Chapter 10: The December Uprisings
Date: December 4th, 2024
Continuing from A Collection Of Other Adventures: A Really Sick Day.
Pirate Blaster shouts: "Its cannonball time! Lets really reduce this imperialist city to rubble!" I add: "Im helping further myself! But because we have other plans today, Im not using my Ki, chakra, or magic for what Im about to do!" Pirate Blaster replies: "Arr! Thats the way! Lets leave none of the scumbags who cannot be saved from their own twisted desires and so forth alive! This is the kindest thing we could do for them without putting any innocent life forms at risk!" I sigh as I prepare to jump back down from the city: "It sucks that we have to kill anyone still but theres no choice here. Wait, isnt this city much more crucial to the empire than we thought? If it were just a regular port city or whatever, it wouldnt have this many scumbags in it. Most individuals living under fascism or other forms of capitalist rooted oppression such as neoliberal democracies where the status quo doesnt really budge towards progress can still be reasoned with. They just want love and peace. To have such a high concentration of scumbags in one city.. It can only mean this city really is more important than we thought! We have to hurry up and make it go down with all the 'fireworks' and more and fast! There might be some hidden military installations controlled by the Nacirema Military! But that wont stop us nor are we going to say damn it! We're just going to act and get what we can get just as it says to do in the book When Violence Is The Answer in life or death situations where someone is trying to hurt you! It has changed my outlook on violence even despite what war has done to all of us as a whole!"
I then jump down and decimate several city blocks with my signature Continuous Great Infernal Tornado Slash: 150 before running around to blast more buildings with my BRAIN Blaster as opposed to my sword to save energy. Buildings get disintegrated before my eyes as all the explosives, cannonballs, and other things work to decimate the city extremely quickly. In less than a minute, hardly anything from the city is left standing. Using my Ki sense, I detect that we killed all of the scumbags in the city just like that. Pirate Blaster teleports to me and says: "Swift! You were right! There are hidden military installations! Not just that but there are other hidden things that are crucial to the empire's operations! We're going in now to plunder and destroy!" "I see! We cant waste any time!" We teleport to the nearest hidden thing and catch the armed military men off guard completely. I take one hostage: "You are coming with us. We will treat you well and hope that youre willing to give us some information but if you dont, we wont force you. Id argue that you will experience a better life as a hostage than as a soldier. We do not do needless suffering if we can help it after all." Once they're secured and sent away, I help bring down hostiles and raid the entire place.
And then, one of Pirate Blaster's pirate friends, a pirate known as Jackin Skippy(yes, his friends are finally getting named for these stories, sorry this took so long, almost 6 years in fact) yells: "I got all of this on livestreamed video! Do any of you want to say anything to the stream?!" We all decline, deciding to finish the operation. 30 minutes later, the entire city was plundered and destroyed. All innocent life forms we saved beforehand are brought to the ruins of the city where Pirate Blaster, myself, Jackin Skippy(their name is a weird pun on captain), and the other pirates all make speeches as part of a huge plan to cripple the empire. I speak first because I took the chance to speak as soon as I possibly could: "*introduces self briefly* The destruction you are seeing in person or remotely through various means was by the hands of myself and my fellow pirates! The empire's tactics and oppression have forced our hand the past several months! Ideally, a anarchist revolution would take place peacefully over time. But it cant wait much longer in many places when genocidical tactics are turned to by the ruling class to maintain their power. But in order for such a revolution to be successful, it has to have popularity and be in place to some degree already as an alternate power structure. Thats how the revolutions in Mii World and other places have been so successful. The communes were just ready to be formed just about when the revolutions began in conjunction with anti-fascist resistance operations and battles. I, Swiftdrawer call for anarchist revolution.
explains anarchism's most important concepts as simply as possible* We want whats best for everyone. We want a peaceful society where competition is no longer seen as necessary because it really isnt. Cooperation is so much more powerful than competition. We will show the empire no holds bars. This city we have destroyed was emptied of anyone innocent before we took it down. And in its ashes, a far better city will eventually be built. I hate that social change in so many universes has been forced to come down to happen due to violent revolution, rebellion, and battles of liberation featuring many from various universes helping local resistance liberate the places they call home from imperialist fascist empires one after another. It shouldn't take this amount of violence to make a society change for the better. But the efforts of capitalists and the state have reached a point in so many places that peaceful resistance, unions, labor strikes, protests, and so on arent nearly enough. This city we're in was tainted by the worst of human or human like intelligent beings. We shouldnt need violence to change anything but as Ive seen in my own world, peaceful methods are sadly increasingly being not enough or theres not nearly enough turnout for them to be effective. If we must use violence, we must heal what is destroyed before and during that violence with peaceful methods. All we want is peace but we are forced to be violent. The Nacirema Empire is the enemy of just about every human social group imaginable along with groups of countless other lifeforms.
So I ask you this: are you willing to risk everything to save your worlds from those who seek to practically turn them into giant planet sized landfills? Are you prepared to risk it all without being reckless? Are you willing to share what you know with others? This is a declaration of revolution. And Im not the only one who will be speaking about this soon enough. The voices of many who call for revolution as well will soon be heard. Im just merely one voice in the many. Alone, my resistance of Nacirema is hardly worth anything but it is still worth something! And because its worth something, that means I can work with others to create bigger and much more effective resistance efforts! Resistance and revolution must be peaceful and if theres no other choice, violent too. Fear and terror will not make our revolutions in the future successful. To revolt, we must aim to replace the status quo with something that isnt based on fear, competition, hatred, superiority complexes, selfish egos, or anything of that sort. That something must be community led and driven without the existence of rulers! Leaders are needed, yes. But they cannot hold more power than the people. The only power they should have is to enact the will of the majority of people when they must do so. If I have to take up that role myself, I will but Im not going to just eagerly throw myself into it.
No, I am going to let the people decide. But as of right now, I hold no true leadership role. I am just one person and I only have true power when Im working with my comrades to bring about change! This is the power of a anarchist way of thinking! Those in power want to strip everyone of everything until all thats left is boring personalities, despair, hopelessness, eternal debt, corruption, destruction, constant violence, obedience, complacency, the death of diversity and the individual, the death of the spirit of community, and just about everything bad that goes with all of that. Those in power would rather see the planet they inhabit die than give up power to the people who can actually make a society that is more efficient, less cruel, kinder, diverse, peaceful, free of mass shootings all the time, free of mental health epidemics, actually ends pandemics in months or faster instead of indefinitely prolonging them, and so forth. Capitalism and fascism are apocalyptic ways of thinking and doing things. Their end points are the destruction of ecosystems. When the ruling class becomes desperate to hold onto power, they force fascism onto everyone else. Capitalism isnt kind or considerate, why should anyone accept it as the only viable economic model? Bullcrap! Thats bullcrap! *goes on for a bit longer* And now, you have heard much about our efforts thus far. I will end my speech here and prepare to help liberate a certain world from the Nacirema Empire. Resist all systems that do not advocate for constant change and self improvement. But also work within those systems to break them from the inside if youre willing and able to.
Be kind. Be fierce. Love peace, hate war. When to be violent is when your life is in danger or something much bigger and good is in danger. Avoid unnecessary conflicts that could lead to violence. If a conflict isnt about making someone or things better on at least one side dont bother with it. Thank you so much for listening. The time is now! Go forth and resist with a plan in mind, a goal of what you want to do and how you want things to do out and what to do when things dont go as planned!" The others make their own speeches too. I stay to support them and give reassuring looks to anyone in the live audience I see looking sad or otherwise. When its all done, a bunch of construction workers from various worlds BRAINS operates in at the same time along with other workers essential for building a city from the ground up such as thinkers from futuristic societies such as Sector Infinity. All of us pirates(me being a pirate now will take some getting used to) go back on the ship and immediately depart for the main city of the Beyblade Metal Saga series.
The ship crosses both space and time through a wormhole to reach the city. And down below, we can already see mass chaos as protests and labor strikes rock the city at the same time and focus around the relocated Imperial Palace as this city has become the capital of Nacirema for some reason. We even heard the original Blader DJ on microphone announce: "We demand freedom! We demand liberation! We demand this world be left alone! We demand power for the people! Free the WBBA from Nacirema control! Free everything!" The pirate ship we're on lands in a very intentional spot: right in front of the Imperial Palace on one side. People part away for the ship to land and then, the cannons on the side facing the palace are activated and converted from firing cannonballs to disintegration plasma rays. And they fire without any warning. The military and police had been guarding this side of the palace alongside the other side. When we landed and the people parted way, they all went in one direction so the ship is now a massive buffer to keep the violent tools of the state from hurting any of the people for now. The cannons on this ship have gotten some more upgrades lately so the palace gets instantly disintegrated along with some military and police troops and vehicles that were very close to it. But this was only the beginning of what was going to happen in this world. This day would be known as day one of The December Uprisings in many universes with events in this world being the first of those uprisings. Upon getting off the ship, we group together with various comrades just as we had arranged some time ago. And then, the ship goes invisible for now, making it a much harder target to attack. Some of Blaster's pirate friends: Legless Lawrence, Smashing Skullfacegal, and The Treasure Piercer stay on board the ship so that it can be used against our foes and to help defend it from harm.
Its a ship that has changed a lot and has weathered many events over the past several years. It may as well be an icon of the BRAINS Collective at this point. But then, just as we paired with every major blader from Metal Fight plus Madoka and some of my and Pirate Blaster's closest friends, a villain appears to rain on our parade. Its Doji. He laughs: "Hello there. Everyone! Its a pleasure to see you again! But its too bad that some of my associates are now going to kill and destroy all of you now just like that! It doesnt matter that workers in this world have all began to strike globally, thats nothing compared to the power we hold! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!" Goku Black and Katherine Glassgate appear with smirks on their faces. The former speaks: "All of you are finished. We thought the likes of you would show up here. Thats why the Imperial Palace was reconstructed here before it was rebuilt!" But I dont let him talk. I go at him will killing intent as do the others. He smirks even more: "Thats not going to help you foolish mortals!" In When Violence Is The Answer by Tim Larkin, in a life or death situation where your life is on the line and you cant just walk away, the aggressor usually goes silent and acts instinctly without wasting time on speaking or thinking. Thats what we were doing here. We wanted to use the tool of violence, more specifically asocial violence for good rather than letting the enemy use it first this time. Whoever gets first strike usually gets the advantage if they can shut down the thinking process of their opponent. Theres an emphasis in fictional media on talking heroically while beating up a villain and trying to spare their life but in wars like this one, that just doesnt work.
Victim mentality only hurts us. When you face the threat of violence from someone who wants to hurt you, acting passively or talking will only hurt you in the end. You gotta act and you gotta do it without thinking about it to save your own life. And you gotta attack what you can attack, not whats known as a weak point. The most effective way of killing or knocking someone out is beating them over and over with any weapon including a fist until their brain's processing power goes out the window. You gotta actually focus on breaking some part of their body. For too long, many of us like myself have been held back by the idealistic way of viewing violence seen in just about anyone who isnt well trained in violence. Its not evil to use violence to stop someone from hurting or even killing you. I think telling the stories of my interdimensional adventures have shown that pretty well but thats not enough for me. The brain is the most powerful tool most sentient beings have. If the brain's functions are messed with by immense pain, great injury, distraction, or something else, it doesnt matter how powerful the opponent is. They are very much vulnerable if they cant fully focus their brains on acting to use violence in a violent situation whether they instigated it or not. On the flipside, you must have the sense of being able to know when its best to not use violence. If your opponent doesnt want to hurt you, you shouldnt have to use violence. If youre arguing with someone, dont use violence unless they use it first and take them down and make them unable to hurt you any longrr. Leave a tense situation behind physically or virtually instead of allowing it to potentially escalate to violence or worse.
You dont have to fight anyone who challenges you. Youd be better off if you didnt. The only people you need to use violence against are people actually trying to hurt you and I mean the kind of harm thats not abusive language. There are better ways to handle abusive language than violence. Read When Violence Is The Answer by Tim Larkin, it may save your life or that of someone else's someday. Some libraries have it available as an ebook online. None of us respond to the our foe's words, we just attack. Goku Black laughs: "You aren't taking my bait. You mortals really are so amusing and pathetic." I dont even think. I just act. I act using all of my skills and training. This doesnt make for as interesting of a read to readers like you but I will still try my best to write all of this as interesting for you to read. I am showing you what you need to do when someone's trying to kill you. You fight back with intent on incapacitating him or in the case of villains as twisted as Goku Black, kill him. But please avoid killing people at all costs, just focus on protecting yourself with violence if you end up in a violent situation from which there is seemingly no escape. All of our attacks are proving useless against the enemy. But then, Katherine jumps in as Doji announces: "I will be taking my leave now! I have things to attend to at the newest Dark Nebula headquarters! Please, take as long as youd like to fight it all out! I will be most excited to hear of how this fight of yours turns out! HAAHAAAAHAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"
Katherine speaks to us: "You annoying wokeists. You never learn. You never stop trying to destroy what we're creating. A paradise where the strong eat the weak until only they exist. Survival of the fittest and competition are the laws we live by. YOU AND ALL OF YOUR WOKEIST PROPAGANDA WILL BE DESTROYED!" She then attacks me and several others but we dont even flinch. We just focus on fighting back. In a situation like this, theres no time to react to your pain or anything. If you do that, youll open a window of opportunity for the opponent to strike you and potentially kill you in a single attack. My mind is focused on hitting what can be hit but Im not finding anything to hit because the two villains just keep attacking us too fast for us to really retailiate anymore. We can't respond to their moves even with instinctive counterattacks before they attack us again. This is a losing fight. We are going to lose unless something changes. Goku Black mocks us: "Whats wrong?! What is that saying you mortals say again? Right! Cat got your tongue?!" We'll save our words for when we have actual time to say them. Goku Black and Katherine both stop attacking us all of the sudden so we go in and attack without caring if we fail or not. "Mortals! You should have learned that you cant do anything to us by now! But very well! Prepare to-" He is cut off as he and Katherine are attacked by a lot of comrades of ours including some who were knocked away from them without me even paying attention. This change in fighting kind of sucks, I want to write about talking back to the villains but there's no time for that. But none of us take the bait.
And because the villains were so focused on us, their senses didnt catch the assaults coming right at them. Carlos laughs: "Got you!" Katherine glares at him and tries to blast him only for him to dodge, his mind fully focused on surviving this battle now. Tactically, readjusting how to fight our foes through thought has worked many times in the past but its not as efficient as doing things instinctively including switching weapons when necessary. I risk my safety by saying: "I cant really help here." I instinctively teleport away and others do the same while comrades who can better handle the 2 villains arrive to do so. Now that we're away from all of that, we choose to regroup at Madoka's shop which has expanded to take over her father's Bey Pit Shop as well as add in a solid team of employees to run it especially while Madoka acts as the right hand of Tsubasa, who is currently the head of the WBBA when Ginga's dad is unable to be like right at this moment for various reasons. Or would be if the Nacirema government didnt seize control of it weeks ago. I take a deep breath: "We instinctively knew to get out of there. The risk wasnt worth it even if we tried to act as distractions. Theyre just too strong for us. We need to figure out something else to do." Ginga replies: "I know what to do next. DOJI." "Good idea. As long as he continues to respect Beyblade customs, we can actually think and strategize as we fight him. In a bey battle, violence is carried out through the beys. This gives the bladers actual room to think because they know their lives usually arent in direct danger at the moment. This applies to other games with battles as well where players dont fight each other physically. Its funny. Seeing someone like Doji live by the rules of bey battles.
And yet, he has no problem throwing away people who seem useless to him. Hes literally a sadist with a gentlemanly demeanor unless he gets amused, scared, or pissed. Because he has avoided physical violence until recently, he has been someone who allowed people to actually talk and think while fighting him without seriously reducing their chances of survival in a intense situation." So it was decided, we will go after Doji. We know where hes hiding. He just announced it to basically the entire world. We teleport to the lobby of the new Dark Nebula building which is next to the bey park of all places. A mix of bladers and violent aggressors greet us. I launch my latest bey partner Tornado Wolf as the others launch their beys as well. In bey battles, bladers usually focus on clashing with their beys because focusing on other things will lead to them losing. They dont have time to commit physical violence unless its done through their beyblade. Only a supernatural superhuman like mind could possibly bey battle effectively while also bashing someone with balled up fists with maximum force involved. No ordinary human can split theit concentration like that and expect to win either clash. But in this situation, there are people ready to commit violence who arent using beyblades, creating a huge problem as they could leverage that to break our concentrations. But at the same time, beys are much more capable of injury and property destruction than a human body is alone.
So it comes down to the sum of all actions that are about to happen to determine who wins this face off. Im not too worried about my body. My second skin, my armor will protect me very well here. A blader's actions of whether to fight physically or with beys should come down to which is safer AND more effective for them with a balanced perspective. "Tornado Wolf! Lets show them what we can do! Lets get those guys with guns!" My bond with my bey is strong, I can only train with my bey an hour a week so I make every second count when I do train with them. The armed guys are caught off guard and foolishly try to shoot the bey but thats not nearly enough to slow Tornado Wolf's rotation. Today marks a brand new chapter in our collective struggles now that we're starting to really see how to best use the tool of violence. We can save the wordplay and flashiness for bey battles, other nonviolent matches, and sparring sessions but in war, that stuff doesnt really help. Thats why some of us have even begun training ourselves to automatically respond to something with the right words and we're trying to bridge that with the instinctive actions of the most effective way to use violence for good. If its possible, we could instinctively say the right thing at the right time without breaking our focus. Obviously, thats very difficult because talking means you're reacting to something oftentimes and you are always thinking as you talk anyway unless you aren't thinking.. So what could possibly solve this dilemma? How could a human being instinctively go for what they parts of the opponent they can break while also saying something instinctively?
Well, thats much easier if you can move or teleport extremely fast or fight from a long distance. But for the average human, its a terrible idea to try something like that. In this undead body of mine, Im not just a human or zombie. Im a zombified superhuman now. The only thing holding me back from talking to my opponent and reacting instinctively is my own mind's abilities. Unless.. Are we going about this way of doing things wrong? Havent we instinctively attacked while talking in the past? Either way, this has been a good test to compare how we've done things in terms of violence to the optimal way to use violence in a deadly situation for the average human being. "Tornado Wolf! Hold them back! I need to think! Special movie: Spinning Wolf Destruction!" My bey uses the first special move I created with them, spinning and moving around wildly but precisely like a wolf on the hunt who also happens to be spinning a lot for some reason. They terrify the armed guys and just seriously screw with them while I ignore all attacks being sent my way as I stand in place. And think. Overtime, my battle efficiency has gone up regardless if I focused on just acting or not. There must be multiple ways to become more efficient through other means than having a focus and alertness as sharp as a sword while acting like a speeding bullet in order to do the optimal moves for dealing with murderous actions against me. Increasing the speed and increasing the speed of the mind are ways to become more efficient. It takes work to speed up either one.
When you think or talk and act at the same time, your action is much slower than it would be if you just did it instinctively without also being reckless. I have done some things both by just acting and by thinking and acting at the same time. I am reflecting on some of those actions.. (After some more thinking, things fall into place.) I see. Acting and thinking makes your action 2-3 times slower from what Ive experienced. Our enemies love to talk and act at the same time, meaning theyre limited like we usually are. The talking slows down their actions substantially. As it does for us when we do it ourselves. The only way to be most efficiently fighting without having to stop talking or thinking is for a mental split to occur. If acting is done through a separate and instinctive thinking process that cannot be slowed down by talking or thinking, we could solve this efficiency-entertainment compromise idea once and for all. But the human mind cant just split up like that no matter how instinctive its actions get. That means for the average human, they gotta act in a deadly situation and focus on acting if their life is at risk. They dont have time to think, react, or talk in the situation. That means.. Reader, you cant think and act at the same time or react or talk when you face a deadly situation where someone is ready to physically hurt you. Baiting them with words wont work. You gotta go in and keep going until you have stripped their brain of the ability to fight back no matter what that takes. So allow me to keep showing you what happens when you dont have that kind of limitation to worry about. Thats what Im going to do here.
I speak: "I can move fast enough to talk while acting just fine! But should it slow me down to the point a foe nails me good, I will shut up and get into things fully. Until a way is devised to split the action from everything else, allowing a body to act while the mind thinks without a slowing down of either process.. I will use everything I have including my words despite knowing the risk Im taking by doing so and have been for over 6 years!" My bey has taken down the armed men so I shout while running towards my comrades: "Lets go, Tornado Wolf! You are a balance type beyblade with a serious stamina advantage due to my physical strength! I launched you with serious power in the launch! That greatly increased the duration of your stamina by default! Everyone! We're coming to give it our all!" With our help, Ginga and the other bladers/beys clean house, defeating the bladers in front of us. Now, we can go upstairs which we do by running up to the next floor. Dashan Wang, leader of China's Beyblade representative team exclaims: "We still have a long way to go up! Dont lose focus! We can do this!" Mei-Mei yells: "Oh yeah! We can!" Shes one of the other members of China's team. Klaus of Europe's team smirks: "You dont have to worry about me! *sees enemy beys coming* Lets waste no time on these clowns! Go, Capricorn! Special move: Steel Darkness!" "Haaaaaa! Special move: Spinning Wolf Destruction!" "Rock Zurafa! Special movie: Storm Surge!"
Hyoma, one of Ginga's childhood friends shouts: "Aries! Horn Throw Destruction!" We decimate the enemy bladers and see them as we finally reach the 2nd floor. But they just dont give up and prepare to launch more bey. Kyoya scoffs: "You weaklings! Out of the way! We might as well just send the rest of the building above us crashing to the ground! Fang Leone! Wild Wind Fang Dance!" The bladers actually resist his special move. I move to draw my sword, which I now more consistently have attached to my hip in its scabbard again: "These enemy bladers are much tougher than the last ones. Look at them. Theyre standing their ground. They dont even look like tanks but thats what theyre acting like! I'll handle these ones! Everyone! You have to go up! Tearing down this building wont stop our enemies! And there may be innocent people above us, trapped or forced to fight for the Dark Nebula! *retrieves Tornado Wolf* It would save a lot of time if I just use my sword here." The others go up, some only do so reluctantly, not wanting to leave me behind. I yell at my opponents: "We dont have time for distractions like all of you. You are pawns of Doji. He doesnt care what happen to you!" Seeing me draw my sword, they launch bey after bey at me with relentless speed until there's hundreds of them. They dont even speak to me. I sigh: "Very well! Come at me!" The beys are all sent at me but I crush them by stepping on top one by one. The weight of my armor makes my weight far too great for them to handle. I look down at the beys in sadness: "I didnt enjoy doing that."
I then run at the enemy bladers with my sword silently and knock all of them out before sending them away to be dealt with at a rehabilitation center within the BRAINS Collective before defeating any other hostiles on the floor and joining the others after running up the stairs effortlessly. We fight floor after floor of relatively weak Dark Nebula bladers. Standard ones no one really pays attention to. They all dress in the same uniforms and everything. But then, a real challenge appears on the 10th floor. Its the 3 Kumada Brothers of the original Dark Nebula organization. The eldest one points at Tsubasa: "We still desire revenge for what you did to us!" The currently exiled from his position WBBA director replies: "I will take you on but only because you stand in the way of our goal." The rest of us run up to the 11th floor after determining theres no one else though Kyoya stayed behind because he wanted to humiliate the 3 if Tsubasa couldnt defeat them. He hasnt changed a bit since he became a part of our lives. Dan and Reiki, the twin brothers of Evil Gemios were on the 12th floor. Sophie of Europe's team speaks: "Wales, lets take these two on together." Dan replies: "I dont care who fights us. We'll take anyone on as long as we get our revenge on those who have humiliated us in the past!"
Dashan and Chiyun(also of China's team) step up. Dashan speaks: "And we'll stay here to back up Wales and Sophie. Its for the best." Reiki groans but we dont pay attention. On the 13th floor, since there werent many legacy original Dark Nebula bladers in this new version of the Dark Nebula, we saw one of the creepiest of them all. Its Reiji and his Poison Serpent. He laughs: "Welcome, pathetic weaklings! Im going to crush you all! Thats right! Im going to crush you!" Yu yells: "I wont forget what you did to me and Libra. I'll take you head on!" "HAHAHAHAAHAHAHA! As you wish but Im going to crush your very spirit and make you regret challenging me!" After just 2 minutes, Yu struggles greatly. I yell: "Do you feel Reiji's aura?! Its both dark and poisonous! Not to mention terrifyingly powerful. We should have never let Yu face him alone." As a precaution, most of us launch our beys. Julian exclaims: "I remember watching Battle Bladers on TV very well. I know what you did, Reiji. We wont allow you to break anyone ever again. Go, Gravity Destroyer." "HAAHAHAAHAHAHAHHAAHA! The more the merrier!" Dynamis, the blader fated to wield the bey Grand Jupiter and a temple guardian of sorts speaks: "Your evil will end here." And we were in for a tough fight. Reiji's power has reached heights that not even Galaxy Pegasus did when facing against Damian's terrifying beyblade. We gave it everything we got but it took us combining all of our special moves to put a stop to Poison Serpent for good. But when he was defeated, Reiji just laughs even after the destruction of his bey as that was the only way to stop it.
"DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE IM DONE?! HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA! Poison Serpent, join with me!" I draw my sword: "I was afraid Doji might try something like this but not Reiji. As a zombie, Im well suited to handling this. Poison doesnt hurt me. It only heals me." Reiji laughs again: "Go, Artificial Barian Battlemorph!" Right as he transforms again, something huge happens. Shockwaves from across the city cause the foundation of the building we're in to destabilize, causing the building to literally begin to collapse and crash into bey park. I yell: "I cast Shield! But thats not enough! What the hell else are we even supposed to do now?!" Pirate Blaster and Barla teleport in and yell in unison: "TELEPORT NOW!" We teleport to a safe location nearby and watch as the building collapses right into bey park as I thought it would. Thankfully, our comrades we left behind on prior floors were able to teleport out in time but Reiji as well as Doji just casually rise from the wreckage and reach us in seconds. Reiji and Doji attack us all at the same time with Doji revealed to be merged with a recreation of his original Dark Wolf bey. "HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA! Isnt this just amusing?! All of you are just so hopeless against us it seems! Now allow me to show you the power of a bey! And by that, I dont mean some childish 'Blader's Spirit', I mean the true power of a-" He is cut off as Ryuga appears and crushes him with Lightning L Drago.
"Shut up, Doji!" "Master.. Ryuga.. Why are you doing this?!" He smirks: "Youre weak. And.. Im strong! I'll be taking all your power from you now, thanks!" Reiji speaks up: "Im also here if you care to remember! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA!" "Oh, thats right! I do like you but you also failed not that long ago in that bey battle so I'll be taking your power too!" Doji glares at Ryuga: "Is THIS the thanks I get for making you more powerful than you have ever been?! *suddenly recovers* You know what, Im tired of this! If you wont work with me, I will take L Drago's power for myself!" "Ha! Id like to see you try!" Madoka sighs: "Just let them fight.. Then we can focus on Reiji." But another interruption happened as most of the buildings around us get destroyed in violent fights nearby. A bunch of striking workers and others run past us to clash against an advancing military force. Reiji just laughs: "Lets have some fun so I can crush all of you! And then, when Im finished with all of you, I will crush Ryuga myself by poisoning his precious dragon!" Things move really fast from there as we all engage in a fight against him. Even the bladers are well trained weapon and/or fist using fighters now. Hikaru demonstrates this by using serious speed and stealth techniques to blindsight Reiji. For a while there, its all just hard to describe chaos until Reiji smirks: "This entire time, Ive just been going easy on you! Prepare yourselves for death!" In seconds, several comrades are defeated. Aguma, wielder of Scythe Chronos and wielder of the Beylin Fists yells: "Its not over yet! You still have all of us to get through!" "Do you think Im worried?! YOU SSSSSSHOULD REALLY EVALUATE YOUR SSSSSSITUATION IN FULL!"
Even Im having a hard time dealing any damage to Reiji. There has to be a way to stop him but what? Mei-Mei shouts: "I know what we can do!" We end up using the Switch technique to confuse Reiji, making it hard for him to determine whats coming next but eventually, he just figures it out enough to see the timing for the Switch technique. He then uses it against us to deal some damage. I am at a loss for how we're supposed to defeat him. Out of nowhere, my closest friends who werent already here teleport in. Bray yells: "We shall find a way to win here! Dont give up!" My heart is pounding from the sheer stress and adrenaline. This fight is so one sided that its amazing that none of us have been killed by Reiji so far. I step back to do some thinking while Herbsalvin, Mel, Blaze, and Barla hold off Reiji with Blaze yelling: "Awoo! We'll hold him back so all of you can figure out the next step! Doesnt that sound REALLY helpful?! I think it does!" And thats exactly what we do. We just think for a couple of minutes. Many of us then come to the same solution. We get what we can get. I shout: "Our aim is not clear enough! We have to take Reiji down enough to shut down his mind's thinking process and just keep it shut down through unconsciousness. We need to start aiming more towards that objective. Its easier to shut down someone's mind than to kill him. If we really have to kill him, we can do that after we knock him out!" With a clear goal in mind, we get to work and help our current defenders push him back. We also work to overwhelm Reiji's senses. And by that, I mean all of them.
Carlos laughs as he pulls out a fart gun: "Lets GOOOOOO!" He fires it at Reiji who is then tickled by several of our comrades by taking advantage of his reaction time. He hurts them enough for them to have to let go. But by the time that happened, the other knights and I already are stabbing him over and over from behind, piercing his now super tough skin and causing him to bleed and hiss in pain. But before he could react, Benkei, Klaus, and other bladers with seriously intense muscle strength begin to punch him in the face. Thats followed by Dominic grabbing his throat and choking it while yelling: "Someone! *yawns* Anyone! Make the shot! Do it now!" I add: "Hes starting to regain his senses! His movements say it all!" Barla, Captain Capri, and others great at making shots do just that. They aim at our foe's right foot, trying to shatter its smallest bones. It happens so fast that Reiji has no time to react before the sheer force of the shots breaks through the seriously hardened skin and his feet and goes from there only for his wounds to start rapidly healing. All of us back away from him. Pirate Blaster exclaims: "Just how tough is he?!" I reply: "Calm down! We all need to calm down. In a fight, we always need to be calm so we can better instinctively respond to what our foes like him throw at us." He is already coming at us but we are already readying to counter upon contact with him. It feels like we are beginning to rapidly learn and its all thanks to many of us reading books about when to actually use violence and that sort of thing. But then, Doji leaps on top of him while on retreat from Ryuga: "Reiji, Im taking your power! Only our powers combined can stop Ryuga!"
"HISSSSSSS! I WONT-" We decide to help Doji for now because we instinctively know that letting him and Ryuga fight it out is the best strategy for us all. We help by attacking Reiji anywhere we could get him. He protests but we dont let up, allowing Doji to somehow drain him of all of his power. But we didnt let Doji kill him. Instead, we sent him away to one of our rehabilitation centers. Doji didn't care and began to resume fighting Ryuga while more powerful than he could have ever imagined. And then, the Dark Nebula head suddenly reveals a special thing hes kept hidden after sending Ryuga flying through a lucky punch. "Oh MERCI!" The original Dark Nebula AI appears in the form of Doji's giant beyblade that he used to try to exact his ultimate revenge: "Master, the preparations for our merging are complete!" "Excellent! Not even Ryuga will be able to crush me now! Just you wait! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHA!" While the two merge together into a biomechanical nightmare, we decide to fight elsewhere for the time being, knowing that our efforts would be better spent fighting elsewhere while the 2 villains fight for dominance. But not before making things harder for the victor. We use barriers, sphere fields, seals, and action fields to trap the 2 within a certain area and put an empty energy accumulator in there designed to take the energy of anyone who dies in there and then teleport to an outside location. This will prevent the victor from getting more powerful. We join in on various fights throughout the city, defeating sympathizers to the Nacirema regime and anyone actually a part of it acting on its orders at the moment.
While the villains fight it out, Nacirema is driven out of the city and suffers heavy losses before and during that process. Maybe its time we bring horizontal power structures to this world in full too but not until this whole world is liberated of course. After some time, Dominic shouts: "The energy accumulator has teleported with the defeated villain's energy contained inside of it!" He goes to retrieve it and returns to announce that he sent it far away, causing the victor of the fight, Ryuga to come after us, having sensed the movement of the energy until Dominic sent it many universes away to a safe and secure location. Ryuga laughs: "You think what you just did will stop me?! I WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING WILL BE DESTROYED AND I WILL ABSORB YOU ALL!" Ginga yells: "Ryuga! Snap out of it! This isnt you!" "Ryuga? Is that what this vessel's name was? Oh yeah. Thanks for the reminder, WORMBOY! I WILL ABSORB YOU AND PEGASUS FIRST!" "Ryuga.. We will save you. Samurai Pegasus!" "BEYBLADE BATTLES MEAN NOTHING TO ME NOW!" Ginga tries to get Pegasus back but its too late. Ryuga or rather, the Dark Power/L Drago is absorbing Pegasus. Several of us launch our beys to knock Pegasus out of our foe's range but that left their beys up for absorption instead. Dominic then does something unexpected: "The forces of the universe are now under my control to an extent. Im going to show you and it's not going to be that big of deal. *yawns* Seriously not a big deal."
Out of nowhere, the scientist creates a huge magnetic force that gets the bey away from our foe. All of us then work together to put as many things between us and our foe as possible so that we can actually have time to figure out how in the hell we're supposed to win here. We never got the chance to truly defeat Reiji ourselves. Blaze then freezes time to buy us more time: "I cant keep this up for too long! Please hurry! Especially if L Drago is too powerful for my time magic to stop in time!" We begin coming up with ideas as soon as possible but then, all solutions end up pointing to Ginga and his top friends. Its the synergy and bey spirit they all have. As cliche as that is. As physical or magical combat clearly wont work on our foe if it's only just us doing it, one of the only solutions left is the bonds through bey battles between beys, bladers, and heated bey spirits. Dominic and I were especially bewildered because youd think something else would work but no. Nothing we came up with that didnt have anything to do with that wouldnt even work in theory here. Once L Drago manages to reach us in Ryuga's body, we were ready. Bray shouts: "Most of us shall now share our energies and spirits with Ginga and friends! The Dark Power has always been weak to the likes of hope and friendship!" She quickly casts a spell to make that possible, leading to Ginga, Madoka, Kenta, Benkei, Kyoya, and every Legendary Blader not already listed to seriously power up and suddenly merge with their beys. A golden aura surrounds all of them. I speak: "Im not commenting on how absurd this is. Its one of our only shots so we have to bet on it. Thats all I will say."
L Drago laughs: "Go ahead! COME AT ME, HUMAN FOOLS! I WILL CONSUME YOU ALL AND DESTROY THIS ENTIRE WORLD ONCE IM FINISHED!" Someone gets the bright idea of fusing Ginga and the others together, creating a truly powerful and shining blader in the process who says: "L Drago, Im not going to fight you. Im going to allow you to consume me." Okay, none of this is part of the plan but we just watch, having no time to come up with or unleash anything that might also actually work. We dont have the time because we can sense other Beyblade villains wrecking havoc with our comrades and they need our help desperately as soon as it can possibly come. L Drago just laughs, having lost all sense of rationality ages ago. But then, Dominic summons the energy accumulator from before and throws it onto the blader fusion, causing them to absorb that energy and grow even stronger. Might as well go in, am I right? We choose to believe in the fused blader with all of our hearts. Its the only way to maximize the odds of success even for the bizarre strategy the fused blader is going for on their own. L Drago happily opens Ryuga's mouth as wide as possible before using their bey spirit dragons to really put the blader fusion bit by bit inside of Ryuga's body. Once that process is complete, L Drago's power level explodes in level only to begin rapidly spreading out into the area surrounding possessed Ryuga.. Hikaru yells: "Hes going to explode! We have to get out of here!"
We run all the way to the docks where Ginga and Kenta talked after the former saved the latter from bullies known as the Face Hunters. And that was a good idea because the explosion was massive, devastating, and instantaneous. We then teleport back to its epicenter to find a huge amount of energy just all over the area which then does so many different things so quickly that when it was over, those of us who gave up energy and spirit regained it, Ginga and co returned, and Ryuga laid on the ground, knocked out with Lightning L Drago cracked. But the energy from Doji, Reiji, and MERCI remained in the air around us. Dominic casually collects it all through another energy accumulator and says: "Maybe someday this energy will be made useful for our efforts." Kenta runs to Ryuga: "RYUGA! RYYYYYIUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGAAAAAAA!" Benkei smiles: "Oh Kenta, you never have truly changed since the Nemesis Crisis. This makes me so happy.." Kyoya scoffs: "I- *relaxes* Nevermind. But shouldnt we focus on the fact that the battle to save this world many of us call home is far from over?" Having regained enough mana, Blaze freezes time again: "We can afford a couple minutes. This is important. Awoo. Ryuga is a powerful ally to have. Having him on our side again would make a difference. I get so excited when I think about that possibility! *tail wags* See?! Im so excited at the thought!" Ryuga wakes up: "W-what happened to me? Kenta? When did you become so big? Whats going on here?"
Kenta cries over him but calms down enough to say: "Youre okay, Ryuga.. You were revived some time ago and used by Doji again to cause destruction.." As they talk, L Drago returns to being L Drago Destructor to our surprise. Ryuga notices: "L Drago.." Blaze speaks: "Hurry! I cant keep this up for any longer than 15 more-" Bray shakes her head: "Not quite, my young wolf friend. I cast Mana Share!" She shares some of her mana with Blaze to allow them to keep going with the spell. I smile at the site: "This is why BRAINS is like a massive extended extended family. When we're able to, we create and safeguard important peaceful and emotional moments like this one. If none of us could freeze time temporarily, things would be going really differently right now and we might have lost Ryuga amongst the sheer chaos to come. Its too bad we cant do the same for my world.." Ryuga speaks: "I see, Kenta.. That explains a lot. *smiles for once* Im not exactly myself right now but I sense there's a lot of dangerous foes I remember from the past. And Id like to fight them to show them what the Dragon Emperor can really do. Kenta, you changed me. You made me promise and I kept it in the end. It feels strange for me to be saying this to you in front of some of my past foes and rivals but.. For once in my existence.. I'll fight alongside all of you. *smirks* Just dont expect me to go easy on any of you when it comes to battling! I am only interested in being the strongest and if that means having.. friends to trust to be the strongest, Id like to try that and see what all this bey spirit and these bonds are really all about!"
Time is resumed and Bray stops her spell after Blaze's mana is restored to a good amount at the cost of some of the sage's own mana. Eight, one of the young new generation bladers along with Zyro and the others yells: "Alright! Lets get back to fighting now!" The bladers like Ginga who fused with their beys are still fused with them for the time being. Hyoma speaks up: "So.. where do we go now?" A violent explosion erupts near us with a familiar voice yelling: "DESTROY THEM ALL, BERSERKER BEHEMOTH!" Zyro exclaims: "That was Kira! Whats he doing?!" We find the ex-Dark Nebula Again member attacking some of our comrades. "Kira! STOP!" Kira doesnt respond. Ryuga says: "The Dark Power. Its inside of him now that its left me again. I can sense it." Tsubasa replies: "I do too but it feels very different this time like there's more to it this time.. What could that possibly mean here?" Tetsuya screams: "Oh no! Please stop hurting my precious crab, crab! Cant we all just be friends here?!" Kira laughs sadistically: "WHO NEEDS FRIENDS WHEN YOU HAVE ALL THE POWER YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT AND-" He is interrupted by some of our other comrades attacking him from behind. Integrity Knight Alice speaks: "You shall not hurt any of our allies or comrades. What you are doing will not be permitted. We will use more force if it proves to be necessary!" Woody speaks: "Looks like someone's being a bad toy." Buzz Lightyear adds: "A very bad toy." Sinon sighs while keeping Hecate aimed at Kira: "Now is not the time for that. But still. I would like to know what's going on here."
We are forced to overpower Kira and use magic to drive the Dark Power out of him and seal it away. That took a little while. Bray pants as she says: "Thats over now. Im glad it is but we still have a long way to go. We shall have to fight for several more hours at least." I add: "Exactly. Never give up, never give in! No one gets left behind! We need everyone we can get to fight the Nacirema Empire and its tyranny!" We spend a few minutes gathering the resolve to keep fighting and learn more about the current state of things. It appears that massive uprisings are taking place all over the empire. The Multiverse Defense Force has been deployed to these areas to help and should an uprising fail, save as many resisters as possible and bring them somewhere safe. Thats not nearly all thats going on of course. Nacirema is in a fragile state with Katherine and other villains too busy fighting our comrades in this world to do anything about it. It may soon collapse but that wouldnt stop any of the villains. That would only slow them down and strengthen their resolves to make everyone miserable and destroy everything good thats in the multiverse. I doubt they will ever be demoralized by a defeat again at this point. After those few minutes are up, we discuss what to do only for the giant Hades City to appear in the sky. But then, Katherine and Goku Black appear to keep us from getting to Hades City in order to fight them instead.
In their wake are many defeated comrades of ours just clinging onto life. Katherine actually lets out a sadistic laugh: "You disobedient freaks are next. We are going to enjoy ending all of you for good. We want each and every one of you dead." But myself and others are undeterred. I even say to the others, finally acknowledging the time of year it is in many worlds: "Happy holidays, let's resist these imperialist tyrants together in the spirit of holiday cheer! Nothing says tis the season like fighting the forces of sadistic pure evil power hungry bastards! Thats perfect for the holidays because they are the antithesis of the values of the holidays in the festive culture I grew up in thats truly global at this point. They are like the Grinch and Scrooge but too twisted to ever change unlike them. Even they had enough feelings of positivity left to embrace the meaning of togetherness especially during the holidays. So again, happy holidays." We soon face both villains in a losing fight until Katherine is interrupted by a phone call. "What is it?! Im busy! *listens* WHAT?! THAT CANT BE TRUE?! ..Its true.. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Large segments of the empire are revolting and breaking away, its beginning to collapse!" Goku Black frowns: "I was about to get my full joy out of exterminating these mortals. Project Zero Mortals will still continue despite this new setback. For now, we will withdraw. I will make sure our allies in this world know they now have to step up their efforts or be exterminated at my hands." The villains leave just like that. I wish we could go after them to stop them from hurting our comrades rising up to liberate their worlds.
But all of us put together dont stand a chance against those 2 villains at this moment. From a risk accessment stand point, our best options are to stop the villains here or help evacuate comrades engaging in uprisings right now. But then, we learn more of our comrades are rushing to help with those evacuations, allowing us to more safely continue handling things here. We got lucky. We usually dont get lucky in this way.. But before we could go to Hades City, a figure half red and half black appears suddenly. None of us knew who they were but they introduced themselves right away, immediately clearing things up: "Greetings to all of you, I am Mother Anarchy. The spirit of anarchism, born from the imaginations of anarchists throughout all space-time as well as recent events including the emergence of Abstractoa as a god actively involved in mortal affairs. The concept of me has been around for some time but its only now I get to meet all of you. Some of you are especially of interest to me due to their beliefs in the power of anarchism being so strong. Anarchism is one of the most inviting ideologies to the power of creativity and the imagination. It was only a matter of time until I was created. In fact, it took a wish from someone in a distant universe to allow me to take form as more than just an idea or metaphor. My power is the power to connect others, I am here to be a supporter of yours from here on out and to remind you where the real power of anarchism comes from. It comes from those who dream and fight for it. If you need my guidance, you can call for me at any time.
I will stay by all of you as you fight for this world to help support your efforts even though I cannot physically or magically help you fight your battles. She indeed sticks by us as we teleport to Hades City a few minutes later where things looked and felt very different from its depiction in the anime. That was not a good thing, as we quickly found out. And to think, we wouldnt have been in this entire situation if it werent for Baby from Dragon Ball GT finishing the destablization of a status quo obsessed neoliberal elite society by being elected to the highest office of Nacirema, getting assassinated, and leading to an equally if not more cruel tyrant to arise from the status quo obsessed neoliberal party. When any system allows a tyrant to go into power, it has lost its legitimacy as a at least somewhat good system. It has installed a malware virus into itself willingly and that virus is corrupting every file to make them evil and cruel just like it.
When a tyrant rises to power in a system, you cant trust that system anymore if you do the moment the tyrant comes into power. Any system that lets that happen has failed the people, intentionally or not and its time for it to be fought against like never before even while it gets corrupted into a even more dangerous system by malware. But not just malware. Adware and spyware too. ..I just needed to get that off my chest because of what just happened recently.. Kyoya yells: "Why is this PLACE SO DIFFERENT FROM BEFORE?!" Thats when Dr. Ziggurat appears with Damian. He speaks: "Hades City was rebuilt from the ground up and vastly improved. None of you will be able to escape or get very far now that you have made it here. But in case you somehow get far in, Damian here along with many others from various worlds will be waiting for you! So I do hope you enjoy our little game that you just started by coming here. I'll be watching very closely and have prepared for every possible scenario in which you reach me or Faust. And I will not allow that to happen. Am I making myself clear enough to all of you? Dont bother trying to attack me from a distance. You are only seeing a hologram of myself and Damian." Someone does that anyway and confirms such, leading to the holograms vanishing as Ziggurat unleashes his unique and weird evil laugh. To be continued..
