Chapter 1
(Stampede Bar)
It was a nice night, and Happousai, the grandmaster of Anything Goes Martial Arts, had walked into the bar looking for his heir. He saw him at the bar having a soda. He went over to him; the heir was in a black, sleeveless hoodie, a white under-armor T-shirt, black pants, and boots. He had black hair with bleached streaks in it and a necklace around his neck.
"Boss," said the bartender. He was from Korea, had short, spiky black hair with green trim, silver-framed sunglasses, and was in a white shirt, jeans, and boots. "He's here." The heir took a sip of his soda.
"What's up, Happi?" He said, Happi took a seat next to him.
"I have a proposition for you, Ranma, my boy." He said.
"Whatever it is, my answer is 'No.'. Not until you pay me back for bail money."
"I Told You, It Wasn't My Fault!"
"Yeah, but now I have a criminal record!"
"I can get that taken care of."
"Why haven't you? I thought I was supposed to be your heir. I would have thought that you would have taken care of it by now. I guess I'm not that important to you unless you want women's underwear or me to pay your tab."
"You want your record expunged? Fine! You want my tab paid? Deal!"
"Call them and then we'll get you your tab." So Happosai called the courts and explained that the heir was innocent of what he was accused of.
"Your record's cleaned," he said. Then Happi was handed his tab. He looked at the tab and sighed, then he pulled out his wallet and paid for it.
"Thank you, Happi," said Ranma. "Jack, two glasses of golden rum."
"You got it, boss." Two glasses were in front of them.
"Okay, what do you want me to do? And whose underwear were you promised?" So he told Ranma about a fight that he might be interested in. "Huh? A fight? With the Kawakami Heir? I heard she was short of being a war goddess."
"Yep, I want you to fight her."
"But, I thought you said because of my lifestyle, you didn't want me as your heir."
"A man can change his mind, Ranma, and I will accept your terms. I want you to become the new grandmaster."
"Tell you what, if I beat her, I'll become a grandmaster. Just to satisfy you, agreed?" He said as he held up his glass. Happi held up his glass and toasted with Ranma.
"Agreed."
"Okay, when do you want me to do this?"
"When's your next concert?"
"In a couple of months, we got time."
"Okay, how about next week?"
"Done," they shook hands and enjoyed themselves.
"There is one thing I'll have to agree with you on."
"What's that, my boy?"
"Kami-sama wanted us to be happy."
"Why?"
"Because she made the perfect being."
"If I told you once, I've told you a dozen times. Kami-Sama's Male!" Ranma giggled.
"Right, Happi, right." They continued to talk about their beliefs about Kami-Sama.
(Next Week, Kawakami Prefecture)
Momoyo Kawakami was told about a fighter that wanted to fight her, and he would give her a good fight. Momoyo was a tall, goddess of a woman. She had long black hair, red eyes, and pale skin. She was dressed in an all-black pantsuit and a white jacket draped over her shoulders. Her grandfather had told her about the challenge. "So, the old perv did it, huh?" She said, "What's the heir's name?"
"Ranma Saotome," her grandfather said.
"Interesting," she said. "When is he coming?"
"Today, he should be on his way." An hour later, Ranma and Happousai showed up at the shrine.
"Hello?" Said Ranma. Just then an old monk walked out of the shrine. Ranma bowed to him, "Kawakami-san?"
"Yes, you must be Ranma." He said.
"Yes, sir," he said as he held his hand out to shake the old monk's. He led her to his granddaughter.
"This is my granddaughter, Momoyo." He said, Ranma held out his hand.
"Ranma Saotome, thinking on changing it to 'Chaos.'." He said, "Nice to meet you." She looked at him like he was a 5-star meal. She licked her lips. Ranma knew she was interested but didn't show he knew. "So, where are we going to play?"
(Kawakami dojo)
The fight was on; they were going at it as if they were having a championship fight. Moves were used, and Momoyo got Ranma, good. He was on his knees, in pain, and bleeding. 'I got to dig in.' He thought; just then he heard a voice in his head.
"Get up, Ranma! You can do this!" Just then he started to feel energy flow into him. He started to float in midair and charge up.
"Sorry about that." He said, just then he got into a stance and a small amount of Ki started to form in his hands.
"Is He Able to Weaponize His Ki?" Said Momoyo's grandfather.
"LION'S TRANQUILITY BLAST!" He said a white beam of pure Ki shot out of Ranma, hitting Momoyo, slamming her into a wall, giving her her first loss ever. Ranma dropped to his knees, tired, and passed out.
"Looks like I was wrong." The grandfather said, "She can be beaten."
(Kawakami dojo; guest room)
Later, Ranma woke up and started to sit up. 'Ow!' He thought, just then a girl, around two years younger than Momoyo, with light brown hair and hazel eyes, had come in with some water and pain pills. She was dressed in a school uniform and was a little hyper, like a dog? "Uh, hi?" He said.
"Hi, my name is Kazuko Kawakami I'm Momo's little sister! How did it feel when you beat her?" She said in one breath. Ranma looked at her, trying to translate what she said.
"Uh..." he said.
And that was how Ranma Saotome became a grandmaster of Anything Goes and met the woman he chose to be his wife and sister-in-law.
Note: This is a story where Ranma had finally gotten away from Genma, and Happi finally gave in to make him a grandmaster. By beating Momoyo Kawakami from Majikoi.
