Chapter 62. Final round, all out clash of fighters, push beyond your limits
In the dark of night at the Coliseum which was empty with no one inside but foot steps were heard within the building those foot steps belongs to Tabane who was walking towards the central computer that runs the simulator system for the tournament and is connected to the network of GBN, once she was near the computer system she orders Mona to connect to the system.
Tabane: now connect to the System.
Mona: yes Tabane.
Mona connects to the System and began messing with it along with collecting information on all the battlers from previous tournaments and the current one that is happening right now, she even connecting to the network as well, Tabane then works her magic so she can prepare to crush both the tournament and GBN.
Tabane: now everything is set for everything to go back to what the world should be about, Mona make sure you don't fail me.
Mona: yes Tabane.
Tabane laughs as her plan was now set for what to come in finals as she continues to chuckle, someone in shadows watches her and smiles with the individuals eyes glowing a cold blue in the dark.
(Scene change)
The next day Yushai and the others are seen in there room getting ready for their final battle against the Lancers.
Krystina: this is it… the finals.
Izuku: this match will without a doubt determine who will become the champions.
Yushai: we've come this far not only that but the Lancers are extremely powerful including there leader. By the way has anyone seen Mona? I can't seem to find her anywhere.
Izuku: I haven't seen her at all after that last battle we had… this has me very worried.
Krystina: do think we should try to find her?
Yushai: our match is going to start soon, we won't have time to look around… all we can do is hope that she's okay and once the battle is over we'll start looking for her.
Krystina: right.
Izuku: sounds like a plan.
Yushai: let's go there's a chance that we will be called soon.
The trio then go to the stadium so they can be on time for the final match of the tournament, meanwhile the Lancers there leader Reji along with his members were getting ready to head to the stage for the finals.
Xeal: so it's time to face that team who has that unknown fragment of Ray.
Shun: …
Reji: it's time we find out are they worth recruiting for the mission we are on in order to prevent total destruction of the multi-verse.
Sora: …
Shingo: man I can't believe we are in the finals in this world along with seeing so many of those crazy battles plus you guys just wiped them out like it's nothing.
Reji: that may be true but each of them were strong in their own rights, and now we will see are they worth recruiting.
Shingo: I connected our base to the network so the others can see the match.
Reji: okay then let's give them a show.
Then the Lancers heads out of there room to the stadium.
(Scene change)
At the stadium everyone along with those who are watching from around the world waits for the final match to begin, then the two teams that are left entered the stadium, the G Breakers coming from the right and the Lancers coming from the left, the two teams approaches the stage and place there Gunpla's on the scanner then they come to life and enters the battlefield which is space with a space colony and the earth in the distance can be seen, the groups of each team enters the colony once inside they confront each other.
Reji: I applaud you three for making it this far with your power.
Krystina: mister Reji who are you and your team really, the way one of your team members look at me along with one of them hating me.
Xeal: …
Shun: …
Reji: if you want answers you and your team will have to defeat us.
Yushai: if that's what it'll take to give Krystina her answers, then we'll defeat you so we can know why!
Reji: then by all means come at us.
Announcer: ready… FIGHT!
(Gundam Build Fighters Try – Bell of Requiem)
Then the final battle began as both teams started to do battle against each other, Izuku facing against Shun, Krystina against Xeal and finally Yushai against Reji.
The battle gets destructive as both teams gives it there all in this fight each team members not backing down from this battle.
Xeal: it's time for you to feel more weight of your sins… Ray!
Krystina: I don't know who this Ray is or my connection to her but if I beat your team I'll have my answers!
The two fire there weapons at each other as Krystina was determined to win in order to discover the truth from the Lancers, at the same time Izuku battles Shun whose giving him trouble as he flies around to avoid Izuku's attacks so he won't take too much damage until Izuku was able to catch and knock him to the ground as the two continue to fight.
Izuku: now I've got you!
Shun: don't get overconfident kid!
The two rage on as they battle, Izuku with close quarters combat and Shun using his weapons on him, finally Yushai and Reji battle in the sky, Reji shows how skilled he really is along with how powerful his Gunpla is as they clash blades again and again.
Yushai: you're a lot more powerful then you appear to be!
Reji: glad that you are starting to notice, now show me your power.
Yushai: oh I'll show you how powerful I'm, no. We are!
Yushai prepares to fire his twin buster rifle, Krystina fires all of her bits in a burst attack, Izuku fires a beam as well, Reji's team does the same as well and fires all of their weapons as well, the attacks all hit each which causes the colony to begin collapsing on this shocks the entire crowd as the entire colony is destroyed but they wonder are the players still active.

Kirito: are they still in the game?
Asuna: the announcement didn't declared any winners yet so they must still be fighting.
With the Lancers.
Sora: okay I so did not see that coming including that destructive explosion.
Shingo: man if I was in there I would have finished the battle far faster with style-
From a hidden screen: IS THAT MY LITTLE GIRL YUZU!? AND WHY IS HER HAIR WHITE!
Shingo: hey! Don't scream near my ears!
Sora: it looks like the real battle begins.
Back with Yushai and his team, the trio looks around for there opponents who hiding somewhere in the destroyed colony.
Yushai: any sign of them?
Krystina: no, they can be anywhere and might jump us at anytime.
Izuku: then we better be prepared for anything that might happen we either jump them or confront them.
Both Yushai and Krystina agree as the trio continues to search for the enemy until they spotted them.
Yushai: there they are.
Izuku: this gives us the advantage of a surprise attack.
Krystina: … !? Behind us!
Yushai and Izuku turned around and see bits behind them as it fires on them, they dodges the attacks but the Lancers attacks them knowing full well they were trying to strike them by staying hidden.
(Gundam Build Fighters Try – Gandabada Gandabada)
Reji: I knew you'd try to attack by doing a surprise attack.
Shun: I'm finishing things between me and the green one.
Xeal: whatever, I'm going for the fragment!
Yushai: here we go again!
Izuku: looks like we would have to fight them one on one.
Krystina: I won't go down easily.
The battle continues on as both teams started fighting once again, Izuku is pushed into an area alone with Shun as the two continue there battle, Shun once again sends out his bits to cause damage to Izuku but he dodges the attacks and goes for Shun very quickly making a close combat once again but this comes at a dangerous as the bits attack Izuku once again, this time blowing off the left arm and damaging his Gunpla however he was able to damage Shun though.
Izuku: it looks like I'm going to have to leave it to others… here I come!
Izuku's Gunpla glowed meaning he's using awakening which Shun noticed, then Izuku gathers a lot of power into his remaining arm then he charged at Shun with what power he has left, Shun fires all of his weapons and brings out a saber as Izuku's Gunpla got closer but now suffered a lot more damage then before once he was close Shun brings down his saber but Izuku was quick too as he punch through Shun's Gunpla however the saber went through his too as both Gunplas explodes knocking both of them out of the battle.
KABOOM!*
(Scene change)
Krystina and Yushai who are both in separate areas are notified that Izuku along with Shun are out, then Xeal comes out of nowhere and attacks Krystina.
Krystina: it's you again.
Xeal: it's time for you to receive retribution Ray! This time no one is going to save you this time!
Krystina: grrr!
Xeal began giving Krystina a lot of trouble along with damaging her Gunpla badly just like before back at camp, but this time she was fully ready for him as she send out her bits to assist her in this battle, Xeal dodges much of the attacks Krystina sends his way, the two continue there clash against each other with none of them holding anything back, Xeal then uses exam system to cause more damage to Krystina's Gunpla and is pushed to her limit.

Xeal: this is as far as you go Ray.
Krystina: … why… why do you hate me… including this Ray person.
Xeal: … the reason why I hate her in turn you and the other fragments of Ray… is because I lost everything because of the actions of that man, the monster he created that took my family from me and more importantly her destroying our world by splitting it in four.
Krystina was confused by what Xeal said but the four girls know what he's talking as they realize that he is another survivor just like that man.
Yuzu: no… it can't be…
Serena: this guy is another survivor from the original dimension?
Rin: okay I had my doubts but…
Ruri: then this explains why he hates us…
The four girls didn't notice but Krystina heard them and this has her even more worried about the situation she is in along with the man, the monster who might still be out there and will possibly hunt her down, Krystina looks at Xeal's Gunpla that shows its aura of how much it's battler has gone through and the things he lost.
Krystina: … I understand that you hate Ray and the ones who took away everything that was important to you.
Xeal: …
Krystina: but… I know nothing about her or the things she has done or the people that is connected to her… but if she was responsible for what has happened then I'll prove that I will not make those mistakes like her, I'm me, my life is my own and I'll decide how it ends!
(Tekken 8 – Landscape under the Ghost)
Krystina eyes soon glowed white and so does her Gunpla as water and snow appear out of nowhere, then attacks Xeal who was surprised by this turn of events but both him and the Lancers know what this is.
Xeal: is she using her power? But there was no record of any of the other fragments using there abilities only when Zarc's fragments were close to each other. But this is completely different.
The two continue to battle each other as Krystina's power has even the plain field as Xeal's Gunpla takes serious damage as Krystina's power has gave her Gunpla a hug power boost but Xeal was able to hold his ground and keep fighting however his Gunpla was damaged greatly by Krystina.
Xeal: so this is the power of those nature cards but it doesn't feel like the ones that other fragments have… is it a new one?
Krystina: Xeal… from this point on I'm going to walk my own path, even if I'm a piece or a fragment of Ray, I'm myself!
Xeal: … so your saying you are your own individual and that Ray has nothing to do with that?... then you better prove it!
The two continue to fight against each other, Krystina gives it her all even as her Gunpla takes more damage and is reaching its limit but it's not just her even Xeal's is at its last leg, both clash one last time both of them giving it there all as both of there Gunpla's glowed with a lot of power once they crashed into each other an explosion happens upon there clash.
KABOOM!*
Yushai is notified that Krystina is now out of the battle too along with the third member of the Lancers, this means only himself and Reji are the only ones left.
Yushai: Krystina, Izuku…
Reji: it like it's only us left, this will without a doubt determine who will become the champions.
Yushai: … the ones who are going to become champions are going to be us!
(Sonic Omen – Go get 'em Tiger)
Reji: oh really? Then you better give it your all!
Both Yushai and Reji battle each as they take the fight into space as they both of them fires their weapons at each neither one not backing down from this battle, Yushai then sends out his bits to attack Reji who was able to shoot down most of them but a few hits and cuts his Gunpla's left wing on its pack but that doesn't stop him as he destroys the last of the bits, Yushai then charges in with his beam sabers, Reji does the same as both of them continue to fight as they are then near the earth and pulled in by it.
Izuku: Yushai is pulled in by the gravity!
Krystina: Yushai…
Xeal: it looks like both of them are going down.
Shun: …
Sora: this is going even more crazy by the minute.
Shingo: oh man now I'm on the edge to see how this battle will end!
The crowd were all on edge of there sits as both Yushai and Reji continues to fall down to the earth at great speed until they finally crashed down creating a big explosion with dust covering the scene for everyone to see if any of the two are out of the tournament.
Then the dust begins to subside both Gunplas are seen on the ground and are badly damaged.

Reji: this is the first time someone has ever pushed me to my limits.
Yushai: huh? Sounds like you must've fought against someone who was very strong.
Reji: I have once… and somehow this battle is showing me what could have been.
Yushai: ? Could have been?
Reji: enough of that. Now let us settle this!
Yushai: heh, well then here I come!
(Marvel Rivals – Rival's 'Till the End)
The battle continues on as both Yushai and Reji battle against each other, the crowd cheers them on as the match becomes even more exciting and thrilling as the two clash with each strike they take from each other.
Krystina: keep going Yushai.
Izuku: don't give up!
Xeal: hmm.
Shun: what is it?
Xeal: our leader may not be showing it, but it looks like he's having fun and along with having the time of his life.
Shun was confused until he saw Reji secretly smiling which surprised him, the rest of the Lancers are also getting excited by this match along with there group who are also watching it too.
The whole world cheers more and more as both Yushai and Reji gives everyone another incredible battle just like the previous world tournament, Reji himself is seen having great time against Yushai as he keeps seeing a familiar person that he knows from his past.
Reji: he's really does remind me of him .
Yushai: here I come Reji!
Reji: then come at me with everything you have Yushai!
Yushai's Gunpla charges at his opponent with all of its power as turns into an Eagle, Reji's does the same and turns into a Lion and charges as well both of crash at each then flies upwards into the skies then back into space then both beasts howls at each then creates a huge explosion that destroyed a piece of the earth, Reji's Gunpla was seen destroyed and defeated with Yushai's being the last one standing but is also seen nearly destroyed.
Announcer: winner. G Breakers!
(End of music)
Everyone cheers after seeing such a incredible match, the Lancers were not upset with this not the slightest because they found some people to help them with there mission, both Yushai and Reji walked up to each other and shake hands respecting one another.
Yushai: that was the best battle I had in long time, your great battler yourself Reji.
Reji: so are you as you've pushed me to my limits.
As the award ceremony was about to begin something suddenly happens as electronics suddenly starts acting wild but it wasn't just the stadium but also the rest of the world.
(Scene change)
Mona is seen landing in GBN and begins infecting it but this causes some damage to the network, Tabane watches the chaos that's about to start soon, but unknown to her the hidden individual continues to watch the rabbit have her fun.
?: looks like the real battle is going to happen now… hehehe.
Then everything fades to black.

Another Chapter done, I hope you all liked this Chapter and everything that happened in it, Xeal shows his origins and where he came from along with his reasons for hating Ray, her father who was responsible for the destruction of their world by giving birth to a monster, now on to the reviews.

To nexusknight2: yup, Tabane is still crazy as ever and she'll never understand how the awakening system works, your right Leo is in hiding and just like the Lancers, he too has lost the connection to duel monsters as well having nothing but blank card, but that's not going to stop him as comes up with a new plan for his dangerous obsession.
