"Who the hell are you?"
All I got was silence in return. This woman just stared at me with a look of annoyance.
The curves around her waist kept distracting me. I couldn't believe that this woman was some sort of superhero or villain.
After another second of silence, I started to get angry. Who the hell was this woman to follow me around and demand things out of me? I could feel the rage starting to build within me. That's when I heard multiple noises all around me. Without noticing somehow I had been surrounded. I did a 360 turn to see a circle of women around me about 50 feet out. I turned back to this woman.
"You didn't answer my question who the hell are you?"
She sighed and her posture relaxed a bit.
"My name is Donna Troy but most people call me Wonder Girl. I'm here on behalf of the Amazons. Now that l've explained that, can you just come with us? You have my word you won't be harmed. So stop wasting time please."
"You told me who you are, but you haven't told me why you want me to come with you and why I should trust you. Stranger danger and all that stuff."
"You probably won't trust me but you will trust her."
There was a rustling behind Donna. A woman came out of the bushes dressed like a female gladiator. She was carrying a shield and sword loosely at her side. She was beautiful and regal yet she held the posture of a warrior. This woman was instantly recognizable.
"Holy shit! Wonder Woman?"
She smiled at me and put her sword in a sheath on her back. Honestly the way she smiled at me reminded me of my mother.
There was such kindness and love in her eyes it was hard not to trust her.
"My child we need to go quickly, so please hurry up. I have already spoken to your mother personally and she agreed that you should come with us. Now let's go."
"Even if that was true l'm a grown ass man.
No one dictates where I go. Now you haven't given me a reason to go with you and I'm not having a great day. So go hang out with your boyfriend Batman and tell the Flash I said wassup. Peace."
I turned my back on her and started to walk towards my car. The women in front of me showed no sense of letting me through, but for some reason I was confident I could push my way past them. As I got about ten feet forward I heard the sound of steps behind me. A hand reached out and gripped my shoulder. I turned around to see Donna standing there with an angry look on her face.
"Do you think you can over power myself, Wonder Woman and all these Amazons?
Stop being difficult."
"Listen lady, I know that Wonder Woman is a force of good. She's not about to kidnap a high school student for no reason. I've done nothing wrong, so you have no reason to harass me. I am going to tell you now if you try to take me by force I will be forced to defend myself. Trust me you don't want that.
I don't like to put my hands on women." Before I could even turn around Donna exploded into action launching an uppercut at me. I threw myself backwards with a speed I didn't know I had. As I fell backwards I turned into a roll and quickly jumped up into a fighting stance. Her face was a mask of shock which ironically mirrored my own feelings. She looked back at Wonder Woman who nodded to her. Without pause she aimed a roundhouse kick at my head which I ducked underneath. As her kicking foot touched the ground she used her other foot to try a back kick. I turned to the side, but the back kick had been a feint. A haymaker approached my face at what seemed like terminal velocity. It hit me on the right side of my face and I flew in the air. After a second I hit the the ground ten feet away and kept sliding until a foot stopped my progress.
I looked up to see and blonde Amazon girl standing there with a look of pity. That's when anger flowed within me and I could feel power in my limbs that was stronger then anything l'd felt before. I stood up and the Amazon girl tried to grab me, but I shoved her and she went flying away.
My rage was directed at one woman, Donna Troy. I started to walk towards her when another Amazon girl tackled me, forcing me to my knees. Before I knew it ten more Amazon's were piling on top of me.
Rage coursed through me in waves.
How dare these insignificant girls attack me, I thought. Did they not know who I am?
"I AM ARES!!" I screamed.
A bolt of lightning came out of the sky hitting me and exploding outward, blowing all the Amazon's off me. Smoke filled my vision cutting off my line of sight to Donna.
As the smoke cleared I realized something had changed. Black armor lined my arm from shoulder to fingers. My knuckles even had metal spikes on them. I also realized that I was wearing a helmet of some sort, though obviously I couldn't tell what it looked like.
"My Lady Dianna, look. He dons the armor of Ares. His eyes glow with hatred and battle rage. Would it not be easier to kill him now?"
"No I have given my word that he wouldn't be harmed. As well as the boy is innocent and we don't kill innocents, even if they have been corrupted by Ares. Donna, handle this quickly or I shall have to step in." Donna ran toward me and began to pull out a rope. This rope glowed yellow as she whipped it towards me. It roped itself around my right arm where it felt as if it were on fire.
Donna yanked on the rope and I could feel the pressure she was exerting. There was enough pressure to throw a car twenty feet.
Even with her pulling this hard, I didn't move an inch.
A look of fear swept across Donna's face as she realized she couldn't overpower me. I pulled the rope quickly and she flew towards me. I kicked her square in the chest. Spit and blood flew out of her mouth. Her body flew backwards and I thought she was out cold when she twisted around and landed on her feet. She wiped the blood from her mouth and smiled at me.
"Not bad kid. Not bad at all. I don't wanna hurt you, so please stop and let's just relax." I could tell she had more she wanted to say, but I didn't wanna hear it. I sprinted to her and threw a quick jab. She evaded the blow and slammed her wrists together and an explosion hit me. I tumbled through the air like I was in a dryer. I landed in a thorny bush which was extremely irritating. I ripped my self from the bush and I was shaking from rage.
Without thinking I charged her at full speed. She tried to leap out of the way, but ! grabbed her leg and slammed her into the ground. She groaned in pain and rolled on her back. I focused all my rage and torment into my right hand. Sparks of electricity rolled down my arm.
As she began to stand, I pulled my arm back. As she turned to face me I rocketed my fist straight toward her face. My fist got within a foot of her and a hand came out of nowhere. Surprised, I look to my right to see Wonder Woman looking at me.
"I'm sorry my child, but this must happen." She yanked me forward and brought her knee up to my chest. There was an explosion of pain that felt as if her knee cut right through me. All the power I had immediately disappeared. I was once again Jay and Jay was in pain. I fell to my knees, looking up at her in shock and disbelief.
Wonder Woman looked upset, but that didn't stop her from cocking back her arm and punching me in the jaw. As if there was a light switch in my brain, everything went dark and I was gone.
