm repairing it, so you're going to have to sleep elsewhere. We have a few spare bedrooms in the mansion, ask Hiashi where to stay."

-That Night-

"This was my daughter's childhood room... do not ruin it."

"I understand, and thank you for allowing me to use this room." Saeko bowed to Hiashi as she was allowed to stay in Hinata's room. Hiashi nodded his head to her and walked off, allowing Saeko to walk around the room. She had to admit she was curious, the room was kept in good condition, and she saw a book of pressed flowers.

It seemed this Hinata woman loved to press and collect flowers.

She also had pictures of herself and Naruto from their high school days taped to her mirror, and Saeko was given a view of what Hinato looked like. She even saw Naruto when he was younger, when he was her age even. She touched the picture without taking it down, and looked at where Naruto and Hinata had started to date.

"What a lovely couple..." Saeko dropped down slowly to her knees, and she bowed to the mirror and the pictures on it. 'Hinata, please continue to watch over Naruto. I pray that you find peace in the afterlife, and give me the strength to look after Naruto in your place.' Saeko silently prayed. She stood back up when she saw Hanabi looking at her from the open door.

She walked to the mirror and saw the picture of Naruto and Hinata as a younger couple.

"My sister was gentle, kind, strong, and beautiful. She was a perfect woman, and there isn't anyone who is a better fit for Naruto than her... you will never, ever, replace her." Hanabi stated as she took the picture off the mirror, stuffed it into her own sleeve, and walked away.

Saeko nodded her head.

She didn't say anything.

Hanabi slammed the door closed behind her, and Saeko just sat down on the bed, before she laid her head down, and felt something under the pillow. She took it out, and saw Hinata's personal diary. She sat back up and looked at the diary in her hands, and felt very tempted to take a peek inside. She smiled to herself though and placed it to the side.

She wouldn't invade her fellow woman's privacy like that.
