Present time
Elphaba: Okay your go.
Glenda: No no you didn't tell me about your first date!
Elphaba: Nothing even happened?
Glenda: I don't care. You never told me about it! So let's hear it.
Elphaba: Fine...
Flashback
Fiyero's room
Fiyero: Come on in (Elphaba walked in slowly) I know you have seen it before but I never gave you a proper tour. That's the mini kitchen we are standing in the living room over there is my bed. And over here is the walk in closet. (They walked into it)
Elphaba: It's full of all your stuff.
Fiyero: Well naturally it is my room.
Elphaba: Right...
Elphaba walks out of the closet and goes to cry on the couch.
Fiyero: Elphaba I think this room is big enough for both of us.
Elphaba: WELL ITS NOT!
Fiyero: What's the difference between this room and your old room? Plus it's way bigger!
Elphaba: Well for starters Glenda has her side of the room and I have mine.
Fiyero: Oh...
Elphaba: I'm sorry I'm not trying to go off on you. I'm just so mad at myself.
Fiyero: Why? You haven't done anything wrong.
Elphaba: EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS IS WRONG FIYERO! BE SERIOUSLY HONEST WITH YOURSELF CAN YOU REALLY SEE YOURSELF WITH SOMETHING AS HIDEOUS AS ME.
Fiyero: I think you're beautiful and yes I do see a future with you. There's no place I'd rather be then right here with you.
Elphaba: How can you look me in the eyes and say that?
Fiyero: It's easy I'm just telling you the truth. I just hope you will let me love you the way you deserve to be loved. (Elphaba smiled and gave him a hug)
Elphaba: I just feel so bad. (She started to cry thinking about Glenda) She was my best and only true friend.
Fiyero: I know but I promise you she will get over it. (Elphaba nodded her head) Hey how about tonight you finally let me take you out? You know on a date.
Elphaba: I'm not really in the mood. And besides I have nothing to wear.
Fiyero: What's wrong with what you're wearing?
Elphaba: My uniform? This isn't exactly the outfit I planned for my first date.
Fiyero: Your first date? You mean to tell me you've never been on a date before.
Elphaba: No...
Fiyero: I better get going then. (He said jumping off the couch)
Elphaba: Going where?
Fiyero: I'm going to make everything very romantic for you I will be back in an hour. (He said running out the door)
Elphaba: (talking to herself) Great my first date and I have nothing to wear and on top of that I've lost the only true friend I ever had. (Elphaba started crying) I will never forgive myself for this.
An hour passed and Elphaba had fallen asleep on the couch. When all of a sudden she is woken up by Fiyero.
Fiyero: Elphaba wake up it's time for our date.
Elphaba: Mmm no Fiyero I look terrible.
Fiyero: No you don't
Elphaba: I have nothing to wear.
Fiyero: Tomorrow we will go to town and get you everything you need. You don't need to worry about a thing.
Elphaba: But Fiyero I'm in my uniform.
Fiyero: So am I, come on (he said pulling her up)
They walked hand in hand to the horse's stables. When they got there Fiyero personally introduced Elphaba to Jack. Even though they already kind of met when they almost ran her over. This time it was totally different. Fiyero had never introduced Jack to anyone before. So he knew he must have been pretty serious about Elphaba.
Jack took them into the forest where Fiyero had prepared a lovely dinner. With three light lanterns burning. Elphaba was speechless no one had ever gone to so much trouble for her.
Elphaba: Oh Fiyero this is so beautiful.
Fiyero: Not as beautiful as you. Come on let's eat.
Elphaba: Everything is so perfect.
Fiyero: It is
Elphaba: I still feel so bad though.
Fiyero: Elphaba I promise you she will get over it.
Elphaba: I hope you're right.
Fiyero: Don't you trust me?
Elphaba: Of course
Fiyero: Okay then pretty soon we will be old news and Glenda will get over it. I don't believe she can stay mad at you for long. I know I couldn't. You're just too cute.
Elphaba: (Blushing) No I'm not
Fiyero: Elphaba I think you're the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. I felt that way the moment I met you. Would you mind if I kissed you?
Elphaba: No
Fiyero kissed her lightly and gently but it wasn't long before Elphaba kicked things into high gear. For the first time she was actually really experiencing a guy that truly liked her. And no matter how hard she tried to fight it. She loved the way it felt to be wanted by him.
Fiyero laid her down on the blanket they were having their picnic on. As they continue to kiss each other deeper and deeper. All of a sudden Elphaba pushes Fiyero back.
Fiyero: I'm sorry did I do something wrong?
Elphaba: No no it's me I'm new to all of this.
Fiyero: Oh... OH so you never?
Elphaba: No is that a problem?
Fiyero: No I wanna be your one and only.
Elphaba: (she smiled) I want that too. But I'm not ready yet. I'm sorry
Fiyero: Just let me know when you're ready. (He wrapped his arms around her tightly) I'm not going anywhere.
Elphaba: Good
Elphaba laid back in Fiyero's arms as they watched the fire flies and the stars lighting up the sky. They laughed and talked for what seemed like hours. But soon the weather seemed to change. A thunderstorm was rolling in.
Fiyero: Oh no we better get back to school.
He yelled for Jack who had wandered off to give them privacy. They packed up all of their stuff and headed back. By the time they got Jack put away out of the weather.
The storm had arrived. The wind was blowing and the rain was falling. Fiyero and Elphaba rushed into the school soak and wet. But they didn't care they were too busy laughing because Fiyero slipped and fell as soon as they got inside the school. Once they finally made it back to the room. Fiyero wasted no time getting out of his wet clothes.
Fiyero: You better change so you don't get sick.
He said throwing his clothes on the floor. Elphaba just stared at him. She had never seen a naked guy before at least not like this.
Fiyero: Elphaba are you okay?
Elphaba: (snapping out of it) Oh yeah I just don't have anything to wear.
Fiyero: Oh right I'm sure I have something for you to slip on.
He said walking to his dresser where he pulled open one of his drawers. He pulled out a silky blue and gold night shirt.
Fiyero: This should work it's brand new. I don't really like sleeping in clothes. (He said standing in front of her in his boxers) I hope me sleeping like this doesn't offend you.
Elphaba: No it doesn't bother me at all. (She said trying hard not to keep staring at him) A matter of fact I'm going to go in the bathroom and change.
Fiyero: Okay, I'm just going to go ahead and make myself a pallet on the couch.
Elphaba: Okay
She went into the bathroom and changed then she came out. Catching Fiyero off guard he couldn't believe his eyes.
Fiyero: Wow
Elphaba: What?
Fiyero: You look hot!
Elphaba: (laughing) Stop it
Fiyero: I'm serious
Elphaba: Well thank you and goodnight.
Fiyero: Goodnight
