The Supernova's main cannon fired at the stolen spice freighter as Starkiller piloted it towards the main hangar.
Starkiller dodged the blasts, swerving the ship sideways as he steered it closer to the Star Destroyer
"We must stop this Star Destroyer before it reaches the Rebel base," Starkiller said to Vader, who hadn't said a word since they'd reunited.
"I bred Nebulon in the cloning laboratory, and you know his style well," Vader replied, "If we work together, we can defeat the Dark Apprentice."
Several TIE Fighters emerged from the hangar, shooting at the pirate ship. Starkiller fired back as he steered the freighter away from the lines of fire.
After destroying the TIEs in their way, Starkiller piloted the ship towards the hangar floor.
On the Supernova's main command bridge, Darth Nebulon addressed the officers on deck.
"Prepare to bring us into lightspeed," he ordered, "We're going to deal the finishing blow to the Rebel Alliance at the fourth moon of Yavin."
Two AT-STs approached the docking freighter as it landed, along with several dozen Imperial stormtroopers.
"Come on!" Starkiller yelled as he sprang out of his seat and ran towards the ship's exit.
Vader followed, clunking behind Starkiller as he slammed on the button to open the hatch and dove out.
As Vader landed on the hard metal floor of the hangar beside Starkiller, the AT-STs blasted the ship until it crumbled into a fiery heap behind them.
As they tried to get up, the hangar trembled as the Supernova's crew began to direct the Star Destroyer into hyperspace, launching it out of the Endor system.
Many of the surrounding Imperials also stumbled and tripped over from the impact, with the walkers audibly shaking.
After the Supernova once again felt as though it was in stagnation, Starkiller and Vader climbed to their feet to address the batallion of stormtroopers who were also recovering their footing. The duo immediately activated their blades to deflect fire.
Starkiller and Vader ran towards the wave of stormtroopers in front of them, slashing into as many bodies as their lightsabers would reach.
Some of the stormtroopers switched from their blasters to their fists and elbows as Starkiller and Vader approached them, but this did not save them.
Vader reached upward to intercept a grenade flying their way from the Jumptroopers in the air, sending it off to the side.
Starkiller fired lightning up at the Jumptroopers, who responded with laserfire.
Vader, meanwhile, slammed his lightsaber onto the floor before summoning a Force storm to cripple the Imperial forces.
As the Jumptroopers landed on the deck, Vader picked one up and Force-choked him as the surviving ground troops bludgeoned him with their blasters.
Starkiller blasted lightning at the Jumptroopers as they recovered their footing, while Vader continued to hack and slash through the ground troopers.
During this skirmish, the two AT-STs approached and began firing down at Vader and Starkiller.
Both were hit and flew until they landed on the deck, letting out groans of pain.
As Vader used the Force to lift up three stormtroopers, Starkiller ran towards the first walker and fired lightning at it. As the AT-ST concentrated on Starkiller, Vader threw the three stormtroopers at it, causing the vehicle to wobble.
Starkilller reached the walker and began slashing into its legs with his blue blade. The walker took several hits before sending him back with a hard kick.
Vader lifted up two more Imperials and threw them at the second walker, which continued to rotate its cannon between them.
Starkiller unleashed another round of lightning, this time concentrating on both AT-STs at once. Another blast from the walkers' cannons hit the ground near Starkiller and knocked him over.
Vader used the Force to pick up a barrel, throwing it at the second walker.
Meanwhile, several more Jumptroopers appeared in the air, accompanying their ground counterparts as they closed in.
Starkiller shifted his focus to the Imperial bodies and performed a ground slam with his lightsaber.
Vader lifted up a stormtrooper in a Force choke and threw him at one of the Jumptroopers, knocking them both onto the deck. He then finished them both off with a saber throw.
Meanwhile, Starkiller positioned himself so that the wave of Imperials stood between him and the two AT-STs. He sent a Force wave that blasted several stormtroopers into the first walker, causing it to further wobble.
Starkiller fired lightning at both walkers as he approached them, with a few stray blaster shots hitting his body.
Vader continued to draw fire from the Jumptroopers, throwing his lightsaber into two more. He then joined Starkiller's attack on the walkers, slamming his lightsaber down between them.
The first walker tilted from side to side as Starkiller continued to fry it with lightning.
Vader tossed his lightsaber into the cockpit, then slashed at the knees.
Finally, the AT-ST toppled over and erupted into flames, leaving only its counterpart.
The second walker stomped towards the duo and sent them both tumbling with two hard kicks.
As soon as they got up, Starkiller and Vader were swarmed by additional stormtroopers. This time, some of them wielded pikes, using them to strike at the duo.
Starkiller and Vader parried the blows before summoning a combined Force storm to repel their attackers.
As the Imperials scattered, Vader managed to grab two pike troopers and throw them towards the remaining walker.
As Starkiller and Vader continued to cut down the stormtroopers, additional streaks of laserfire hailed on them from above.
Starkiller directed his lightning upwards to address the Jumptroopers as two of them threw detonators towards the deck.
Vader successfully repelled one grenade with the Force, but he and Starkiller were both hit by the other detonator's blast.
As soon as he recovered, Starkiller tossed his lightsaber through the two Jumptroopers, killing them.
Vader Force-choked three more, while dodging fire from the AT-ST. He then threw the Jumptroopers' corpses into the walker.
Starkiller sent more lightning at the walker as he approached it, while Vader threw another barrell at it. He dodged a kick from the walker and slammed his lightsaber down again.
As Vader kept the AT-ST's attention by returning its fire, Starkiller slashed at its legs before zapping them with another round of lightning. Finally, the duo summoned another Force storm combination to send the walker tumbling onto the deck.
Vader and Starkiller proceeded across the hangar towards the exit, which led into a corridor.
Predictably, the stormtroopers inside fired at them on sight. Starkiller sent lightning at them while Vader tossed his lightsaber.
From the other end of the hallway, two detonators flew their way. Starkiller sent a Force blast towards the grenades, pushing them the other way.
After the detonators exploded, the duo pressed onward, deflecting blasterfire from the incoming stormtroopers.
"He knows we're here," Starkiller said as they turned the corner, "I can sense it."
"Then he'll fall into our trap," Vader replied.
Several pike troopers appeared around the duo, jabbing at them with their weapons. Starkiller and Vader parried the attacks before slashing into their assailants. Vader lifted the last trooper in a Force choke, breaking his neck.
Additional Jumptroopers fired at them from above. Starkiller directed lightning their way while Vader deflected their fire with his blade.
More stormtroopers appeared, wielding both pikes and blasters. Vader summoned a Force rage to weaken the ambushing forces. After taking care of the Jumptroopers, Starkiller finished off the ground forces with his lightning.
The duo crossed into a massive AT-ST storage facility, where several decommissioned walkers stood still. Two operational walkers stomped towards Vader and Starkiller.
As the walkers opened fire, Starkiller focused on one, shooting lightning at it as he approached.
Vader, meanwhile, used the Force to lift up a box of ammunition and throw it at the same walker.
The second walker stomped as close as possible to Vader before kicking him back with a hard thud and yell of pain.
Meanwhile, Starkiller began slashing at the other walker's legs with his lightsaber as soon as his lightning ran out of energy.
The AT-ST aimed its cannon downward and fired before kicking him away.
As both duelists returned to their feet, a unit of Jumptroopers hovered over the walkers' cockpits, shooting down on Vader and Starkiller.
Vader grabbed two airborne troopers with the Force and slammed their bodies into the first walker as Starkiller divided his lightning between both vehicles.
The surviving Jumptroopers each tossed a grenade towards the duo, prompting Starkiller to redirect them with a Force blast.
Both walkers took damage from the explosions, but Starkiller was also hit by a blast and sent flying backwards.
Vader Force-choked two more Jumptroopers to death, just before a blast from the two walkers sent him tumbling. Starkiller, meanwhile, fired more lightning at both AT-STs before concentrating his energy on the first.
Vader joined Starkiller's attack, tossing his weapon into the walker's cockpit.
The two walkers hailed down on them as the duo approached their target. Vader summoned another rage and Starkiller prepared to unleash a Force storm, finally letting it out.
The walker wobbled from side to side, prompting Starkiller to send a final wave of lightning at it while Vader slammed his lightsaber down near it.
At last, the walker collapsed and exploded, leaving only its companion.
As Vader and Starkiller directed their attack on the second walker, they were ambushed by another wave of ground stormtroopers.
Vader Force-choked the first two troopers that he was able to grab, while Starkiller picked up three more bodies and sent them flying at the walker.
The walker shook from the impact, then hit Starkiller with a blast from its cannon that sent him flying.
Vader continued to cut his way through the stormtroopers as the AT-ST approached him. He managed to land a few hits on the walker before it caught him with its foot and knocked him over.
By this time, Starkiller had recovered, sending a burst of lightning at the walker as he advanced.
The AT-ST stomped towards Starkiller and gave him a hard kick that knocked him over. As soon as his lightning capabilities were rejuvenated, Starkiller unleashed another torrent while Vader slashed at the walker's legs.
In desperation, the walker launched two hard kicks that sent Vader and Starkiller tumbling. As soon as they returned to their feet, Starkiller let out another torrent of lightning while Vader tossed his blade upwards.
As the AT-ST shot at them, Starkiller leapt up towards the cockpit and slashed his blade through it, while Vader crippled its legs with a Force storm.
The duo scrambled to clear the area as the walker exploded, its pieces flying in all directions.
The only exit was a balcony high above the ground. Silently, Starkiller and Vader paced around the storage room for the means of reaching that height.
Spotting a large ammunitions crate, Vader used the Force to levitate it towards the floor area below the balcony. Starkiller lifted up a stray barrel and moved it on top of the crate.
One after another, they jumped onto the crate, then the barrel before reaching the balcony.
Immediately, four pike troopers emerged from the doorway and began jabbing at the duo. Starkiller fired lightning at the troopers, slowly crippling their defenses as they tried to deflect it.
Vader picked up two troopers and threw them down the balcony behind him, while Starkiller finished off the others with a ground slam.
"There they are!" a harsh voice shouted.
More stormtroopers charged through the hallway, shooting at Vader and Starkiller. The duo used their blades to deflect fire, before Vader gripped two troopers in a Force-choke and killed them.
Starkiller hurled lightning at the others while Vader continued to deflect their fire, quickly mowing the stormtroopers down.
Together, they stormed down the hallway as more troops appeared from the doors on either side.
Vader summoned a Force storm to repel them, while Starkiller tossed his lightsaber through three torsos before unleashing another round of lightning.
More stormtroopers revealed themselves to shoot at the duo as they continued down the corridor, only to be cut down by their blades.
A few pike troopers appeared and jabbed at Starkiller and Vader, briefly putting them on the defensive.
With a combined Force storm, they were able to repel the attacking troopers, allowing Starkiller to finish the survivors with lightning before they could recover.
Finally, Starkiller and Vader reached an elevator at the end of the corridor. As they approached the sliding doors, a group of Jumptroopers fired at them from above.
Starkiller directed his lightning at them as Vader took one down with a saber toss. In unison, the troopers tossed a stream of grenades down at their targets.
Starkiller and Vader ran to clear the blasts, too close to successfully repel them with their powers.
The nearst detonator knocked both of them to the floor, just before they were crowded by another unit of ground troopers.
Vader sparred with the stormtroopers who attacked him with their fists and pikes, while Starkiller let out a heavy torrent of lightning at the assailants.
He took a few blows from pike troopers who ambushed him from behind, then scattered them with a lightsaber slam.
Vader Force-choked the pike troopers as they got back up, while Starkiller mowed his way through the blaster-wielding stormtroopers with his lightsaber.
As the Jumptroopers continued to shoot down on them, Vader grabbed two in a Force choke while Starkiller electrocuted the rest.
Finally, the duo ran towards the elevator and hurried inside.
Once the elevator came to a stop, the doors slid open to reveal Darth Nebulon himself, his cloak and hood draped over his face.
Nebulon was flanked by a unit of six Red Imperial Guards, with Force pikes consisting of plasma blades much like those of lightsabers.
"We're going to finish this right now," Starkiller declared, staring down his genetic copy with hatred.
"You're too late, Jedi scum," the Dark Apprentice snarled in the same voice as Starkiller's, "As soon as I kill you, my troops will lay waste to your Rebel friends. We're already on our way."
"I won't let you!" Starkiller yelled, his anger becoming increasingly mixed with fear and dread, "We'll destroy this ship from the inside before you hurt them."
"You won't leave this bridge alive," Nebulon replied, just the Red Guards began to advance.
Starkiller and Vader held their lightsabers at the ready, prepared for battle.
As the Red Guards charged at the duo, Starkiller shouted, "We have to find the engine and steer it off course!"
"You'll die first!" Nebulon declared, joining his guards as they clashed blades with both Vader and Starkiller.
Vader conducted a ground slam with his lightsaber, weakening the six Red Guards as Starkiller went for Nebulon.
The two clones exchanged lightsaber blows as they moved rapidly around one another, with two of the six Imperial Guards joining Nebulon.
Starkiller summoned a Force storm to repel Nebulon and the Guards, pushing them away just as they swarmed him.
Vader, meanwhile, contended with the other four Guards, weakening their offense with his lightsaber before attempting to Force-choke two of them.
The Guards rose into the air, but broke free by deflecting Vader's attack with their pikes. Vader was injured by several blows from the other two Guards attacking him while he focused on his targets.
Meanwhile, Nebulon launched a web of Force lightning at Starkiller as he continued to battle the other two Guards. The good clone was struck by several strands, but managed to deflect the attack with his blade. This, however, came at the expense of his defense against the two Imperial Guards, who were able to land several hits with their pikes.
Starkiller ignored the Guards and went for Nebulon, slamming his lightsaber down onto him.
Nebulon stumbled, then responded with a more aggressive attack with his two red lightsabers. Starkiller parried against the blows, but continued to lose his stamina against the Guards.
Vader briefly broke off from his duel against the other four Guards and leapt towards Starkiller's battle.
He landed a lightsaber slam against the two Red Guards, knocking them over. He slashed his lightsaber into one, finishing him off, before lifting the other in a Force-choke.
As Starkiller continued to keep Nebulon's attention, the Guard began to choke, but defended himself with his pike while the other four swarmed Vader and began striking at him.
Vader slammed his lightsaber down again, killing his target and repelling the other four Guards.
One of the Red Guards ran to assist Nebulon, while Vader continued to spar with the other three.
Nebulon Force-jumped a short distance away from Starkiller, then hit him with a Force wave that knocked him against the wall.
Nebulon rushed at Vader next, firing lightning at his old Master while he contended with the Imperial Guards. Vader cried out as the lightning hit his caped back, while the Guards dealt additional blows with their weapons.
Starkiller summoned a Force rage, weakening the Guard he was dueling. He then lunged with a series of lightsaber attacks, crippling the Guard's defense before finishing him off.
He ran to assist Vader, shooting lightning at Nebulon and the Guards.
Nebulon used his twin lightsabers to block the web of energy while the Guards were hit by a few ripples.
Vader managed to strike Nebulon in the back while the Dark Apprentice held off Starkiller's attack.
The Guards continued to jab at Vader with their pikes, until Starkiller redirected his lightning to fend then off.
Nebulon took advantage of his opening and lunged at Starkiller with his blades. He managed to deal a minor injury before Vader advanced on him and landed another blow.
Nebulon turned his attention to Vader, clashing blades while Starkiller now dueled against the three remaining Guards.
Starkiller managed to inflict injuries onto the Guards as he increased the fury of his attacks, then took advantage of their weakened defenses by unleashing a round of lightning on them. The Imperial Guards sustained several injuries from Starkiller's lightning before deflecting it with their pike blades.
Vader remained on the defensive as Nebulon struck at him with both of his sabers, backing him up across the command deck.
After retreating a short distance away, Vader raised a fist to Force-choke the Dark Apprentice.
Nebulon lifted into the air, gasping for breath, but broke free of Vader's hold after a short period.
Vader slashed into Nebulon with his lightsaber before the Dark Apprentice hit him with another torrent of lightning. Vader deflected the energy with his lightsaber, only taking a small amount of damage
Starkiller, meanwhile, was able to deal enough wounds to knock over one of the Imperial Guards.
Before the Guard could recover his defenses, Starkiller used the Force to slam him onto the deck while taking a few blows from the other two.
Dodging to avoid the deadly pikes, Starkiller finished off the Guard with a lightsaber slam, which further weakened the other two.
Starkiller summoned a Force storm as the Guards got up and began to advance, blasting them away and causing them to land hard on the command bridge floor.
Starkiller rushed to join Vader, firing a streak of lightning at the Dark Apprentice.
Nebulon held up one of his lightsabers to block the lightning, allowing Vader to knock him over with another ground slam.
The two Red Guards caught up to Starkiller, with one of them pressing an attack on him.
Starkiller parried the blows before unleashing lightning on the Guard. As the Guard deflected the energy with his pike, Starkiller lunged to the side and slashed at the Guard with his lightsaber, knocking him over.
The other Guard joined Nebulon, striking at Vader with his pike. Vader summoned his own storm to unleash on both Nebulon and the Guard, sending them both flying.
Starkiller turned away from his target and fired lightning at the fallen Red Guard, which the Guard struggled to deflect as he got up.
Vader finally finished the Guard with a saber throw, while Starkiller performed a ground slam to take out the other opponent.
As Nebulon sent a heavy dosage of lightning at Starkiller and Vader, the good clone deflected the crackling energy with his lightsaber.
Suddenly, Starkiller broke away and tackled Vader, propelling them both with the Force into the elevator.
Nebulon charged forward as the elevator doors slammed shut, wildly shooting lightning from his fists.
Inside the descending elevator, Starkiller said, "We can't afford to waste time with him. Not with Juno and the Rebels in danger. There's too much at stake."
"You have as much reason to want him dead as I do," Vader replied, "What of your droid PROXY and the Rogue Shadow?"
Starkiller bared his teeth and narrowed his eyes, his fists clenching as he struggled to maintain control.
"I'm not here to seek revenge," he replied, "I've left that behind along with the dark side. Now, we need to divert the Star Destroyer off course."
"What do you suggest?" Vader asked.
"You know the inside of a Star Destroyer better than I do. Can you take us to the main engine room?"
"Follow my lead," Vader replied as the elevator doors slid open to reveal their next wave of enemies.
The stormtroopers opened fire at the same instant that Starkiller began shooting lightning at them. Vader advanced and began slashing through their ranks as they fired.
Starkiller tossed his lightsaber through two white-plated chests before jumping into the fray, engaging in melee combat with the Imperials.
After landing a few good punches in, Starkiller resumed his use of lightning, quickly taking down the stormtroopers.
Starkiller and Vader proceeded down the corridor towards a ramp that led to the level just below them.
Over the ramp, several Jumptroopers fired down at them. Starkiller fired lightning upwards while Vader charged forward and grabbed two Jumptroopers in a Force choke.
After Vader broke their necks, the remaining Jumptroopers were knocked down to ground level by Starkiller's lightning, next resorting to their blasters and fists.
Starkiller finished off the Jumptroopers with a Force storm before he followed Vader down the ramp.
As the duo hurried towards the large sliding doors down the platform, they opened to reveal one Assault Tank wheeling out, followed by a second.
The two tanks got into position next to one another and began firing.
Starkiller and Vader scrambled to avoid the cannon blasts, then charged at the first tank together.
Starkiller let out a current of lightning at the tank while Vader unleashed a Force rage.
The tank took several hits before whacking Starkiller back with its cannon, while its counterpart hit Vader with a blast and sent him tumbling with a howl.
Starkiller concentrated his lightning between the two tanks while Vader sought reprisal against the one that had injured him. He tossed his lightsaber at the second tank as it concentrated on Starkiller, then performed a ground slam after his weapon. returned into his gloved hand.
The tank hit Vader with its cannon, knocking him back. Vader charged again and slashed at it with his blade. Starkiller joined Vader's assault, conducting a lightsaber slam with his own weapon.
The Assault Tank took damage as the pilot used its cannon to swat Starkiller away once again.
Starliller charged at it, firing lightning as the tank knocked Vader backwards as well. Starkiller was taken by surprise as a blast from the other cannon sent him tumbling onto the deck.
He got up and resumed his onslaught as Vader summoned another rage to unleash on both tanks.
Starkiller reached the second tank and slashed at it again.
As the cannon swung to knock him away, Vader used the Force to intercept it and tilt the entire tank sideways.
Starkiller summoned another torrent of lightning while Vader unleashed a Force storm, finishing off the second tank in a small, fiery explosion.
The first tank wheeled towards Starkiller and Vader, ramming into them and sending them tumbling towards the platform edge.
As the duo recovered their footing, several stormtroopers charged down the ramp to join the fight, shooting at Starkiller and Vader.
Starkiller rushed at the tank to keep it busy while Vader dealt with the stormtroopers, slamming his lightsaber down again.
As the tank whacked Starkiller sideways, Vader tossed his lightsaber at the first two stormtroopers closest to him. After cutting through several more, Vader picked up two stormtroopers with this Force and tossed them towards the tank.
The two troopers fell down against the tank as Starkiller fired lightning into it. The tank rammed into him again, knocking him back with a grunt.
Vader finished off the stormtroopers with a ground slam and joined Starkiller. He tossed his lightsaber at the cockpit while Starkiller continued to shoot lightning out of his hands.
Vader performed another ground slam as his lightsaber returned to him, while Starkiller unleashed a Force storm.
Finally, the tank wobbled, allowing Starkiller to finish it off with a round of lightning.
Starkiller and Vader ran to clear the blast, then returned their attention to the doors that had been resealed shut.
Together, Starkiller and Vader summoned a Force blast to push the doors open, sending them flying across the lobby on the other side.
Several dozen stormtroopers and black-armored Shadowtroopers stood waiting. They immediately began firing on their targets as they entered.
Starkiller and Vader deflected the shots with their lightsabers as they rushed into the room, hacking at the Imperials as they reached them.
They slashed through as many enemies as they could, exchanging melee blows with some.
As soon as he had enough space, Starkiller let out another torrent of lightning, hitting as many stormtroopers as he could.
After taking out the wave of Imperials on the ground floor, Starkiller and Vader shifted their attention to the balcony above their heads, where four sharpshooters aimed down at them.
Starkiller directed lightning upwards while Vader used the Force to position a nearby crate underneath the balcony railing.
They proceeded towards the balcony together, then leapt onto the crate before Force-jumping onto the ledge in unison.
From the doorway, six pike-wielding stormtroopers appeared and jabbed their weapons at Vader and Starkiller.
Vader lifted two troopers in a Force choke while Starkiller dueled the other four, slicing two of them in half.
After killing his first two targets, Vader ground-slammed his lightsaber, allowing Starkiller to finish off the other two with lightning.
The duo proceeded through the corridor, instantly subjected to laserfire from the next unit of stormtroopers.
Starkiller and Vader slashed through the Imperials as they moved along, zig-zagging from one wall to the other.
Finally, they reached an elevator at the end of thr corridor, guarded by six hovering Jumptroopers.
Three of the Jumptroopers threw detonators down at Vader and Starkiller, who ran back to dodge the explosions.
Starkiller retaliated by shooting a burst of lightning at the three Jumptroopers on his left. Vader grabbed two more in a Force-choke as the sixth hit him in the shoulder with a laser blast.
Two of the Jumptroopers who were struck down by Starkiller's lightning survived the onslaught and rushed him, delivering a series of melee blows.
Starkiller struck and punched back, finishing them off with his lightning.
Finally, the duo entered the elevator, which began to descend as soon as the doors slammed shut.
The Supernova's engine room consisted of two large engines and a dozen boosters manned and guarded by scores of officers and stormtroopers.
On a large display screen hanging overhead, they could see the course of the Star Destroyer's trajectory, rapidly approaching the Yavin star system.
Vader and Starkiller stood ready for combat as the Imperials left their stations and formed a barricade, pointing their weapons on the new arrivals.
Vader immediately used the Force to grab the nearest three Imperials, two Shadowtroopers and an officer. He Force-choked them to death while Starkiller used his lightsaber to deflect fire from all directions.
"Kill them both!" a commander shouted.
As Vader killed his three targets, he was struck by a stray line of blasterfire, letting out a howl.
Starkiller shot out lightning at maximum strength, taking down as many Imperials as he could reach.
As several stormtroopers and Shadowtroopers attacked Vader with the blunts of their weapons, he retaliated with a series of melee blows. Taking a few hits, the former Sith finally summoned a Force storm to blast away his attackers.
Starkiller charged at a nearby cluster of stormtroopers, slashing through them with his lightsaber. Three pike troopers charged him and began striking at him with their staffs.
"Not so fast, Rebel scum!" a trooper growled.
Starkiller parried the blows before conducting a ground slam, knocking the pike troopers over. He was then attacked by another group of Shadowtroopers, who shot at him while their companions struck him with their rifles and elbows.
Starkiller summoned a Force rage to weaken the enemy forces, then finished his immediate attackers off with a round of lightning.
Vader, meanwhile, was mowing through as many troopers and officers as he could with his lightsaber. After leaving several bodies in his wake, he was confronted by another trio of pike-wielding troopers, who began striking him with rapid motions.
Vader deflected the blows, then managed to cut one pike trooper in half.
He used the Force to choke the other two, finishing them off just as another unit of Shadowtroopers began hitting him with their weapons.
While absorbing strikes from the troopers, Vader summoned another Force storm, sending the wave of Imperials flying across the engine room.
"We've got to hurry!" Starkiller shouted.
Starkiller took hold of one booster with the Force, telekinetically altering its settings. Vader did the same with the booster closest to him, willing it to rebel against the rest of the engine.
The Star Destroyer began to rock and twist in confusion as its systems began working against it.
Starkiller and Vader made their way to the next two boosters and began using the Force, only for another wave of blasterfire to require their attention.
"Hold it right there!"
The duo deflected the shots flying their way, before Starkiller directed another torrent of lightning at the Imperials.
Vader grabbed the bodies of two troopers and slammed them into the floor, then returned his attention to the booster closest to him.
Starkiller finished off the immediate wave as Vader redirected the booster, then used the Force to alter the next one.
Several Shadowtroopers appeared surrounding Vader and Starkiller, with half of them immediately shooting and the other half dealing hand-to-hand blows.
Starkiller summoned a Force blast to knock away the troopers in front of him, while Vader slammed his lightsaber onto the deck to wound the troopers swarming him.
Starkiller dealt lightning damage to the remaining Shadowtroopers, while Vader Force-choked two to death.
The surviving Shadowtroopers returned to their feet, firing at Vader and Starkiller. The duo finished off their assailants by redirecting their shots back at them, then turned their attention back to the next two boosters.
The doors of the engine room slid open to reveal Darth Nebulon, flanked by four more Red Guards.
Starkiller and Vader turned to face their greatest enemy, both of then widening their stances.
"I've had enough," Nebulon snarled, "This time, you both die."
Vader and Starkiller braced themselves as Nebulon and the Guards advanced.
Two of the Red Guards attacked Starkiller with their saber-pikes, while Nebulon and the other two targeted Vader.
Starkiller slammed his lightsaber down, knocking over his two immediate foes.
Vader blocked attacks with his lightsaber from the other two Imperial Guards, but was quickly treated with a powerful dosage of Nebulon's lightning. Vader screamed in agony as the Guards bludgeoned him with their plasma blades.
Starkiller redirected his focus away from the two Guards, firing a jolt of lightning at Nebulon. The Dark Apprentice was hit by some of Starkiller's lightning, but used his twin red blades to block the attack.
Vader retreated from the two Red Guards as he recovered from Nebulon's attack, resuming his lightsaber defense as they backed him into a wall.
The Red Guards inflicted deadly injuries to Starkiller's back as he fired lightning at Nebulon, causing him to cry out in pain.
Starkiller returned his attention to the two Guards, conducting another ground slam. He summoned a Force rage to deal further damage, wounding the Guards before they could recover.
As Starkiller moved his feet along the deck, the Imperial Guards climbed to their feet. He fired another burst of lightning, killing one Guard while the other deflected it with his blade.
Suddenly, Starkiller was attacked by Nebulon, who charged and began striking at him with his twin blades.
Starkiller blocked Nebulon's blows with his own lightsaber, backing away from the intensity of his counterpart's offensive.
Vader, meanwhile, was still on the defensive. Allowing the Red Guards to land a few more hits, the former Dark Lord summoned a Force storm to repel the Guards, knocking them onto the deck.
He lifted one Guard in a Force grip while the other resumed attacking him. Vader inflicted some damage before the Guard used his pike to repel Vader's choke.
Vader parried the other Guard's blow before slamming his lightsaber down, finishing off the Red Guard.
Ignoring his other opponent, Vader rushed to join Starkiller's duel against Nebulon and the other remaining Guard.
He sent a Force blast at Nebulon as he approached, knocking the evil clone sideways.
Starkiller focused his lightsaber attack on the Red Guard while Vader charged at Nebulon, exchanging a series of rapid blows.
The other remaining Guard joined his partner, battling against Starkiller while Nebulon and Vader continued to clash blades.
Starkiller jumped away from the two Imperial Guards and fired lightning, which they caught on their saber-pikes.
Vader broke away from his duel with Nebulon and leapt towards the Guards, slamming his lightsaber down between them.
The two Guards toppled over onto the deck, prompting Starkiller to blast one of them with lightning. The Guard writhed and struggled to deflect the energy with his plasma blade, but ultimately succumbed.
Nebulon advanced, attacking both Starkiller and Vader with his two sabers while the last remaining Guard struck at Vader.
Vader summoned another Force rage, dealing damage to both Nebulon and the Guard.
Starkiller pounced on the fallen Red Guard while Vader kept Nebulon busy, blasting him with lightning before the Guard could deflect it.
The last Imperial Guard finally remained still, allowing Starkiller to assist Vader in fending off the Dark Apprentice.
"We still have to take out the engine," Starkiller said, shooting additional lightning at Nebulon.
The Dark Apprentice caught Starkiller's atttack on his two blades, allowing Vader to break away from the duel.
Vader caught hold of the next booster, using the Force to sabotage its function.
"No!" Nebulon yelled, once again resorting to lightning. He fired a dosage at Vader, which his former Master painfully absorbed before fending off some strands with his lightsaber.
Starkiller concentrated on the next booster, using the Force to further take the Supernova out of commission.
Nebulon halted his attack on Vader to focus on Starkiller, lunging to strike him with both lightsabers.
Starkiller backed away as he defended himself from Nebulon's attack, while Vader concentrated on the second-to-last booster.
At this point, Imperial reinforcements began flooding the engine room, including both ground stormtroopers and flying Jumptroopers.
As he continued to duel against Nebulon, Starkiller was knocked over by a flying grenade, forcing him to retreat further away.
He directed lightning at the three Jumptroopers hovering over him, while Vader drew fire from the ground forces surrounding them.
The Jumptroopers fell to the ground, but Starkiller was rushed by Nebulon before he could finish them.
He parried Nebulon's blows before jumping up and coming down with a ground slam, knocking the dark clone over.
Vader, meanwhile, Force-choked two of the fallen Jumptroopers while taking wounds from the blasterfire of other troops surrounding him. He then summoned a Force rage, using the power increase to deal significant damage to the Imperial forces.
Retreating from the fire of the surrounding forces, Vader returned towards the duel between the two clones, throwing his lightsaber at Nebulon's back.
Nebulon pivoted around and fired a stream of lightning at Vader, who used his lightsaber to ward off the crackling energy.
Starkiller took advantage of his foe's distraction and strode towards the final booster, taking it out of commission with the Force.
The Supernova rocked from left to right as its engine systems further faltered. The screen above showed the Star Destroyer moving further off course from its intended trajectory.
Before Starkiller could concentrate on the two large engines, Nebulon used the Force to shove Vader against the wall, then charged at Starkiller.
Starkiller met the Dark Apprentice's twin blades with his own saber, rapidly switching between defense and offense as Nebulon led him in circles.
Starkiller pivoted away from Nebulon and let out a burst of lightning at the nearby stormtroopers shooting at him. He fell to the ground with a yell as Nebulon's blade cut into his hip.
Vader now directed his focus on the Dark Apprentice as Starkiller unleashed additional lightning on the Imperial troops.
As soon as a sufficient number were taken out of commission, Starkiller redirected his focus towards the first engine.
As he used the Force to dismantle it, Nebulon suddenly broke away from his duel with Vader to hurl a burst of lightning at Starkiller's back.
Starkiller cried out as the energy tore through his body, then held up his lightsaber to deflect the strands.
Vader, meanwhile, managed to land a hit on Nebulon's back, causing him to yell and fall sideways before returning to his feet.
Starkiller returned his attention to the engine as Vader continued to keep Nebulon busy.
Additional Jumptroopers hovered overhead, shooting down at the two rogues.
Vader deflected fire from the airborne Imperials, which allowed the Dark Apprentice to inflict several lightsaber injuries.
As Starkiller completed his telekinetic work on the first engine, he was struck by a line of blasterfire, forcing him to turn around and defend himself.
He fired lightning at the Jumptroopers flying over him, just before Nebulon Force-pushed Vader away and charged towards his light-side counterpart.
Starkiller parried Nebulon's attacks while Vader Force-choked the two nearest Jumptroopers, crushing their throats.
More ground troopers appeared and began striking at Vader with their elbows, fists, and pikes.
Vader exchanged melee blows with the stormtroopers while Starkiller let out a streak of lightning to keep Nebulon at bay. The Dark Apprentice blocked the lightning with his two lightsabers, allowing Starkiller to retreat.
Starkiller fired lightning at the melee stormtroopers, killing the ones whom Vader hadn't yet cut down.
The four pike troopers jabbed at Starkiller and Vader with their weapons, exchanging several blows before Starkiller performed a ground slam and took out two of them.
Vader lifted the third pike trooper in a Force choke while Starkiller sparred with the fourth, just before they were both hit by Nebulon's lightning.
Starkiller finished off the last trooper with another ground slam, then turned to Nebulon and charged at him as soon as the rippling energy wore out.
Vader, meanwhile, reached towards the last engine and used the Force to alter it, until it was finally deprogrammed.
The Supernova's alarms were blaring in panic as lights flashed throughout the engine room.
The screen overhead indicated that the Star Destroyer was slowly plummeting towards a burning sun.
"We have to get out now!" Starkiller said, urging Vader to follow with a beckon of his lightsaber arm.
Nebulon screamed in fury and let out another stream of lightning.
Both Starkiller and Vader caught the energy on their blades, then began retreating towards the exit. As Nebulon began pursuing the duo, they sped through the doorway, and Starkiller used the Force to seal the doors shut behind him.
The duo hurried through the corridor, determined to make it out of the doomed Star Destroyer alive.
A unit of stormtroopers waitied at the end of the corridor, firing at Vader and Starkiller as they approached.
"You're not leaving here alive!" the commander said.
Starkiller hurled lightning at the incoming enemies, while Vader slashed and hacked into the stormtroopers.
Vader was swarmed by a group of four pike-wielding troopers who began jabbing at him. He parried their blows as Starkiller jumped forward and slammed his lightsaber to the ground.
Vader lifted the two surviving troopers into the air and choked them to death, while Starkiller used the Force to redirect a grenade flying their way.
The duo deflected fire from the six Jumptroopers flying over them, with Starkiller catching four of them in a web of lightning. The Jumptroopers fell down onto the deck, but three of them climbed back up to their feet.
One of the remaining airborne troopers tossed another detonator, which Vader caught with the Force and threw into the distance.
The three Jumptroopers who had hit the ground shot at Starkiller and Vader with their weapons. Starkiller deflected their fire while Vader Force-choked the last hovering trooper to death.
After finishing off the Jumptroopers, Starkiller and Vader ran down the corridor towards the staircase as the alarms continued to blare and the lights flashed all around them.
"We have to get to the nearest hangar before all the transports are gone!" Starkiller declared.
As soon as they reached the stairs, ten Shadowtroopers appeared from below and began striking at the duo with the blunts of their weapons.
Starkiller and Vader fought back with melee blows before Starkiller unleashed a round of lightning on the two Shadowtroopers nearest to him.
The two renegades raised their lightsabers and attacked, slashing through the troopers.
Four pike troopers climbed up the staircase, jabbing with their weapons.
Starkille parried the blows of two troopers while Vader lifted the other two in a Force choke, squeezing the life out of them. Starkiller sent a Force blast at the two troopers attacking him, causing them to tumble over the side of the railing.
Starkiller and Vader continued down the staircase towards the awaiting bridge, where another unit of Imperials stood.
The stormtroopers opened fire, prompting Starkiller to unleash another stream of lightning.
Vader tossed his lightsaber through three of the strugglint troopers, then lifted two more in a Force-choke.
Starkiller slammed his lightsaber down to knock over as many enemies he could. He was taken by surprise with a few melee blows, then let out a wave of lightning while Vader Force-pushed another four stormtroopers off the bridge.
The duo proceeded towards the awaiting elevator and entered. As the elevator moved downward, Vader said, "This hangar is the quickest way out."
As soon as the elevator came to a stop, Vader and Starkiller sprinted out the doors.
The two hurried down the corridor towards the hangar door, and were met by additional Imperial forces on the ground level and in the air.
Starkiller fired lightning at as many stormtroopers as he could, while Vader grabbed two Jumptroopers in a Force choke.
A third Jumptrooper tossed a detonator at the duo, catching them both off guard. Starkiller and Vader flew backwards and landed hard on the floor from the impact of the blast.
As they rose to their feet, Starkiller and Vader were met with the pikes of six troopers swarming around them.
Starkillet let out another burst of energy while Vader summoned a Force storm to blast them away.
As the troopers landed on the ground, Vader finished two of them with a ground slam before Force-choking a third. Meanwhile, Starkiller unleashed lightning on the other three. He killed the last one with a slash through the midsection.
The duo marched towards the remaining unit of Imperials, deflecting blasterfire as they approached.
Starkiller launched another burst of lightning, catching the remaining Jumptroopers in his web.
Vader summoned another Force rage to cripple the ground troops, cutting down several in his path.
Starkiller slammed his lightsaber down among the Jumptroopers who had survived his lightning blast, then slashed his lightsaber through the remaining ground forces.
Together, Starkiller and Vader conjured a Force blast to knock away the hangar door that remained sealed.
They walked side by side into the hangar, where Imperials were shooting each other to claim the available transports first. As they noticed the new arrivals, the combating forces turned to fire on their common enemies.
As Starkiller and Vader attacked with their lightsabers, the stormtroopers, officers, and specialized forces continued to shoot at one another as well as the duo.
An AT-ST walker stomped into the hangar from one of the side doors, aiming and firing its guns at Vader and Starkiller.
While Vader finished off the ground troops, Starkiller turned his attention to the incoming walker. He fired a streak of lightning as the AT-ST concentrated on him, pacing from side to side around the hangar floor to avoid the blasts.
Vader tossed his lightsaber at the walker as he charged towards it, then slashed at its legs whike Starkiller waited for his lightning to refresh.
As the walker kicked Vader away with a groan of pain, Starkiller launched another torrent at it.
The walker continued to fire at Starkiller, knocking him down with a blast landing near him.
Vader charged again at the walker, conducting a ground slam with his lightsaber.
The AT-ST took a degree of damage before kicking Vader again, this time stomping towards him immediately afterwards.
Starkiller approached the walker from the side, tossing his lightsaber before sending another dosage of lightning at it.
The AT-ST pivoted towards Starkiller, stomping towards him and prompting him to retreat.
As the walker kicked Starkiller towards the opposite wall, Vader summoned a Force rage to deal additional damage to it.
As Starkiller regained his footing, he was faced with a hail of fire coming from above.
He deflected the blaster bolts from the four Jumptroopers above him before responding with a lightning blast.
Vader, meanwhile, continued to battle the walker, slashing at it with his blade. He took another kick to the chest, flying backwards onto the hangar floor.
Starkiller once again approached the walker, firing lightning at it while Vader found himself surrounded by blaster and pike-wielding stormtroopers.
The Dark Lord slashed through a few enemies, then parried against the pikes jabbing at him.
Starkiller took out three pike troopers by hitting them with lightning from behind, just before being hit by a blast from the walker.
He launched into the air and landed with a grunt on his stomach before returning to his feet.
Together, Starkiller and Vader rushed towards the walker, with Starkiller letting out a heavy torrent of lightning. Vader summoned a Force storm to unleash as he approached, causing the AT-ST to wobble.
Starkiller hacked at the walker's legs after exhausting his lightning while Vader leapt up and slashed through the cockpit.
Finally, both combatants scrambled to clear the area as the walker toppled onto the hangar floor and erupted in a fiery blast.
As more and more Imperials launched out of the hangar in their claimed transports, Vader and Starkiller turned towards the sound of two lightsabers humming in motion.
Darth Nebulon strode towards them across the hangar floor, holding his blades in a crossed position.
"There's nowhere left to run!" he shouted over the sound of the alarms, seething with uncontrolled rage.
"If you try and stop us, we all go down with the ship," Starkiller retorted.
"Then so be it!" the Dark Apprentice snarled, assuming a combat stance.
Starikler was determined not to let his anger and hate get the better of him. He began to try and reason with his evil counterpart.
"We can all still get out of here alive," he said, "You and I come from the same origins- from the same man. It's not too late to let go of the Empire and start again, just as I did."
The Dark Apprentice turned away from his two foes slightly, tipping his head down in thought.
He glowered back at them and replied, "This is all I will ever have. And you've taken it away. Prepare to die!"
Starkiller and Vader positioned their lightsabers in preparation for combat, then advanced on their longtime foe.
Nebulon lunged at both of his opponents at once, using one lightsaber to strike at each of them.
Starkiller and Vader parried his attacks with their own blades, before Starkiller broke away to direct a web of lightning at his dark counterpart.
Nebulon absorbed the strands, then sent both Starkiller and Vader flying with a Force blast.
As they returned to their feet, the Dark Apprentice charged at Starkiller first, advancing with a series of rapid lightsaber strikes.
Starkiller defended himself with his own weapon, then gained the offensive as Vader rushed to join the fight.
Starkiller and Nebulon entered a bladelock, pushing against the other's lightsaber to break the stalemate.
"You will perish here, at my blade!" Nebulon growled.
"Your mission has failed!" Starkiller replied before pushing Nebulon's blade away and repelling him with a Force push.
Vader and Starkiller charged at Nebulon in unison, with Starkiller launching another torrent of lightning. Nebulon caught the lightning with one blade while dueling Vader with the other.
Vader managed to land a few strikes on the Dark Apprentice as he contended with both attacks. Nebulon sent both Starkiller and Vader flying with a Force blast, then concentrated his attack on Vader.
Vader struggled to deflect Nebulon's lightning with his lightsaber, soon entering a standoff with his dark creation.
"You will be remebered as a failure!" Nebulon taunted as he pushed his lightning against Vader's lightsaber.
"I will always be your creator," Vader said as he continued to hold the crackling energy at bay, eventually thrusting it away with his weapon.
Starkiller surprised Nebulon with another torrent of lightning, which the Dark Apprentice held off with his twin lightsabers.
Vader took this opportunity to attack Nebulon from behind, landing several blows into his back.
Nebulon turned around and blasted both Starkiller and Vader with lightning, forcing them to use their blades for defense.
Nebulon once again concentrated on Vader, lunging with both of his lightsabers.
Vader defended himself against both blades, eventually entering a saberlock with the Dark Apprentice.
"I will prove my supremacy in the dark side!" Nebulon shouted as he attempted to penetrate Vader's defenses.
"You have lost before you began," Vader growled, pushing back against the dual lightsabers.
He managed to repel Nebulon's blades, sending him backwards with a push.
Starkiller leapt towards Nebulon and came down with a lightsaber slam, knocking the other clone over.
Nebulon sent lightning at Starkiller as he recovered his footing, prompting Starkiller to deflect the bolts with his lightsaber.
Nebulon leapt at Starkiller, swiping with both blades. The light side clone parried against Nebulon's attacks as Vader slashed at him from behind.
Nebulon pivoted and sent a Force wave at Vader, knocking him into the wall several meters away.
He launched another lightning attack against Starkiller, who kept the bolts at bay with his saber.
As the two clones entered another standoff, Nebulon said, "Your failure is now complete!"
"The dark side blinds you from the truth!" Starkiller replied, sending the lightning back at Nebulon with a thrust of his blade.
Vader rejoined the fight, reaching towards Nebulon with a Force choke. The Dark Apprentice gasped as he levitated into the air, then responded with another dosage of lightning.
Starkiller leapt towards Nebulon, further weakening him with a ground slam.
Nebulon hopped up, unleashing a torrent of lightning that Vader and Starkiller deflected.
The combined strength of their defenses sent the Dark Apprentice tumbling backwards.
As the duo charged at him, Nebulon singled out Vader, grabbing him with the Force and throwing him a considerable distance away from his ally.
The strength of Nebulon's Force attack sent Vader's lightsaber flying into the distance. Nebulon dashed towards the recovering Vader to continue his onslaught before Starkiller could stop him.
Nebulon sent a wave of lightning at the unarmed Vader, who raised his gloved, artificial hands to repel the energy with his Force powers.
While Vader used the Force to keep Nebulon's lightning at bay, Starkiller fired lightning at the Dark Apprentice, striking him in the back.
Nebulon screamed as he was consumed by Starkiller's lightning, with his own web of energy bouncing back into his body.
His body twitched up and down from the impact as his twin sabers rolled out of his grip.
Starkiller used the Force to send Nebulon's lightsabers flying into the distance while Vader lifted the Dark Apprentice's body into the air via telekenisis.
Finally, Starkiller hit his evil counterpart with one more blast of crackling energy, causing Nebulon to crash onto the hangar floor.
The alarms continued to sound as only one Imperial shuttle remained docked in the evacuated hangar.
"We're done here," Starkiller declared, stepping away from his identical counterpart.
Deranged beyond reason, the yellow-eyed clone sprang onto his feet, summoning one of his discarded lightsabers.
Starkiller reached out with one hand to catch the flying weapon in midair, using the Force to send its plasma blade into Nebulon's back.
Nebulon gasped in shock as his own lightsaber pierced him through the middle, then fell onto his back with the red blade pointing towards the ceiling. The Dark Apprentice was finally defeated.
"He is dead," Vader remarked as he used the Force to retrieve his own lightsaber. The duo hurried onto the ramp of the abandoned shuttle and climbed aboard. They ran into the cockpit and sat down at the controls.
Starkiller pulled the lever to fire up the engine, lauching them out of the Star Destroyer as it continued to plummet into the awaiting sun.
As Starkiller steered the ship away from the collision course, the Supernova dove into the burning star like a knife, rapidly burning into bits as it vanished.
"He wasn't going to let us go alive," Starkiller replied, "I had no choice."
Vader's next words startled him to the point of causing him to jolt in his seat.
"You chose correctly, my old Apprentice. It was I who did not see the path before me."
"What do you mean?" Starkiller asked curiously.
Vader continued, "After I showed weakness on Naboo, I was determined not to let Anakin Skywalker come forth again. Now I realize that he is my salvation- as are you. I hope you will be able to forgive me, even though I can never make amends for all I have done."
Starkiller was surprised at Vader's remorse and heartfelt apology. He had experienced so much rapid change since Endor- his realization that he had been going down the wrong path, the news of his rehabilitated image among the Rebels, the loss of PROXY, and the threat to Juno and her allies. Until now, there had been no time to reflect on his relationship with his old Master.
Starkiller continued to stare contemplatively at Vader, experiencing a wave of sadness, anger, and suspicion all at once. Finally, he let it all drift away,
"I can't guarantee that you will be forgiven by the Rebel Alliance, but today is the chance for a new start," Starkiller replied, "We're going to make things right, together."
"What is our next move?" Vader asked, completely deferent to the young Jedi.
"The Alliance is launching a mission to Geonosis to obtain the Death Star plans" Starkiller replied, "If we help them, the Empire won't be able to stop the Rebels from dealing a serious blow. I'm setting our course for Geonosis."
Vader nodded silently, accepting that he was now fighting against the same Empire whose power he had enforced for nineteen years. The tide was about to change, and Vader would help bring about a new era of justice and freedom to the galaxy- the same freedom he had helped the Emperor take away.
Soon, the Imperial shuttle was launching into hyperspace, bound for the next stage of the Galactic Civil War.
